Speaker 2This morning , as we gather around , the word of god and today's title is just believe , just believe . We're going to go to the book of malachi . Firstly , chapter four , very quick reading in the book of malachi , and then we're going to skip our little happy feet all the way down to the gospel of luke . Uh , we're going to go . Gospel of Luke . We're going to go to Luke and we're going to read get into Luke , chapter 8 , verse 40 to 50 . It's about healing , it's about miracle , it's about restoration , it's about trust , it's about hope . So , wherever you are , you know , in your life , wherever you are at this moment in time , just believe .
Speaker 2Jesus never told us to go to church . Jesus never told us to follow a religion . He said drop your nets , come and follow me . It's critical . Jesus never told us to go to a movement just because the church is rammed out with human beings . He never . He , he said you must be born again . We get that . John 3 , 3 , you must be born again . He never directs us to religion , he takes us away from that . He says come and follow me .
Speaker 2This text that we're in , we're going to read just Malachi 4 , verse 2 . So if you've got verse 2 before you and it says but for you that fear or revere the name , the son of uh . Righteousness will rise with healing in his wings , and you will go out and leap like calves released from the stall . You know it's . It's so powerful how the word of god uses pictures , uses the formation of agriculture , farming , all that sort of stuff to get an analogy over . So when we look at that scripture we might think , well , what's all that about ? What is that ? That is linked to the scripture that we're going to , because when you look at that it says but for you who fear the name of the Lord , it says the son of righteousness will rise with healing in his wings . It's referring to so much . It's referring to restoration , it's referring to healing . We're going to jump into the gospel of Luke in just a few moments , but you can turn there Luke , chapter 8 , luke chapter 8 , verse 40 , and we're going to go from 40 to 50 . You can throw your eyes down the page and have a read .
Speaker 2So in the book of Malachi , it's referring of restoration . It's speaking about healing in the wings . Where else have we heard in the scriptures about the wings , the wings of the father . You only got to look in , uh , psalm 91 . Psalm 91 , verse 4 , it says with his , with his wings you know his wings is stretched under his wings we will find refuge and and a safe place .
Speaker 2But that this writer , in this Old Testament , the last scripture , the last Old Testament before the news started to spring out , you know he's writing very , very clearly . He's talking about restoration , he's talking about miracles , he's talking about the king , he's talking about Christ will rise , christ will rise . You can even go a little bit further if we had time and just unpack it more . And it talks about the second coming of Jesus . That text is so powerful and it's just nestled in the book of Malachi , chapter 4 , verse 2 . And it says but for you who fear or revere the name of the son of righteousness will rise . It's very interesting how the word sun has been spelt there . It's very interesting . It's referring to the sun in the sky , but it's also referring to the deeper . As you undo the envelope of that , it's using the analogy of Christ will rise , the sun will rise with healing in his wings or in its wings . It says there . But if you look a little bit further , it says you will go out like calves leaping Freedom . You are not hemmed in . It's using a young calf that when the gate is open , when freedom , you will know the truth and the truth will set you free . Jesus sets us free . He's using like the analogy there , it's so clear using the calf being freed out of this place where it's hemmed in . And we're so hemmed in in culture , we're so hemmed in in religion , we're so hemmed in by money , by every area of life , we are boxed in more ways than we can count .
Speaker 2So let's turn up to the New Testament . Let's just see what the New Testament has to say for us and we're going to pick it up . We'll pick it up from verse 40 . This is an enormous text . This is an enormous text to get through and we won't be able to get through this . But I pray that as we read this , as we see this with our eyes , and I know that the Holy Spirit will carry this on for the rest of your lives and you will just feel this text in your innermost being
so .
Speaker 2Verse 40 , it says when Jesus returned , a crowd welcomed him and it says they were expecting him . And it says a man named Jairus , a ruler of the synagogue came out and fell at his feet and pleaded with him to come to his house because his daughter was unwell . She was about 12 years old and was dying . It's important that we see that it says was she was dying . So it's very , very clear what the scripture says was dying . And then it says and Jesus was on his way , the crowds almost crushed him Another really important part of the text .
Speaker 2It says the crowds almost crushed him . There's a lot of pressing around Jesus , verse 43 . And it says a woman with a been subject to bleeding for 12 years , but no one another area to put in your heart there no one could heal her . Let me tell you this before you go any further there's no pastor , there's no preacher . No one can heal you , no one can heal me . No one on God's earth has the power to heal except through the power of the name of Jesus Christ . No money , no money , can buy healing . There is no need to give a gift to the pastor for prayer , there's no need to drop another offering and drop a few quid in his back pocket for prayer , because no one can get healing from any man or any woman . Healing comes from God and God alone , through Christ and through the power of the Holy Spirit . And as we read this a little bit further , I'll just back up a little bit there . And it says as Jesus was on his way , the crowd almost crushed him Verse 43 , 43 .
Speaker 2And the woman who had been bleeding and subject to bleeding for 12 years but no one could heal her , she came up behind him and touched the edge of his cloak in uh , in the text that we're , that we're in uh the um , the gospel of Matthew , in uh , chapter 9 , speaks in the King James that the hem of his garment , the hem , is very , very relevant . That's a very important part to understand the lesser part of his cloak . But it actually wasn't the lesser part of his cloak because of all the tassels and everything that was on the bottom of that Absolutely unbelievable . And it says there touch the edge of his cloak . Or you might be reading from the older book that says the hem of his garment and immediately her bleeding stops .
Speaker 2See , when you touch Jesus , something happens to you . When you touch Jesus not man , not man or woman , not pastors touch religion , you'll get burnt . If you dabble in religion , it'll take you to hell . It won't get you healed . You've got to be extremely careful . Who touched me ? Jesus asked and it says then they all denied it and Peter said , master , the people are crowding around you and pressing against you , but Jesus said someone touched me . I know that power . See , jesus will allow power to relieve from himself to come to any human being that touches him , anyone .
Speaker 2Now you got to remember that this lady wasn't born again . She wasn't born again because you can't be born again until the cross , the calvary . You can't , you can't get salvation before the cross . So when you look at this , this lady came steeped in religion and tradition , steeped in the Torah , steeped in all that stuff . She was coming to Jesus . Coming to Jesus outside of salvation . Don't you find that amazing ? You can get freedom and healing outside of the church , but it's not pastors , it's not religion , it's not the men and the women pushing and peddling it for for cash . Healing comes from Jesus , healing comes from the king . So when you look at everything that's going on in this scripture , it is so , so a powerful and so profound .
Speaker 2Who touched me ? He asked , when they all denied it . Yeah , there's , there's many people in our lives that deny that they touch Jesus . But he's not interesting because you can touch Jesus in certain ways and deny it , and Jesus isn't worried about that because there was two types of connection that was going on at the same time . That's critical to realize . There was two connections going on at the same time Religion and the crowd and the hustle and the bustle . He was being crushed . So there was a connection , a more stronger connection , as in the physical realm , but as in a heart connection . You can be the weakest , you can be downtrodden , you can be kicked , you can have your backside kicked to pieces by the people around you .
Speaker 2And remember , she was set outside . She wasn't allowed inside these circles . She wasn't allowed inside these circles . She took a leap of faith and went right . I'm going to get there today because this Jesus is coming into town . I'm going to get in this space . She wasn't even allowed to be there . She was breaking so many rules , so many areas of cultural stuff . She was breaking everything . See , when you break the law , jesus still accepts you . When you break the law , when you break those rule points that man puts in , jesus is interested in the law that had been put around because of what she was carrying and the way that she was looked at by the elders and all that .
Speaker 2See , there were two types of a press of Jesus going on there . The crowd , religion , culture was pressing , men were pressing , life was pressing . Jesus wasn't worried about that . He wanted to know who's touched me . See , it wasn't the press , it wasn't the crowd , it wasn't the crushing that got to him , and you would say anyone would say that the crush was more powerful . You would say anyone would say that the crush was more powerful because it says it almost crushed him , it surrounded him .
Speaker 2He was probably struggling for breath , he was being carried by the crowd , but someone that had an issue that no physician , be careful , I'll get myself in trouble for this . Be careful of pharmaceuticals . Be extremely careful . I'll get myself in trouble for this . Be careful of pharmaceuticals , be extremely careful . Thank God for doctors and nurses , thank God for all that . I thank God for that , but be careful , because they won't get you healed . There's only one , and he doesn't own a pharmaceutical company . He doesn't own it and he's not pressing it for money , because money is behind the drug lords . I'm not talking about the cocaine pushers . I'm talking about the drug lords that have got their fingers in government , that own companies . I'm talking about those drug lords that are outside the law because they've got politicians sitting in their boardrooms raking in money from the drugs that they distribute lawfully under UK law .
Speaker 2Let's push on . No one could heal her . Let that resonate in your spirit . No one could heal her . But he says she came up behind him . She couldn't even face him . She came up behind him and touched the edge , touched the hem of his garment , and immediately the bleeding stopped . Who touched me ? He asked , when they all determined it . Peter said Master , come on , son , what's going on ? This is my own translation . I'm reading on , by the way the crowd is pressing against you . Another word the crowd is always pressing against you . Another word the crowd is always pressing against Jesus . It's against him . The crowd is against Jesus . Religion is against Jesus . The tribal church , the celebrity church , the woke church , the pink church , the gay church , the LG , whatever the spaghetti team , whatever they're called this week , they are against Jesus . They was against him . They've always been against Jesus . Government are against him . Society is against him . See , the world can be against him and around him and pressing him and crushing him , carrying him . He was carried by the crowd .
Speaker 2Yes , he was going to Jairus' house and let's remind ourselves , jairus was a well-oiled character . He was well looked at in society and culture , but that lady . So you've got two far ends of healing here . Jesus doesn't leave anybody out . He was on his way to the ruler . He was on his way to the authoritarian's house . He was on the way to the ones that brought everything . He was on his way to his house . So he still will heal people within religion because he doesn't turn anybody away .
Speaker 2When you look at the scripture , jesus doesn't turn anybody away . When you look at the scripture , jesus doesn't turn anyone away . You can't get the two characters in this text . You can't get them any further away than this Jairus and the lady with the issue of blood . She wasn't allowed into their culture , their society , and there are many women that are put down by culture and society . Don't allow it , girls . Don't allow it . Stand up If someone is abusing you . Stand up . Tell someone , get out If someone is .
Speaker 2Now we've got a massive area of issue within the church of the UK spiritual abuse . Spiritual abuse is very prominent in the UK . Bishops and leaders and pastors and deacons and the devils that are dressed in pastor's clothes have many agendas for congregations . We got to stop following denominations , we got to stop following leaders and we've got to follow Jesus . Don't follow me . Don't follow me . Follow Jesus . Don't follow Elim . Follow Jesus , get to the cross , get to the scripture . Elim didn't heal her . The denominations didn't heal her . Religion didn't heal her . Religion didn't heal Jairus' daughter .
Speaker 2There is only one , and his name is Jesus . I ain't bothered if your name is Peter Popoff and he's selling holy oil . He is not going to heal you . Kenneth Copeland is not going to heal you . None of the bishops are going to heal you . No preacher will heal you . It is God that heals you . Yes , god uses the vehicle of , but he certainly doesn't use the vehicle of certain errors of what we have been watching for many years . We've got to be careful who we follow , because who we follow determines our destiny . If you follow the wolves in sheep's clothing , they'll take you to the door of hell . If you follow a real shepherd , he'll take you to the king and he'll leave you in the king's presence . If you follow Jesus , he will take you to a place in this world that you would never get to on our own . Jesus is the only healer . God is the only healer , that the spirit of God , the Holy Spirit , is the counselor .
Speaker 2And as we follow this text through , it said who touched me ? He asked . And they were all denying . It Isn't that interesting . Many people deny touching Jesus , even though they're eyeball to eyeball , even though they just deny him in many , many areas . Peter said Master , the people are crowding around you and pressing against you , jesus said . Jesus said .
Speaker 2Then the woman , seeing that she could not go unnoticed , came trembling and fell at his feet in the presence of all the people . She told why she had touched him and she said and then he said sorry . Then he said to her daughter your faith has healed you . Now , that can be quite a scary area of text . We might go well , I ain't got no faith today , ben . I ain't got no faith brewing in me . Old kettle today , the kettle's dry , I'm tired , I'm fed up , I'm broken , I'm busted and disgusted . I'm actually hit a wall . I'm struggling to believe today . Let me tell you this Jesus will still heal you if faith has disappeared . Because as we migrate through the text , let's read it and it says then he said , daughter , your faith has healed you . Go in peace .
Speaker 2While Jesus was still speaking , someone came from Jairus' house , the synagogue ruler . Watch out for these people in your life . Watch out for the people that will come to you and say you ain't going to get it , it's impossible , you're uneducated , you ain't got a pound in your pocket , you ain't going to get healed , you ain't going to do . You ain't gonna get healed , you ain't gonna do . You ain't gonna do . Because the world is screaming like this person that came out of Jairus's house . Let's see what the text says , and it says they came from Jairus's house , the synagogue ruler . Your daughter is dead . He said don't bother the teacher anymore . How prominent is that for us today ?
Speaker 2The government is telling us in the UK don't bother Jesus , don't bother Jesus . Education is telling our children the majority of , I should say , in the schools don't bother Jesus . We're not going to bother Jesus . The world of work , the world of business , don't bother Jesus . The world of work , the world of business , don't bother Jesus . And right in a most dangerous place .
Speaker 2Many leaders are saying why are you bothering Jesus ? Churches are saying why are you bothering Jesus ? What do you mean ? Churches are saying that by the way that they act , by the way that they perform , you ain't going to get your healing . You ain't gonna get your healing . You ain't no good .
Speaker 2The government are very , very good in this nation of trying to push Jesus out this nation . But he owns the government . He brought Keir Starmer in . He will take Keir Starmer out . He brought Sadiq Khan in and Jesus knows that Sadiq Khan serves the devil . He knows that . He knows that loud and clear . He knows these leaders because Jesus brought everybody in the world Too big for the cognitive processing of the mind to work all this stuff out .
But there are people in our lives telling us now , why are you bothering the teacher ? Why are you bothering going to church ? What are you doing going to church ? Well , what's the point of that ? Let's get the blue water . Well , let's get the Nando's . Let's get the McDonald's , let's go and do something . What are you going to church for ? Why are you bothering the teacher ? Let me tell you this keep bothering the teacher , because when you bother the teacher , he's stopping his tracks and he goes . Someone's touched me Because he's not bothered around the crowd .
Speaker 2He wasn't even worried about the disciples , he wasn't worried about the crowd . Now , this is a great analogy of church . This is a great analogy of religion . Jesus is crowded and they don't know that Jesus is in the presence . And they don't know that Jesus is in the presence . And Jesus isn't worried about the loud preachers that are pushing money and finances . He's worried about the one that is giving everything that has been manipulated , that is sending a few quid across the airways .
Speaker 2God is healing people . Preachers will not heal you . Teachers of the gospel of Jesus Christ will not heal you . Your family won't heal you . The government won't heal you . The drug lords that are kin to the government You've only got to look through the pandemic how they was all linked together . The mask situation , all that sort of stuff . They're all interwoven . They want the World Health Authority . Everyone wants you on pharmaceuticals . It's the biggest revenue across the world . The legalizing of drugs will do it . Yes , I understand they work . I'm not knocking that .
Speaker 2My mom , if you got older , my mom , you lift it up and you would hear a rattle with the pharmaceuticals in it . But my mom had a greater faith than the tablets that she took . So it really wasn't the tablets that kept her alive , it was her faith and her walk with Jesus Christ . And my mum was buckled up . Buckled up beyond everything , because it is Jesus that heals us . Thank God for the doctors , thank God for doctors .
Speaker 2I've worked with beautiful consultants and doctors , lovely , beautiful nurses and so skilled and so clever . And I believe in science but so clever . And I believe in science but above science I believe in faith , because God uses science , god uses all that . But I cannot allow my pea brain to stop there . It's got to go beyond , because my brain will not get me to the place . It's my belief in Jesus Christ .
Speaker 2So this lady was outside of culture . She shouldn't have been anywhere near them , but she went . Today is the day , and this is the day where I really believe the church and the nation has got to say this is the day where I'm going to get back in and I'm going to find this Jesus and I'm going to get to him and I'm going to get back in and I'm going to find this Jesus and I'm going to get to him and I'm going to touch his cloak , I'm going to touch the hem of his garment and I'm going to get this miracle that I need . Look at the great commission that Jesus gives us . Go out and as we go further on down the text . So we've reached the point in this text that we're in and it says while Jesus was still speaking , someone came out from Jairus' house , the synagogue ruler .
Speaker 2Your daughter is dead . Even while the king is speaking , the authorities are trying to push Jesus down . Even while Jesus was talking and speaking , the authoritarians were trying to be louder . The crowd was trying to be louder . The crowd was trying to be louder . You imagine , put yourself in that situation and then someone comes out of Jairus' house and says why are you bothering this teacher ? Why are you bothering me anymore ? Hear this Jesus said Jairus , don't be afraid . Jesus is speaking to you all today . Don't be afraid . Jesus is speaking to you all today . Don't be afraid . Don't be afraid . Now . It's really interesting how this person came out of the dead girl's house .
Speaker 2You'll have people in your house . The house represents so much . They will tell you it's over Rover , it ain't going to happen . You'll have people in your culture telling you in your house . You'll have people in your life . What are you bothering Jesus for ? Why are you going to church in your house ? You'll have people in your age group in your workspace . You've gone to church . What are you doing going to church workspace ? You've gone to church . What are you doing going to church ? You'll have people around you going . What are you doing in your house ? It says there , while Jesus was still speaking , verse 49 , someone come out of the house of Jairus . There are many people in your house , my house , his house , her house , everyone's house . So they're willing to tell us . So they're willing to tell us don't bother Jesus , even in the church itself , by the actions that they do , by going go-gay , by allowing all this transgender through the church , by their teachings and by the way they speak , by the way they preach .
Speaker 2The church has never been so weak . In the UK it is so weak . But thank God , god is not coming back through Jesus Christ . When Christ comes back , he's not coming back for the fine art , he's not coming back for the cathedrals , he's not coming back for the religious order . He's coming back for the bride , and the bride is being prepared right now . God is preparing you for the second coming of Jesus . We've never seen a migration in church like never before . People are crisscrossing churches , crisscrossing different denominations that we would never dip our toe in before . People are looking for the truth . We are watching a migration not only from the channel , not across the world . We are watching it within church itself , looking for the word of God , looking for truth . We've got a migration . People are crisscrossing Son . It's great , I love that and that's how it should be . We're looking for the truth .
Speaker 2I want to see this church empty . I'm not worried how many people are in this church . I want to see people out taking the gospel of Jesus Christ . I'd rather preach to an empty church , knowing that everyone has gone out to another church and taking the gospel . It's not about getting bums on seats , it's about taking the gospel . It's not about getting bums on seats , it's about preaching the gospel . It's no good having a church filled up . What's the purpose of church being filled ? Sunday after Sunday , we want everyone to go out . I would love the church to be empty and when you see me in the street , say sorry , I didn't come to church . I was out visiting another church and I was praying and I was with my friend . I went to football with my friends and I prayed for them on the touchline . I went over here and there and take the gospel out . It's great . I'd love to see the church empty , to see it empty where people have gone out .
Speaker 2Of course , we're all welcome in church and it's great to see people in the house of the Lord , but while Jesus was still speaking , the noise of unbelief came out . We are in a nation that is so noisy about . Jesus doesn't exist . The noise of unbelief about Jesus doesn't exist . The noise of unbelief . They don't even need to mention his name , but it's by their actions . Their actions speak louder than mentioning the name of Jesus . They think this government thinks that I am so stupid by them not mentioning Jesus that they don't think that he exists . But by them not mentioning him , it makes them frightened of him . This UK government is frightened of Jesus . Keir Starmer is frightened of Jesus . Every politician is frightened of Jesus . Sadiq Khan , he probably can't even stand the name of Jesus because it goes against the evil that he serves , because when you serve Jesus , oh , oh , you got to come under something . Then , when you come under Jesus , you can go out and worship every other devil . It's really , really important .
Speaker 2I just want to take us back . We've got a little bit of time on our side . In this scripture that we're in , when it speaks about the woman , it says no one could heal her . But we got many people going to pastors that are really witch doctors . We got many preachers that are serving lucifer . Witch doctors , black magic , white magic , every magic under the sun coming out of what we call church , doing crazy things through the services , making crazy noises . We've got witch doctors behind pulpits . They won't heal you . We've got black magic , white magic all the way through the thread of church . We've got everything happening under sun . And you know there are pastors as well , because I know pastors that are actually caught up in Freemasonry . It's all right , it's crazy . What's out there . It's crazy . We've got everything happening under the sun .
Speaker 2The UK is spiritually so in a very precarious place . It's so thin . So remind yourself that no one is going to heal me except Jesus . No spell , no dancing on one leg on a Sunday morning , no preacher , when he shouts out , run down the front and get your healing in the name of Jesus , won't work for you . Let me tell you what will work for you when you get yourself to Jesus . When you get yourself to Jesus , you don't need me , you don't need religion to get you healing , because the hand of the healer , his name , is Jesus . You can pay as much as you like , you can throw your money across the transatlantic pond , you can sow into all types of ministry . But let me tell you this again I find absolutely fascinating , on the subject of healing , you've got the Bill Johnson ministries out there . You've got all the big labels out there that say they're healing and they're healing and they're healing . But when COVID struck they shut their church . But a week before , cancers were going , sicknesses were going , todd Wyatt fake Todd Wyatt growing a leg . We've seen all that fake stuff . You've got the fake prosperity name it and claim it healers . But as soon as COVID-19 came in , the doors of the healing sanctuary were shut and they allowed the sneezes to override the gospel of Jesus Christ .
It's interesting when you look at these . It's no good going to the school of supernatural just because you've been given a certificate . To say you're an evangelist Doesn't mean to say Jesus has called you an evangelist . Just because you've spent hard-earned cash and you've traveled across the other side of the world and you've put yourself into a college for six months and a year don't mean to say when you come out you're going to be a healer . Extremely careful where we're living . See , it's only Jesus that gives you anointing . It is only Jesus that anoints you and equips you for the calling that he wants you to do . It is only Jesus Christ that can heal . It is only Jesus Christ . And we've got to look at this , this scripture , when it's so clear . This is outside , this is outside , this is before the cross , so it's got nothing to do with being saved .
Speaker 2Fascinating , absolutely profound , that this lady just knew Jesus as Jesus , not as Lord and Savior , not as the coming King , not as majesty . They just knew that there was something different about this man , if I can get to him , see , we're , even though the new testament was written and being written , and as we're watching everything happening , because as they walk the streets and they've done everything , the new testament was being written in actions and it wasn't written until Christ and after the cross . We understand that pen to paper , so to speak . But as they was moving and living and healings and this , and that everything was happening , it was being revealed physically and the writers were going back and reflecting and looking . And then also the book of Acts everything was being written at different times when things were happening . This is before salvation . Thank God , it's outside of all that and it says there your daughter is dead .
Speaker 2He said Don't bother the teacher anymore . Hearing this , jesus said to Jairus don't be afraid , just believe . Let me tell you this you believe in Jesus Christ . You believe you're going to be healed . You believe that God is going to help you through the crisis that you're at at this moment in time . You believe that the crowd isn't going to stop you because the crowd didn't stop this lady . Don't let the crowd stop you . Don't allow the HR at work to stop you . Don't allow religion to stop you . Don't allow your husband or work to stop you . Don't allow religion to stop you . Don't allow your husband or your wife , your brother or your sister , your children to stop you . Don't allow church to stop you . Don't allow the crowd of culture to stop you . Run to the hem of his garment , throw everything you've got at Jesus , everything you've got , give yourself to the King of glory like never before . No one can heal you but the King . No one can save you but the King . Yes , we understand .
Speaker 2Through the New Testament , through the book of Acts , we read about them great biblical accounts , the shadow of . About them , great biblical accounts , the shadow of . We read about that when the preaching came out , but God used them as the vehicle . There is such a difference today . They was called for such a time as that . But today we got fake healers and they haven't been called like the disciples from the New Testament . On the apostles , we've got more apostles in London than we've ever seen in our life Apostles , apostolic , this church , that church , one-leg church , four-hand church , some churches I travel by through the course of my day .
Speaker 2By the time I read the title of the pastor it's almost traveled around the world once . All we need is I'm born again . But people love a title , don't they ? The longer the title , the greater Jesus loves me . Longer the title , the greater the devil has got you . The title is irrelevant because the title is external , it's who's living , internal . You can have all the doctorates , you can have everything under the sun , you can be anointed by the King of England , you can have all this , you can have that , you can be knighted , all that , all razzmatazz . But if the king isn't living in what it's printed on , it ain't worth having . Because it's irrelevant to salvation , because that's the fundamental , whole point of the Bible , from Genesis to Revelation . It's restoring , it's about salvation , it's saving Jesus and God and the Holy Spirit . They saved us .
Speaker 2When you look at the scripture , when you look at these scriptures that we're in . Time is rushing . It says , hearing this Jesus said to Jairus don't be afraid , just believe she will be healed . Right , let's just remind ourselves really , really quickly . Jairus came out at the very beginning of the text and he said my daughter is dying . His lovely friend came out and went . She's gone . So she was gone , she was dead , she was dead . There are many people in your life who are telling you now your life is dead , it's finished . Even while Jesus seems to be present , the world around you is telling you it's dead , it's finished . And Jesus says don't listen to that . Don't listen to that . What did he say about Lazar ? Come forth , don't let the grave clothes , don't let the grave cloths bind you . Don't allow culture and society to bind you . Don't allow family to hold you down . Get the grave clothes off and walk out of that tomb . The stone has been rolled . Freedom is in Christ . Believe , you're healed . Whatever label , world pharmaceuticals , whatever it is , whatever label we got on us , say God , I want you to remove the label in the name of Jesus . Lord , I want healing . I want to show the world that my Jesus has healed me from sickness , from disease , from bereavement , from loss , from pain , from financial collapse . I want you to heal me internally and I want to tell the world it wasn't the man that got me healed , it was the king . It wasn't my family that healed me , it wasn't the pastor , it wasn't Elim , it wasn't any church , it wasn't any denomination , it was Jesus Christ , the saviour of the world . He healed me , he set me free and he said to Jairus listen , son , don't take no notice of Mickey Mouse around the corner . You just believe , son . You just believe . Let Mickey Mouse let his ears flap and do whatever he's going to do . But let me tell you now I'm going to save your daughter . You come with me , jairus , you walk with me . Look what it says now . It says here in this Jesus said to Jairus don't be afraid , just believe she will be healed . Say that to your life . I will be healed , I will be blessed , I will get through the storm . When he arrived at the house remembering that she was already already dead I've just added that in , and it's not there , by the way when he arrived to the house of gyrus , he did not let anyone go in , except now this is we could spend
hours seriously .
Speaker 2There are certain people in your life that jesus has a healing for you in a miracle and you gotta get them Because if they come in to your space of healing it will wreck it . Look what it says here Jesus did not let anyone go in with him , except . There are people in your life and you need to cut them off Because the blessing that God has for you they will not understand and they will be so vocal in your life it's dead . Don't go in with people that will not walk with you and say , yes , ben , it's possible . You need to go with people that go yes , ben , yes , ben , yes , yes , whoever . Yes , ben , it's possible . You need to go with people that go yes , ben , yes , ben , yes , yes , whoever . Yes , yes , yes . Be careful of the mourners that are in your life that are telling you it's dead , it's finished , it's over . Be careful of society that wants to follow you into a certain place .
Speaker 2It's very interesting there when it says there . It says Jairus , he did not let anyone go in with him except one , two , three , and it says the father , the child , father and mother . There was five , five and Jesus made six . When you look at that Peter , john and James I'm just taken back to the garden of Gethsemane . There comes a point when we've got to cut people off , because if Jesus took them into that watch space , he would have been frustrated by what they were doing because they fell asleep , but that was outside of eyesight .
Speaker 2Three times it says that Jesus went backwards and forwards , backwards and forwards , backwards and forwards , backwards and forwards , backwards and forwards , backwards and forwards to the garden . What are you doing ? You're asleep . There are people in your life that are asleep . They're not bothered about you , they don't care about you . They might give you a Facebook , like they might follow you on TikTok all that old rubbish on social media . They'll do all that , but Jesus is telling us something through this text Be careful you take to a certain part of your life into the next stage , because Christ was taking Jairus into a new chapter , a chapter of what ? A chapter of supernatural . And I'm not returning to them wacky schools out there . Come and join the school of supernatural , give us five grand and at the end of it you'll be a miracle worker .
Speaker 2Jesus took them into a supernatural situation . No one can raise the dead except jesus christ . No one can raise the dead except jesus christ . No one can raise the dead except jesus christ , the dead , except Jesus Christ . And he knew , for many reasons , that you've got to not let anyone in to this space . And we have got to ask many people exit my space because I've got to get into a spiritual place and you're stopping me getting into a spiritual place because all you're telling me is the situation is dead . Look at it , let's go a bit quick . We move a bit quick , don't be afraid , just believe . He said she will be healed .
Speaker 2When they arrived at the house gyrus's house , it says there he did not let anyone go in with him except , uh , peter , john and james and the child's father and mother . Meanwhile , all the people were wailing outside . We got many mourners in our lives that are wailing and moaning and shouting and hollering , crying this that we got many mourners on our watch and if we allow the mourners to come into that sacred place , it will distract us from what God has for you . Who are the people that are in your life ? Three people that you could take into a space that you know they wouldn't stop you getting your miracle . It goes on a little bit further and it says meanwhile all the people were outside mourning and wailing for her . Stop wailing .
Speaker 2Jesus said she's not dead , but asleep , and they laughed . There are many people laughing at me and there are many people laughing at you because we're radical , bible-believing , braggadocious , spirit-filled Christians . They're laughing at us . You believe in Jesus . You believe he's a miracle worker . See , laughing and mourning goes together . They laughed at him . She's dead , but he took her . So when you look at that , stop wailing .
Speaker 2Jesus said she is not dead , but asleep . They laughed at him , knowing that she was dead , but he took her by the hand . Let me tell you , as we come to the table , jesus is taking you by the hand . Let me tell you , as we come to the table , jesus is taking you by the hand . It's not a preacher , it's not Elam , it's not me , it's not the one you come to church with , it's not your brother , your sister , your mum or your dad . It's no denomination when Jesus takes you by the hand and as we go along a little bit further , he says but he took her by the hand and he said my child , because that's how Jesus addresses us my child , get up . That's what Jesus is telling you and me today . Get up . Today , get up . Remember what we said earlier on in the book of Malachi , the wings . You shall rise on wings . As of eagles , you shall soar my child , get up . And what does it say ? That I would . I hope that God will give us more time next time or whenever we're podcasting that Her spirit returned .
Speaker 2That tells you something there . That tells you something right there that we are just an earth suit and there is a spirit , her spirit . I've watched it . I've seen uncountable deaths in palliative care . I've watched the spirit leave the body . That is a text that science doesn't understand . Her spirit actually says , when you look at it , it says my child , get up .
Speaker 2Verse 55 , her spirit returned and at once she stood up . Because it is the spirit , that is you , the inner you , that controls everything about you . It is not your mind , it is the inner you , and the inner you is woven together with the Holy Spirit . You , her spirit , returned . I've seen more deaths than I can count . I've watched it . I've felt the atmosphere . I've seen it , I've smelled it , I've seen everything about it . I've watched when the last breath and the spirit leaves the human being , something so different . But then Jesus tells us that the spirit , her spirit , returned and it says we're coming to the table , but he . But he took about a hand and and he said , my child get up . Her spirit returned and at once she stood up and then Jesus told her , uh , told them , rather told her and , uh , and give her something to eat . Then her parents he said they were astonished , but what they saw and he ordered them do not tell anyone what has just happened . Isn't that interesting when you see a miracle that is so powerful .
Speaker 2But what do the name it and claim it ? Preachers do , they shout it across the world . Jesus says don't tell anyone , don't tell , tell anyone . Don't tell anyone what has just happened . But the fake gospel wants to tell us that this year we've had 500,000 healings and especially with baptisms the larger churches put it on their social networks We've baptized 50 . Jesus , through God , through the Holy Spirit , told David don't take a census , don't calculate what I'm doing . David got in trouble because he measured . And Jesus tells them in this place don't tell anyone what has just happened . But what would happen if you went on these fake name it and claim it sites and you follow them ? It will have a clock ticking .
Speaker 2We went to Africa and a million people gave their lives to Jesus . We went to somewhere else Bermuda , and 50 people got healed . We went to a tent meeting and a thousand people threw their wheelchairs away . Don't record what I'm doing , jesus says , because when you record it it's not on me . Statistics because you can't record what jesus is doing .
Speaker 2The true miracles that he's doing are happening now , outside of church , in people that are bed bound , that are people that are crying , that have lost their way , that mental health is driving them to so many things , people that are at the end of life . God is healing . God is moving . Yes , I'm not saying God isn't moving in church . Of course he is . He's moving in the most religious buildings Because he's setting captives free from religion . But he's your healer . Just skimmed over that text . It's so big , it's so big . We just skimmed over that text . She got healed , the older lady and the younger lady Very interesting Healing .
Speaker 2But the second healing has nothing to do with faith . It does , but it doesn't . Because the other one says your faith has healed you . But then Jesus just says just believe . So faith and belief are woven together . So we might say I've got no faith but I believe . But that's faith . So you can't unsever . Faith and belief , it's together . So Jesus is doing an amazing teaching through this . He says your faith has healed you . But then he says to Jairus just believe , just believe it's possible .
Speaker 2If I can get myself , as we come to the table , in that position of believing , wow , if I can get my life in everyday thread , an everyday situation of God , I believe . I believe , god , you're going to show up on my watch today . I believe , lord , there's healing today . I believe , father , my legs are healed , my back's healed , my mind is healed . I believe sickness has gone . I believe I believe . I believe , lord , I believe you're healing me from bereavement , from loss , from worry , from fear , from doubt .
