And we thank God. For each and every one of you, we will be turning into the book of Acts, we're turning into the books, this evening air to the New Testament, the book of Acts chapter 27. And it's just basically, this morning was a bit of a springboard for what we had. And as we press on this evening, and wherever you are, it is 736 here within the UK as you capture this broadcast, thank you so much for joining us in the mighty name of Jesus Christ as we just look at the word as we studied the word. As we sit as we rest around the word tonight as God guides us and leads us. And the text that we are in it's regarding a storm. It's regarding a very interesting character called by Christ. And as we look at Paul, and I think that we can draw some parallels to our own lives, our own situations that are breaking out. And whatever is happening in your family, your life, your workspace, your college, your university, relationships, wherever you are, I think that we will be able to join up the dots and realize that hang on a moment, this fits pretty well with my life at this moment. It's about a storm, but it's but it's broken down into three stages. If used to look in the book of Acts, chapter 27. And the you start from verse one and all the way through to the end, it's quite a quite a stretch of a read, we will just how many 44 verses in there. But as you have a look at that text, it's broken down from verse one. And it's about the preparation as they get there preparing and the mistakes that they make on their life. And as you look at it, it's pretty, it's pretty interesting. So from verse one, to the end of verse 12, it's talking about the preparation, they're getting ready. They're on, they're on a journey, they know they're on a journey. And what is it what I love about this is that this man that was called this man, Paul, this man that was chosen this man, that it's got so much upon him to deliver the message of Jesus Christ has to go through trials have to go through tribulations, has to go through certain settings in life. And it's the same for each and every one of us because the church puts the saints up in the stained glass window, up in the skyline. And we see the sun and the daylight shining through. And we see these great, beautiful stained glass windows, when actually you look at their real life. And you can see that they went through hell and high water to get where they had to get to. So I'm finding as we read this, and as we looked at this morning, as Brother Don brought to us. And as we was praying over this this morning, as we were looking at this, every one of us has a journey, we are looking at a clear journey of a man called chosen this great writer, this this New Testament writer who God used in such a powerful way, in the New Testament. So his journey, he had to stand trial, I'm going to pick bits out and we're going to read it. So if he was to take Acts chapter 27, from verse one, to the end of 12. It's about the preparation, about about a slight different variation on their journey. So what we gather from this, that it life is a journey, even when you're cold, and you've got such an anointing like like Paul has, and he was warning them not to go a certain way. And if we was to pick this up from our sorry, from verse 13, round to the end of 26, it talks about the storm. And then from verse 27, through to verse 44. It talks about the ship wreck. So there is the preparation for the journey from verses one through to 12. And then from 13 through to 26 is about the ferocious and the power of the elements of the storm, and how they went through. And now it says that they gave up all hope. Let me encourage you tonight. If this man this great writer writes up and he puts on on on the page and he says we was almost at the point of all despair and given up all hope, you know, that encourages each and every one of us that really should give us some serious encouragement to see that these New Testament writers were going through ferocious, furious storms, 14 days, 14 nights of not seeing the daylight not seeing the stars, not just being literally thrown around across the sea all over the place. This gives me a lot of comfort, a little chuckle in my voice there purely because it takes away this this bar that religion puts up so high. This expectation as a believer that you've got to, if you're not walking around in pure holiness, if you're not walking around, and everything is great and wonderful and everything is smooth, there's something wrong with me when actually the Bible shows me very, very clear that the disciples, the prophets, the Kings, you know, David, all the characters of the Bible's of the Bible is of every text that we read, they went through hajus journeys of life. And what you will find here, even though that we see in the text, that they was told, he was told very clearly by it by an angel came and stood beside him, and said, You must stand trial, I find that quite fascinating to look at this text that we're in, God did not remove the storm, God did not remove the waves God did not did not remove the trial. Everything was in position but what happens God strengthens us. And any we are taken to the wire in so many things. We are, we are I believe that we are in a ferocious storm within the UK spiritually, financially, emotionally, the the out I'll use the word the atmosphere, a lot of people are tired and weary and exhausted, just with the general press of life. So we have these, this text that we are in verse 20. Chapter 27, is broken down into three stages, the preparation for the journey, the actual storm that breaks out on the journey, and then the ship wreck the aftermath of coming through the storm. So this man, Paul had to see the preparation, he had to speak about the preparation, he had to deal with the preparation. He said, If you take this journey, this will cause us trouble on the way. But the Centurion at the beginning attacks did not listen to him. He listened to the owner of the vessel and they went on their own journey. And if you plot if you follow the journey, they went on, straight almost off off of Sal, they start to find themselves in trouble. This should bring us great comfort that this man, this great man that was called by the God of Israel, the New Testament writer, was caught in his life and he had to be faced a journey. God did not remove the journey. God did not calm the storm. God did not remove the waves. God did not reduce it from 14 nights to 10 nights to five nights to one night. You know what God strengthen him and God made a way. God kept them in the storm. God does not remove the storms. He strengthens us. He guides us he makes a way. But you know what, through the storm that you are in at this moment, your storm of your relationship, the storm of your life, the storm of your family, the storm of finances, the storm of just living within the UK, there are waves breaking out. And you might feel that you haven't seen that day Daybreak for hours upon hours. But let's pick this text up. So we have the beginning of the text chapter 27, verses one through to 13 talks about the preparation before the storm came in. Then we see the storm from verse 13, through to the end of 27, picking up and being ferocious and breaking down the vessel. Then we see the aftermath and the and the tail end of what the storm and the destruction, but they still had to get to dry ground. Just because the storm had finished didn't mean to say that God had lifted them out of the water and he placed them on the shoreline. It said that they had to grab planks that they had to summit to swim. God did not remove any any area God did not remove the ferociousness. God did not remove the natural elements God did not protect that vessel as you and I would think so. But when you see what what goes on in this storm, Yes, God was with them and God spoke to them and through the power of the angelic activity in front and beside Paul, he said you will get through this 276 People I believe on on that vessel. And it says none of them will be lost. So there are many people that you are sailing with in life, they will not their lives will not be taken, but it will almost seem like we are so so there is such a free a furious storm upon us. Let's pick this text up like that without any further ado. So we're in Acts chapter 27. And we're going to come from around about verse seven. And it says in from the end of verse seven it says when the wind when the wind did not allow them to hold their coasts, so already straightaway they're sailing out there is a journey. You are on a journey. I'm on a journey. We are on a journey, the people that you are walking with in LA If you are on a journey, this circle of life, life is about a journey. Christianity is about a journey. And every one of us is on a journey. And when you look at this text, so from the back end of verse seven of Acts, chapter 27, it says, when the wind did not allow them to hold their coasts, Are you sensing and picking up that the elements of life are not allowing you to hold the course, the pathway that you thought that you was gonna go? Are you finding that there are certain elements to life that is trying to the wind is blowing out the sound and you are trying to find it, it's very difficult to hold it and you are blowing being blown off a course it says when the wind did not allow them to hold their course, we sell to the lay of Crete. And it said, we moved along the coast with very hajus and a lot of difficulty. And we came to a place called Fair Havens near a town. And it said much time had been lost that you feel that much time has been lost in your life. You've been in a storm, your journey you've set sowed, you are a believer, you are a child of the living God, you are anointed you know that your Redeemer lives, you are blessed and highly favored. You know the Word of God to a certain level, you're following Jesus, you're living for Christ, Christ is in your heart. You love him and all the bells and the whistles that go with Christianity. And you've set sowed you are at sow at this moment, Acts chapter 27, verses one through to the end of verse 13 is about the preparation of a journey, each and every one of us has prepared for a certain course of our life. And suddenly we have found on certain stages, certain port sides, we have been knocked off track, because the weather has changed the course that we are looking at the we thought that was aligned up for a certain destination. And then suddenly the wind came and it took us a took us off course. Very interesting that we are looking at a vessel. And I believe that the UK is a vessel and we are at sail we are at sea. We are surrounded by sea. Each and every one of us is on this island. We have no choice we are surrounded by water. And do you ever feel that we are almost at a critical stage of a ferocious, ferocious storm. It says when the wind did not allow us to hold our calls we sowed to the layoff crate. And then it says in verse eight, we moved along the coast with much difficulty and came to a place called Fair Havens, much time had been lost and we sowed and we'd already become an our sailing was already getting dangerous. Because it was now after the Day of Atonement, and it says suppose warm. So Paul warned them men, he said men, I can see that our voyage is going to be disastrous. And now we are going to see great loss of the ship and its cargo. Our lives are in danger. But the centurion, instead of listening to what Paul said, followed the advice and the instruction of the pilot of the one that owned the ship. Then it says in verse 12, that they set sail, they went out and they pushed off. Now in verse four, first 13 We start in verse 13. This is an enormous text, and it's about preparation for a journey. We've all prepared for the journey of life we have all prepared, we have all anticipated we have all focus, we have all put a forecast out in our mind and our thinking what we want, then suddenly life has changed because of the elements around us because of the cultural storm because of the financial storm because of the storm of just generally living as a human being. And in verse 13, it says when a gentle south wind began to blow, we saw the opportunity. So we weighed anchor, and we sailed out and we sailed along the shore of Crete first 14th of Acts chapter 27. It says very clearly before long, the wind was at Hurrican force called the northeaster. So his journey was already plotted. He was already on an honor on a pathway. He was in a was in prison, he was guarded, he was being taken care of he was on a journey. And the destination was quite a distance from where they was the only way that they was going to get to this was obviously on the sea. So everything that they done at this particular point, they was crossing Ireland, they was moving. And he said, Look, we're going to land in trouble on this journey. So just because you are anointed just because you are blessed just because you are a sister or daughter of the living God doesn't mean to say that we are not going to face horican force situations in our lives where we think that all hope is gone. And I believe that the UK at this moment is experiencing a storm like the Northeast stuff. We are being beaten from every side, from the left the right the front, the back, the North, the east, the South, the West, it feels like the vessel of the UK is being drowned. And it says further on in attacks that they had to throw the cargo over the edge of that or throw the ropes underneath the boat to hold it together. Do you ever feel that you are holding it together so hard, you are absolutely exhausted. Because the ship that we are sailing in is heading for disaster. It says in verse 13, when a gentle south wind began to blow, we see the opportunity. So we weighed anchor, and we sailed along the shore of correct before long before we entered them before we got any further. Before long, a great it says a great wind of hurricane force came down called the Northeast or swept down from the island. Do you ever feel that you've been taken off guard suddenly out of nowhere of a violent situation, from the elements of life from the arena of life from the cultural tide, from the financial pressure from the world stretch from economics, from pressure at work from life, from family, from relationships, suddenly out of nowhere? You were sailing, okay. You thought that you had your journey altogether, you thought that you had prepared? Well, Paul said we are prepared and we are ready. But because the Centurion didn't listen to what the instruction of Paul, he said, This is going to be disastrous, we are going to end up in trouble. There are many people that we are walking with that are not listening to us that have a bit of a stronger press on the journey that we are on at this moment. And your life, my life, our lives may be being dictated to by other people. And they have taken the rudder of our lives and they are trying to steer us. But we are going to and you may face and we can see very clearly that that this nation is facing a storm that we never thought we'd face. When you look at the different layers. You look at the different settings you look at how fast the seasons are moving. So just because I'm calling just because I'm chosen, and I'm speaking about brothers and sisters on the other side of the lens, just because you're cold just because you're chosen just because you're saved just because you are a son and a daughter doesn't mean to say God is going to extract or remove the problem. We have to go through trials and tribulations for endurance. We have to go through certain areas of life for us to be encouraged and for us to see the glory of God. Sometimes we go through and God takes us through a potter's will experience a garden of Gethsemane, a storm, a journey that we're on, you've prepared for this. You've prepared for what your journey looks like. You've made everything correct pensions, savings, jobs, careers, family preparation, house preparation, but no one was expecting the first storm to hit us. COVID came out of nowhere. It came out of nowhere. Everyone was preparing. Everyone was getting ready things Brexit COVID situations in government, we are experiencing ferocious storms. And we have prepared for a journey that we thought that we was going to take just like Paul, but suddenly someone in the vessel has taken charge of the vessel that we are journeying that we are walking in that we are living in. And suddenly they have made their own mindset, their decision. We have got no choice because we are sailing with them. And we are with them in the vessel of life. And they have taken the wheel of control. And suddenly we find where we thought that we had prepared for a journey suddenly we are in a storm environment. Were you prepared? Well, you solely out well. But there is a different agenda. There was a different agenda between Paul and the Centurion man, the Centurion listened to the agenda. And he listened to the instruction of the owner of the vessel. Paul said a very clear instruction. If we go to a b and c, we will find ourselves in trouble. Have you ever spoken to someone gave them counsel spoken to them? And they haven't listened to what you have said. But you've had no choice but to weigh anchor with them and Sal with them. And suddenly you have found yourself in a stone that you was not prepared to go through? Because you said we're going to take a they said no we're going through B and the B journey has suddenly created an issue for you in your life if they'd listened to Your journey which was a and you had got the word over to them and you had journeyed on the vessel and you went through a, you wouldn't have experience in the certain rumbles and there certain issues pressing against the ship of life, your journey and where people we are journeying with people that think that they know best that think they know the way forward, and they are taken control of the vessel that you are in. And suddenly you are finding that the gentle wind that began to blow against the boat has suddenly turned into an enormous, disruptive, life changing situation that you did not put yourself into, but through the consequence of walking with certain people, being in certain cultures being in certain environments, being in certain workplaces being in certain elements of life, in circles of life, you suddenly find the ones that you are journeying with, have made a decision that has landed you in a ferocious storm, however you look at that. But suddenly, it says out of nowhere, a ferocious storm or wind came down and the ship was caught by the storm, the vessel that you are sailing in the arena of life has been caught by a storm. And it is rocking the boat, it is knocking the boat of life, it feels like there is no way forward. And as you read this, so you've prepared for the journey of life, Paul prepared for his journey, you are prepared for the next levels, the next layer, the next movement, the next posture, the next stage of your life, you are prepared, and you have got yourself ready, you have got clear instruction, you follow the instruction, but someone else has taken a higher and a greater instruction. And you have had to follow that instruction, not through no choice of your own, but through circumstances that you have found yourself in. And suddenly the instruction that they thought was right, has suddenly hit the vessel of life and not you and you are feeling quite seasick at this moment in time feeling sick in your stomach feeling like there's no way forward. Why and How have I got caught in this storm? When actually if we had listened to my journey, if you had followed my compass if the Centurion had gone Paul's Way, they would have diverted and they would have come round a different way. But isn't it interesting, someone has taken the authority over his life. And suddenly his life has changed because of someone else's decision. Are you in situations where you are walking journeying with people in life, and their decision has landed you in a storm that you did not anticipate for because what you plan what you roadmap, what you put out on the map of life, you wasn't preparing? He wasn't ready for that storm. And then suddenly out of nowhere, a financial storm, a marital storm, a storm in the children a storm at work, a storm of sickness or some storm of disease, a storm of just general living the fuel crisis, the Russia situation, the worry of what's happening, a storm a suddenly got out of our lives, that we wasn't anticipating that we didn't charter for the charter that you put out the map that you put out, did not have the storm that we are sailing at this moment. And as you go further on, it says and it says in the verse 15 of Acts chapter 27, the ship got caught by the storm and could not head into the wind it had to give way to the storm and it was driven along Do you feel that you are being driven along by a storm that you did not create? Do you feel that you're being driven along by a situation that you did not anticipate because the compass of, of your dial of life was over there. And suddenly someone has got ahold of you and taken a greater strength and their opinion and suddenly the vessel that you're all journey and suddenly you've had to give way to it because it is too big and there is no choice but to go along with what is happening. You cannot fight it. You cannot swim against it. You don't have the strength to get through it. You just have to go with what is happening. Do you feel like that this evening that you are going along with just what is happening? And as we pick this up in verse 15. It says the ship was called by the storm and could not head into the wind. The charter that they had on their campus was not strong enough. They was not able to go the way they wanted to go. Are you at this position at life? The way that you He wants to go out this moment has been dictated by other people for such a long time, by work by career by the storm of mortgages, by the Do you feel that we are a slave to the system of life. And we have had to give way, because our journey has been overtaken by a furious storm, there is no way but to give way not to give in. We're not talking about giving in. But to give way for a short moment. Sometimes we have to give way and allow the storm to carry us on an unexpected journey. And trust that God will deliver us and get us through the storm. He will get us through the trouble of life. And not only when he gets through the trouble of life, but we will grow and we will experience endurance, endurance is character building. Character building is trusting in God trusting in God is faith. Faith is trusting in God, when all you see is darkness all the way around. But you've had a word, Paul had a word. And the word was you will stand trial. Don't you find that interesting? Because I do, you would thought that the God that we serve might have said this, he sent the angel down to tell Paul a message. And if I was writing a message for me, it will probably said something like this, if I was poor. God is telling you, Paul, don't worry, God is going to remove you off this vessel, I'm going to lift you up, I'm going to carry you, you are not going to have to worry about this storm because God loves you so much. And you are not going to have to face trial, I'm going to swerve the courts, I'm going to swerve the trial, and I'm going to place you on that island and you will be okay. Don't worry, nothing like it whatsoever. Nothing like it whatsoever. God did not remove the storm. The angel did not take poor out of the situation. What there was was a message through the word of God. And there is a message through the word of God tonight, as you sow within the four walls of the UK, you did not anticipate this trouble and escape that we are living in. But we have had to give way to the overriding authority. Paul had to give way to the overriding authority of the one that had control over the vessel. He was under the authority of the system. And there are many having to give way and what we are finding what they have said and the direction that they have driven us. We are in a storm. We are in a storm where all morals have gone. We are in a storm of lawlessness, because the word of God was not listened to. Paul gave instruction, godly men and women have given godly instruction to this nation, time and time and time again. And the instruction hasn't been listened to by the overriding authority. The overriding the overarching authority in the vessel within the UK has taken the instruction from a godly man and said we are not listening to you. We are going to sow our own journey. This nation has thrown godly words out of the nation and not listened to the Word of God. And when a nation is controlled by someone that thinks that they know the vessel, just because the owner of the boat knew the vessel didn't mean to say that he still wouldn't get them in trouble. Because the journey that they chose the owner of the vessel and the centurion, the system got the godly man in trouble. Be careful that the system that we are sailing in could get us in trouble. But the system and the waves and the storm that the centurion and the owner of the vessel dictated the direction did not take out any one of them. But don't you think sometimes the UK we get so close to a dangerous level of being wiped out and taken out. So the instruction from the godly man was not listened to when instruction isn't listened to from a godly preacher or teacher given to the authorities and the authorities decide not to listen to the word and sow their own way will find that they will land in a greater storm. A greater situation even when godly people are journeying with them. The storm that we are in is not because we have created the storm. But because the system has thrown out the instruction from the preachers and teachers that have pushed the word over to generate shunts and the word has been pushed out by education, by politics, by life, by culture, we will not listen to the Word of God. And because we have not listened to the Word of God, as the system, we are in a ferocious storm. And the believers that are in the UK have no choice, but to give way to the storm. But God will get us through the storm, very clearly, a godly man, he may have be a godly man or a godly woman, whoever you are on the other end of the lens, on the other side of the mic, you have got the word of God, you have listened the Word of God, you have reacted in the Word of God, and you have and you are living in the Word of God. But as you lift that the instruction from the higher system that owns the vessels that we sailing, the work situations, the authorities, the owners, have made their own decisions not to listen to the word. Paul gave instruction, listen to the word. If you listen to me, we will get to our destination. But the centurion, the man of the system, listen to the one that had that had ownership, just because they think that they own the vessel, doesn't mean to say that they know what storm is coming their way. Brothers and sisters, if you are a believer, there has been a storm created in the UK, not because because we have created it. But because the system has ignored the Word of God, delivered by Godly men and women that have shared the word through political opportunities, through monarchists, through systems now we could be looking at leaders that are guiding this ship that we sailing at this moment. And we are about to face the biggest North Easter that we ever have faced in our lives. Depends who takes control of the rudder. What is the rudder? The Bible says the tongue is the smallest muscle in the body. But words control the vessel. Whatever comes through structure, filters down to each and every one of us. If there is no godly word at the top, I can tell you now, there is a North Easter coming our way through the decisions of the centurion and the decision of the vessel owner just because the vessel owner felt that he might know a better way just because the authorities and religion and monarchies and political agendas have pushed out God's word, get ready for the northeaster they have not listened to the Word of God. We can see after generation after generation after generation. How do we know the system has not listened? Because the word of God has been pushed out of the three areas of life, government education and certain areas of Mauna Kea certain areas. Now, because instruction wasn't followed, and instruction was given from the system and the owners, trouble came the believers way. If you are a believer living in the UK, I will certainly not prepare for revival. I will be preparing for a North Eastern because out of nowhere. We feel that we are sailing as the scripture says in verse 13, a gentle south wind began to blow and they saw the opportunity. So they weighed anchor and they sailed along the shoreline. At the moment all the bells and the whistles and the crashes and the bang in and everything of religion and culture and life where there is a soft wind blowing, and we have set sail with a different captain of the ship. Just because the captain of the ship owns the ship doesn't know doesn't mean to say that their understanding of what lies ahead is correct. If you are a believer I would make this very clear in your life. Hold on to Jesus, because the vessel that we are sailing in is only being battered slightly. There is a storm approaching the storm, the shores, the North, the east, the South, the West, and there is a violent storm coming. But what and how do we get through? God did not send the angel to tell Paul, I'm going to extract you from the vessel owners ship. I'm telling you that you're gonna go through this, but you will stand on trial, God will get you to your destination. But there is a hard us journey before you are me. This is not a downhearted message. This is not a message of Oh woe is me. This is a message of prepare yourself for what is coming. Prepare yourself for what has been released prepare yourself because the owner of the vessel, the one that has given instruction is not listening to the godly instruction. We see this in the Garden of Eden. Man did not listen. Humanity did not listen to the instruction of God and stray out of the back straight out of the back, straight off the cuff. Humanity listen to the lesser voice. When you listen to the lesser voice in the Garden of Life you will always find you will be robbed. Now, this is a very powerful storm. This is a very powerful storm coming their way. They did not know this storm was coming. Paul warned them this is the correct path we need to take. If we take this we will be Oh kay. He warned them. Godly men godly preachers and teachers generation after generation have said if we do not set sow this nation the Brit what are we British Great Britain United Kingdom. I don't even know who we are. Am I English? What what what title is over the doorway at this moment, the doors are flung open to all types of labor we have lost our identity in the Word of God. We have lost our identity. In many areas of life. We don't know who we are, where we have come from. We are sailing, and it is dark and we are aware pole is at this moment in time. It says this clearly. We took such a violent battering from the storm, that the next day we began to throw cargo overboard. On the third day, they threw the ships tackle overboard with their own hands when neither sun nor stars appeared. For many days the storm continued to rage. We are in we are just going into a season we are going into the winter. And the winter is depicting the spiritual environment. We are going into a storm. Now this is not a downer. I'm not an a downer. I am just preaching and saying what is on my heart and what has been driven to me through me to each and every one of us prepare for the storm. There is no way of getting out of this storm. But what I can guarantee and tell you, you will survive what is coming. Because God said you will get to your destination pole. But But Lord, will You remove me out of the situation. Lord, will You God did not remove any elements. God did not remove any wind. God did not stop the darkness. God did not stop any of this. God allowed his chosen to go through the storm that was under the instruction of a man that was coming under his own authority. Be very careful of leaders and people that own certain areas of land and state and certain areas of political agendas. We have no option but to sow a certain direction at the moment. Because the authorities that own the vessel said this is what we are doing. There are certain areas of life that as a believer, it doesn't matter how much I pray and you pray. This storm is not going to be taken away from us. What we have got to understand is is that we have to go through the storm understanding that our destination is on the other side. So We have prepared, we are going through the storm. And then the back end from verse 27 onwards is just because the storm had gone, I still have gotta get I have to get from the breakdown of the ship. It says that the ship had been broke into this nation is almost broke into. But then I've got to get from the back end and the weapon of the storm. I've got to get to dry land. Be careful not to drown in shallow water. When you come through a storm, you are so tense. You are so in that environment you are so in that. When you come out and you see the sun and you see the stars again. There is a tendency for the human body to think that it's over. But when the storm had finished, they were still stuck on the sandbar. They were still a considerable distance from dry ground. The storm did not take them to the dry ground. They had to find pieces of wood. They had to get themselves from the storm in shallow water to their destination. Walk in and journey and with Christ is high Jesus is enduring. God did not remove any of this storm. A ferocious stone came out of nowhere. We can have the prayer meetings. One after the other we can pray that God will remove all the stuff that we see before our eyes. And let me just remind you, it will not be removed. The prayer that I should be praying is strength for me in the storm that we are in on when I come out of the storm. Keep me wise to get from the SAM sandbar that place where the vessel hit. It struck a sandbar the UK will hit a sandbar and it will break into it will snap and suddenly find we survived the storm. But the UK is broken. Culture is broken. The finance markets are broken. Life is broken. The storm has done the destruction. Now I've got to get from the sandbar in calm water. I've got to find the strength to go from the back end of a storm and get to dry ground. See there is a preparation for a storm. There is the storm itself. And once the storm has gone and you almost breathe it breathe a sigh of relief because as the storm when the clouds lifted, they see it but they still wasn't there. The vessel broke out still in the water. Let's pick this up. Verse 18. We got to we got to bring this to a land very, very soon. We got to be out of it in 10 minutes. It says we took such a violent battering that the storm. The next day began we began to throw everything overboard. On the third day on the third day we threw the tackle we throwing overboard with our hands. Now verse 20. It says, Now neither sun nor stars appeared for many days. And the storm continued to rage. We finally gave up all hope of being saved. Church never give up in hope. It says that Paul, and every one of them. We nearly gave up. It says we finally actually says we finally gave up. So they had reached the point of final. We've give up all hope of being saved. God will take us so far that we will reach a point when we thrown everything out that we thought was going to lighten the load. We've thrown it out. We've thrown it out. We've thrown it out. We've dealt with it. We've dealt with it. We've dealt with it. But the storm is still raging. We've lightened the journey, but it is still better in the UK. After we had sewn everything out and we gave up all hope and we went out for food for 14 days. It was dark. The stars did not and the sun did not appear. And it says Arthur we had gone a long time with no food posted up before them and said men you should have taken my advice Not to sow from Crete. There are preachers and teachers that are standing up now that are saying to political areas, to systems within the world, across the UK, you should have listened to my advice, our advice, the advice of the Word of God. Many moons ago, if you had listened to the instruction that we had given you, through the word of God, we would not have found ourselves broken, in the middle of nowhere, posted out and said before them, man, you should have taken my advice not to sell from Crete, then we you would have spared yourselves this damage and loss, verse 22. But now I urge you to keep up your courage, because not one of you will be lost, only the ship will be destroyed. Only the nation will be destroyed, the back will be broken out of this nation. Only the sheet will be destroyed. Verse 23. Let's just take a moment to read this verse 23 of Acts chapter 27. Last night, an angel of God, of whom I belong, and serve stood beside me. Where did the angel stand beside this man, Paul was in the vital part of this storm. The angel stood in the storm. He did not take Paul out of the storm for a moment to deliver a message he gave Paul the message of God in the eye of the problem in the weapon in the beach, and in the problem in the muck of it in the full strength of it. God did not remove Paul from the vessel. God did not put that angel on dry ground, it says that he stood next to him. And where was Paul? Paul was in the darkness of trouble. The waves were battering, the ship was being knocked everywhere. The angel had to go and stand impose problem. God comes to us. God gives us a message in a most dark hajus enduring time when we need freedom, and extraction, God says you will get through, he did not remove Paul from the problem. He gave him instruction. Keep going, keep going, keep going. If that was me, I would have said God, I don't want to keep going. Get me out of it. God need not put that angel on dry ground with Paul, God gave instruction to the angel. And that angel had to go and stand on that vessel. In Paul's life, in poor situation, impose tiredness impose understanding as a human being, we finally gave up when you finally feel like giving up. God sends a word and the word will encourage you to keep going in trouble. After we had gone and been driven along without food posted up and he said, Man, you should have taken my advice and not sailed from Crete, then everything would have been spared buts. But I urge you to keep up your courage because not one of you will be lost. Only the ship will be destroyed last night and the angel of God who of whom I belong and whom I serve, stood beside me and said Do not be afraid. God is telling you right now if you are living in the UK, do not be afraid. The destination. What was set sail to was was not your fault. You ever been dragged along drawn into a situation even though you have been praying that God will stop the vastness, the push from the authority. This is our ship. This is our vessel. This is our agenda. There is an agenda coming against. There's an agenda coming against and that agenda will break the UK. It will break the vessel that we are sailing in. And it says Paul said Do not be afraid. You must stand trial before Caesar. God will get you to your destination. God will get you to your dry space God will get you to the Promised Land. God will get you to the next stage of your life. You is not going to be easy. It's not going to be happy clappy revival singing, the church has to understand there is a North Easter coming out against it now. And if you are walking and living in the UK, hold on to Jesus, hold on to Jesus, because the agenda and the pattern that this vessel has sailed in is an ungodly charter. And it is not the direction of a godly man that has instruction generation through preaching and teaching, time and time and time and time again, message, repent, repent, repent. But when man thinks he knows more than a godly word, we will find we will be in trouble. We got to learn this. And it says to keep up your courage men, for I have faith in God that it will happen as he told me. Nevertheless, this is a hard hitting text. Nevertheless, we must run aground on some island, we are going to hit a soundbar this vessel is going to break. Nevertheless, God has given me a word we will get through, you will get through you will get through endurance, character building trust, then the just shall live by fourth faith. First, seventh on the 14th knife, when we were still being driven across the Adriatic Sea. So they were still being driven by a ferocious storm. They had thrown everything out he had had a word from God, that God told the angel to deliver him a message in the middle of the storm in the crisis, you will get out of this situation. On the 14th night, we were still being driven across the Adriatic Sea. When it was about midnight, the sailors sense were as approaching land, they took sound in and they found that the water was 40 meters deep. After a short time later, they took soundings again and found that it was 13 meters deep, fearing fearing. Just because we've had a word from God doesn't mean that fear is going to go. I love this story, this text. This fact just because you are born again, just because you are a believer, doesn't mean to say that you're not going to experience fear. But what it does is it encouraged us to say you will get fruit fear in verse 29, that they made dash against the rocks, they dropped four anchors from the stern and prayed for daylight. In an attempt to escape the ship. It goes on a little bit further, and it says they cut the rope so that no one could escape. The lifeboat had to drift off what we thought was going to save us. We have to let it go. We have to let it go. Let them cut the ropes. Let them cut the umbilical cord. Let it go and trust God because God said I will not let the righteous be beggars of bread. Man does not live by bread alone, but by every word that comes from the mouth of God. God says I shall supply all your needs according to the riches in glory. God will make a way let the authorities cut the umbilical cord to the lifeboats. Let us run aground. Let it do what it's going to do. But you will not be taken out because God has given a word. Where is the word? That is the word. Hold on, hold on. And hold on. Let the UK break. Let the UK snap because that's what's going to happen to this nation. You can see it is sailing in a storm and it is going to break. No one is in control of this nation. We are out at sea and we are disastrously being struck by many elements of nature of life by authorities, the ones that think they are in control of the vessel. I've taken us into a dangerous situation. Just because they have been placed in the place of authority doesn't mean to say that they know the destination. There is so much from this text. And it says Now it says Paul urged them You must eat some food. You need it to survive. Man does not live on bread alone. but by every word that comes out of the mouth of God, how will I survive? The Word of God, your word is a lamp unto my feet a light for my path. In the beginning, the Gospel of John, In the beginning was the Word and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. I need the word in the beginning, I need the word in the Northeast, the South, the West, I need the word in my heart, I've got to get the word out of your belly shall flow rivers of living water, we need to start to learn to swim, we need to start to trust Him, we need to learn now. We are we are in a storm and the UK is going to break is going to snap into we are going to hit a sound bar. But just because we hit a sound bar, doesn't mean to say that it's over. Just because daylight is coming. After he said this, we took some bread and gave thanks to God in front of all of them. Then he broke it again and he began to eat. They were all encouraged and they ate food for themselves. Altogether. There was 276 on board. When they had eaten as much as they wanted. They lie on the ship thrown every grain into the sea. First 39 of Acts chapter 27. When daylight came, they did not recognize the land. We are not going to recognize the next destination that is coming our way. Because we got to go by faith. We got to go by faith. It says but when we saw a bay with a sandy beach, we decided to run the ship aground if we could, cutting loose the anchors and letting them off in the sea at the same time, untying the ropes that held the rudders and they hoisted the force out to the wind and we made for the beach. Even though they was given instruction, you will make it pull. There are certain areas of life that we have to do. faith and action go together. They lifted the sow, they cut the ropes, they went for it. They went and they pushed and they was hoping and praying what happened. They cut the ropes. But the ship struck a sandbar and ran aground. The bow struck fast and it would not move then the stern was broken to pieces by the pounding of the surf. We can see this we can sense this. We can if you are a believer you are picking up even if you are not a churchgoer, people are picking up the waves of creation, the waves of life, the waves of destruction are crashing down on this nation. And this nation is being broken up by outside storms that we did not allow for because we did not on we wasn't going to sow this way. But the authorities decided we would allow this and we will sow this way. They have listened to our instruction that they shouldn't have listened to. And it is brim bring in for many years a storm. And we have had a gentle wind beating against the UK. Prepare yourself for the next 14 nights and next 14 days. 14 weeks, 14 years. 14, whatever it may be. There is a storm approaching. But you will get to your destination because God has a plan. Jeremiah, it says it broke down they carry thing. Now the bow stuck fast. The soldiers plan to kill all the prisoners it says it went on and it went on now. Just because the storm would finish just because they was pushing for a different destination and I was ready. They had to go through. We have to go through. May God bless you and strengthen you. Don't worry about the ferociousness of the storm. Focus on the greatness of God is God is with you wherever you are across this nation. I'm so sorry. Time has escaped us. Time has disappeared. Read for yourself. Grab yourself a Bible Read that Acts chapter 27 firsties. It's broken down into three stages. Preparation for a journey that you felt was your journey. Then, in the middle of that preparation, Your journey has been overtaken by the authorities. The authorities take charge in verse 13. Through 27. They bring a storm onto the godly man. The godly man has been given a word from an angel of God, you will get through. Then, the ship runs aground. But just because it's run aground doesn't mean to say that it's over. Don't drown in shallow water, just because the storm has gone and daylight has appeared. Get ready to make it to dry space. God is with you, holding to the Word of God. Never give up. Press into Jesus. It is Jesus Christ. I cannot help. The church cannot help. Healing cannot help. The Church of England cannot help Catholicism can't help. No religious holder can help. But the one who is the head of the church, the great high priest, he is your rescuer. He is your Savior. He is your God. He is your Jehovah Jireh he will not extract us from the UK. He will give us the strength to hold on back. Get ready. Get ready as that famous, powerful text in the Old Testament. Noah, build yourself on our brain is coming. God bless. Good night. We'll see you soon.
