In this episode, BCSM alum Ryachell Velez joins Krishna and Palacios to chat. She graduated from BCSM in 2014, has supported the College and Career Office as a coach since 2015, and is now a full-time staff member. She brings a unique student-turned-staff perspective, a deep love for research and service, and a craving to help students to our community.
