Good morning, everybody. God bless you Sorry we're late this morning had a little chuckle in the studio this morning. The Lord is good. His mercy endures forever, wherever you are across the globe. We thank you so much for joining us today. Because this is the day that the Lord has made we shall rejoice and be glad God is with you, wherever you are, never give up He is with you. He will never leave you or forsake you. He is with us to the very end of this age. I'm going to turn straight into the New Testament, we're going to go to the New Testament gonna go to the book of Mark, I go to the book of Mark, and for some unknown reason, I have marked 14. Preston my spirit and that is about the Garden of Gethsemane. You'll have to excuse me as we just get ourselves in this morning. The Garden of Gethsemane I think, is a very interesting place. And I believe there are a lot of believers in the Garden of Gethsemane at this moment in time, and not realizing what is actually going on. And what is actually happening because there is a positional place that we are in at this moment of saying, Lord, not my will, Your will be done and I, I believe the Garden of Gethsemane is a very interesting place for anyone that is a believer, it is a place of stretching, it is a place of seeking the father like never before the Garden of Gethsemane is almost a place of, of pain of leaving oneself in the garden, and following the Father's will. And I believe the church is at this position. At this very moment in time, I believe that we are in a critical position within the body of Christ within the church, within the ecclesia. Within the establishment, whatever label we put on the tin, I believe that the church is at this moment in the Garden of Gethsemane. And the question is, is it going to take the will of the Father the will of the Scripture? Or is it going to just go and do what it wants to do. But I really believe that each and every one of us also is in this position of saying, Father, whatever your will is, for my life, a place of surrender. And let's just say good morning to all those in the world of podcasting. Thank you so much for wherever you are you back, listen to this stuff that goes out a week later. And as we just gather, and we are in a very unusual position at this moment in time, and I just pray that you will just rest and just take a moment out of the busyness of life. And just pause and just allow the power of the Holy Spirit just to speak to you right now. We are blessed and highly favored. We are wonderfully we are fearfully made but Christ in the Garden of Gethsemane. Now he took three with him and he said, you watch and you just stay here and don't fall into temptation, watch and pray. Praying is powerful. Watching is very interesting as well about being a watchman, watching in the deadness of night and seeking God. And there is a place I believe where many of us are and that is in the Garden of Gethsemane seeking the will of the Father, seeking His purpose, His understanding, seeking his his presence, understanding what His purpose is for our life. And when you look at Christ when he was in the Garden of Gethsemane, what he went through sweating droplets of blood, and it says going a little further he fell to the ground and he prayed if it is possible may this hour pass from Me he cried out Abba Father saying everything is possible for you. Everything is possible but take this cut from me, yet not my will but your will be done. I believe that there are many people in this posture at this moment in the Garden of Gethsemane. And that can be a lonely place that can be a place of stretching, that can be a place of trial that can be a place of almost being stripped back of the flesh. And I pray that wherever you are today, you just realize who you are first in Christ Jesus, you are a son, you are a daughter of the living God. There might be issues there might be things going on, and maybe struggles and different situations that are before you but if God is for you, who who can be against you, and I pray maybe you're A young believer, maybe you've been in church many years, maybe you've been on the road of faith for such a long time. But you've hit a point in your life, where you seem to be in this position of uncertainty, not because there's a doubting of the God of Israel, but just over the situation that we are in regarding the way of the world, what's happening, you know, wars, rumors of wars, everything that's going on there. I really believe that we are in a really unusual position that we've never, we've never been in this position before. And I just pray that you will just seek God in the Garden of Gethsemane that is a quiet place that is a place of being stripped back, that is a place of finding the Father's will, to seek him a very interestingly, Christ was in this position on his own, he told them to wait and whoever you are journeying with, in your Christian walk at this moment, whoever you're walking with, sometimes I think we need to say, Hang on a minute, I need to journey for the next few hours, these moments on my own, because I've really got to do some seeking. And I understand what the Bible says, Seek ye first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and everything else like that which shall be added unto thee. I clearly get that, and I understand that. But I do honestly believe that we are in this place at this moment of just seeking God like never before seeking His purpose, seeking His will. Just stretching out, you know, just just coming out of that comfort zone coming out of that boat coming out of that, that posture coming out of that position of almost safety coming out of that place and saying, God, what is your what are your will for me today, Lord, what is your purpose? What is your plan, the Garden of Gethsemane? What a place to be. I pray that wherever you are across this earth, and what really is interesting about the Garden of Gethsemane, God was with him in the garden. When you look at this, deeply, when you look at this theologically, when you when you just stretch yourself and just try and grasp this for a moment. This this garden of Gethsemane, everything that's going on in there, this place, a place of surrender, are you at a place of surrender my place of surrender, I'm learning to surrender. I'm learning every second every moment to say, Father, Lord, this this life, it can't be a my will. It can't be my decisions. It can't be this, it can't be that. Lord, I got an Father, I've got to know what your perfect will is for my life. Yes, we've got the word of God. But there also it comes a point of actually walking in that will walk in in the purpose walking in, in the father's plans. You know, Jeremiah, very clear, very interesting, Prophet. For I know the plans I have for you declares the LORD plans to not to harm you, but to give you a hope and a future. We can quote all that we can say all that but there are many people today in the Garden of Gethsemane, crying out, saying, God, what what is the purpose of my life? What is this reason? You know, the Garden of Gethsemane is a place of stretching, of place of waiting, a place of handing over a place of laying down the flesh, the thoughts the place of, of letting go of all this pain or all this stuff, and same Father, your will let your will be done. On Christ calls out in the book of Mark and he cries out and he says Abba, Father, everything is possible for you. Take this from me. This is the living word. Speak into the father, the God of Israel. Take this cup from me. He was in anguish. Are you in anguish today? Are you in pain today? Are you in turmoil today? Are you in distress today? Do you feel lost today? Have you been in church for so long? It's almost caused your confusion. Have you been caught in this this bubble of church for so long, and suddenly, we was hit with this plague this COVID-19 and everything got locked down suddenly was put into this, accelerated into this this time that just seemed to hold still and didn't seem to move and go anywhere. It just seemed to be this. This strange experience that the world went through God is shaping God is molding. But I pray if any one of you this morning has the boldness to say to your friends and your family. It's time for me to the time for me to go to the Garden of Gethsemane, to kneel down before the Father, just me and the father and seek in his world and sound Father, if it is possible, this next event, can you remove it, but you've got to go through. There are many things that we have to go endurance might sound a little bit heavy this morning, but God is God is with us. You're in the will of the Father. Isn't it interesting that Christ was in the will of the Father, even though it seems to be quite brutal even though it seemed to be beyond our human understanding that this this was happening to the living word, but we understand that the power of the cross what happened at the Cross everything that went on through the cross? Are you in the garden of Gethsemane? Do you feel alone this morning? Well, you're not alone. Do you feel that you're in this place? stretch in this place where you're where you're wrestling with your flesh and wrestling with the word and, and trying to surrender, you're trying to lay it down. But then Jesus comes in he says, if it is possible, everything is possible for you if this is possible, but not my will. That's my prayer this morning. Lord helped me to understand that this life is about following Christ. It's about following the word he's been in, been in the father's plans been in the Father's Will been in the father's purpose. The Lord helped me to lay down everything of myself helped me to lay everything down of the flesh helped me Lord, just to put everything into this posture this morning, Lord of just surrender, because Lord, this is what the garden is about complete, complete surrender, handing over to the Father. So Lord, we thank You for this morning. We thank you that the joy of the Lord is our strength. We thank you that your your plan is perfect for us. But Lauren, much flesh just wants to battle so much, Lord some days, my flesh wants to just just take me off in a different direction. But I love I love the Scripture. I love it, where Christ is so is so real. And it says going a little further verse 35, verse 35, of Mark, chapter 14 that we're on it says, going a little further, he fell to the ground, and he prayed, go a little further, just go a little further into that garden. Don't be frightened of going into that place. You know, I believe there are many of us frightened of going into that place, and actually saying, take all this from me. But maybe you're not going to take all this from me that I've actually got to walk through this experience. That I've got a I've got to go through what I gotta go through Psalm 23, even though I go through the valley. Even though I go through, I will fear of I will fear not because you are with me, even though I'll walk through. I will fear not even though I have to go through the psalm scenario, even though I've got to go through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, because when I go in, I'm going to lay down my flesh, I'm going to I'm going to be bold today, Lord, I'm going to cry out, Father, if it is possible, can you take me on a different journey. But I know that I gotta go through this. I know that I've got to experience this, I know that I've got to go through endurance. And I know that I've got to have this garden of Gethsemane experience. You know, there are many of us journey, and we have some beautiful and some lovely people and people in our lives. But I really believe there are many of us that I've got to say this to the people in the culture around us, I've got to go a little bit further at the moment, I've got to leave you just on the fringe of this garden, or I've got to go in is time for me to go in. It's time for me to leave my church friends, it's time to leave you at this moment in time, I've got to go into the garden for this experience, I've got to go in and I've got to seek Him like never before. Because when we walk with our brothers and sisters, that's great. And that's perfect. And that has to happen. But there comes a point, when we have to go a little further, we have to make the steps of faith of going into this, this almost secret place this place this this place, you know where where the olive grove was where where it was in, in this this critical time in Christ life, you are in a critical place. At this moment. I'm in a critical place my brothers around me are in a critical place the UK is in the critical place. The church is in this is standing at the gate of the Garden of Gethsemane. And we've got to leave. There are many of us carrying passengers that are gonna get off this bus for a while. And we got to get off the bus and we got to open the gate of the garden and we got to walk into the garden. And we just got to come before the Father and just lay everything down at his feet. But there's going to be a cry for many of us. Who is going to cry like Christ. Everything is possible. But can you take this from me? But not my will. Your will be done? Not what I want, Lord. Not what I want father. Not what my flesh wants. Not what I'm anticipating not what I'm thinking But Lord, what? What is it next for me? I believe the church is trying to undo the gate and almost some churches putting a padlock on the gate. Because once I go into the garden I'm making a clear, clear statement about myself. Once I start to walk into the garden I become vulnerable as a as a believer Because I am asking to be stripped back. I believe it's the hardest thing for leaders to do for people in congregations. For those that have lived the life for business and education, I believe it's a very difficult place to be, is the Garden of Gethsemane because that's a place of surrender. That's a place of complete completeness as in Lord. I want your will. But Lord, I'm not sure if I can. I can cope with the next layer of life. There's a lot going on in this nation at this moment, there's a lot going on around the table here, there's a lot going on with your lives. And I believe that we're all at the gate, at the gate of walking in, is the church gonna walk in? Because if the church and religion and ministers and all of us are not every one of us go, I am going to go into that garden. We are in a position of surrender. So whatever the Father says, I have to obey what He says. And what is he saying? The word is speaking loud and clear. Obedience, obedience, obedience. God, I pray for myself at this moment, openly and publicly. Lord, keep me in the garden, until I understand what the will is. Keep me in that posture law of crying out, Abba, Father. You are my heavenly Father. And I need you like never before law. If it is possible law, give me a journey. That's all rose petals, sitting back and relaxing. But law, it's a harder road ahead. Some of us are going to leave the garden and we're going to wait and we're going to be confronted with religious leaders trying to take you out. Some are going to be confronted with issues in the workplace relationships. When I come out of the garden, I really got to know who I am in Christ. The Garden of Gethsemane where do we stand this morning? That we come into the catchment of where where Christ said, you wait here. There are a lot of people asleep at the moment. Little Christians asleep. Father, I can't be asleep. Wake me up. Wake me up, Lauren. Lord, I love you with all my heart. I thank you that I'm a sinner saved by grace. But keep me in the garden until I fully understand. It's not about me. It's about the Father, the will of the Father. Bless us. We pray this morning, in Jesus name. Amen.

Looking at John 21, before he started praying, and I thought, What am I looking at John 21. And as he was talking and revealing God's heart, in verse 14, it says, this is now the third time that Jesus appeared to the disciples. So after he rose again from the dead, amen. And he said to Peter, do you love me? Actually? He said, You edify me. Edgar pay us that unconditional. All our love how God loves us that total love at every level. And Peter answers I really owe you, which is that robbery love. He couldn't answer on the same level. Twice. Jesus says, Do you Agapanthus. Twice, Peter says I fully Oh yeah. I'm at the third time Jesus said Do you feel to me? It makes Peter where he's at. And Peter says, Well, Lord, you know all things. Now this is the broken Peter. This is the Peter who denied Christ here. This is the Peter who finally got a revelation of Himself. He thought he'd die for Jesus, just to realize that he turned his back and ran. So he felt a failure. But he's Jesus, reinstating him. And then in verse 18, and Ben as he was praying, this is the Garden of Gethsemane for Peter. Jesus says to him truly, truly, I say to you, amen. When you were young, you used to dress yourself and walk wherever you wanted. But when you are old, you will stretch out your hands, and another will dress you carry you where you do not want to go, Thank You, Jesus. Then he, this he said, to show what kind of death but which was going to glorify God as Peter. After saying this. He said to Peter, follow me. Follow me. He lays it now. Yeah, pick up your cross. Thanks. So I've got a walk for you to walk in and you won't want to walk it actually. You're going to be carried into it. Follow me. Peter then looks at John and says What about him? And Jesus says nothing to do with you, you follow me? God has called each and every one of us to pick up our cross to surrender and follow Him. And He knows that we know. That's right, our weakness of character. You know, Lord may follow you, you know, I won't be my legs. You know, I'm indecisive. You know, Lord, I can't do it. And he says, Follow me. Follow me. And I was also led to Isaiah 30, verse 18. And when we come to that place of surrender, when we come to the Lord, I can't do it. But your will be done. Oh, man, Lord, even though I don't think I can walk this. I surrender to your will. When we come to that place. In Isaiah 30, verse 18, it says, Therefore, when we surrender, the Lord waits to be gracious to you. He's waiting. And therefore he eggs all he exalts himself to show mercy to you. For the Lord is a God of justice. Blessed are those who wait for him. And then down to verse 21. It says, and your ears shall hear a word behind you, saying, This is the way walking, walking, and this is the way walk in it. And when we start walking in it, and these will knock, our ankles will fail. We will fall, we will collapse we will be ha. But here's the promise. He will be with us always. Thank you, Jesus. Another will carry you. He will carry you. It is hard. It is picking up your cross. When Jesus COVID His cross, he stumbled and fell. He needed another to help him up. Yeah, that's right. Yeah. But he reached the target. He reached Daljit. Yeah, he will be with us. He will carry us He will. With his strong right arm, lift us up for we are yoked to him. And nothing can separate us from nothing. Thank you. So even though he calls us to walk with Him, it's not performance related. We've all made mistakes on road. Yes, law. See, I'm saved by the cross. I don't know about you. You might be more righteous than me. I know what I am. I'm a sinner side by side saved by the cross and the blood of Jesus, His death and resurrection is my salvation package. If he is my mentor, hallelujah. That was true the day I acknowledged him as my Savior. That is as true today. My performance if it's down to my performance, I'd blown it every day I've launched, but it's not. Yeah, but the crosser cow. Do you love me? Peter? Do you ever pay me? Do you love my filly? Are you Lord? Yes, Lord, my mic. That's what Peter said on my mind.

He does, eventually. To Self. Yeah. Companies. This makes us where we are. He knows our weakness. He knows our character. He knows our faults. And he says with me you can do it. We can't do it through you. Peter died, a death, that glorified God not Peter. That's right. It's all about the glory of our God and our Savior dying to So Father, I want to thank you that what you call us to you enable us to do, Amen. Lord, you call those that aren't as though they are because you see the end before the beginning. Lord, we were chosen in you before the creation of the world to be holy and blameless in your silence. For Your good pleasure. And your good purpose. Yeah. Lord, you delight in us. You delighted in Peter, from the moment you called him so? Come on, follow me. I will make you fishers of men were following on even when he turned away from you and wept bitterly outside? Because he saw you see him as he denied you. Yes, Father, you were still for him. And then you called him. And you said, Follow me. And I will take you to places you don't want to go. But I'll be with you. Lord, I want to thank you that in those hard times, you are closer still? Yes. And we choose to pick up our costs, to lay down our lives, to say your will be done. Your will be done over all our lives. And Lord, we don't trust you that you are solving over everything. But what does that mean fight? No. You also say that you are at work in all things for good. Yes. For those who love you and accord according to your purpose. So when Peter said I'd die for you, Lord, he did. Thank you, though we stumbled on rope He thought he'd blown it, but he hadn't. Lord, I'm gonna thank You that You've called us to be your very own.

you Holy Spirit. Yeah, what happens? What happens to us when it all goes wrong? As what God's been speaking to me about this week, and a couple of weeks ago, I was in heaven, who was on holiday in the sun and enjoy myself, got out of the states and everything went good pipe, a lot of people got blessed. Got me socks blessed. And but this week, it seems to be full of troubles. And I think that I've dreaded for a long time have come up finally, I've got so. And it all seems such a struggle to me. Yeah. And Lord, and often, we find ourselves in that place. Sometimes we don't. And quite often, when you sort of ministering and things like that, but in just in ordinary life as well. And in those times, it's, it's a hardest time to pray. For me, I find that I really find it difficult to pray, when I'm filled with worries and troubles. But really, and truly, that's just the right time when you should pay more than ever. And I just want to take you to Psalm 25, verse six, just one verse out of this beautiful psalm that David wrote, and he found himself often in the situations, and I just want to take you there. gonna read that one verse. A, David, during his prayer time says, Remember, Lord, Your tender mercies, and your loving kindness. He remember, David started to remember he started to remember, his thoughts turned back to God and his record of how many times he blessed him. How he saved him, how he loved him, have forgiven him. He remembers his loving kindness. He dwells on how much how much strength God's given to him. And he blessed him countless times, is how his mercy has saved him. How God counsels him and answers him, keeps him and keeps his promises all the time. He made him. Just loved him, just loved David, and never broke a promise to him. So all those times and David is being restored. As he sits the things God's record in his life. He's never missed a beat, and never, never let him down. Alone. As he does this law, his faith comes back, his strength comes back, and he can face tomorrow he can face the troubles because he certainly is sure that God is going to carry him through those times. A lot of churches will apply today for that help, that godly help, will never leave us. And Lord, we just pray that that echo pay love that Glenn was speaking about, I've got written down here. Agha, pay love, that love that could carry us through all the things will never let us down. Lord, this is not a temporary love affair. This is eternal love. And finally God reaches come to you. And realize who you are and what you are in our lives. Father, God. Father, we just asked you now to come and strengthen us, Lord, remind each one of us Yes, fine. Our troubles would have your record since you saved us, Lord, that day. We first heard your love of that day, we first realize that Jesus was real. And he could do things in our life that nothing and nobody else could cure things and heal us, Lord, the earth. Stuff that psychologists and doctors and nurses have got no idea stuff, stuff that's deep in their spirit, Lord, you can heal us. You can bring us out as times, Lord, and you will walk that walk with us to the last days on this earth, and then forevermore after this. This is not a temporary affair. This is eternal love. This is Agha pi love, that God's the union between us and Him. Father, our pray right now for everyone who's going through this, this Time of Troubles Lord, and that you will who stole him that you will take them back. So the life they've ever received already, and you will remind them of all the wonderful things done and all the times you've rescued him and kept them Lord from the sales Father God and that word, we added a beginning. Trust in God, Lord that that will be easy. That'll be something we we long for that will be something we grasp hold of to trust God because we know that you can lead us out of any situation. You can restore us from anything and you can give us life fraud. that no one else can give us so far, God, just bless everyone today, everyone listening find God, or your children, or your children, Father God, that the full fiber of the living God will pay upon us and His mercy, Lord, and you will remind us the history of our lives. Like it says in Psalm 23, all the days of our lives by the good, you, you're charged with getting his home, safely Thank you. Just play this live that you will do this miracle in us follow God. Amen. Amen. I'm very interested in part of that garden of Gethsemane. And as, as we've been praying, and talking and looking in the timeline of everything that's going on, as I see when it's happening here, first 33 of Mark, chapter 14, in the text, our study says he took Peter, James and John along with him. Now this, this is about Christ, this, I think this this is needed in a lot of our lives. And he began to be deeply distressed and troubled, who we're talking about here. We're talking about Jesus, we're talking about Christ. He knows what it's like to be troubled. He knows what it's like to be distressed. If you are in trouble and stress this morning, if we feel anxious, Christ knows what it's like to be anxious. He has walked this journey. He has lived on this earth, He is the Creator of heaven on earth. He began to be deeply distressed and traveled. And then he says in verse 34, my soul was overwhelmed with sorrow to the point of death, he said, you know, there are many of us that have been in this situation where we've said to people around us, can you pray for me? Can you pray for me? Oh, man, and I thank God for those that pray and pray and pray and pray and pray and pray and pray. So needed. But Christ hit this point in his life. He took three with him, and he began to be deeply distressed and troubled. It's okay to be deeply distressed and troubled. It's part of the human makeup. It's part of us, that many of us may be surrounded with with churchgoers and believers where they're saying everything is bright and dandy and wonderful, when actually, you were ignoring. And we're trying to skirt around the garden of Gethsemane process of the journey of Christianity, because in the Garden of Gethsemane, is a place of really finding your father, in the place of worry, and trouble and strife and pain is the place where you really find the father's voice, the Father's arms, the Father's presence. This is the living word. And he took Peter and James and John along with him. You know what we know what it says in the Gospel of John and the Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us. So when we read this, verse 33, he took Peter and James along with him and he began, he began. So Christ was on a journey of this walk as the man Christ Jesus, so he knows what it's like to be deeply distressed and troubled, a man. He feels your hurt, he feels my pain, he, he knows how we feel, and, and we're distressed and we're going through these anxious thoughts, these moments of crippling pain, and when we're trying to smile we're trying to be the Christian at the church is trying to paint us with that you must be smiling all the time. You must be dancing all day long. When actually Christ reached this place, when he took the three with him. And he was still in agony and pain, he was overwhelmed. Are you overwhelmed today? God is calling you or you overstretched today. If you're overwhelmed, if I'm overwhelmed, if I'm having these thoughts of deep distress, maybe I need to learn and maybe I need to think very deeply of how I speak to God father helped me in my distress. Take me long into this position, where I can say yes, law, I'm getting freedom in the Garden of Gethsemane. I'm getting freedom and being completely open, authentic and honest. And being very, very real. Go to that secret place. Go to that place, go to that secret place where you're going to leave the three, the three that are journey and with you at the moment the crowd the people around you can go to that place and say, Lord, I'm walking into the garden. Lord, as I walk into this posture, Lord, I don't understand church. I can't grab it. Oh, I can't work it all out. Lord. I've been borrows by preachers and teachers and ministers blow but but you're my father because this is what it's about he cried out Abba Father. The word crying out if Christ cried out, I gotta cry out. The Bible talks about endurance, endurance, you got to endure, keep going, keep going, keep going. Keep, keep looking for the treasure. Keep looking for the treasure in the world because the word is like honey on your lips. Your word, the word is yes and amen. You are a child of the living God, you are blessed and highly favored. God is with you. But don't deny I'm talking to myself loud and clear looking in the mirror Ben do not deny a garden experience because a garden experience is a place where you pick up the Father's will. And you leave everything in the garden, and your walk out on God has prepared for what comes at you next on What did Christ say, Here comes my betrayer. Here comes the sinners. Isn't that interesting what he says what happens next in his life? The ones that was coming over to him verse 41, returning the third time, he said to them, you still sleeping and resting enough, the hour has come. I think that those four words are going to resonate resignate with a lot of people The hour has come. Look, the Son of Man is delivered into the hands of sinners. Rise, let us go. Here comes my betrayer. Christ walked in to conflict. Christ walked in to a harder situation. But he could not face that situation without the Garden of Gethsemane experience. Because isn't it interesting what Christ says? Not my will? What was he thinking? Not my will. You could almost imagine that Christ shouldn't have even had to have gone to the Garden of Gethsemane. Because this is the living word. He is the Savior of the world. He has come the art of life and life in abundance. But here Hi, I have the Messiah, the King of the Jews, the great I AM. In this posture, of crying out from his heart in distress and sorrow, and being overwhelmed. I can't go through what I've got to go through. Unless I know that this next stage of my life is that I am in step with the will of the Father. Because when I'm in perfect step and unity with the word and walking with God, I can face any betrayer I can face any eventuality in my life. But Lord, Father in heaven, what is your will? What is your will I can dance all day long I can shout I can sing. I can do this. I can do that. I can wave flags, I can do whatever. But there will be a time when the Garden of Gethsemane will draw you in. draw you in. If Christ had to go to the garden, will I escape the garden? No. Father, we thank You for this morning. We believe in healing. We believe in the word of God, we believe in Your Word. We believe in the word of God. But Lord, I pray for anyone today that is troubled, that is overwhelmed. That has no one to talk to in their church or their their culture because everybody is smiling. Everyone is saying God is love when actually I need to speak to someone that is real. That will put their arm around me and help me undo the latch of the gate of the Garden of Gethsemane. So I can go in and seek the will of the Father. Father, surround us with people surround us with believers that will walk with us in to the garden. Close the gate, sit on the fringe, and just wait till I'm ready to go to the next stage the next level of what you have for me because Lord, I can't go to the next stage on the next level without surrender in this level, this layer of my life. Lord, my life is like a staircase. And each time I take a step up, I've got to take a step of faith. So Lord helped me to understand where I sit in the journey of faith this morning. Please God your will We'll be done. That that's a prayer that takes boldness to pray, your will be done because the will of the father Where did the will of the Father take Jesus to the cross? Everything happens at the cross, take me to the cross, but on the way to the cross. You got people trying to beat you. You got people trying to arrest you, you got people jeering at you. You got people wanting to tear you down on the way to the cross. The cross is the center point of everything. We're handing over to Andy. And he's gonna lead us in the way he's going to lead us.

Glenn Walsh: 40:57

Just say from Zechariah 1210. Yes, you can go if you can, just so fits, because, again, it's like you read my Bible. Zechariah 12 Verse 10. And I will pour out on the house of David in the habit in the inhabitants of Jerusalem, a spirit of grace, that we just want to stop there. Yeah, don't we just want to stop there? Okay, Bob, I read on. I'm gonna read on starting again at verse 10. And I will pull out on the house of David and the inhabitants of Jerusalem, a spirit of grace, and please for mercy, so that when they look on me, on whom, on him whom they have pierced, whoa, they shall mourn for him. Yes, law, as one mourns for an only child and weep bitterly over Him, as one weeps over, first of all, and then it goes on to say, and on that day, there'll be weeping in the whole land and each family by itself, in God's grace, He makes it real. In God's grace, He makes us where we are in God's grace, He leads us to the cross, in God's grace. It's not all flowers and perfume and incense, and we will go isn't it wonderful? It's heart to heart. It's crushing, it's painful. But He changes us. And then flipping right over to x 11, verse 18. And when they heard these things, they fell silent. And they glorified God saying that even to the Gentiles. God has granted repentance that leads to life. repentance that leads to life, repent, in our surrendering. In our picking up the cross, we find life, those who save their lives or lose it, but those who lose their lives and accounts of me will find it. Life is found in Christ. And it's in denying ourselves and following him picking up that cross, dying to the world and live in for him. Yes, law of sowing to eternal things. And now in his presence in our life, Lord, you're the one who spoke creation into being you're the one who spoke and the whole universe, galaxies that we're still finding came into existence, that your mighty word that the father's voice, Jesus left the tomb, risen, conquering. And it's that same voice that speaks to us again, I will be with you always to the very end of the age.

thank you for that promise, that same reward that you gave to Abraham. You said to him the father of faith, yes, I am your shield, and you're very great reward. Lord, what would it benefit us to turn our back on you and gain the world to win 250 million on the lottery so well, and then die? What's the point of that? But Lord, You've called us to find life, life in abundance, we following you? Yes, fall even though it means the garden, even though it means being crushed even though it means having our hearts open, unveils long Hearts of Stone turned to flesh and that's painful. But we find life and hope and grace and mercy and cleansing. Lord, you say in your words, when we confess our sin, you are faithful and just to forgive us our sin and purify us from all unrighteousness what an exchange, Lord, we come to you. open, honest, amen. And you cleanse us. You wipe away the tears. Yes, file you strengthen us. Yes, because even young people fold and grow weary, but those who hope in the Lord as strength is renewed. Amen. And we run we saw on wings like eagles because you carry us to thank Thank you, Jesus, you are the faithful one. And you're with us even today, through every circumstance. And I do believe he does cause many of us to lay down. Sometimes he takes her feet away so we can only be with him. Because everything else is too overwhelming. But then we emerge from that tomb with him. Filled with His presence, His grace, His mercy and His strength. Amen.

Yeah. Thanks, Glenn. I'd already written that RSI 14 first down. Oh, okay. Brilliant. page open before me. But what I wanted to say, really, we've been talking about the golden. Christ time in the garden. I've had open one Corinthians 15, for a while about the resurrection. Amen. And wishes, anathema to a lot of world religions, as Robert mentioned them. But yeah, the resurrection of Christ. And Paul says, Now, brothers, I want to remind you of the gospel, I preached to you, thank you, Jesus, you received on which you have taken your stand. We all have to take our stand, we don't gospel, yeah, hallelujah. And we will all be challenged on this at some stage in our walk. Maybe we are challenged daily on this. And it's by this gospel, you are saved, thank you, God, if you hold firmly to the word I preach to you, otherwise, you believed in vain. I mean, if this, if this isn't what it's all about, then we're all wasting our time. But no, for what I received, I passed on to you, as your first importance that Christ died for our sins, according to the scriptures, that He was buried. And he was raised. Thank you, Jesus day. And again, that's according to Scripture. And then lists all the witnesses to this, you know, first to PETA, and then to the 12, and then to 500. And this is the fact that Christ was raised from the dead. Oh, well, that's what we take our stand on. Otherwise, we're all wasting our time.

It's why that we believe that the Bible is the inspired, inspired and infallible word of God. And going back to Isaiah 40. Which Glenn referred to do you not know, Have you not heard? The Lord is the everlasting God, the Creator of the ends of the earth, He will not grow tired or weary. His understanding no one can fathom. He gives you strength. It gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak. Even us grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall. But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles. They will run and not grow weary. They will walk and not be faint. Amen. Now, we've said this morning that a lot of us, maybe we've given up, maybe we feel hopeless, but there is hope and yellowed, and we can saw how good it is to be able to soar, like an eagle that we can run and not grow weary. They will walk and not be faint. We may all be feeling at the moment that pets are all impossible things for me. That's completely the opposite of what I'm feeling. But the real issue here is that you have to turn to Christ. Yes, I'll have to turn to Him. And you have to ask him and that's all he wants you to do. He wants you to ask him. And if you've never actually been in that place where you need help, and maybe you don't even know who Jesus is, but Jesus is the Son of God is part of the Trinity and he will help you and All you need to do is ask Him to come into your life. Thank you, Lord, do that. Now, yes, you've never done that, that asked him to come into your life to walk with you, to be with you. And as scripture says, He is the everlasting God. And he's going to take you by the hand at from this stage on, and you can always rely upon him. So I encourage you this morning to do Yeah, yes. Father, I encourage you to ask Jesus saying, walk with me, Jesus, I don't know you. But now I want to be friends with you to come into my life, and be with me forever. And Holy Spirit will come and fill you and be your encourager, and will help you in your time of hopelessness. Amen. Thank you.

Glenn Walsh: 50:55

There's someone listening who started in one Corinthians 15. over to verse 33, or 34, do not be deceived. You're turning to alcohol rather than God. And it says in verse 434, come wake up from your drunken stupor. Honestly, do not turn to drink, don't be deceived, it will take you stop the secret drinking. Find someone to pray with you confess and be filled with the Spirit instead, I believe it's a warning for someone who has more than more, you're drinking more and more. It's not not the way for you wake up from your drunken, stupid, thank you, Jesus don't keep saying God's grace is sufficient for me. It is sufficient for you. But by the grace of God, you're not what you once was. Paul said that. By the grace of God, I am what I am or not what I once was, neither am I get what I will be he is sufficient yet is His grace is sufficient for me. But he also says in verse 10, on the contrary, I worked harder than any of them. There is not I but the grace of God that is with me. God's grace is sufficient for you. To work hard, and get free from this. And you Thank you.

Thank you, Lord, hallelujah. Yeah, we're coming to the table, Donnie and Andy are going to lead us and as our brothers have been reading out, the text is small in the timeline, it's very alive. And we thank God for your lives. And, you know, it's, it's a great place to be in the will of the Father. It's a great place to be. But there are battles, there are battles, and there will always be battles, but I hear you walk the battle belongs to the Lord. Yeah, but the battle belongs to him. But I still got to walk through the desert in my mind, I still gotta walk through that lonely place where no one else can see but God. So yes, the battle belongs to the Lord. God is with every one of us, and we're coming to the table. We're going to break bread, we're going to take it a cop. And there's been lots of scripture this morning, as there always is, and God is with every one of you on the other side of these mics this morning, God is with you. God is with you. He is for you, and not against you. God loves every one of us. God is with every one of us. Helped me surrender, Lord, that my prayer was I come to the table as I'm led by our brothers. Yeah.

Yeah, as we just turned back a couple of pages in Corinthians, one Corinthians, chapter 11. And you see the heading there, the Lord's Supper. But going down to verse 23. The Lord Jesus on the night he was betrayed, took bread. And when He had given thanks, He broke it. And so this is my body, which is full, for you do this in remembrance of me. In the same way. After supper, he took the cup, saying, This cup is now the new covenant to my blood. Do this whenever you drink in remembrance of me. For whenever you eat this bread and drink this cup, you proclaim the Lord's death until He comes. And he's coming. Therefore, whoever eats a braid or drinks a cup of the Lord in an unworthy manner will be guilty of sinning against the body and blood of Jesus. And a man ought to examine himself before he eats off the bread and drinks of the cup. For anyone who eats and drinks without recognizing the body, the Lord eats and drinks judgment on himself. So be careful. Yes, Lord, when we take so let's examine ourselves now. And Father, we just we know that we're not perfect. We know that we let you down so often. And we ask you to forgive us now, before we take this bread. And this wine in remembrance of you pour out Your forgiveness over us over all who are listening, who are participating in this now. Yes, Lord, we thank you, thank you for the cross. Thank you for the cross where you took all the sin and the blame there. And that this gave us life. And so we thank you, we praise your name, and we take this breath. Amen

Donny Stockburn: 55:40

Thank you for your words to dilute her. Laura, I have a message in my heart right now follow the prayer in my mouth. For everybody, Lord, I want them to know, the love of God, the love of God which brought us together in the first place, that love of God, that sent his Son to this earth to save us. The love of God is so personal, so personal to each person, that you said, you would store our tears in a ball, Valley God, sometimes when a very little cry, I'll get reminded of that. All my tears in the living God, that God made the planet I'm living on. The God has saved my family. puts my tears in the bottle. I'm so precious to him. That he stores them. He stores them up. Lord, that's, that's this corner love. Father God, I want to be kept in line with Lord, I want to be swept up with Father God. Yeah, I'm gonna blow it sometimes I'm gonna lose it sometimes. But Father God, You sent Your Son, and this blood secures me in that love. In that eternal love in Africa. Pay love, in that love that stores my tears. Father God, this is the blood that made it all happen. And I'll just give you thanks. now in Jesus name. Amen.

Because of the fulfillment of the Scripture, wherever you are this morning, we thank you so much for joining us.
