You know , let's get in front of the scriptures tonight and just hope and pray that the Lord will move . Speaker 3We're going to go to Hebrews . So we're going to go to Hebrews , chapter 12 . We're going to pick up in verse two in just a few moments and also we're going to go where else we're going to go . Let's have a quick look . We're going to drop back a little bit further into the text and I just want to give you the reference before we go any further and we're going to go also into the book of philippians . We're going to go into the book of philippians and we will pick it up in philippians , chapter 4 as well . But wherever you are right now , in the mighty name of Jesus Christ , we want to just say thank you so much from the very bottom of our heart .

If you have a bible , please turn to Hebrews , chapter 12 . And let's turn to Hebrews , chapter 12 and we're going to pick up in verse 2 . It says there , verse 2 let's fix our eyes on Jesus , the author and the perfecter of our faith . You know it is critical right now , wherever we are ,
you know , not to be fearful , not to be doubtful , but just to trust in god . And we want to encourage you right now , in the mighty name of jesus christ , to be jesus followers , to follow the king of kings and the lord of lords . He is worthy of all praise . And wherever you are tonight , we want to encourage you , you know , to get into the scripture , to get into the message of christ , to get into the beautiful word of god . You know , fix your eyes on Jesus , the author , the perfecter of your faith , wherever you are . At this moment in time , we want to encourage you so much to be Jesus followers .
Speaker 3There's nothing finer than following the Word of God . There's nothing finer than following the scripture . There's nothing finer than just . You know , it's not about coming into the building , it's not about church , it's not about the establishment . It's not about coming into the building . It's not about church , it's not about the establishment . It's literally about grabbing yourself a Bible , grabbing yourself the Word of God and resting in the Scripture . You know , because there is power in the name of Jesus Christ , and we want to encourage you , wherever you are across this world , to rest and to relax .
Speaker 3You know , because there's nothing worse than anxiety . Has anyone got anxiety tonight ? Anyone got fear tonight ? Anyone got doubt tonight ? Anyone got fear tonight ? Anyone got doubt tonight ? You know there's nothing worse than having all those emotions and then that fear running through your body . You know the Bible says you know , be anxious for nothing , and we'll turn those scriptures over in a moment . But we are living in a world that is talking about wars , rumors of wars . There is fear in many areas of life fear about work , fear about living , fear about dying . You know .
Speaker 3But we want to encourage you tonight , in the mighty name of Jesus Christ , you know , to grab a Bible and to turn into that scripture that we're in right now in the beautiful name of Jesus Christ . And we can see all those online and sometimes it's really , really difficult to get to all the messages , but we want to say thank you to everybody that is with us , wherever you are at this moment in time . We want to encourage you I've got to keep encouraging you right now to be a Jesus follower . So wherever you are across this world , wherever you are on this planet , may the power of God and the love of the Holy Spirit just be with you in all things . But the Bible that we are in this evening , this beautiful word that we're in this evening , this beautiful scripture that we're in this evening , this beautiful scripture that we're in this evening , is Hebrews , chapter 12 , verse 2 .
Speaker 3Let's fix our eyes on Jesus , the author and the perfecter of our faith , when you look at those scriptures , when you look at that word there . Let's fix our eyes on Jesus . If I start fixing my eyes on the world , if I start fixing my eyes on situations that are happening around me in my life , in culture , in work , at home , you know , in ministry , in church , where if I fix my eyes on what the world is doing , I will find that all of a sudden , that fear will come in . Doubt will come in . If I fix my eyes on the financial stretch , you know , when you look at finances , you know fear . We can get fearful about not having enough money , not being able to pay the bills , not being able to get this done , to get that done . Maybe we got fear about history , maybe we got fear about health anxiety , maybe we're doubtful , maybe we're uncertain about life itself .

Speaker 3Jay , it's not about church . It's nothing to do with church . It's about being a jesus follower . It's about believing . It's about believing . Jesus says just believe . You know , I love the fact that christ doesn't press on and don't bang on about the church , the bricks and the mortar . He doesn't go on about the bricks . He doesn't go on about the mortar . He doesn't go on about the fabric of the building . He doesn't go on about the wheels of the mechanism . He doesn't talk about that . You know what's really , really important . Jesus just says come and follow me . Are you a Jesus follower ?
Speaker 3It's so important to understand that we are living in very powerful days . You know , we are living in times of fear , we are living in times of doubt . There are wars , rumors of wars and all that sort of stuff that's hitting the news channels at this moment in time . But we want to encourage you , wherever you are , to be a Jesus follower , to get into the word of God . It's not about getting into the building , it's about getting into the scripture . And wherever you might be situated tonight , we want to encourage you through prayer .
Speaker 3So let's just get into a bit of prayer . You know , let's just come before the lord , let's bring everything before the cross of calvary . So will you join us in prayer tonight ? Will you just stand with us in prayer ? So let's just start this off .
Speaker 3Father , in the name of jesus , we come to you right now in the mighty name of Jesus Christ . Father , we pray , lord , right now , for this subject that we're talking about fear . That fear will go in the name of Jesus . That doubt will go , that uncertainty will go . Lord , the worry of tonight , the worry of tomorrow , the worry of sleeping , the worrying of money , the worry of health , lord , god , I just pray tonight that the fire of God will touch hearts , that you will set the captives free , that tonight will be the breakthrough night , that tonight will be freedom . In the name of Jesus , spirit of the living God , we thank you that you are a miracle worker , we thank you that you are the King of kings and the Lord of lords . And wherever human beings are gathered , tonight we pray for such a breakout of the Holy Spirit that the love of God will touch hearts , that the love of God will touch minds tonight . So , father , through this moment of prayer , whether they're listening on RB Christian Radio , whether they're on camera on live stream , whether they're listening to this podcast , back wherever these human beings are , father , we pray that the love of God and the power of the Holy Spirit will strengthen them tonight .
Speaker 3But , lord , through the word of God , the scriptures that we've been in , lord , I pray tonight through the book of Hebrews , chapter 12 , verse 2 , lord , help us fix our eyes on Jesus , wherever you are . Tonight , we want to encourage you to fix your gaze , fix your focus on Jesus , and then we might say well , how ? How do I do that ? Firstly , I'll get myself a bible . I'll get myself a bible . I'll open the word of god up . Maybe you're you've never read the word of god before . Maybe you're not sure about where to start . I would turn to the old testament . I would turn to psalm 23 , psalm 91 , you know . Read psalm 23 , that beautiful psalm 23 , verses one through to six . The lord is my shepherd . I shall not be in one .
Speaker 3So the the new testament writer that we are speaking about , in hebrews , chapter 12 , verse 2 , it says let's fix our eyes on jesus . We understand that christ was taken back on ascension day . We understand that christ's presence is on this earth through his power , through his anointing , through his goodness , throughing through his goodness , through his word , through the spirit of the living God . We understand that Jesus Christ is coming back , the second coming of Christ , and the world is getting ready for that . But we want to encourage you now , now , to get into the word of God .
Speaker 3So how do we fix our eyes on this invisible God ? How do we fix our eyes on this king that can't be physically seen ? How do we fix our eyes on this invisible God ? How do we fix our eyes on this king that can't be physically seen ? How do we fix our eyes on the saviour of the world ? How can we see this God and this great king that we serve . How do I fix my eyes on Jesus ? Because the Hebrew writer tells us very clearly fix your eyes on Jesus . And then we say , lord , you tell us that no one can see God and live because he sits in an unapproachable light . So , god , how can I see you ? How can I fix my eyes on you , jesus , how can I fix my eyes on you ? You are seated at the right hand of the Father , interceding for all the saints . Jesus , how can I fix my eyes on you ? It wasn't like pre-cross and around the cross time when the disciples and everybody could actually see the physical Christ .
Lord , on the 40 days after the cross , you was taken up . Lord , you went up in the clouds . You went up and no one has seen you . How do we do this ? We understand that we can have visions and dreams . But , lord , how do I fix my eyes on dreams ? But , lord , how do I fix my eyes on this ? Jesus , how do I fix my eyes on this invisible god , spirit of the living god ? I need you , lord , to help me because , lord , you're invisible . Lord , you tell me that you're , you're not approachable god . No one can see god and live . How do I do what the hebrew writer ? Let's fix our eyes on Jesus . Do you have a Bible in your hand tonight ? Do you have a scripture in your hand tonight ? If you have a script in your hand tonight , if you have a Bible , turn to John , chapter 1 . In the beginning was the Word and the Word was with God . He was with God in the beginning . Bang , there we have it John , chapter 1 . In the beginning was the Word and the Word was with God . You know , christ is the living Word . It is the written Word . So , if I need to fix my eyes on Jesus , how will I fix my eyes ? I don't have the autonomy , I don't have the physicality of this Christ . I don't have the privilege , like the disciples and everyone in the New Testament , to be able to see him , to touch him , to walk with him , to see him at the cross . How do I fix my eyes on this invisible king ? How do I fix my eyes on this Jesus ? How do I fix my eyes on the savior of the world ? I don't have the autonomy , I don't have the physicality , I can't see you , jesus . How do I fix my eyes ?
Speaker 3According to the Hebrew writer in Hebrews , chapter 12 , verse two let's fix our eyes on Jesus . If I've got a word of God , this is Jesus . If I've got a word of God in my hand , this is the King's message . If I've got the word of God in my hands , I have the word of God . That is how I fix my eyes on Jesus through the holy word of God . Hebrews 12 , verse 2, . Let's fix our eyes on Jesus , the author and the perfecter of our faith .
Speaker 3Again , we got a reference without any further ado . Let's go straight to the gospel of John . When you look at John , chapter 1 , in the beginning was the word , and the word was with God . He was with God in the beginning . John , chapter 1 , the same chapter . John chapter 1 , verse 14 . We have podcasted , we have prayed it through , we have looked it through , we have exegeted it , we have opened it up , we have dissected what it says in John , chapter 1 , verse 14 . In the beginning was the word verse 1 , and then you drop down to verse 14 , and it says In the beginning was the Word verse 1 , and then you drop down to verse 14 , and it says and the Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us . The Word became flesh .
Speaker 3If you have a Bible , you have the living Christ in text form . He is before your very eyes . If you are born again , you know what I love about the scripture , what is so beautiful about Jesus . Jesus doesn't require us to go to church . He says just follow me . How do I follow the invisible God ? How do I follow this invisible king ? How do I follow this Jesus ? Because the Bible says on Ascension Day he was taken up and he is seated at the right hand of the Father .
Speaker 3How do I fix my eyes on this invisible god ?
Speaker 3I fix my eyes on the holy word of god . This is the power , this is the anointing . This book will feed you . This book will strengthen you . This book will get you through . This book will heal you , this book will guide you .

Speaker 3If you have a Bible , turn to the book of Philippians , chapter 4
. Philippians , chapter 4 , and we are going to go to . Let's go to verse 6 . Do not be anxious about anything , but by everything , by prayer and request and petition with thankfulness , give your request to God and the peace of God , which transcends all understanding , will guard your hearts . We need our mind guided . We need our mind protected . Let's see what these scriptures says together Verse 6 of Philippians , chapter 4 .
Speaker 3Do not be anxious about anything . Are you anxious tonight ? Are you fearful tonight ? Are you fearful tonight ? Are you doubtful tonight ? Is there fear running through your body ? Is there doubt running through your bones ? Are you scared about living , scared about dying ? Are you worried about the financial stretch ? Are you worried about your work , your family , your life ? Have you got health anxieties ? Are you worried just for the sake of being worried ? Have you found that over the last few weeks , the last few hours , the last few moments of life , as you breathe right now , you're just getting anxious and worried about certain things in life and it can be difficult to pinpoint .
Speaker 3What am I worried about ? What is going on ? Fear is so dangerous . Fear overtakes fear . What fear does ? Fear takes our focus . Fear distorts our vision . Fear this , uh , distorts our vision of what we have , of christ , because when fear comes in , it's like an hand grenade that blows right within our spirit . You know when fear , when the pin of fear is is pulled and that hand grenade is dropped in our spirit . You know the , the vision is distorted , our understanding is distorted , our thinking is distorted .
Speaker 3You know when fear comes in , the Bible says do not be anxious about anything . Come on , brother and sister , wherever you are tonight , let's bring our anxiety before the cross of Calvary . We've got the cross on the backdrop there . You know what are you anxious for tonight ? What are you worried about tonight ? Are you worried about finances , health ? Are you worried about living ? Are you worried about dying ? Are you worried about the war that is on the table ? Yes , we are about to see things that we never thought happened .
Speaker 3But what we've got to understand is that when you see what is happening across the world , it is the scriptures that are being fulfilled . It is the word of God , the prophecies , the prophecies of the Old Testament are being fulfilled . You know , when you look at the scripture , when you look at the word , when you see what's happening around the world at this moment in time , when you look at Israel , israel is the clock to watch for the return of Christ . When you look at Israel and the whole world and the certain area of the Middle East , all the way around the Middle East , we've got to pray for Iran tonight . We've got to pray that Iran will be saved . We've got to pray that the Holy Spirit will move all the way through the Middle East , right the way through the Middle East , right the way through Egypt , right the way through Turkey , all the way through Somalia , all the way through India , all the way through right the way around those areas . It is critical that we pray tonight for the peace of Jerusalem and the power of the Holy Spirit Wherever you are . We want to encourage you tonight to stand with the biblical Israel , not the political agenda , but what the Bible says about Israel . What does the Bible say about Israel ? The Bible speaks so much about Israel .
Speaker 3Maybe you're worried about the war . Maybe you're worried about what might happen . Are you worried that someone is going to press the button and then there will be a nuclear war ? Brother and sister , jesus Christ is preparing the bride . Let me tell you this there will not be a nuclear war . There will not be what we think that could be breaking out . Jesus Christ is coming back . He , isesus christ , is coming back . He is the king of kings and he is the lord of lords . Are you ready for the second coming of jesus ? When you analyze and you measure the church in the uk at the moment in time , we have never been so spiritually thin in the uk , church wise . We have never had a church across the platform of the UK that is so weak and it is so woke and the church does not know what to do .
Speaker 3I got to tell you tonight , in the wonderful name of Jesus , that there is power in the word of God and God is with you , wherever you are . Tonight , I pray that the fire of God will take away anxiety . The Holy Spirit will give you peace tonight . Do you need peace ? Are you worried about the adversities and the complicated way that life is at this moment in time ? Are you tired of commuting , wearing yourself out for the system and you are just exhausted ? You are worried and you are doubtful .
Speaker 3Father , in the name of Jesus , we thank you that the blood of Jesus has destroyed . The blood of Jesus has destroyed the work of the enemy . The devil is under our feet . Do not allow the father of lies to affect you . Do not allow the father of lies to take the blessing away from you . Do not allow the world to rob you of your peace , whatever you face in your life . Tonight we want to encourage you now , in the name of jesus christ , to stand on the holy word of god and philippians , chapter 4 , verse 6 .
Speaker 3Do not be anxious about anything , whatever that is in our lives , your life , that you are worried about that , you are anxious about that , you are fearful about bring it to the cross of calvary . Yes , I'm tired of you saying that , pastor ben . I'm fed up to the back teeth of you telling me bring it to the cross . How do I get it to the cross ? Very interesting , it's very interesting , isn't it ? How , how do I get these thoughts out of my head , how do I get this out of my head and how do I get them to the cross of calvary ? Now , that can take years , that can take moments , that can take seconds , but what it starts with is this father , I am anxious about war tonight
. Lord , will you , will you remove that thought from my mind ? Lord , I'm bringing it to the cross , I'm bringing it to the scripture , I'm bringing it to the word , I'm bringing it to you tonight , lord . Hear my prayer .
Speaker 3Lord , I'm worried about what is happening in israel . Lord , I'm worried about what is happening in iran . I'm worried about what America might do . I'm worried that the UK doesn't know what to do . Whatever your worry and whatever your fears are , just speak them out tonight and say Father , in the name of Jesus , I'm scared tonight , I'm anxious tonight , I'm doubtful tonight . Lord , I'm worried tonight . Are you worried ? Are you doubtful ? Wherever you are , just take a moment and join with me and say Father , whatever that worry is in your life , whatever that is , whether it's health , whether it's doubt , whether it's financial , whether it's Israel , whether it's Iran , whether it's America or UK , or your workspace or your health , whatever it is , just pray , the simple prayer . Father , I come to you tonight and , lord , I need peace . Lord , I need you to remove this anxious heart of mine . Lord , I need the joy of the Lord to be my strength . Lord , I need your word to carry me . Lord , I need your love to be wrapped around me .
Speaker 3The Bible says faith comes from hearing the message , and the message is heard through the word of God . Faith arises when we read the word . Faith arises when we get in the scripture . Faith is so powerful . The Bible says just believe , brother and sister . Let's believe tonight for your healing . Let's believe for the miracle tonight . Let's believe for the financial breakthrough . Let's believe for peace . Father , I believe that my heart is full of joy tonight , lord . I believe that my body , lord , is starting to rest . I believe that anxiety is going at the name of Jesus .
Speaker 3The Bible says fix your eyes on Jesus , and we had this conversation earlier on . How do I fix my eyes on this invisible God ? Hebrews , chapter 12 , verse 2 . Fix your eyes on Jesus , god . How do I fix my eyes on the invisible King ? How do I fix my eyes on this God that is unapproachable , because you sit in an unapproachable light ? How do I fix my eyes on this King ? I'm desperate for you , jesus . I'm hungry . How do I fix my gaze ?
Speaker 3Know this word . This word is God . This word is Jesus . This word is Holy Spirit . This word is everything that I require . So what I do is I read the word . When I read the word , when my eyes capture the holy scriptures , I'm seeing God . I'm seeing the word of God . When my eyes read the word , I am reading God's heart . I'm seeing God . I'm seeing the Word of God . When my eyes read the Word , I am reading God's heart . I'm reading Jesus . I'm reading the Holy Spirit . When I read the Bible , when I get into the Bible , I'm getting into the message of the Father , the Son , the Holy Spirit . That's all you require .
Speaker 3You haven't got to get to church , you haven't got to get into the religious box . We've got to get into this word . We've got to get into these scriptures . We've got to get into this book . This is the greatest book the world has ever seen . This is the greatest book . There is your healing in this book . There is your freedom in this book . There is your hope in this book . Salvation lies in this book . Prosperity lies in this book . Long days , longevity lies in this book . Everything sits in this word .

Will you take it a cup with us tonight ? Wherever you are across the world , we want to encourage you that you haven't got to be in church , that you haven't got to be in a religious box . It's not about getting in religion . It's about getting in the scripture . It is the scripture that will heal you . It is the scripture that will set you free . It is the power of the word of god .

You know it's critical . We are living in end days , so grab yourself a bit of bread . Grab yourself , you know , a bit of burger bun . Grab yourself a bit of bread . Grab yourself , you know , a bit of burger bun . Grab yourself a bit of a biscuit . We've got a biscuit here . We've got , you know , there's all types of things here because it is symbolic .
Speaker 3So , wherever you are , we want to break bread with you together tonight , in the mighty name of Jesus Christ , wherever you are . Even if you've got a pizza crust , come on . I know there are pizza crusts . We know that there is a pizza box in someone's kitchen right now , across this earth , father , in the name of Jesus , as we grab this bread , we realize that this is just bread in itself . Whether it's bread , whether it's a cracker , whether it's a biscuit , whether it's an edge of a pizza crust , whatever it is , father , we come to you tonight , lord , and we say , say , father , we recognize that this is symbolic to the body , the body of christ that was broken at the cross of calvary . Spirit of the living god , we come to you now , lord and father . We thank you . We thank you that it is just symbolic , but as I reflect , as I be Father , I thank you that this bread symbolizes the body of Christ . Bless this bread as I take it , in the mighty name of Jesus Christ , amen . You know , wherever you are right now , we want to encourage you , whatever church you are in across the earth , to ask your leaders . I want to break bread when I come in the lord's house . I want to break bread as we gather around for worship . I want to break bread and take this cup .
Speaker 3There is no reason , there is no reason why you cannot take communion every time you walk in the lord's house . It's good practice , is a good thing to do . Do it at home . I would encourage you , you know , to do it as much as you can . Just be on your own , sit in a field , wherever you are , in the name of Jesus . Speaker 3But let's just take this cup now . Let's remind ourselves this is the third cup , this is the cup of redemption . It's really important to understand . It's the redemption cup , the cup that jesus was talking about in the garden of of gethsemane . He says , if it's possible , take this cup from me , but I need to encourage you tonight , brother and sister , right now , wherever you are , come on , let's take this cup . Father , in the name of jesus , I thank you that I'm cleansed from the crown of my head to the soul of my feet , in the mighty name of jesus christ and lord , as I sit , lord , on the edge of another second of , I sit on the edge of another day , lord , wherever we are across the world , father , we thank you that the blood of another second that I sit on the edge of another day , lord , wherever we are across the world , father , we thank you that the blood of Jesus has cleansed us from the crown of our head to the sole of our feet and as I take this now , lord , cleanse me In Jesus' name . Amen , power , in the name of Jesus .

We belong to the king's domain . The king is living inside of you the power of the spirit of the living God . We do not belong to the weakness that is out there . We belong to the kingdom . You are the child of the king . You know God loves you so much . We got to encourage you right now . Evacuate those weak , those pink , those churches that are not pushing the word of God . Evacuate it . Pick up your suitcase and get out in the name of Jesus and you get in the word of God . You get in the Holy Scripture , you get into Jesus . You read and you read and you read and you keep reading the word of God and you never give up reading . It is the scripture that will heal you . It is the scripture that will lead you . Forget about the weak church in the UK . Forget about the humdrum of church . Forget the way church is . It's so boring , it is so weak . I want more than what the church can offer . I want the power of the Holy Spirit . I want the redeeming King . I want the glory of the Word of God . I want to see the dead be raised . I want to see the sick be healed . I want to hear that the deaf are hearing . I want to know that the blind are seeing . I want to know and see that the lame are walking . Spirit of the living . God , do your great work tonight .
