This week's episode features Brian Andrews of Back Your Badge. Brian is one of those guys who's unbridled enthusiasm gets everyone around him fired up. His passion for faith, family and career is inspiring. What you'll hear in this episode is his story of the years long process that led him to the creation of Back Your Badge, a program that he has designed to help first responders be the best they can be on the job and in their personal lives, with a primary focus on getting home safe at the end of every shift, and making sure your crew gets home safe as well. He also gets into the difficult but incredibly important topic of making sure your family is prepared and cared for in the event that the worst happens and you don't make it home. While this can be a heavy topic and not something that most of us ever want to think about, let alone talk about, it is something that is very important and can have a great impact on your life.
