We really do appreciate that you're listening to these conversations that we have in everyone across the globe this morning. We just want to say thank you. But we got Simon with us as we always do. Normally we gather on a Thursday, but we're here this morning live streaming recording, and just having a conversation #Christian Straight Talk. It is that simple. Simon, good morning.

Simon Pinchbeck:

Good morning, Ben. There's quite a bit across the mics review again. And when we just done three weeks on Jesus sent me Ben,

Reverend Ben Cooper:

three weeks on Jesus. Yeah, amazing.

Simon Pinchbeck:

I don't think we even scratched the surface.

Reverend Ben Cooper:

We haven't really, we haven't even opened up the can really on on that as you went. And the more you talk about Jesus, the more you realize, you don't, you're not, you don't get the fall, clear understanding. You're just scratching at the top.

Simon Pinchbeck:

That's all you're doing. Now. I mean, just while we were chatting over a coffee this morning, we just picked out one line and we just just chatting. It just blows your mind. Some of it done. I mean,

Reverend Ben Cooper:

if the name of Jesus, like you said it blows your mind, the human mind can't grasp, how powerful, how awesome how glorious, how beautiful. His name is. And when you talk about him, you see the purity, the holy Ness. And the small entitle that we've that we've got here is surrender to Jesus. But how Jesus was totally surrendered. To God completely surrendered. And also, which fascinated me when we spoke about this morning that he was on the earth approximately 33 years, but he lived at home for 30 years. Yeah, with his family,

Simon Pinchbeck:

just doing normal stuff,

Reverend Ben Cooper:

just being a man, a son, a brother. But he was surrendered to that family environment. He was surrendered and coming under the instruction. But who is Jesus? Who is this Jesus? He's the son of the eternal God. He is the living word. He is God in physical formation. Through Christ, Jesus said, we have got on this earth through Christ Jesus, who is the father in heaven, coming under complete submission to his mum, and his earthly father Joseph and his brothers. And he created when you look at things like that, what

Simon Pinchbeck:

is that? No, wait 30 years, but Nany is 30 years for because he knew the time wasn't right. You know, timing. You can imagine, you know, maybe Mary sitting there. We haven't got enough bread. Jesus.

Reverend Ben Cooper:

Amen. Yeah.

Simon Pinchbeck:

It didn't. As far as we know, it didn't do any of these miracles. Did he while he was home? Yeah, it could have just touched a table and it you know, he would amend it. So he just done about, he went about doing the ordinary things, everyday things for 30 odd years.

Reverend Ben Cooper:

Crazy, isn't it? It's absolutely barmy, to to think that all this stuff is going on, and what Christ was doing and for 30 years, he was just, he's just absolutely unbelievable. It's absolutely amazing to think that, that Christ you know, he is the King above all kings, the Lord above all lords for 30 years. He he didn't pop up anywhere. Did he

Simon Pinchbeck:

know he was just doing this work as a builder and just being part of the family? That's right. I guess it really learning what it what it felt like to be a human being. Do you know? Yeah, really? And then, man, did he catapult himself into a minister this stratosphere?

Reverend Ben Cooper:

Yeah, it's like unbelievable, you know,

Simon Pinchbeck:

three years never went more than 100 miles just just pro

Reverend Ben Cooper:

Kill stretch. And for those that are just joining us at this moment in time, I can see people just jumping online. And wherever you are, we just thank God for your lives as we were just talking about Jesus, for those that are just capturing up on the socials at the minute. We're talking about surrender to Jesus. The scripture this morning, the conversation is about surrendering to Christ.

Simon Pinchbeck:

It's very interesting. And so if we, if we jump into the scripture of Luke 1425, really interesting. It says, he says, Now great, new multitudes went with him. And he turned and said to them, If anyone comes to Me and does not hate his father and mother, wife, children, brothers and sisters, yes, his own life, it cannot be my disciple. Wow. Now, imagine, listen to that, you know, have I gotta hate my wife? Have I got?

Reverend Ben Cooper:

Well, my brother, my family?

Simon Pinchbeck:

Really? What he really meant, when he when saying that was, if you don't put me first, yeah. Then you're not my disciple. You You've got to love your family. If you don't put me first.

Reverend Ben Cooper:

Yeah, you've got to lay that you've got to lay that earthly, earthly treasures, you've got to lay the earthly areas of your life, you've got to put everything aside and come to me first. I am the First and the foremost. Exactly. So a lot of people will struggle with that, wouldn't they?

Simon Pinchbeck:

Yeah. Totally struggle with it. Because it's not in the normal thinking is it but

Reverend Ben Cooper:

it's not in a normal thinking at all, because it's completely the opposite to what that what the world says. But when you look at the text, it clearly is saying, If you lay everything down, and you come to me first, Seek ye first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and everything else shall be added in the right order. So it's an older.

Simon Pinchbeck:

So he demands Jesus demands total surrender from us

Reverend Ben Cooper:

total surrender, when you think about that, what does that mean? total surrender. So if someone joins up to the military, they have totally given themselves to die in for the cause. You could possibly die for what you have signed on to the dotted line for are you willing to die for Jesus Christ? Well, many

Simon Pinchbeck:

people Yeah, exactly. So yeah, that's that's the ultimate isn't it and earthly death. And many people put it this way, don't naive. If you're driving a car, you willing to get out from behind the wheel and let Jesus drive the car?

Reverend Ben Cooper:

Let Jesus take over your life.

Simon Pinchbeck:

But I think I mean, we're going to come on to that, because we're going to look at various aspects as we go through this subject, because we kind of when we've said it before, we kind of surrender in some areas of our life, but not in others, don't we? Yeah. So hang on the staff, don't we?

Reverend Ben Cooper:

I think that's that is a really difficult one for every one of us as the as a human but as a born again, believer in Christ Jesus. We know what born again means. But total surrender means giving him my mind, giving him a heart, giving him the world that I walk in, and giving him me, if I give him me what what is what is total surrender. I give myself completely to Christ, surrendering, the will, whatever your plan is, for me,

Simon Pinchbeck:

we're going to come on all of that pain and the will, I think, is the toughest. But he goes on to say in this, Luke 14 aren't 27 He says, and whoever does not bear his cross and come after Me cannot be My disciple. Now, what, as I was reading this this week, Ben and I just had a chat with you earlier. It's I mean, Jesus told them about a cross, but he hasn't been that across

Reverend Ben Cooper:

its pre cross, isn't it? It's all before the cross of calvery

Simon Pinchbeck:

So the people listen to him was thinking, what's he going on about? So ya know, but I mean, why he can understand that we have to we understand it, because we, we know that

Reverend Ben Cooper:

we're this side of the crossword is sort of across, they couldn't understand what he was talking about before that when he said, I've got to go to the cross of Calvary. What do you mean what you're going to die while they couldn't even grasp it? So when he was having this conversation with him, and he says, and whoever does not carry their cross and follow Me, Christ carried his cross, only for a short distance. Yeah. Now that's interesting that that guy picked up his cross. And we can only carry our cross for a short while. Because the there's two files to it isn't there because the burdens of it are too heavy. And there comes a point of handing out cross. Well, totally

Simon Pinchbeck:

surrendering your cross, you're surrendering sake in your cross, but certainly surrendering it,

Reverend Ben Cooper:

carrying it owning it. This is my sin, I've fallen, I've made a mistake. I've said, I've acted, I've been angry, I've been frustrated, I've acted in pride and arrogance, I'm not forgiving all this stuff. And then coming to the cross and picking up your cross and carrying your cross for a while, you can't carry your cross forever. But there comes a point when you gotta hand it over. But the scripture says, it says, Whoever carries their cross, whoever doesn't carry their cross and follow me cannot be my disciples. Yeah, you can't carry the weight of sin

Simon Pinchbeck:

and be the signer. So you know, because you can't have your foot. He says, You can't have a foot in both camps. Can you? Can't you you can't do that. So,

Reverend Ben Cooper:

so carrying and surrender. But

Simon Pinchbeck:

these people didn't know what he was talking about, because the n actually carried across yet you only as he gone to that. So this is especially in important and it stands out to us this sort of the cross? Yeah. Because we can we can, we're going back, we can understand what he's saying.

Reverend Ben Cooper:

That's right. They're going forward. And they didn't even really understand who he was. Because the Scriptures tell us tells us that in quite a few places, but it's easy for us to go. Why didn't they get that? Because we've got the complete scripture and its entirety in front of us. And we have the privilege of studying it going backwards and forwards through the old for the new. But these characters were actually living, and right, their lives were right in there. Their lives were like the ink as they walked and as they spoke, and as it was philipstown ness and Thomas doing that the scriptures were coming out from them and with them. They was the Scripture being acted as they lived their life. So they, it must have been really scary for them. What do you mean, Jesus, you're counting across total surrender. Your your Jesus, what are you going on about?

Simon Pinchbeck:

So for them, it was it was a little bit all over the place. But for us. You're right, Ben, you know, it's, yep, pick up your cross. But and it's a Jesus.

Reverend Ben Cooper:

Yeah, because Jesus didn't carry His cross all the way. It's you get exhausted, I know it says pick up your cross daily, or pick it up. But then I got to lay it down, I've got to pick it up and let down, I've got to pick it up and lay it down.

Simon Pinchbeck:

That's Do you think that's where it comes in where we've got to examine ourselves on a daily basis.

Reverend Ben Cooper:

And I think this is where the Passover supper comes in as well. Because that's the only place where you can de junk yourself and almost be like going to a dentist and having root canal or your your route taken out certain things within all of us, believers and whoever we want to. And however we want to say that many of us have areas of our lives that have come from childhood, young adulthood, adolescence, all that all the way through, that are so deep rooted that the only way that they can come out is to literally own it for a moment and carry the cross of it. Bring it to the cross the Calvary, and then you got to leave it at the cross.

Simon Pinchbeck:

I think that I think I mean, that is it's it's a lot of depth in what you said there. And I think you're right and nothing is what we get. I think in in, in the church world. We get people invited to say a little prayer. And then they get said, No, you're welcome. You're in the kingdom. Right? Yeah. And then that's it.

Reverend Ben Cooper:

Yeah. What what kingdom?

Simon Pinchbeck:

Yeah, I'll say this little prayer, and you're in and you're in, in where? A but you don't find a prayer in the Bible. But what you do find is come to me, give me all of that rubbish now. Yes, you're you are exactly right. And I spoke about this a little bit over the weekend. And the thing is, a lot of the stuff that we confess straight up is like the weights and the weight is we we confess that surface stuff, but then

Reverend Ben Cooper:

you've got stuff that is entrenched, entrenched, and it's almost drowning you and it's with you, you can't raise you realize that and you don't realize

Simon Pinchbeck:

and you think to yourself, Why am I still going back to that?

Reverend Ben Cooper:

Why don't go back because I've not surrendered but because I

Simon Pinchbeck:

have not got rid of that root and surrendered it. And the only way we can do that Ben Do you think which is what Jesus says is pick up your cross daily which is go to the Holy Spirit, what, what's inside of me, and gradually those layers will come off each stripped down layers, show you the root, a man, then we can go to Jesus, take this, take it, Lord hate this law. This is the insecurity that the words that have been said over me when I was when I was younger that the abusive language abusive language, the abuse of my body, the relationship with my parents or their relationship with the teachers or whoever. That's that certain thing. And yeah, a lot of Jesus taking,

Reverend Ben Cooper:

I think the way to say it, as well as what Simon is saying is, it gets certain things get under your skin. And we journey for a big percentage of our lives with the the almost the bitterness of what happened to us the frustration, that we can't get rid of the anger and the bitterness to an organization, the situation of the person that that whatever that was, and there are so many people in the world of church that are carrying so much, they're fearful to talk about it, they're worried about talking about it, because of the system of religion coming down at them. But Jesus said, Come to me, all of you that are weary and heavy, like I will give you red, coming to Jesus, and then we say to ourselves, it's alright for you tell him to come to it him? How do I do it? Give me the practical way of doing this. How do we do it? That's the question we're asking. The only way it can be done. It's not like in the New Testament where the disciples had Jesus and they could go to him and have that physical contact. We know he's ascended. So what do we do? We got to go to the Scripture. It has to be Simon,

Simon Pinchbeck:

we have to start somewhere, don't we?

Reverend Ben Cooper:

Where do we start? Where

Simon Pinchbeck:

did we start? So that's the scripture. Jesus says all the way through the scriptures. Come to me, are you firstly Come, come to me, lay it down. The same is saying you must be born again. You're saying is saying know the truth and the truth will set you free saying, Come to Me with all your burdens. He's saying all of this stuff. Now, if we're not listened to that, then you're gonna miss it out. Yeah, yeah. But what he's saying is this start off by coming to me confessing turning your back on stuff that's in your life. That's there. Give it to me and then we'll start that journey. Yeah, cuz I'll give you a no heart. You give me that life back. Give it to me give it a Jesus. What he's saying totally. Surrender means giving your life to someone, doesn't it?

Reverend Ben Cooper:

Do you know what else as well? Yeah, giving your life, total surrender. And when Christ picked up the cross, he was carrying his future as well. So that is a very interesting thought that was his destiny. This is destiny is the future. It's the next step. What who gave him his future? The Father, the father's redemption plan, you can go right back to Genesis. So Christ knew that he has to go to go to the cross, he has to die. The Scripture is clear, one sacrifice once and for all. So we don't have to have a physical crucifixion, of our lifestyles. It is about coming to Jesus and saying, Father, forgive me for I've sinned and fallen short of your glory. But it can't be lip service like religion, it can't be lip service, because the be a heart move

Simon Pinchbeck:

in this little stretch here. He goes on to say stuff about, about if you're going to build a tower, what you need to count the cost first, or if you if you're going to attack an enemy with 10,000 Will you can you? Can you? Can you ever go at someone with 20,000 or send a delegation out for to arrange for peace, but then he ends this particular slot with this, he says in 33 says So likewise, whoever Have you does not forsake all that he has cannot be My disciple. Everything. Everything, you know that that? That's it, that's gonna knock a few people out of the ballpark and it because if if you're, if you're not, yeah, come in on a daily basis. And

Reverend Ben Cooper:

I will say, You know what, I think I'd go a little bit closer to the daily I think it's morning, am and pm, plus many more in between that, yeah,

Simon Pinchbeck:

well, I know your life, you're probably probably

Reverend Ben Cooper:

living, living by living by faith, bringing everything to the cross every second every moment, and to be listening to what God is saying what you signed today, Jesus.

Simon Pinchbeck:

Let me ask you this, Ben. I mean, you're you're a pastoral pastor, and you're

Reverend Ben Cooper:

just a servant have dropped all the titles because they're too big. I just, I'm just I just serve I just serve Jesus.

Simon Pinchbeck:

Are you getting a little bit too humble now?

Reverend Ben Cooper:

Thank you, Logan. had to deal with that pride I've got now got pride going on.

Simon Pinchbeck:

Let me ask you this. Do you think? Do you think people, some people like to hang on to some stuff? And

Reverend Ben Cooper:

I love to hang on to stuff? It's in our nature, it's in our DNA.

Simon Pinchbeck:

So do you think people learn to be the victim? Sometimes people like

Reverend Ben Cooper:

to Yeah, that's there's an area of that. Yeah. Yeah. Because almost you you draw, you can draw from that. But because total surrender is so the opposite to what the world says, because the world is focused on me, me, me, me, me. So my world is around me. I am in the world. And I And if I'm an if I'm an atheist, if I'm a non believer, just in the world, I'm doing that. You know, yeah, there are great American people out there. But the majority of people are so inward focus within the world. But what happens is, is when you become a believer, and then suddenly you've got the power of the Holy Spirit, and you've got God and the Scripture, suddenly, the world isn't about you. So total surrender. And if you've come from whatever area of life it's been from, you carry you carry certain rucksacks and baggage with you. And because you're not talking now about you, you can feel empty, because a lot of people get comfort from Ay,

Simon Pinchbeck:

ay, are you are you put out really well. And I think that's a great point. And I think, you know, please listen to what Ben has said. As always, really, but I think I think I think you're right. I think it's true, that, that we live in this world of almost a narcissistic world where everything is focused on us. And even if it's, if it's bad stuff, it's on. So for an example, I know someone who had a few things happen in in their life. Some someone dying, we were close to them, blah, blah, but and all of a sudden, they made it about them. Yeah. So you're not I'm saying

Reverend Ben Cooper:

comes from the Garden of Eden. It comes this comes from the Scripture in the Garden of Eden when the serpent come up and said, Are you sure God said it? You can't. So it's not messing stuff. But I'll there was a message not from the Garden of Eden. But it comes back from the following hours. Yeah, exactly what you're saying fully grasp what you're saying. And it is easy to turn the spotlight on you. And what we draw comes from, from me, talking about me sometimes, because do you

Simon Pinchbeck:

think sometimes any attention is good attention. And now, it's dangerous, it's dangerous, but for the person, they, they want that attention because they get it.

Reverend Ben Cooper:

It's a psychological process. Were talking about me and talking about all the issues and the situations, it gives me comfort, and it's almost feed in a vacuum that I've got that needs to be filled, that can only be filled by the word of God. But that comes down to total surrender. Yeah.

Simon Pinchbeck:

So this God shaped hole, you'll you'll never fill it, if the signpost points to

Reverend Ben Cooper:

you. Because there was only one I am

Simon Pinchbeck:

asked to point that gap. So what Jesus is saying, in all of this is, Listen, I'll set you free. And you can have that life that you think you've got, yeah, you can have, you know what, you can have an amazing life. But you got to let go of that stuff. Like Jesus wants you to have a life and live

Reverend Ben Cooper:

life to the full don't need the complete life in abundance.

Simon Pinchbeck:

You know, the greatest? Yeah, you know, if we look at that, and people's people go go off on one, and theologians will tell you, it's not about you, but Jeremiah 2911. And when, when God says, you I know the plans I have for you. And now their plans to raise you have plans to prosper you. And you will find me if you see we've all your hard sub God wants and all the way through the Psalms all over the scriptures. God wants and Jesus wants, he wants a beautiful life for you. But live for you to live life to the fold to be the person the man or woman. Child are. We made you to be

Reverend Ben Cooper:

Yeah, the Scripture is clear that what you're saying the steps of a good person are ordained by the Lord. So God has already ordained it. He's predestined this plan that He has for you on the other side of the mic and on the lens. And with us today in the world of podcasting in the US here God has a plan for our lives. How do I find this plan? It is complete an absolute surrender. It's not coming to to church and just sign a few words and lift them. Given a few sermons and doing what we do in church, your life, my life has to be complete surrender to Jesus Christ as to be complete surrender. And you know what the amazing thing about that is, he will take you places you never thought you were to go. And at this moment in time, there are many preachers and teachers, evangelists, many people at home many believers in a place that they shouldn't be in areas of life, they shouldn't be because they've heard about Jesus, we've gone to church because of Jesus. And because of not total surrender. That's why we've got so many people really broken and worn out and tired in work and in ministry, because their destination that they're at this moment isn't the right place for them to be. So you've so you haven't totally surrendered to not really

Simon Pinchbeck:

starting to see, see that the deal is with if you're a believer, then we have all got the same destiny. Yeah, we've all got the same destiny, we have different callings. But destiny is to follow Jesus,

Reverend Ben Cooper:

and we'll all get to the same exit door.

Simon Pinchbeck:

But if we follow Jesus, it'll lead us to where he wants you to go. And how many times have we sat and gone. We don't know where they're

Reverend Ben Cooper:

at profit. What's interesting about that profit in it, God fed him. God fed him and cared for him and let him rest under the tree. And he prayed to suicide prayer. I've had enough God, I want to die. God sent the angel the angel fed him and sustained him on a jar of water and some bread. And he got enough energy to run for 40 days and 40 Nights. But just because you are anointed and you are cold, and you're born again, doesn't mean to say that the the way that you've run is the place where God wants you to be

Simon Pinchbeck:

now because suddenly we get ahead of ourselves that way. Suddenly we

Reverend Ben Cooper:

face it again. Yes. I'm running. So he didn't say

Simon Pinchbeck:

I'm gonna take you somewhere, Lord, you know, follow me watch. Follow me. And

Reverend Ben Cooper:

Jesus has said that forever. What did he say to the to the shoreline? fellas that was down on the shoreline? Come and follow me. So we're always firing. But I always get ahead. Because I'm always the we're always overthinking. We're always over engineering. We're always roadmapping our whole lives, our work our families, everything is always about tomorrow, and the next week, next year.

Simon Pinchbeck:

I know it's cliche. But you know, a good idea and or necessarily a good idea is completely true. We don't just think things through doing so. I've been in their places where I thought, yeah, that'd be a great idea. I've gone ahead and spent a few quid

Reverend Ben Cooper:

done it, it's nothing happened. So that is the key to a believer. And we're not talking about being called to ministry. That's the best just an add on, that's just a bolt on what we're talking about is completely surrendering to the will of the Father, through the power of Christ and the Holy Spirit, to understand what God has for you and where he wants you to be.

Simon Pinchbeck:

When you can't think of a more exciting life than following Jesus. Can

Reverend Ben Cooper:

you follow Jesus?

Simon Pinchbeck:

That's gonna be an exciting challenge.

Reverend Ben Cooper:

Come and follow me.

Simon Pinchbeck:

If you you know, if you jump on a plane, you know, going to Madrid and it's a couple of degrees out you're going to end up in Berlin or somewhere.

Reverend Ben Cooper:

That's exactly right. So,

Simon Pinchbeck:

so you've got you've got to be checking yourself and checking yourself with the Lord and and one of the areas of total surrender. We mentioned it right. And that is the mind Ben, the mind

Reverend Ben Cooper:

what a battlefield. It's a huge Battlefield, wasteland the mind.

Simon Pinchbeck:

What do you say? Colossians Bennett said Set your minds on the things that are above not on earthly things.

Reverend Ben Cooper:

So do not store up for yourself treasures on earth where moth and rust destroy it, But store up for yourselves treasures in heaven. The psalmist says Where does my help come from? I look up to the hills. So it's it's Heavenly Father, help my carnal mind, help my process. Help my thinking, Lord, my philosophy, my cognitive my brain the way I'm wired, helped me Jesus because the Bible says you've got the mind of Christ. You've got the mind of Christ. And so if what is the mind of Christ? Well, the will of the Father will

Simon Pinchbeck:

have a father. Yeah, yeah. So it's the mind of Christ is total surrender in it is total. So and then, Ben? Yeah, I did a little bit of research. And you know, as I said, by the time, we're 18 People are 18 They're probably seen somewhere in the region of 40,000 murders on TV and across across the films and even as as an infant, you know, as JR you've seen 8000 murders, and by the time you're 65, you've probably seen some Not 2,000,032nd commercials, it's, it's so what I'm trying to say is as well as all the social media these days, all the stuff that comes across, there is other, there is other

Reverend Ben Cooper:

influences

Simon Pinchbeck:

work trying to control your mind. Because outside influences. They want to get in your wallet. And they want to get in your mind into your mind, they want you to, to think a certain way. And it's not an all of that is control and manipulation. But with Jesus, his freedom is forgiveness. So when you

Reverend Ben Cooper:

look at Russia, when you look at China, when you look at these, when you look at these leaders, they are giving their speeches and now word in and their language. And you can see that they are trying to clone the people within that. within that nation, you see it so often, and it's trying to happen, and it has been happening in religion. And when it happens in religion, then it attends to an occult. If you have a Men's Ministry, a woman's ministry, a certain church that is pushing a certain agenda from the top of the Christmas tree, and is only that person's agenda and understanding. And you are trying to clone little people when you are you've got them on a leash, that becomes an occult that becomes manipulation and control. That becomes what the Old Testament talks about. manipulation, control, witchcraft, sorcery, and divination. And what we've got to be careful of is that the leaders that we are under are not giving their opinion, and not giving their thought we need they do want us the UK or say England, England needs the Word of God like never before.

Simon Pinchbeck:

It's yeah, it's really, it's really interesting when all our stuff you spoke about comes under maybe one word, which is rebellion. And it's rebellion against Yeah, against a father. Really definitely. And it says in the Bible, he hates rebellion, it's akin to witchcraft. So yeah, where, where you've got where you're, if you're, if you're in a church, then you come under the authority of the church leader. Now. If you don't like that authority, you're still under that authority view. If you don't like the what the church leader saying, then it's not scriptural, then you've got choice to make. But if the church leader is coming from the Bible, if he's if he's leaving the church in the correct way, then you're under that leaders authority. Now, you can't step out of that authority, you know, you cannot be stopped being run out doing as to be under that, that authority. So don't think you've got a mind that can do this, that or the other you use, we're still under the because we're still surrendered to Jesus. And, and a lot of, you find that I see it a lot in men, it's called an orphan spirit, when really they haven't had a an upbringing from a father, my father, and, and that orphan spirit normally produces a rebellious attitude, a non teachable spirit, where they just don't listen to what any, anyone has to say, one, listen to what they don't do that leaders to say, and they go off and they're doing their thing, and they think they're hearing from God. And

Reverend Ben Cooper:

it's very, it's a very dangerous place to be all of a

Simon Pinchbeck:

sudden, you get this, God told me to do this, God told me that and you what you find is they, you know, they're saying something quite ridiculous. And God never told them do anything like that, you know, there is a voice in their head. But if

Reverend Ben Cooper:

it ain't Jesus, you know, it's, it's listening to the voice. How do we listen to the voice, surrender, rest, prayer, trusted in God, going by faith, Hebrews 11, verse one, Now faith is being sure of what we hope for, and certain of what we do not see. That is, that is a big text to get your head around. When you think about that alone. Now faith is being certain of what we hope for. And then it says and, and, and being clear that what we are hoping for, is what we actually are seeing, but it's not actually in the physical world. So then you got to be careful, because that's where the manipulation and control comes into the prosperity gospel, naming and climate.

Simon Pinchbeck:

Yeah, but but they, but to do that, you've got to do something new. So you've got to either give some money to somebody

Reverend Ben Cooper:

or give it to them, give it to them, because if you don't give it to them, they're not going to send you

Simon Pinchbeck:

a conduit which will get you to get you, Lord, which is you know, but Paul said in in Galatians 220, you know, it's not I that live but Christ who lives in me

Reverend Ben Cooper:

to that, right so it's not I who live. So there has to have an action within me. The action is Father, I'm a sinful man, as he said, I'm a sinful person. And I what I need Lord is to die to self. How difficult is it to die? To Self, it's usually difficult. And that's, it can take you a journey, it can take your life to a lifetime of walking this

Simon Pinchbeck:

earth, because it's a different self every day sometimes.

Reverend Ben Cooper:

Yeah, there's almost split personalities, there are certain things that trigger certain things within us to be angry. One moment pays for the next, you know, frustrated and lost and down, and one minute up, one minute down, and all the issues of the world in which we're living in. But if you are living in this world at this moment, and listening to what we're talking about this morning, and especially in the UK, what we are finding and in the world of the church, the church, the majority of the church has come away from that. And I'm astounded how so many within congregation so many within the church, so many leaders, so many, so much of religion is biblically illiterate.

Simon Pinchbeck:

But yeah, they are biblically illiterate, Ben and I would go so far as to say, many are not born again. Many aren't born and many aren't. You know, it's questionable their salvation, I would say that you save too, because if you're listening, or you said it very wisely, just a few moments ago, if you're listening to the word of man, rather than the Word of God, then then you're in trouble on if you're stepping over God's Word, to get your man's word. A man wants to rearrange the Bible so that it's more comfortable read for so I continue to live in sin to only 23. Yeah, so that that certainly can be easily accepted. Yeah, it's wrong.

Reverend Ben Cooper:

And that sin doesn't become sin anymore. Because it's a lifestyle and God loves everybody in the lifestyle.

Simon Pinchbeck:

That's the way that is so you, if you it's like the 10 commandments, and you have your break one your break them all, if you if you if you misinterpret or don't listen to one bit of the Bible, then what's the point of the rest of it?

Reverend Ben Cooper:

It is total surrender. So a classic is before our eyes at this moment, what is the evidence within the UK at this moment, that that I'll say the church because they call themselves the church is it surrendered, it's not surrendered, the Church of England hasn't completely surrendered. There are offshoots within the Church of England, that are for the word that are standing on the word. But the pride drum is so loud, so loud, and it's overpowering. And it's moving, and it's driving this train of destruction, this pride train, if you was completely a believer in Jesus Christ, you will be surrendered on every level of life. But we can't be completely surrendered, because we are flesh and blood, but we are in our spirit. But that's what the Bible says, very clearly a wretched man, am I why do I do the things I hate? And why can't I do the things that I love, and I should do. So when you look within the church, and we'll call it the church because they call themselves the Church of England and they are the church. It is hemorrhaging, and it is breaking out. And it is in critical issues that it shouldn't be, even in because it hasn't surrendered. Now there's a difference of surrendering to the word. Because when you surrender to the word, your lifestyle changes. So when a sinner comes to Christ, and Christ calls you as a sinner, and Christ draws us to a place when you look at these denominations, if they were surrendered, the conversations won't be on the table,

Simon Pinchbeck:

when we just spoke about surrendering your mind. So, but the next thing Ben is surrendering your body,

Reverend Ben Cooper:

right? Your body that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit says

Simon Pinchbeck:

there says in one Corinthians 316 God's temple is the serve suit that you because he dwells within He dwells within. And if when we realized if we realized that if you really understood that, there's so much we wouldn't allow the body to do in

Reverend Ben Cooper:

as right so if you look at diet, if you look at earthly diet, if I feed myself, junk food, and if I'm living on a worldly diet of takeaways and bad food, what does it do? It affects my mind. It affects my body, it affects my soul, and also it affects my blood. There's life in the blood. So diet is critical for a body for a person.

Simon Pinchbeck:

Because you when you realize what you've you feed yourself, you feed yourself. Yeah, you become. So you look you're looking a little bit like a McDonald's sausage, and

Reverend Ben Cooper:

I've given them up.

Simon Pinchbeck:

But, but it's the truth, you know, you would be very careful in what you put inside your body. And the other thing is, you know, with we'll talk about that as we go on, you know, we sort of, we don't feed our body the Scriptures do, we don't feed our spirit, the scriptures, which is the word of God. And really, that's the only thing that we can, we can take in that the more we take in will make us more hungry. It's you know, that's correct.

Reverend Ben Cooper:

So, so you're right in what you're saying. So when you So the Bible says, Man does not live on bread alone, but by every word that proceeds out of the mouth of God, and the Bible says, out of your belly shall flow rivers of living water. So what I feed myself and whatever you feed yourself, physically, through your irrigate through your eye gate, or through your mouth, and whatever you allow into you, will become part of you. Yeah. So if you feed yourself, and you are in prayer, and worship, and in the Word of God, suddenly the earth so the carcass that we walk in, suddenly comes into submission and surrender,

Simon Pinchbeck:

and also been outwardly will be looking so much different, you look different, because we're

Reverend Ben Cooper:

attracted to us. And then that word comes in, let your light shine your light, shine, because the light is within, if you are feeding yourself the Scripture, if you are in prayer, and really seeking God and looking for God, and and coming to the cross of Calvary, and really looking for the presence and the purpose of God, what is the purpose of may walk in his life? Suddenly, your countenance changes, Moses, your complete being changes and people go

Simon Pinchbeck:

people, what have you got? And what have you got? So you know, you don't need to stand on a street corner and in our staff, you because people in your everyday life will be attracted to you another area where the body button and I think we should sort of touch on a little bit. But remember, areas of bodies sex, you know, God invented sex, he didn't look down on them to do it now invented sex between a man and a woman. And under the right guidelines, which is within within a marriage. And so

Reverend Ben Cooper:

that's right. So when you talk about that, and you come onto the onto the pray, pride conversation that no one don't talk about. That. It's like completely going off wobble is completely not meant for what it's meant for

Simon Pinchbeck:

oh, no, because physically, it's not meant for it's meant for you know, a man is made to, to join with, with a woman and God invented sex. And he got it invented the pleasure of sex between a man and a woman in a marriage. And so he

Reverend Ben Cooper:

clearly says that in Genesis, yeah, so about creation and going and moving forward as humanity. But you can't do that. If man is with man, and woman is with a woman say, Isn't it interesting? The devil was trying to stop God's gift

Simon Pinchbeck:

God's gift. Yeah. And also certain denominations, certainly certain branches of what you'd call the church put a guilt on sex. They really want to. There's so many people living under under Gilbert is it's a loving expression of love to each other. Yeah, no. Yeah. between a man and a woman in marriage, so So sex is the body has to be surrendered, we totally surrendered a body sex outside of marriage. I've always thought and I've always believed that when we have sex with someone, we kind of leave a little bit of ourselves with that person. And then in so you said spiritually, spiritually, so and that is what they call soul ties and your soul tied to that person. So so the more sex with other people you have, the more bits of yourself are going to be flying around the world, it's not going to be it's not going to be good in a lot

Reverend Ben Cooper:

of total surrender on every level of

Simon Pinchbeck:

Every level of life. You know, Jesus, you know, that you can't

Reverend Ben Cooper:

get away from the fact that this is clear that God created man and woman in the beginning of time, and to live and to subdue the earth to, to water the earth, to live off the earth to eat off the to bring up families to move together, to do everything to work the land to live the land, you own the land, to have children and to progress across the earth. But if you go down the route of of certain areas of church what They're trying what they're trying to say that you suddenly cut away the production line of humanity. And that's what the devil is wanting to do you

Simon Pinchbeck:

bypass the natural yeah and as the going giver can't

Reverend Ben Cooper:

do you can't bring humans into the being into this this world by any other way. We know the biological process. And if and how can the church agree with that is okay? Suddenly you're cutting the flow off of humanity. It's like China, with a restriction of growth, certain areas of life and, and certain things that go on in the world and, and everything that happens so total surrender is Mind Body Soul, your complete life.

Simon Pinchbeck:

Well, the next one then we go on to is obviously we're just really scraping again the surface but the next one is a heart you have to surrender your heart and how do I surrender my heart? Well, you know, we come back to our favorite scripture, but don't worry that you know, John, free free moving forward and where Jesus said to old good old Nicodemus, he said, You must be born again. Well, that's a new heart. Jesus's wants him to give you a new heart, give it I got to give my half solely surrendered to Him, He'll give you a brand new heart and imagine that.

Reverend Ben Cooper:

Imagine having a heart a brand new heart when everything feels right, everything feels good. And everything is possible. All this stuff that we're touching is, is quite close to the skin and it can make make it make us feel uncomfortable about surrender and given and, and put in Christ before your family, putting Christ before work, putting Christ before anything on planet Earth. Complete Surrender means completely coming to God, But seek ye first the kingdom of God and His righteousness and everything else shall be added unto thee. So when I come to Jesus, and I say, Father, I need a new heart in my life. Lord, I've got to bring everything to you Lord, I I feel tired. I feel weary. I feel that there's no progress. renew my heart, renew my heart, Song fifth new beginnings.

Simon Pinchbeck:

Psalm 51, Ben 10 and 11 really sum it up that it causes the silences coronaries has created me a clean heart O God and renew a steady yes spirit within me. Do not cast me away from your presence and do not take your Holy Spirit from me. Wow.

Reverend Ben Cooper:

For the listeners that are out there that are on live stream at this moment and all those who in the world of podcast that will capture this a week later. I don't know about you brothers and sisters, whoever you may be. But I want to know how I want to know how every second to you. I want to I want to feel this this alive feeling following Jesus I want to know that everything is laid down within me around me upon me to lay it down to total surrender means to get a new hard to get a new heart means a new beginning to have new hope to have a new focus to have a new forward push in life. But it comes down to the simple fact of the Garden of Gethsemane. You've got to come to the garden.

Simon Pinchbeck:

Yeah, it's it's your will not My will. And you know the psalmist said again then he been in some on foot you know? He said search me

Reverend Ben Cooper:

search me. And what else did he say after that? Search me and try me and test me. Search me. Try me and test me when you now Oh, yeah, that's that's really that makes like you're almost shudder to say Lord, search me test me and try me. But by doing that, that is that is a commitment to surrender to the Father, the Son, the Holy Spirit. And by surrendering to the Father, the Son, Holy Spirit. Everything is out. Everything is through free. Everything is forgiven. Everything is now to the cross of Calvary. And you get a new heart father search me Is there anything in me that needs to be dealt with? Is there anything around me that needs to be dealt with? What is my mind right? Is my thinking right? Is my attitude right? Am I forgiving people have I forgiven? As Jesus said from across the Calvary Father forgive them for they know what

Simon Pinchbeck:

goes back to their cross when it comes back to this total surrender of your heart and we all we never get away from the Word of God Ben because Hebrews 412 than it says you know that the word of God it was like a double edged sword it says Ben with a cut through cut through even bone and marrow spirit and so in our madness Yeah. It cuts through that and and we use that word of God Ben to do too crude to help us keep that clean heart to help us keep that clean and surrendered mind surrendered body because what happened when we And Jesus was tempted to just come back. He didn't even argue, Bender that you didn't argue with the enemy. He didn't have a tussle with me. He just says it is written.

Reverend Ben Cooper:

Yeah, it is written. And I think for our listeners that are listening across the world, and, and all these beautiful people that are online this morning, may God bless you. Thank you for joining us. And for all those that are in the world of podcasting as well. I think it's important that we pray for one another. For everybody online. We pray for you, and you pray for us. And we pray for others in in different denominations. Because we've all got to come to the cross. We've all got to come to this place of maybe uncomfortable territory, and so far there, can you help me today? Can you help me, Lord, I want to walk afresh, I want to lay everything down. And I think it's important to understand that whatever denomination or church we go to, is completely irrelevant. Because Jesus talks about the kingdom, he never talks about a denomination. He talks about the Father's Kingdom. We hear very clearly in Romans, where the Roman, the writer of Romans is very clear in what he says in Romans 820 and 22, where he says, Satan is called the god of this world. But we serve a God that is greater than Satan, greater than any denomination, and there has been so much emphasis and push on what denomination you're under, when the denomination can't get you saved. It can't get you surrendered. It can only be Jesus Christ,

Simon Pinchbeck:

just to church domination, or whoever should be pointing you to Jesus. So he should be pulling you the church. And the thing is, when we're talking about a surrender in our hearts, we're talking about examining our hearts, but examination is not enough witnesses. No, good because, because it's okay for me to go. Yeah, I've got a little bit last year and a little bit of anger, okay,

Reverend Ben Cooper:

I'm forgiving. I'm doubtful. I'm frustrated. I'm prideful, examining it, but then you've got to deliver it deliver it. Yeah, I've got to pick up my crab.

Simon Pinchbeck:

You've got to do that. So the examination is just part of it. Yeah. What is it me? I think we've got to choose each day which road we choose the narrow road on a wide path,

Reverend Ben Cooper:

even that one the pride of life when you look at the pride of life. And you look at that on its own on John, one, John's 16. Yeah, the pride, the pride burst, arrogance, arrogance, birth, contentment, jealousy, frustration, everything. So within a believer, I honestly are gonna come back to talking about the church for a second, as a believer, we really need to stretch out to our brothers and sisters. In other denominations, because there is no denomination within the world that has this completely, and completely wrapped up and true. Every dominant denomination has its failing, every denomination has its blessing. There are splits and there are movements, and there always has always will be, but in the kingdom of God. In the kingdom of God, there is peace. There is unity. So we might go to different churches, everybody online, everybody listening, we might go to different churches, different denominations. But the fundamental thing is, is what brings us all to the same position or should do is are you born again?

Simon Pinchbeck:

Well, the enemy has done a great job in Division in division. And I think that the last count a few years ago, there was something like 26,000 different denominations throughout the world. So the enemy's in a fantastic job. So division, you know, I could be sitting across from you, you could be great. And then I could say, well, oh, you're a post tribulation. Tribulation is. And I'm a pre tribulation, wow. In trouble, we're in trouble. So no, all that stuff is nonsense. Because

Reverend Ben Cooper:

we've got we do it is just coming to Jesus coming to

Simon Pinchbeck:

Jesus following and being born again. That's what we got to be doing. And another

Reverend Ben Cooper:

key to fundamental Christianity is just believe it just believe it or not the scriptures believe Yeah, do not be afraid, just believe. But whatever church you are in this morning, and wherever you are watching this, we pray this morning, that you really seek Christ like never before in your life. We're coming to the table very, very soon. And we just want to give you the quick heads up, whether you're online or we're going to five minutes just chatting before we come and break bread and take the cut but whatever denomination you're in, we pray that your denomination that you're in, is preaching the gospel of Jesus Christ, and the heads of the denomination are following Jesus Christ.

Simon Pinchbeck:

So just before we come to the community, just the last one yeah, let's

Reverend Ben Cooper:

carry on with the last very quickly the last one, we got to I'm okay.

Simon Pinchbeck:

Okay. The last one is, is we have to surrender our will.

Reverend Ben Cooper:

And I think that was is the biggest one.

Simon Pinchbeck:

See, God gives us a free world and he don't tamper with a free will does he because we have a choice to make

Reverend Ben Cooper:

well isn't that amazing? That is beyond the understanding of humanity and life itself. We are saved, blood washed, sanctified. Jesus was in the Garden of Gethsemane, the sun and the Savior of the world. He was the word in flesh, but he bowed down and he said, Not my will, the will of the Father. The will of the Father does something, it smashes the walls of denomination, the will of the Father breaks all ethnics racial barriers. Love builds a bridge, love crosses denomination. Salvation crosses every culture, every life, every harassment, every hate crime. Jesus breaks everything down. And Christ and the will of the Father just erases everything. So if the denominations are seeking and doing the will of the Father, what would we have? We would have unity, we would have peace. We wouldn't have any denominations lifting themselves out and saying we are the church. If the will of the Father was truly grasped by me and for you, and for all of us may be sister and brother, you are completely in that world when you are completely surrendered. And we thank God for that. But if you're on the fringe of the garden, and you've got one foot in the garden and one foot out, and you're frightened of seeking the will of the Father, what does the will of the Father bring? Blessed are the peacemakers. Well, it opens up so much.

Simon Pinchbeck:

So you if when you surrender that will then yeah, the will

Reverend Ben Cooper:

of the man, the will of the woman will

Simon Pinchbeck:

to the Father, so that not my will, but Your will be done, then the Father will give you freedom, it will give you forgiveness, peace. And the thing is, sometimes in our own will, we will to be doing this than the other but the father says Now, this is where I want you. This is where I want you to be. Because sometimes like Jesus, we have to wait a period of time Jesus waited 30 years, 30 years. And we can't even wait for a minute sometimes

Reverend Ben Cooper:

very, very anxious want to move on

Simon Pinchbeck:

or wills letters. So if we had this, this, it's so freeing if we just surrender, yeah, the whole

Reverend Ben Cooper:

kit and caboodle complete surrender.

Simon Pinchbeck:

And it says, If it says in Revelation rightly under revelation 2217, whosoever will, the spirit abroad says, come and let him he has his say, come and let whosoever first come. Whosoever desires let him take the water and live of life freely, freely, freely. And it total surrender and when we you totally surrendered to Jesus. Jesus says in John 1028 29, he said, no one could snatch you out of his hand,

Reverend Ben Cooper:

and that you can't be snatched brother or sister you can't be snatched out the Father's hand. You are grafted in. And what Simon is saying is so Biblically sound, you are grafted in nothing can separate you from the love of God. And we just want to take you to one John, one John, that is chapter three, about loving one another. That is that is critical for this time in which we live. So as Simon Says, as the scripture says, Nothing can separate from the love of God. That is in Christ Jesus, we are grafted in, we can't be snatched away, because he has given us salvation. And there is no authority there is no power greater than Christ and God that can separate from the love of the Father. But if you look in verse 11, down and it talks about loving one another, the world hates us. That's what the Scripture says, Do not be surprised brothers and verse 13, that the world hates you. You know, that we have passed out of this death into life, because we love the brothers. So we have got to love one another. As Christ loves us. Christ abides in us God abides in pneus and it says, And God's love abides in Him and in Him and through you. So sister and brother, this is really, really important. I believe now that we pray for one another as we come to the table, and we find unity and peace. Because in that we find surrender. And not opinions are not wills, and plans. total surrender is the most amazing purpose for someone's life, the most beautiful way to live on Earth to be a servant of the Most High. I think that is a challenge for me to be a servant. To serve the King,

Simon Pinchbeck:

I think we said it earlier than you can imagine. If you're out there, you can imagine a huge backpack, right? Listen, full with stuff, shame, anger, all that sort of stuff and worry, all that sort of stuff. But by totally surrendering all that stuff, and you're, you're struggling, you're struggling, and you're walking paths across and Jesus is saying, I'm here. I'm here. I mean, come to me, give me all that stuff. Give me all that stuff. And when we do come to him, yeah. The freedom and we're standing up right and we could just feel more self be lifted up. Yeah, like, like a monk. Like, there's no gravity. I'm just lifting up, you've been

Reverend Ben Cooper:

lifted now that I think we can open the spiritual door for Psalm 91. For he will command his angels concerning you to lift you up in their hands so that you will not strike your stance in Bend. So it all fits together. So when I come into a position of surrender, when I lay everything down, Christ takes everything is like what Simon was saying, We've got this rucksacks on our backs. And it's weighing us down and he gets the scissors and he cuts the straps. And he just, it just drops off. And you feel a lightness in your step. You feel a spring in your step you feel peace, you feel at rest. You know, brothers and sisters, I we pray for you today. And we love you with a brotherly love. And then we pray for your lives that God will just make a way where there is no way. But Shall we all come to the table now. And let's try whether you're able to come to the table with us or not, or whether you're just listening in what you're doing. And I can see there's a lot with us at this moment in time. Should we just try now and surrender everything, whatever denomination we're from, whatever culture we're from whatever life looks like to us. Let's make it a number one factor in our lives that I'm going to surrender to Jesus. Surrender into Christ, I believe is the most greatest and the most powerful thing that will ever do. You know, God loves you. And wherever you are this morning. We are abiding in His love and God is God is for you are not against us. Let's just Let's just hold hands if that could ever be done, let's let's lock shields of faith. Let's hold hands, let's stretch out to one another. Let's stretch out and say brother and sister wherever you are across the world, we walk with you. We walk as born again, spirit filled brothers and sisters. And we put our arms around each other's shoulders and say, We're all in the battlefield of Christianity in the battlefield of life. Let's all surrender. Imagine what that would be like to hear the church in the UK on on a Sunday morning just bowing down saying God we surrender we surrender, we surrender.

Simon Pinchbeck:

Well, the thing is only funny but very quick before we do we got time so I keep it funny that the world's look on surrender is weakness. It's its hands. Its butt. As with everything with Jesus, it's an upside down kingdom because we only get strength from the surrender, don't we? We only get that strength from that total surrender when I'm weak,

Reverend Ben Cooper:

then he is strong. That's it. It's that simple.

Simon Pinchbeck:

And if you've if you rent a place this morning and you're listening to this on Ben just wrap that up so brilliantly. And the thing is if you if you're struggling with some of this weight that we were talking about some of the stuff in the rucksack if you're struggling with that this morning, then you know what you're in a good place. Let's go place the rucksack because we're going to ask Christ to cut the rucksack in the form of communion. And we just give it all over to him in total surrender and just feel that the weight lifted off you as you totally surrender and become stronger.

Reverend Ben Cooper:

That says we want to be stronger in Christ. We want to lay everything at the cross and will you come with us to the cross the Calvary those that were this this morning, whether you're able to work whether you're at home wherever you are And let's just completely come to the cross of Calvary. And lay everything down in our lives around our lives for our lives. Whatever the future is, whatever it is, you know, let's just come to the cross of Calvary, can you quickly just do this with us? We I'm going to pray for the bread and then Simon to pray for the wine that represents the blood of Jesus. But let's just bow down if you're able to bow down or your your driving or your school or your universities and or your home, and you're just capturing this. We pray for you. And will you pray for us? Will you pray for us? We pray for you. So let's all walk to the to the cross together this morning, Father, in the name of Jesus, whatever denomination we're in. Father, please help us to not put the weight on the ninth denomination but to realize that we follow Jesus Christ, your kingdom, your kingdom come, Your will be done. But at this moment, we recognize that this is bread in itself. And as we break this bread together, Father, we thank you that Jesus Christ body was broken for us. In Jesus name, amen. Amen. Thank you, Lord, thank You, Holy Spirit. Thank you, Jesus.

Simon Pinchbeck:

Father, so we, we talk about total surrenders, we come to you with stuff that I don't know what's going on in our lives and we totally surrender we give it over to you and as we do, let let the blood of Jesus just just washes clean and and set us free. As we want as we want to follow you and and do Your will. And we take this cup of whatever it is, and symbolize it in Jesus name. Amen. Amen.

Reverend Ben Cooper:

Amen. God bless God bless you. Amen. Thank you, Jesus. Father, we just pray for the church within the UK and Lord, we, we just ask you, dear God, that you will move powerfully within every home today. Every person that is with us through broadcasting, through Spotify and Buzzsprout and all the other platforms. Lord, we ask You that You will take us into a depth of the love of God that we've never walked in before where the rucksacks of life, are removed. Father, we thank You for Your power and your love. And the Scripture is clear in the Gospel. In one John one John, Chapter Three about loving one another. Lord, we love our brothers and sisters that are in other denominations. We love our brothers and sisters that are on line with us. And we pray for them today, Lord, that this will be the day that the Lord has made. And we shall rejoice and be glad. New Beginnings for everybody online, every new beginnings for everybody on in the world, a podcast and Father, we thank you for the Word of God. Amen. Simon. total surrender. Surrender. What a chatter. Can we use the word challenge is that is that allow to be used, I would imagine is

Simon Pinchbeck:

a challenge and the challenge that we will visit again, because there's so much in there. But before we, before we jump off on a spin, we must mention that we've got a new book coming out.

Reverend Ben Cooper:

Oh, yes, yeah, the second book is coming out yet. It's out now. So in the next few days,

Simon Pinchbeck:

some about fear talk. It'll be on Amazon very soon. And yeah, there's some read through it. And there's some real good stuff. And if you're out there, and fear is part of your life, then this this book all sorted sort of attached to the enemy. But yeah, some of the stuff that the Lord gave us. And we're only from our transcripts, and it's only from what the Lord has given us. So yeah, get into that, that'd be great.

Reverend Ben Cooper:

absolutely beyond human understanding. But the word of God is critical for me and for Simon, and for you, brother, and sister, wherever you are today. We thank you so much from the very bottom of our heart, and whatever the rest of your day looks like we pray that you will, like us, come to a place of complete surrender. But that is a that is a gospel challenge. It's a challenge. It's a challenge to be surrendered in every area. But that is critical for us. We thank you so much for everybody out there. May God bless you. We love you with all of our hearts and May God strengthen you and carry you into beautiful places following Jesus Christ. God has a plan for you. And that plan is flawless. You are loved, you are cherished. You have been created by God have a wonderful day. In Jesus name, Amen.
