Episode 7
The 7th Episode of the MBK Beat focuses primarily on Supplemental Executive Retirement Plans that MBK can provide for C-Level Executives of Credit Unions. We talk at length about the financial gap that executives in this industry face when planning income at retirement. We break down how that gap occurs, how we determine that gap, and how we bridge that gap to your financial freedom. We have seen these Supplemental Executive Retirement Plan programs work for many credit unions, and beyond the financial wellness that these programs provide for the employer and employee, it provides the company with a strong asset to both recruit and retain top talent and compete with other employers or corporations.
