Wherever you are, at this moment may the hand of God beyond you, because this is the day that the Lord has made we shall rejoice and be glad we're going to take communion in about 30 minutes or thereabout. You can catch us on Apple Music, you can catch us on Amazon music, I Heart Radio, Buzzsprout, Spotify, and so many other social platforms. Thank you so much for sharing everything out, I just pray that you've had a good day, wherever you are, if you're away with your family, if you're working this evening, or whatever you may be doing in your timezone or whatever world and whatever nation that you may be living in, at this moment. May God bless you. Let's get straight to the Scripture. And we're gonna go straight into the book of Matthew chapter 27. It is a long press and I will not read the entirety of itself because it is pushing like 6765 verses. We won't we won't look at that. But today's very powerful day today is a very, you could say, I don't know if we'd say solemn day, but today is a good day. You know, this is Good Friday. This means so much in Christianity, this, there's a lot of reflection going on at the moment. There's been a lot of activity going on through the world of religion and church and whatever churches together on whatever has been happening across the UK today. Regarding Good Friday, but let's get straight to the Scriptures. What we got to remember is right now this is about salvation. This is about redemption. This is about the power of the blood of Jesus. This is about the King of kings and the Lord of lords and I pray that wherever you are tonight across the for whatever your timezone is that you are well and you feel blessed and you know that your Redeemer lives and because he lives. We you asked me, whoever we may be confused tomorrow. But can we take our attention to verse? Let's go to verse 50, of Matthew chapter 27. Matthew chapter 27 Night, if your eyes are still with us tonight, you may be snoring, you may be wobbling in the bed or on the sofa. But thank you so much for joining. And for linking in with us on these live stream services that we're having. At the midnight hour, we're going to jump straight into verse 50. It's a very interesting chapter, Matthew chapter 27. It explains so much and it goes so deep. And you could say that it covers so much regarding the crucifixion, and about Christ, when He comes out of the garden. And about when Peter disowns him in 26, bring it up to 27 verse one, but let's capture the scripture in verse 50. Now, this entire week, this weekend, we I must and I really do this with the greatest of respect that I possibly can. We must drop the word Easter and replace it with Passover because that's what we are celebrating the Passover. When I talk about Easter I'm I could be talking in more worldly terms. You know, we the church adapts and adopts the language of the world when really I have to speak in, in Bible terminology I have to speak in in Scripture, so that the correct and the biblical reference that we are looking at this is about the Passover is about the crucifixion, it is about the resurrection. So when I use the word Easter, I got to understand where does the word has to come from? What does it actually represent? Is it a Christian word? Do I find it in the Bible? What does it actually mean? So the best way that we need to represent this what we are looking at, and for the quickness of conversation, and where we sit at this moment in time, maybe we want to look at this, the world and people would look at this. This is a Christian festival. This is we're doing this because the Scripture is so clear and so powerful. So wherever you are tonight, I pray that you have enjoyed your bank holiday Friday that you enjoy Saturday as we're into Saturday. You know, it's strange, isn't it as we as the clock strikes 12 midnight, we jump straight into the next day and you know what I've actually lost track of the days. Life has just been a bit mad for the last 12 months or ran about there. But we are in the Gospel of Matthew chapter 27. And if he was to read from verse one, maybe you want to peruse and just stretch your vocabulary and stretch your vocal legs and go off in the script and have a look to see what it says But verse 50, I just want to read this out. So just just backtracking and just just having a ramble tonight, and just look As we come to communion, what I got to remember is that the word Easter is a worldly word, though the word Easter need to be very careful of the understanding the strength for that what it means. We've used it for years and years and years and years and years and years and just years, we've used it for so long. But actually, this is about the Passover. And that we can trace this all the way back, because because I have to think now, in the times and the signs in which we live this, this is the very spiritual, very powerful times and the calendar what is happening in the the Christian celebration of Passover. And also we have rabid dampness running alongside of it. And there's so many things happening. So the spiritual activity is very strong and very powerful in the presence of God is so strong he is with you, He will never leave you nor forsake you. So there's a few things that are running very close together side by side. But what we got to remember is that the temple curtain was torn in two. Now when we read this scripture that this means so much, this is very significant. This is very important for what we're about to read. And what we're about to look at. It was torn. So what happened before the tearing of the curtain of everything in the Old Testament came right up to the timeline, all the genealogy of the prophets, the teachers, the law givers, everything was building up, you know, when you look at the text that we're in, it talks about Pilate, Christ before Pilate, it talks about Christ before the Sanhedrin, the Pharisees, the Sadducees, the circle the audience that was around him. But I want to just just want to read out on a go backwards, gonna go work our way back, if that is at all possible, but we do not have the time to do any expository studying. But I thank God for the power of revelation or knowledge, and God is revealing his word to you, you are his son, you are his daughter, he loves you unconditionally, at this hour, this midnight hour, at about 11 minutes past 12. And I pray that the fire of God will descend on your entire being that you feel the love of Jesus, the presence of the Holy Spirit, because as I said last night, and I'm going to repeat it again and again, all the way through this weekend, all the way through Sunday morning in church, if you're going to join us or you're online, this is about the Passover, this is about the passing over. This is about the passing over from what from from from the Old Covenant into the new this is about passing over, The blood will be assigned back in the book of Exodus, it is all about the blood, the blood sacrifice, you know, this is what it's about. It's not about chocolate, it's not about the Easter Bunny. It's not about a hot cross bun. It is not about religion, it is not about what the church may be saying or what it may be doing, unless it is doing and speaking the biblical references for where we sit. Yes, Holy Week, yes, Palm Sunday. But we've left that now we're in Friday. Now we're in Saturday, whatever your time zone is, wherever you may be verse 50, of Matthew chapter 27. And it says very clearly, and when Jesus cried out in a loud voice, he gave up his spirit. This is so glorious to me as a believer, as a son of the living God. And when Jesus cried out when everything had come into Completion. Now what happened at this point? Was it the power of the soldiers? Was it the power of the higher priests? Was it the power of the authority? Was it the power of the world that had him that was crucified him? Was it the demonic forces that put him on the cross? What was it that took him to the cross of Calvary? It was the redemption plan, as we looked at last night. And as we are just having a bit of a recap, and as it follows through in a nice thread, it's really, really, really, really important for me to understand that it was it wasn't any human being. It wasn't any structure. It wasn't any system. It wasn't any great high priest. It wasn't Judas Iscariot, it's 30 pieces of silver. And in the text that we are in chapter 27, you may find that it speaks very clearly about Judas froze back the money, he gives it back because it's dirty money. Now, it's not the high priests. It's not the soldiers. It's not the Lord give us it's not. It's not Judas. It's not the soldiers. It's not the three nouns that kept him on the cross. It is the Holy Word of God. It is the prophecy. And what is prophecy, prophecy is the word of God coming down to one to show to foretell, to speak into to tell the audience the culture around at that particular time what is going to happen, we understand that the Isaiah makes it very, very clear the prophecy of the Messiah that you know, he will carry and he will take on the transgressions of the world. He will carry your burdens, your sickness, your pain, he will take your iniquities he will take everything. So everything up to this cross to this point and beyond. The Cross has been prophesied by Humana 80 by the prophets of the Old Testament, but the prophets of the Old Testament was only able to prophesy, because the power of God gave them the world Word, and the Word was deposited in their spirit. And and this is where the scripture comes in, out of your belly shall flow, rivers of living, water warning came out, instruction came out from the prophets of old. Now what we must understand it was not the soldiers that put him on the cross, what we find is they are doing what the scripture has prophesied will happen. So this clears up so much in this text, verse 50, of Matthew chapter 27. And when Jesus cried out, again, in a loud voice, he gave up his spirit, Christ is in control, God is in control, the Holy Spirit is in control whatever way we want to look at this the deity, the Father, the Son, the Holy Spirit, they are in control all the way through, from the very beginning of time to the very end of time, from this moment on, they are in charge, they are in full press of this universe, there is nothing outside of the Holy God of Israel outside of his sight, outside of his focus, outside of his planning, outside of the structure, outside of the Creator's voice that has and will take him by surprise, because everything that is happening, everything that is seem to be happening, everything that happened in this Bible, from Genesis to Revelation, is the spoken word of the God of Israel. So God spoke everything into existence. God spoke Genesis, all the way through to Revelation, God has for told and he has used the vehicle of the prophets to get his word over 66 books, clear Genesis to Revelations, he's used prophets, he's used evangelists. He said, he's used the New Testament writers, he's used kings, he's used poetry. He's used a Song of Songs, he's used Psalms, he's used Deuteronomy, lamentation, he's used all the books in the old, he's used all the books in the New because very simply, they are about him. They are for him. And he created every word that we read. So everything that we see around the crucifixion, didn't come around, because the soldiers and because of Judas, for 30 pieces of silver, and the high priests, even though shout out, give us BRABUS, this was already going to happen because God had already spoken, Prophesy intervene, and the world was just coming into line. Because that's what happens here. The world of soldiers, Judas, the disciples, the pass over the passing over the chief priests, or law givers, the Sanhedrin, marry at the foot across everything was for planned and for spoken, and for on ordained by the God of Israel. So nothing that we see here is out that out of the stretch, or out of the vocal stretch of our living God, it is not out of his eyesight. It is not out of Christ's eyesight. Christ knew that he was going to come into this world and he was going to come in the formation as a human being completely pure, in all his ways without sin, without error, because here's the living word. And here's the image of the invisible God. So what why am I reading out verse 50, on this crucifixion page, and I'm on in Matthew chapter 27. Because I want to remind myself and anyone that's with me tonight, that God is in charge of death and life, he is in charge of your life and my life. It isn't the church that is in control. And it isn't the church and religion that is dictating to you and me, if the church is dictating to you and me, if religion and denominations and pastors and leaders are dictating, they are not spiritual leaders, because spiritual leaders do not dictate, they encourage, they nurture, they guide they strengthen, they help. So when you look at when you look at leadership, the leadership that we may be under the leadership that we may be around, are they encouraging us? Are they encouraging us? Are they always trying to put us down and stop us in our growth in our ministry, your ministry, you know, we got to be careful because hidden under the cloak hidden within the cloak hidden within the ecclesia hidden within the structure of the clergy and religion hidden in areas of what we might put in brackets of Christianity. There are controllers because, Pastor Ben, how can you say that? How What's your reference? My reference is Thessalonians. My book is Rev. Rev. My reference is revelation. My reference is where we sit in end times in the last stays, there will be scoffers there will be those that the scripture says that will have a form of godliness, but denying its power, there will be the lawlessness, then that is not referring to the world that is referring to the group, I will say the group within the church that are law less than or not coming under the law, and the written and spoken word of the living Word of God, those that are doing those denominations, those leaders, those believers, whatever bracket however, I know the scripture says all have sinned and fallen short of His glory. But what is important when it still when it talks in the good book about the lawlessness it is not speaking about the world completely becoming law less it is talking about the church, not following what God has said. So we see very clearly for fro sorry, false prophets, false teachers, false postures, bringing our own idolatry and bringing their own ideology and bringing their own teaching. So the reason that I'm referencing this tonight is very clear, is really important to me is that this scripture reminds me that Christ is in complete control of life and death, because he said this, he gave up his spirit, and in other gospels, Synoptic Gospels, very clearly, excuse me. He says this, and he says, is very clear, it is finished. So the church did not take him to the cross, the Calvary religion did not nail into the cross of Calvary, we could say that it took him but it wasn't them that actually planned it. It was the spoken word that brought all this into existence or redemption. This week is about redemption. I am redeemed and you are redeemed, you are saved, and I am saved. We are washed in the blood of Jesus. And what I love about verse 51, of Matthew chapter 27, it says, At that moment, the curtain of the temple was torn into from top to bottom, the earth shook, the rocks split, and the tombs became open, and they broke open. Many bodies of holy peoples came back from the dead, and they was raised to live, what I want to draw our attention to, and what I believe God is drawing our attention to that religion, the temple, the Old Covenant was rich, and it was torn, and suddenly there was access, there was access access to who access to God, how do I get access to God, Jesus says, I am the Way, the Truth and the Life No one comes to the Father, except through me. So the temple cuts and had to be torn very clearly and very powerfully. Let's, let's see what it says. Matthew, chapter 27, verse 51, at that moment, the curtain of the temple was torn, into from top to bottom, the earth shook. I love that, that Jesus said on the cross of Calvary, it is finished and with that, he gave up his spirit, he's in charge, he holds the keys to death into life. He says, I will build my church and the gates of hell shall not prevail. He is the one that spoke into and over Lazarus life. He is the one that spoke into that dead tomb. And Lazarus came to life by the power of the spoken word, and you serve a God of the word use you serve a God of the Creator of heaven and earth. And whatever your circumstances, whatever my circumstances are tonight, whatever our life press, whatever our cultural trends are, whatever is going on, let's just remind ourselves what the Bible says very clearly, and we will not find any reference to losing salvation. You cannot lose your salvation. I cannot lose my salvation. It is not by work so that no one can boast this week is about redemption this week is Holy Week. The Bible says Be holy because I am holy. It doesn't say be religious because I am religious. It doesn't say be churchy, because I am churchy. It says, Don't be, don't be all Christianized and all that he says, Be holy, be holy, there is something different of the word of holiness, church, religion, and the organization an organization and religion and and churchianity cannot become holy, because it is an organization. What can only become holy is you and me simply because we are part of the body of Christ. Yes, we are human beings. Yes, you are a son. Yes, you are. A daughter of the living God, but the King of kings and the Lord of lords, he saved you and he set you free before you, he formed you in your mother's womb, He knew everything about you, before your words were spoken before your lips move, for the first time before you walked for the first time in your life before you even articulated your first sentence before you even worked out the press of life. You was chosen, you were saved, you were set free, God saved you and God saved me because of the gift of salvation. I'm so thankful for what the churches are doing. I'm so thankful for what pastors and leaders are doing. But what is important is I don't put my my way onto a human being. I lean into Jesus, the disciple that was sitting next to Christ and around Christ. It says, He leaned into Jesus at the pass over the past and over, he leaned in and I really believe that us as the body of Christ should be leaning in to Jesus, whatever your situation is, lean away from religion, lean away from leadership, lean away from the control of the world, lean away, come off of what the crowd is doing, and lean into Jesus because He is the WAY the TRUTH and the LIFE No one comes to the Father, except through me. He is your God. He is your King. He is your great I am He is the winemaker. And as I look at this text, and I've got to come back, because I really feel the power of God is leading me to read this again. We are in Matthew chapter 27, verse 50, and verse 51. And when Jesus cried out again, in a loud voice, the spoken word is loud, and powerful, and demons react to the Word of God, demons flee at the name of Jesus, it says that God gave him the name. And at the name of Jesus, every knee shall bow on the earth, under the earth through the earth, and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord. I want to just let you know tonight, this morning, whatever the time may be in your life and your circumstances, wherever you are around the world. This is the day that the Lord has made, I shall rejoice and be glad in the Old Testament book of Nehemiah, it says, the joy of the Lord is my strength. I have got to get in God, I gotta get in the word I gotta get in Christ, because He is the Creator of heaven and earth, and if he was to follow Matthew chapter 27. And you follow that through and in verse one, it says, early in the morning, all the chief priests and the elders and the people made their plans, how they were going to execute how they was going to execute, they wanted to execute Jesus. They think that they executed Jesus. Religion thinks that it got Jesus, the demons think that they had part to play at the crucifixion of Jesus. The world thinks that it had Jesus Pilate thinks it had Jesus. Everyone thinks, and it had Jesus on the cross. But it wasn't any human being. It wasn't any physical strength that took him to the cross. It was the father that took him to the cross, because John 316 says, For God so loved the world, that He gave His one and only begotten son he gave, what did he give him to? He gave Him to the cross the Calvary, he created the cross of Calvary, as the redemption plan. Redemption the Redeemer has been given. It wasn't the strength of the the Levitical priesthood. It says here early in the morning, all the chief priests, the elders, and the people made their plans how to execute Jesus. And it says so they bound him, they led him away, and they handed him over to Pilate and the governance. When G when Judas it says, who betrayed him, so that Jesus was condemned, he was cease with remorse and return the 30 pieces of silver to the chief priests and the elders. I have sin to to said, he said for if betrayed innocent blood. Now, it says as you go further on in verse five, that Judas threw the money back he gave the money back into the temple, and I believe that the temple and the church at the moment is handling dirty money. I believe it is got a lot of blood money, it has got blood on its hands. So yeah, the field of blood there has nothing changed too much in religion from this press up to where we are right now. There are many, many, many denominations. There are many, many religious presses right now that literally have blood on their hands. They have dirty money in their grip in their bank and fine art, jewelry, and everything and outside of their temples, their congregations are hungry or thirsty, not just for food and water, not just for clothing, but what it says man does not live on bread alone, but by every word that proceeds out of the mouth of God, the church, I will say, and let me switch that 5050 to church and religion. And the organization hasn't delivered the Word of God within the framework of the UK, as it should has now we are in a spiritual crisis. Now we are in a spiritual press. God is still walking in the call of the garden as he did back in Genesis, he is walking with us, He is with you. But there are many religious leaders. There are many pastors, there are many wolves in sheep's clothing Lord Albus prophecies, Minister is 30 pieces of silver has been sold over and over and over again. But now, there is an opportunity and the opportunity is repentance. Repentance, changes everything. As soon as I commit a sin. And as soon as I speak about that, Lord, forgive me for I have sinned and fallen short of your glory. ABCD, whatever it may be, whatever that may be, as soon as I speak it, as soon as I confess it, as soon as I give it over through the power of the spoken word. It's gone. Washed, gone in the blood of Jesus. There is something so supernatural, so powerful, that is a mystery. Because the Scripture says, the greatest writer on Earth, Paul wrote very clearly that the Gospels are a mystery. And as he was writing the Scripture, as he was writing, the epistle, as he was writing, to the church, it was being revealed, as he wrote, see, God's word is held back for certain reasons, and for certain time, because His ways are higher than our ways. His thoughts are beyond our thoughts. Let me tell you this very clearly, God loves you, in your circumstances, God loves you, in every area of your life, God has set you free. God has given you a hope and a future. But isn't it interesting that most most of our life press doesn't reflect what the Lord says, oh, Lord, help us Jesus, because the Scripture says, All have sinned and fallen short of His glory. But the path by the power of redemption, by the power of salvation, by the power of being redeemed by the power of justification, by the sovereignty of God, by His ways are higher than our ways, His thoughts are higher than our thoughts. As far as the Earth is from the heavens, as far as the east is from the west, His ways are higher than our ways. Let me just remind us, it wasn't the power of the religious order that took into the cross of Calvary. It wasn't Pilate. It wasn't Herod, it wasn't 30 pieces of silver, even though the Scripture is telling us the fact scenario, that story, the fact the biblical interpretation, as we read it, in verse one, it says, early in the morning, all the chief priests and the elders of the people, made their plans how to have Jesus executed, even though they was physically involved. They wasn't included spiritually, because very interestingly, God spoke redemption. Before these guys before this order, even came into being because the redemption plan sprang out of the Garden of Eden, and even before the Garden of Eden existed, if we believe in the Holy Word of God, as we read it, and as we see it, and as we understand it, creation, God spoke. So as he spoke, and everything came into being, he had to have redemption, somewhere in the plan before eternity existed before eternity, came into existence before time sprung across the earth before God said, Let there be light. And there was God had you and me on his mind and on His heart, when you follow the scriptures on creation, and when you understand creation, suddenly I understand what I'm reading here, because creation and Genesis is a fundamental, it is a foundational point for Christianity, because everything is in Genesis, God is a God that speaks he calls the things that are not as though they are he he speaks about about mortality, very clearly he creates human beings from the dust of the earth when I when I get on when I get a understanding and caught. And I must say that I cannot understand everything from Genesis to Revelation because it is through the power of the Holy Spirit that He reveals His Word. So if I could ever say to everyone that I understand everything in here, he cannot be God. Because the Scripture says His ways are higher than our ways. His thoughts are higher than our thoughts. Everything is above humanity. He is a supernatural God. He is the Creator of heaven and earth. He is the Creator that put the angels into existence. He is the Creator that spoke atoms into being he is the God that the scientific world is trying to trace and trying to trap in a test tube, trying to work him out, trying to work out the maps, the equations, the science of life, the physical press, that everything that that they are the ones that are trying to work out the god button, but it says in Genesis, let there be light, and there was I believe it, I can't understand it. Because it's outside of my physical thinking. It's beyond because it is spiritual is too powerful for any human being to grasp. ie we might be able to get it through academics to a degree we might be able to work it out. Because we are had the skill set through science and Matt Matson and astrology where we can work certain things out on certain layers of life. But there comes a point when knowledge has to cease when knowledge has a ceiling level. And then suddenly, that's where faith rises, faith comes up. So it's really important that I understand Genesis, because what Genesis does, it gives me a clearer understanding on the birth, the death, the resurrection, eschatology the rapture of the church, and it gives me a clearer press to what's happening here. So I see that the soldiers that the higher priests, the chief priests, the elders, the the world, the cultural press, daughters against Christ, they did not have the power to crucify him, it was only given from above now this, we can go a little bit deeper and we could get ourselves a bit tired, because this this is this is fact. God spoke this world into being, everything is in existence, because he spoke it into being. So if he spoke everything into existence, he spoke redemption into being, what is redemption, who is the Redeemer, it is Christ. So Christ came into this world through 14 generations in concession of in the book of Matthew, you will find the genealogy of Christ, that He comes three times through through the gene not that he's come three times as a physical Christ, but I'm referring there are three reads that that break it down into 214 generations when it comes all the way down. And you will find it's lovely to see the seed coming all the way through, goes through David goes through. Boaz go goes through. So much comes down 14 generations, he comes through humanity, ordinary human beings, I love that he comes all the way down, even you will find the prostitute. Rahab is in the genealogy of Christ Jesus, that through the genealogy of Christ in uses Rahab let me tell you, church and religion wouldn't go near that one. In the name of Jesus. We're coming to the table in a few moments, but you will find bios, you will find rehab, you will find David you will find that you will find so interesting the genealogy of Christ. And then suddenly we find that the Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us. In the beginning, John chapter one, verse one, in the beginning was the Word and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. John, chapter one, verse 14, I believe, don't hold me check it to yourself, it says, And the Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us. Colossians makes it very clear, He is the image of the invisible guns, he or holds all things together, or things are in existence because of him. Hebrews chapter 12 verse to keep your eyes on Jesus, the author, the perfecter of your faith, he's the author. He wrote this 66 books came out of the mouth of the living God. So when I read verse 50, I have the faith to understand that he holds the power of death and life. And when I look at the structure of the Levitical priesthood that God created in the Book of Leviticus Suddenly I find that prey sort of come all the way up that odors come all the way up. So what do I get to in this scripture in Matthew was a time was it time was a time where, okay on time, Matthew chapter 27, when I read verse 50, to 51, and when Jesus cried out again, in a loud voice, he gave up his spirit, I can understand that and get that, because I understand what Genesis says, I understand what Genesis is very clearly speaking about salvation, what it talks about redemption. So this week has nothing to do with religion. It has nothing to do with what the world of the church is doing. It has nothing to do it does. Now I have to be very careful how I pronounce and how I push this over the mics. The church is very good at performing and bringing itself up out of the grave of religion at certain times and certain festivals. It's great at doing Carroll services, putting on a great show. It is great around about this time and different areas. But what it lacks what the church lacks, is sound doctrine. Yeah, I've said that. I really believe we are weak spiritually in this nation, not because of the world, and the demonic force may be pushing us. But the church hasn't spoke and hasn't pushed across the pulpits very clearly, for a few generations. Now, the blood of Jesus, the foundational points of Christianity, the doctrines of grace, we are living in a sweet shop of Christianity, where everything is on the shelf, in the sweet shop of Christianity, I can take a bit of this a bit of that, I'll mix it a bit of this bit of paganism, a bit of witchcraft, I don't realize it's witchcraft, because the preacher is talking about I don't, and I've taken a little bit about astral plane and out. And I've taken a little bit of yoga from that point. And I've taken a little bit of this from that, and I've taken a little bit from that, then suddenly, we have made ourselves maybe not yourself, maybe certain people, maybe certain denominations have made themselves a gateway, the body is a gateway, I need to be very careful what I opened myself up to. Now I am going to gonna say this, because I have to say this, Greater is He that is in me than he that is in the world. So once I'm saved, and how do I save myself, I cannot save myself, I do not have the strength in my lips, I do not have the physical power in my body to decide to follow the living God, the living God decides to call you and to call me before we even realize that the calling is on our life. The calling starts very interestingly, way back before the world even was information. He says before you called I answered before the world came into existence. I knew you. So salvation is not within the power of the church to dictate who comes down to an article who says the sinless prayer, who does this? Who does that? Yes, there are certain areas that we follow and we understand, but let me just make this very clear. No one chooses salvation. God chooses me and God has chosen you. And you know what, there are many that will drop into this live stream service. They will many will not even be thinking about church that may have just perused through social media. Because the crazy vicar the vicar is on at this time of night, what is he doing? We're laying in doors in our ones eating chocolate, it's Easter, doing all that I'll have a quick peruse through social media but this is not by chance that you've dropped into this because God already for prophesied through the word God for called you, God spoke to you. No human being has the power to resist this eternal God. He is a supernatural God, His ways are just He is the King of kings and the Lord of lords. And Christianity has nothing to do and no strength about walking into the box of church. Because the box of church can be a very dangerous place. The box of religion can be a controlling place can be a place where we feel oppression and heaviness where we don't feel comfortable, but the kingdom of God is completely different to the religious organization. Because you are saved. You do not belong to an organization. You do not belong to a religious structure. You belong to the kingdom of God, because the Kingdom of God cannot partner with religion. Because how can you say that Pastor Ben, because the scripture tells me here that really Legian wanted to execute the King of kings and the Lord of lords. And religion thought that it executed the King of kings and the Lord of lords. Because they walked all the way from the Garden of Gethsemane all the way out all the way to their courtyards, all the way to Pilate, all the way to Herod, all the way to the cross of Calvary, all the way religion was there. And that religion even shouted, Give us Barabbas, who is Barabbas Baris BRABUS, sorry, was put into prison for insurrection. He was a murderer. He wasn't insurrectionist he was someone that was reviving and coming up, and you've only got to understand who BRABUS was. But the church and religion and the Jewish leaders and the elders and everyone shouted, did they call give us Jesus, they said Give us Barabbas from this point on, and just before 2425 The Scriptures where it talks about when Judas sold and when the church came and religious claim, and the Jewish leaders came, and they done a deal for 30 pieces of silver religion. And the organization has always been trying to now Christ and hold Christ. But religion did not take him to the cross. The word took him to the cross, he took himself to the cross. So that brings us nicely to finish in the scripture that we are in verse 50. And when he cried out again, in a loud voice, he gave up his spirit. It wasn't the now's it wasn't the spear in the side, because that happened after it wasn't the physical death that took him. It says he gave up his walk. So this, this is a very interesting text, purely because it talks about the power of the Spirit over the physical, he gave up his spirit. So very clearly, it shows us that the spirit is stronger than the physical. when the spirit leaves the body, the spirit is controlling the body. We are We are the character us. It is the inner OS, the inner OS. This is just an earth suit that is carrying everything within us. This is just the skin that we're living in. So what it says here, let me read this again, we're coming to the table, grab yourself a bit of bread, a bit of wine, you know, a bit of grape juice out there, if anyone's got any wine not this time or not. Oh, no, we wouldn't have any wine in our house. Oh, no, no, no, no, no, we certainly wouldn't have no Pinot Grigio. But we wouldn't, we would only have grape juice, we wouldn't have anything else. But let's get ourselves some wine. Let's get ourselves some grape juice, let's get ourselves something that is symbolic to the blood of the Messiah, the King of kings and the Lord of lords. You know, it is important that this is a symbol, it is symbolic. And where we are at this moment, I just want to just just hold a few moments if we can hold a few moments in this, this this area when it says he gave up his spirit, the physical was not going to die, until he said it is finished. So until he gave up his spirit, when he gave up his spirit, the physical died. When the physical died, it makes a clear cut distinction and a clear press. The perception of everybody looked at Christ on the cross of Calvary, and thought that the nows took him that the brutality in in the courtyard the weapon, and the horrific beating that he took, and the exhaustion on his physical Christ's, his body gave up. But it wasn't his physical body that gave up. It says, He said, It is finished. And then it says he gave up his spirit when he gave up his spirit. And he said, It is finish. It wasn't the power of the physical brutality that took the Messiah. He was in control of every action of every violation on his body, because the Redeemer was given to the world, to be redeemed and to be sacrificed. The Scripture is very clear, one sacrifice once and for all. He is the Lamb of God, the Lamb that was slain. Oh, my Lord. The crucifixion What a way to go out, but it wasn't the power of the physical act of the crucifixion. took our Christ, he was in charge, he is in charge, he is in complete charge of death. How can you say that? If he was to go to the book of Exodus, and you look at Exodus 12, chapter, Exodus 12, and 13, when we read very clearly about the passing over, you will not find any discussion you will not find any press about Lucifer or the dark side of the darkness of the world, God is referring that the blood will be assigned. If you take a lamb, if you sacrifice a lamb, if you get the blood of the Lamb, if you put the blonde in the bowl at the base at your structure of your house, if you take the hyssop dip the hyssop in the blood outside your house, put it very interesting that the blood was on the outside. And it took the action of a human being to dip it in to paint it. But what happened very clearly that when the temple curtain was torn into all that Old Testament staff was now to the cross of Calvary. And what happened when that temple con was torn into what happened to me you and ask now, we had access access because the sacrifice had been given. And the temple curtain was torn into the Old Testament, the Old Testament covenant was cut into and it now became a new covenant. We are in the New Covenant and the New Covenant came around because Jesus said, It is finished and he gave up his life he is the atonement. He is the atoning sacrifice. He is the sacrifice the lamb, the Lamb that was slain. We talk about blood, the blood, the blood will be assigned in Genesis, the blood in Exodus at the base at the base and the base of our house. And it says with haste put the hits have been painted over the door posts over the lintel of your house. And what I was referring to the Christ is in charge of death and life, it says, the blood will be assigned who for not for Lucifer, not for Leviathan, not for the sons of God, not for the warriors that were created not because of the fallen angels, not because of Lucifer, not because of any darkness, but because God, it says the angel of death, he will see that who is God, you've got to we've got to understand that God is sovereign, His ways are just and the blood will be a sign. And today, as we remember this as we are in at this moment in time, in Christian festival, I will put it like that I will use the word festival, because Moses and Aaron went to Pharaoh and simply said, we want to go into the wilderness, and we want to worship and have our festival we want to go for three days and have our time. So it can be referred to as a Passover festival. And not you know, festivals has been that word is used in the world for all types of things. But you will find that in the Old Testament, you will find it very clearly. And I'm going to take us and I'm going to get us right now to take it a bread. So I just want to read this. I'm going to finish we got about eight minutes to go. And then we're off. We're off. We're off. It says in verse 50, of Matthew chapter 27. And when Jesus cried out in a loud voice, he gave up his spirit. So it wasn't Pilate. It wasn't Herod. It wasn't the chief priests. It wasn't the the dirty 30 pieces of silver. It wasn't the Levitical priesthood. It wasn't the Jewish leaders. It wasn't the audience that was around him. It was the redemption plan. The plan for our know the plans I have for you. Jeremiah 29, very clearly for Nona plans, I have for you the redemptive plan, the plans of yes and amen. Redemption is a plan. And we are looking that we see the scriptures being fulfilled. Christ was in the plan, he is now last part of the text, verse 51. At that moment, the curtain was torn of the temple was torn into very significant, very powerful that the old curtain was torn. What did that do? It gave us access access to who? Access to the Father. So how do I get to the Father? I have to go through Jesus. What is your reference? What is your biblical reference? Jesus says, I am the Way the Truth and the Life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. So the only way that I can get to the Father is through Christ, who is Christ Christ is the image of the invisible God. So I understand have very clearly that Christ is God in the fullness of the Deity. When I understand the Father, Son, the Holy Spirit, so what I understand is that Christ, he is the Good Shepherd. He is the great I AM, he is the door. He is the Way, the Truth and the Life. No one comes to the Father except through me. What is Christ? He is the Redeemer. He is the redemption plan. He is salvation. Psalm 62, mentioned four times very clearly, very, very quickly, that God is our salvation. How can God be our salvation, and the Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us? Well, that was in verse 14, or there abouts of John chapter one. But if you find John chapter one, verse one, and the word, a, sorry, and in the beginning was the word in the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was with God in the beginning. Christ is the image of the invisible God. He is the living word. So suddenly, I find that he is my salvation. He is my God, He is my rock, he is my king. So it wasn't, it wasn't the power of the religious order. It wasn't. And when you look at the crucifixion, I sit back now and I say, Thank you, that it was about Christ. It was for Christ. He is the Lamb of God, the Lamb that was slain. He is the king. He is your Redeemer. He is your Savior. He is your father. He is your redemption. He is your justification. He is your sovereign God. And all His ways are just, I pray that wherever you are tonight as we come in, as we gather around the table of remembrance, and let's put this in biblical terminology, let's speak and say as the Bible said, Jesus said three times in the Gospel of Matthew, he said, prepare for the Passover. So I've got to remove the word Easter, I've got to be careful what the word Easter means. Is the word Easter a biblical terminology, or should I be using the word Passover, we are in the Passover, we are seeing the past over, we are experiencing redemption, we are experienced the Holy Week, this is about him and for him. So I gotta be careful how I use the language of the world. And mixing it in the world of church can be quite damaging. Got to be very careful, very, very careful. Father, we thank You for this bread that symbolizes the body of Christ. And as I take this bread right now, in a mighty name of Jesus, I pray for all those father that are looking into Christianity, not because of the power of their eyes, and because of the power of their vocabulary, but Lord simply because you've already called them and load their naturalized load and then naturally is being open, their eyes are open, their ears are open to the calling of God, not the calling of church, but the calling of the Holy Spirit, the calling of the Holy Ghost, the calling of the living word, the calling of the Redeemer, the calling of Jehovah Jireh, the colon of Jehovah and this you've got to call in of the God of Israel, the calling, the calling is calling you. He is your way. He is your King, and he is your God. He is calling you. He is calling you. It's not religion. It's not the pastor's. It's not the structure of church that's calling you. God is calling you to new beginnings. The temple curtain has been torn in to access access to the Father. But the access comes through Jesus. Yes, we could look very deeply at Christ is the head of the body which is the church. Yes, the Church of Jesus Christ, the church, the Body of Christ, the kingdom is very different. The kingdom of God is here, then we have religion, then we have denominations, then we have contract, we have all this here, but the kingdom of God is here. Where is the kingdom of God, the kingdom of God is within you are in the king's domain, you are born again filled of the Spirit of the Living God. You are chosen not because the power of your lips and the power of your physical strength, but you are chosen by the God of Israel. All my sin, all your sin. All my axe had been now to the cross of Calvary. And I pray that wherever you are tonight, you will find Peace in Jesus, you will find rest in the Messiah, you will find joy in His Word. You will find peace in his presence. You will find love in the darkness, you will find that His word is a lamp unto your feet alight for your path, Psalm 119 105, I believe. I pray, Lord, for everybody that stayed with me, for these moments tonight, everybody that's dipping in all those that have fallen asleep. All those that feel tired and exhausted. All those that have stayed in all those that are breaking bread with me now, all those that are taken on the cut now all those father that are looking into Christianity, gazing into the bow of life and looking into the fishbowl of the world and thinking I don't fit, I don't fit in. I pray, Lord, that you will continue that draw. It's not because they don't fit in. It's because I thank you, Jesus that you are drawing them out. You are drawing them out, Lord. So Father, I thank you for Romans chapter eight, verse one, there is now no condemnation for those that are in Christ Jesus, For what the law was powerless to do. The scripture that we was in by the tearing of the curtain into For what the law was powerless to do, God did by sending His Son. And when his son said it is finished, when he gave up his spirit, the temple curtain was torn into Romans chapter eight verse one for what the law was powerless to do. God dead by sending his son as a sacrifice, one sacrifice once and for all, what an enormous text one sacrifice once and for all. beyond human understanding, bless this bread Lord, as we take this bread together, Lord, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, amen. Father, I thank you that this symbolizes the body of Christ. Bless us all we pray, bring us and draw us into holiness, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, amen. Let's get the cup. Let's take this cup, wherever you are, across the earth tonight. I thank God for your life. Because you are a slave to righteousness. The world doesn't own you. The world doesn't have dominion over you. Lucifer can't get near you. The demonic forces cannot control you. Because greater is He that is him mean that he that is in the wall. You have been given the gift of salvation, you carry the living word. You have been chosen before the very foundation of the world. And even if we want to press the drum skin a little bit more on something a bit more deeper, something for us to think and to, to pray and to lift up before God. You were saved before any angelic being ever came into existence. Even before Lucifer fell out of Heaven's glory, or should we say before he was kicked out of heaven, you as on God's heart and mind before. So Lucifer is only doing what he has been permitted to do. Buy the power of God. Lucifer has no power within himself. Lucifer has no strength. But what he has, he is a manipulator of words. And we see that very clearly in the Garden of Eden, because he said this. Are you sure? God said, Are you sure? So he switches words around, he makes the human mind think. You do not need to be delivered to be delivered any more because he was already delivered, because you was delivered when salvation came into your life. We do not need to go to another deliverance ministry and shout on Allah and do all that jumping up and down because greater is He that is in me that he that is in the world. And if you are truly saved if I'm truly saved, God is not going to share residence in my body with a satanic being. Because the Scripture is so clear and so powerful. Even the demons tremble at the name of Jesus. So if I carry the name of Jesus, Lucifer is on the outside. He can't get on the inside, because you are a name carrier. Just like Mary Merriman. airy carried the living word, in physical formation, we carry the living word, in spiritual word, out of your belly shall flow rivers of living water, Greater is He that is in you than he that is in the world. You have been adopted you have been grafted in. So we got to be very careful when we look. And when we dive into the the ministries that are that are shouting and beating and, and and pressing the deliverance ministry stronger than they are Jesus. Because if you know Jesus, you ain't gotta worry about spiritual entities. If you know Jesus, you carry the word. If you carry the word, the demonic forces came up to Jesus and they said, throw us into the herd of pigs, because it'd be better for us to go over there than to face you. The demonic forces said to the disciples, they said to the audience, we don't know who you are, but we know who he is. There is something that is so powerful, about the name of Jesus. So as we come, to take another cut now, as we have pressed over time, I just want to let you know something. God loves you, beyond what you can imagine, or anticipate, or verbalize, or speak out. You belong to Jesus. You belong to Jesus. I belong to Jesus, even though I feel that I don't deserve Jesus. He saved me and he save you. You belong, I belong to Jesus. Many people may say, Well, my life doesn't reflect a disciple or a believer or a follower of Christ, who can actually say, who on this earth, I can actually say, I am living completely right according to the Word of God. And I hear the voice. In the New Testament, ringing in my ears, Paul wrote, a wretched man, am I? Why do I do the things I hate? And why can't I do the things? I should? Father, we thank you, for the blood of Jesus that was shared at the cross of Calvary. For the power of redemption. We are redeemed not because of the religious order, not because pastors I've been given altar calls, not because I'd said I decided to follow Jesus. I am saved because salvation came to me. And salvation found me and salvation found you. So, Lord, as I remember the Passover, the passing over because the blood will be assigned. Lord, will You wash me again tonight in the blood of Jesus? Will you'll watch me in the Crimson Tide? Will you'll wash me from the crown of my head to the soles of my feet? How many times Jesus will you forgive me 777, endless forgiveness. And as Christ was on the cross of Calvary, he said, Father forgive them, for they know what they do. Beautiful. And with that, he gave up his spirit. The temple curtain was torn into darkness came, graves were opened. And the redemption plan was being watched by the audience at the cross of Calvary. They probably shouted, he's gone. See, he's gone. But they didn't know. Sunday was coming. The devil was dance for a few hours. Religion shouted Give us Barabbas but they didn't realize that he was coming back. Sunday I hear the sound of Sunday approaching. Lucifer I hear the sound of Sunday. rise in coming up from the formation of creation. I hear the sound of the angels sit in one of his head one at his foot store. He was here. Why are you looking for the living among the dead? He's alive. If he's alive, he's alive. Sunday is coming, Lucifer. Sunday is coming religion. Sunday is always resurrection day with Jesus Father, cleanse me in the blood of Jesus, in your precious Name. Amen. Thank you so much for staying with us tonight, wherever you are, whoever you are, whatever you may be doing at this hour, indoors at work or wherever you are at this moment on the other side of the world, as morning breaks in your culture, as afternoon is around you, wherever you are, I pray, and I thank God for your life because God is with you. God is for you and not against you. And let's just remind ourselves, Christianity is not about going into the building. Christianity is about following the Christ. He is the WAY the TRUTH and the LIFE No one comes to the Father except through him. Whatever is happening in your world now and the time it says to me as I look across there, it 12 minutes past Lemonis past one Saturday morning, I believe we're in Saturday, all week. I just pray that you would be hungry for Jesus. That you just just so hungry for the Word of God. And I thank God that he is working in your life. You are saved, you are redeemed. You are blessed. You are a child of the living God. Continue to smile, because He loves you. God bless. We'll see you tomorrow evening at 12 o'clock tomorrow evening, which actually is tonight. Have I got that right?
