Jamie Rockymore-Bess is the Founder of Helpful Living Magazine, a mental health magazine that educates readers about mental health/wellness. She recently launched the 4th issue focusing on social injustice and the coronavirus. Her goal for Helpful Living Magazine is to provide education to individuals as her ultimate goal is to be a part of ending the stigma on mental illness. Jamie graduated with a B.A in Psychology from Clarion University of Pennsylvania, post graduating she relocated to Maryland to pursue her goal in the mental health field.
