On episode six we get the opportunity to sit down with Guided by Zena, a intuitive, tarot reader, reiki master, empath, coach, guide - complete & utter light filled bad ass!!! Fun fact - Zena was the original co-host of Tap In so her time with us on this episode is extra special & anticipated. 

We talk about everything from tools of spirituality like tarot cards, reiki, meditation, journaling & knowledge of chakras to inutiotion, duality, recognizing the differences between thinking & feeling, leading from your heart, the power of intention & connection.
