With over 10 years of real estate renovation and acquisition experience, Grayson has comprehensive insight into the direction Central Texas is headed. Grayson works tirelessly with not only city and county officials, but with members of the community, to find opportunities that will not only add to the architectural legacy of Williamson and surrounding counties but also celebrate the heritage and traditions that draw increasing numbers of new residents to the area.
David brings a decade of world class leadership and formal training to CAST Services, including managing tens of millions of dollars in advertising spend and working on-site at Google. He has been the co-founder of four thriving companies and currently leads program operations, research and innovation, and company growth—focusing on integrating cutting-edge technology into the marketing and web services suite. David was an Air Force Officer, aviator and is actively involved in PhD level academic research in the real estate space. His personal interests are virtual reality and artificial intelligence.
