But this is Monday evening, Holy Communion night wherever you are. This is the day that the Lord has made we shall rejoice and we shall be glad whoever you are, wherever you are, whatever your timezone is, God bless you. Let's turn straight into the book of Matthew. We're going to go into the book of Matthew chapter 20. We've got no verse 25 Sorry, we've got a Matthew chapter six, Matthew chapter six, verse 25, as we just sit as we'd be still, and this is about anyone and for anyone that may be worrying tonight, whatever's going on in your life, do not worry, do not worry, beautiful little text, just a little bit of treasure. Just put in the scripture here. For anyone that may be worrying tonight, wherever you are across the earth, do not worry, God is with you. If God is for me, who can be against me, let's turn you know greatest investment. As you as I always say, look at the greatest investment we'll ever find is a Bible. You know, get yourself a Bible, the best 10 quid will ever spend, you know, let's turn to Matthew chapter six, verse 25, wherever you are this evening, if you want to follow me with the Scriptures, we're going from verse 25, round down, or we're gonna go to let's, let's just see where we end up. Maybe round about verse 3334. We'll just we'll just take it there. But May God strengthen you tonight. Do not worry, do not let anything in your life grab ahold of you, other than the Word of God, you know, the word of God is clear, it is clear cut instruction, it will give us a way forward, it will show us a way forward. So whoever and wherever you are this evening, I just pray that you will feel the presence of the Holy Spirit. And God will be with you in such a very, very powerful way that God will just anoint you and guide you and strengthen you. I don't know who's with me tonight. I got no, no timeline whatsoever. But let's just get straight into this. And we're gonna jump straight into verse 25, verse 25, of Matthew, chapter six, very simple text. But let's just pray before we go any further. Let's just pray and let's just be still and know that he's gone. Because he is with us and He is worthy of all praise. May God just anoint you tonight. Or wherever you are, then never give up. Never give up. Never give up there is always hope. There is always, always hope. There we are. I've got it. You're in I found you. There we are. Right, here we go. We're in verse 25. Therefore I tell you do not worry about your life, what you will eat what you drink, or about your body or what you will wear Is not life more important than food. It says there very clearly, and the body more than clothes, Look at the birds of the air, they do not so they do not reap they do not store in barns, yet their heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not more more valuable than these? Can any one of us add by one hour a single hour to our life by worrying? Verse 28? And why do you worry about your clothes, see how the flowers or the fields grow? They do not labor they do not spin and yet I tell you what, Solomon in all his splendor was not he was dressed that night like one of these. If that is how the God of the heavens above clothes, the grass of the field, which is here today gone tomorrow, and is thrown into the fire. Will he not much more clothe you, Oh ye of little faith. So do not worry saying What shall we wear or What shall we drink or What shall we eat? It's very simple, three things. Verse 32. Very interesting what he says here in verse 32. He said For the pagans run after these things, and your heavenly Father knows exactly what they need. But verse 33 Verse 33, of Matthew, chapter six, But seek ye first His kingdom, and His righteousness and all these things will be given unto you as well. Therefore, do not worry about tomorrow for tomorrow will worry about itself Each day has enough trouble of its own. That Scripture just sums it up. And it says absolutely everything. Isn't that just really interesting what the Word of God makes so clear to each and every one of us. And he says in verse 25, therefore, I tell you, do not worry about your life. I just want to encourage you tonight, wherever you are, if there's anyone with us online this evening, and I can't quite see the screen completely correct. But if there is anyone out there tonight, do not worry about your life. God is with you. God will strengthen you, God will provide everything for you. He is the WAY the TRUTH and the LIFE No one comes to the Father except through me, we understand that. And we get that. But this is about worry. Therefore, I tell you do not worry about your life, what you will eat and what you will drink and about your body on what you will wear three major areas of life, Lord, I've got to eat Lord, I've got to drink, Lord, and I've got to be close, Lord, You've got to supply all my needs according to their riches and glory. But it's very easy, isn't it to worry about our food, we got this food, the increase in prices, we got the fuel rising, we've got the clothing, costs of clothing, the kids ourselves, just putting fuel into the car, everything that goes along with that. But the Scripture makes it so clear, do not worry. So whoever you are, and wherever you all this evening, I would just like to urge you tonight, wherever you are across the earth, do not worry about what you're going to wear, what you're going to drink, what you're going to eat, what your job situation is because God will supply God is the supplier of all things and He will make a way where it seems to be no way but as the scripture makes it so clear. He says look at the fields of the birds of the air, they do not so they do not return or they do not store away in barns yet your heavenly Father feeds them you are not much more worth valuable than this. How can you say that by worrying you will add a single hour hour to your life and verse 28. And why do you worry about your clothes? That is you know who I love clothes you know I love I love clothes. I'm gonna be very careful what I say I love I love clothes I'm I could be addicted to certain brands, you know, it's not an not a good thing to say. But you know, every one of us has certain drawings away. You know, every one of us has certain things in our lives that that we may be drawn to in certain situations of life, but I gotta be perfectly honest with you. I do like a nice pair of trousers. I like T shirts. I like trainers. I like caps. I like that God help me Lord. Why? Why Why oh, why? Don't come back to the scripture says Why do you worry about your clothes, see how the flowers of the field they glow. They do not read they do not spin. This is such a very interesting text. And the further we go into my notes as I glaze my eyes over this trying to keep this very light and very simple as bank holiday Monday, people probably tired, exhausted, I can't see us who's online at this moment. I pray that God will supply all your needs according to His riches and glory. God will clothe you, God will feed you God will water you. God will sustain you God will supply when it looks like there's no way forward God will make a way where there seems to be no way. Trust me. I've experienced it. You know, it happens. I experienced it now God always provides the he's never let me down. He's always made a way where there seems to be no way. So Do not struggle. Do not worry. Do not allow the struggle of life do not allow the fear Do not allow the worry of how are we going to feed the children? How are we going to feed ourselves? There isn't enough fuel in the car to get to the school run tomorrow. When am I gonna fall to get the next Oyster card next week. We ain't gonna stretch this I got to pay the credit card bills I've got pay the rent, the social housing issue that's going on we can't afford to put another 510 pound on the fuel meter we got this we got that can't afford this can't afford that. If I allow all that, that that structure around me to control me. It takes my focus off the King of kings and the Lord of lords. So what I gotta do, I gotta do what Hebrews 12 Verse two says, Keep your eyes on Jesus. I asked you and I I really urge you whoever and wherever you are tonight whatever your timezone is, whatever your nation, whatever country you may be sitting in this evening, I pray that you keep your eyes on Jesus because this is what this is about keeping your eyes on Jesus, verse 33, it says, But seek ye first His kingdom and His righteousness. And all these things shall be given to me as well. Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself Each day has enough trouble of its own. How true is that? How many years How 1000 How many 1000s of years is this scripture? You know I'm getting I'm getting a bit tongue tied tonight because I just feel The presence of God really guiding us and really leading us and I feel very blessed tonight, I feel very blessed to know that I'm a son of the living God, that God will provide all my needs according to Thy riches and glory. And it's all about him, I got to trust him. So we're at the communion table, we're at the Passover table, we're at the table where we're just going to rest, and we're going to take communion together. And wherever you are, across the earth, I just want to just reflect on the scriptures just for a few moments before we take the bread and we take the cup, it's really, really important to me is that I can't worry about the clothes that I'm going to wear that's a big challenge. I can't worry about the food that's going to be in the cupboards, I can't worry about what we shall drink. I can't worry about the fuel in the vehicle. I can't worry. Even when it comes to the Lord's house, the running the vehicle and, and everything that goes with running the Food Project gotta supply for us help us law, we've got to get to a B, C and D law. There doesn't seem to be enough diesel Lord, it's costing an hour, 35 quid a week to put the fuel in the vehicle. Because of the rising cost. If I keep looking at that, that will take my focus and my vision away from what God has for me. So it's really really important that I keep focused on the King of kings and the Lord of lords. And He will supply he will make away you know, he's a winemaker. He's your God is your King, he shall supply all your needs according to the riches in glory, He will draw you clothes he will put food in your cupboards he will put gas in the system, he will fire up the electric system, he will put fuel he will stretch that that fuel in your car, he will stretch the diesel in his vehicle because that vehicle is all is. It's really really important to me that I just rest I gotta learn to rest in Jesus, I gotta learn to trust Him, that He will supply the finances that's needed for the home for the church, He will supply the food for the community project He will supply the food for every one of us He will supply the clothing for the for each and every one of us that God will make away where there is no way but it's really important that I do not store up in bonds. That is a critical part of this text. I'm trying to keep it light I'm trying to keep it very easy on this bank holiday Monday. And if you were to look just for if you have a Bible looking first 19 of Matthew chapter six, he says Do not stir up herself treasures on earth where moth and rust and vermin destroy and where thieves break in and steal got to be careful that I do not store up for myself. Material wealth, material gain material stuff, cars, gadgets, clothing where moth and rust come in and they destroy the vehicles moth come in and destroy the fabrics in the clothings. So it's really really important I do not store up for myself treasures of this earth treasures of this world. Really critical. That a find a place that I find that I find a place in faith where I can find a place where I can just rest in God I can trust him. The just shall live by faith we are living at a time where where money doesn't seem to stretch we're living in a time where where time doesn't stretch anymore. People have two three jobs just trying to keep the house move and just trying to keep things moving. I just want to encourage you tonight to do not worry wherever you are, whoever you are, whatever your timezone is here within the UK 747 there abouts. I just pray that God will continue to guide you to strengthen you that you will not allow fear you're not allowed to worry you're not allowed the lack of if I keep looking at the lack of the lack of will take me away from what God has. If I allow the lack of it will completely affect me we're coming to the table very very soon. I want to keep this so simple. I want to keep this so light I don't want to elongate it I don't want to stretch it I don't want to push it too far. Don't drag it out. I just want to let you know tonight that do not worry about the clothing that you wear. Do not worry about the food in your cupboard do not worry about the gas that's gonna go in the system do not worry about the electricity do not worry about your phone bill. Do not worry. It's easy to say that how easy is it for for me to say that sitting here, but I'm a human being. I am just like you and we are just the same. We all have issues of running the home, running family and running children, school runs workplace issues. Ministry situations run in the church turning the electric on turn the electric off wherever whatever setting we are in we all have these issues. So the scripture really applies to us whether we're whether we're married or unmarried, we're a single parent, family whoever and wherever whatever culture we're coming from, but worry seems to an IT can get out of us. The Bible tells us Do not be anxious for anything for it makes it so clear in Philippians Do not be anxious about anything but buy in everything by prayer and supplication, present your request to God. It's really important to me that I live by faith faith is faith is critical. Faith is critical for me at this moment in time because if I look at the fuel pump prices, if I look at the scarcity of the food in certain areas, and certain hours of the shops if I you can see what's going on it doesn't it's not taking rocket science, it's not taking a mathematician to try and work this one out, we got this 10 pound or this 10 pound doesn't seem to be growing anymore. But what is growing around me is the fuel cost is the food cost is the children's clothing is this is that A, B, C, and D, and that the money still stays stays the same. The money doesn't increase the Universal Credit if anything is decreasing the bedroom tax the rent arrears this that and the mortgage arrears, the stress here, the credit card bills, trying to juggle that card, trying to look for a deal with that card to transfer it to that card, trying to pull it from here and pull it from there. You know, if I allow the worry of life and the stress and everything that's going on, I just pray that wherever you are tonight, that God will strengthen you and guide you and completely be with you. It's really really important that we just completely trust him walk with him and made a hand of God just completely be with you tonight. Wherever you are. I understand that some have lost sound sound as gone I can't understand why sound has gone it is on YouTube we will be on YouTube. I can't understand why the sound has gone you can go to YouTube. You can go to YouTube. I don't know why why Lord, why is it disappeared? The internet is not working. What is going on? We have lost everything tonight May God bless you and strengthen you. Haven't got a Scooby Doo what happened there. But it's, it's really, really important for me that I do not worry that I do not worry about my life because God has my life. In his hands. You know, everything is in his hands. He is the King of glory. And I pray for each and every one of you tonight that you will not worry about food that you will not worry about the bills. It's so easy to say that but I have the same issues the same worries. The same stresses the same press on life as every one of us. And the Bible says the just shall live by faith. The just shall live by faith. That's really really important that I believe God is speaking to me tonight. I believe God is speaking to you guys tonight that we live by faith, you know, and that's not sitting back in the chair and saying God told me to live by faith. I'm going to sit here and wait for him to put it in my lap. We still have to go faith and actions work together. We have to move forward we have to navigate our way through by faith by the word of God. So everything we do is just completely by by trust in Him we work we move. You know we put one foot in front of the other we keep moving we keep moving we keep moving gotta mind the right position, Lord, am I in the right job and mine the right setting in mind the right relationship mind the right school Am I in the right press of life, whatever it may be. But wherever you are tonight, I pray that you will not worry that you will not worry about your life because God has your life. It doesn't matter how it looks on the outside. It doesn't matter what's looking what he's looking like to the northeast, the South, the West, God has you and God is with you. I pray for you tonight that God will just strengthen you and guide you and protect you and His ways are just the Scripture is clear. Do not worry so simple. I'm trying to be a good vicar tonight and keep it simple without going too far. And two pushed and two into we're going to come to the table and we're going to take the bread and we're going to take the wine wherever you are tonight. The Scripture is clear, and it is plain and it is loud. And it is powerful. And God is with you. And the Scripture is from Matthew chapter six verse 25. Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life. If the Scripture is loud and clear, do not worry about your life and what you eat or drink about your body. So much were getting from this text and not worrying about where you going to eat, what you're going to drink about your body, what you're going to wear is life more important than food and the body, more important than clothes. You know, the first part of that scripture is loud, it is clear. And I pray that whoever you are tonight, that you will feel the very presence of the Holy Spirit. And the Holy Spirit will be your Counselor, the Holy Spirit will will be the advocate for you, the Holy Spirit will be your Comforter, the Holy Spirit will lead you the Word of God will just strengthen you. So I just pray tonight that God will just continue to open the doors of opportunity, he will closed doors of the past and you will not worry about your body you will not worry about your life. You will not worry about the food you will eat you will not worry about your what what we're going to drink, what are we going to eat, what we're going to wear, how we're going to pay for this? How are we going to pay for that? God God helped me Lord, Lord, Lord, you know He will supply My God shall supply all my needs according to Thy riches in glory, for he is your provider. He is Jehovah Jireh, Jehovah Nissi, Jehovah shalom, Your God is with you. And He is the God of Israel. He is the God of Isaac, Jacob and Abraham, he is the God that said, let there be light and there was, you know, I gotta be careful. I'm going down that road tonight. I gotta be careful. I can feel the horses, trying to draw me out tonight. But I'm being good. And I'm being still and I'm resting. It's Bank Holiday Monday, the Scripture tells us everything. Let's break this bread together. You know, wherever you are tonight, I thank God that we're able to break bread together, we're able to take this table together as we're able just to sit around the Passover table. And we are remembering the passing over because the blood work the blood will be a sign. That's what it's about the blood will be assigned. Coming from the book of Exodus, the blood will be assigned. So wherever you are, the blood will be assigned. You are blood watch, you are sanctified. You are a child of the living God, you are blessed and highly favored. You are redeemed redemption is upon you, and you are blessed. You are God's Son, you are God's daughter. You are a child of the living God. And as we sit and as we break bread together tonight, or wherever you are tonight, may God just strengthen you. I want to keep it easy. God helped me to keep it easy, Lord, I don't want to get it complicated anymore. I don't want to get it complicated anymore. But let's just break this bread. Father, we thank you that this bread symbolizes the body of Christ. And Lord, as I break this together with my sisters and my brothers across the earth, I pray, Lord, that the power of the Holy Spirit will just bring them to a place of rest, that the Holy Spirit will bring them to a place father of, of complete peace, Lord, that the Holy Spirit will guide them in paths of righteousness for their namesake. Lord, I thank you that this bread symbolizes your body, the body of the Messiah, the body of the King of Glory, bless this bread in Jesus name, amen. He is worthy, he is worthy. And you are blessed. You are a child of the living God. And I pray tonight that you will find complete peace, complete peace for your body for your mind, your spirit, your heart that God will just take you from where you are. And as the scripture says, and it says in verse 25, of Matthew chapter six, Therefore I tell you do not worry about your life. Do not worry about your life. Do not worry about your body. Do not worry about your physical issues. Do not worry about your mental state. Do not worry about what you're going to eat. didn't worry about how you're going to wear what you're going to drink. Do not worry about them areas just give him praise wherever you are. Tonight. Just give him praise as we take this cut, as we just say thank you, Father for sending your one and only begotten Son, that whosoever shall believe in the shall not perish but have everlasting life. Lord, I pray tonight, that everyone on the other side of this mic on the other side of these lens, Lord, that you will give them rest. Lord, I believe that there are many people that are spiritually agitated. I believe that there are many people that are agitated in religion and church and feeling very frustrated with life looking at life and thinking, what is the purpose of this anymore? What what is the reason? And that is the question that we need to keep asking God Father, am I in the right job? Am I in the right relationships? Am I in the right house? Am I in the right? Ministry? Am I in the right? denomination? Am I am I am I Lord, where do you want me? So I pray tonight? That you will find rest. You will find peace, you will find joy because Nehemiah chapter eight clearly says the joy of the Lord is my strength father, cleanse me from the crown of my head to the soles of my feet in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, amen. How powerful. How powerful is that? To be able to take Have a cup together to be able to gather around the word of God together. And I thank you so much for your life that you've been listening. You're here. I believe you're here. And I just ask God that He will strengthen you and protect you and will continue to encourage you through his word. His word encourages his word sets free, his word hills, his word guides. His word is the redeeming word. His word is the word of the Messiah of the great I AM, he is your Jehovah Jireh, he is your Jehovah Nissi, Jehovah shalom, he is your peace. Here's your everlasting father. He is your eternal God, He is your everything. And I pray as we read so simply from that text, and I'm not going to press that anymore. But there's just one more time verse 25, of Matthew chapter six, therefore, I tell you, do not worry about your life. Do not worry about your life. That is it. We've reached the point. I will see you very, very soon. May God just continue to reveal his word to you. May God just reveal His anointing and his power and his love to you. You just just just seek Him, understand His sovereignty, understand, understand that redemption is on you that salvation is on you. That justification is all over you and around you. And you are saved you are you are a child of the living God and He loves you beyond human understanding wherever you are, across this world. Whatever is going on in your life tonight.
