There's nothing more powerful than the Scripture . There's nothing more powerful than the Holy Word of God . There's no greater investment anyone will ever have is to get a Bible . You see , we've got all these Bibles on these chairs and we've got lots of Bibles in this church and we want every one of you to take a Bible . If you can today , if you can take a Bible from the church , you know , take a Bible from the church and give it to someone in your life , at your workspace , at school , college . I understand all that's finished at the moment , but take a Bible and give a Bible out . Give a Bible away to family , to friends . You know , the greatest gift that you will ever give away is a Bible . Let's turn to the Gospel of John , chapter 14 . And we are in verse 1 . So we welcome everybody across the world . We welcome everybody in the house of the Lord . The Gospel of John . Speaker 1The Lord is with each and every one of us , but let's turn the Word of God open . Let's get straight back into the Scripture . We're going to the Gospel of John . There is power in the Word of God . And imagine if you could get the 25 plus thousand people you know . Imagine what that would be like in one space . Wow , wow . How powerful would that be to see brothers and sisters from every tribe , every tongue , every color , every area of life just worshiping the Lord together . Imagine what that would be like . It's going to be like heaven . It's funny , isn't it ? What we do at church , what we do especially in the UK . In church , we box ourselves in in certain criterias , but when we get called home , we're going to see everything , everything mixed up , you know , like a sweet shop . All mixed up together , not one colour , not one race , not one culture , but we're going to be all joined together . So we're in the Gospel of John and we welcome everybody . But we're going to be all joined together . So we're in the Gospel of John and we welcome everybody , as we said , across the world .
Speaker 1Chapter 14 , verse 1 , you know this is such a beautiful text . We're probably very , very familiar with this and it says do not let your hearts be troubled , trust in God , trust also in me . Verse 1 is critical . You know , the Bible is clear . The Bible speaks about God . It talks about this triune Godhead that we serve . The Bible is extremely clear this morning Do not let your hearts be troubled .
Speaker 1But we are living in a world where there is trouble at every corner , every tribe , every tongue . There's trouble everywhere . And the world wants you to be troubled , it wants you to live by fear . Because when we live in fear and then suddenly we become dependent on certain things and certain criterias , what the world has to offer pharmaceuticals , doctors , this , that everything , all that sort of stuff but when you know who you are in God , when you know who you are and what the UK church has done and I would say the church in the west , it has , it has taken out , it has taken out who we are we don't know who we are . We have lost who we are within the UK church and we're crisscrossing
all over the place trying to find who we are . We're trying this , we're trying that .
Speaker 1But Jesus Christ tells you you're a son and you're a daughter , you're blessed and highly favoured . He says do not worry . Do not worry . You know , the devil uses fear , uses fear . God uses faith . But fear and faith , they run so close together . They run so close together and the Bible is telling us do not let your hearts be troubled . Do not let your heart be troubled . Trust in God . But , pastor Ben , how do I trust in God ? He's not here , as in the physical realm , he's not this tangible presence like the disciples . That he's not this tangible God that I can't touch him , I can't smell him , I can't , I'm not walking with him . The bible says it's by faith . We are living in such powerful times . We are watching israel being attacked on every level politically , through weaponry , through political , through every area . But you know what ? God is moving powerfully and we are waiting for the second coming of jesus christ . But the UK church has never been so weak because the church within the UK has desensitized and tried to wash away and to take away that . Do not let your hearts be troubled . Trust in God . Who is this God ? Who is this God that this scripture speaks about ? The scripture doesn't say trust in church . It doesn't say trust in your pastor , trust in the worship man . It says trust in God . But who is this God ? The UK church ? I believe , and firstly I speak directly to the leaders in the UK church Are you preaching about the God of Israel or are you preaching about the God of other gods ?
Speaker 1What God are you preaching about ? Are you talking about the blood of Jesus ? Are you talking about the birth , the death , the resurrection of the coming King ? What God do you believe in ? You know , there's many gods out there , many gods out there , but there's only one God and his name is Yahweh . He is Jehovah Jireh , jehovah Nissi , jehovah Shalom . He is the healer . Cancer bows to the God of Israel , cancer bows to the God of Israel , sickness bows to the God of Israel . But devils laugh at the other gods because the other gods have no power . No other religion has powers to heal you . No other religion has power to get you into heaven . How do you know that ? Look at the Gospel of John , chapter 14 , and read
verse 6 . Jesus answered I am the way .
Speaker 1When you listen to social media , especially social media , you will find on many platforms you will have other people trying to tell us that God created Jesus . Do not allow that to go in through your ear gate , your eye gate . Jesus always was , god always was . But you will find certain areas of other faith , especially in the area of Muslims , will try to tell you that Jesus Christ was created by the God that they serve . I do not serve the same God as the Muslims serve . I serve the God of the world . Where is he ? He's in Genesis .
Speaker 1Turn to Genesis , chapter 1 . If you look in Genesis chapter 1 , you see the Father , the Son , the Holy Spirit . Genesis , chapter 1 , you know , in the beginning it says and then you look at the Gospel of John , have a look at creation . Creation is powerful , creation is needed . We need the UK church to tell us about creation .

Speaker 1Who is this God ? Who is this King ? He's the King of the Jews . He's not the King of the Palestinians , he's the King of the Jews . He's the Saviour of the world . And Jesus always was . When you look at Genesis , chapter 1 , verse 3 , and God said let there be light . Critical for the human being , critical , but Jesus says I am the light of the world , he is the creator of heaven and earth . And Genesis , chapter 1 , verse 3 tells us . Verse 1 tells us that the spirit of the . You find the Holy Spirit at the beginning of creation . You find Jesus at the beginning of creation and obviously God , because it's clear . But you find this triune Godhead . Nowhere in Scripture will you find that God created Jesus . Jesus is God , god is Jesus . The Holy Spirit is interwoven . Through all three there is power in the greatest name in heaven and earth , and at the name of Jesus , every knee shall bow on the earth . Under the earth , through the earth , every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord . So what God do you serve ? What God do you follow ? There are many gods being preached about this morning across pulpits , but there is only one God , there is only one Christ , there is only one Holy Spirit , and they are interwoven . You can't separate Father , son , holy Spirit . Let's have a look at the scripture , verse 6 of John , chapter 14 . John , chapter 14 , verse 6 . Jesus answered I am the way , the truth and the life . No one comes to the Father except through me . How can we get to the Father ? There's only one way that we've been able to get to the Father . You couldn't get to the Father before the cross . But now what has happened ? When Christ went to the cross of Calvary and you find that the temple curtain was torn in two , separated . What was it doing ? It was breaking religion . It was breaking all the barriers down . It was destroying everything , the barriers that were so highly set . It was impossible . And Jesus says I am the way . You can't get to God any other way , no other religion . You cannot get to the God of Israel . You'll find other gods on your path , but they're not really gods , they're devils . So they're not really gods , they're devils . That's clear . That's fact . They're from Lucifer . They're from Lucifer , they're not from the God of Israel . And the UK church will not preach it . It will not talk about hell . It's very simple . You know , when you look at the scripture , and again in the Gospel of John , in the Gospel of John 3 , 3 , you must be born again . He doesn't say Jesus says it very clear . He doesn't say you must go to church ,
you must be a minister , you must be a preacher , you must be this , you must be that . He says you must be born again . And then he takes it out of the hands of the human being . You know , no pastor will get you saved . I won't get you saved , no one . It doesn't matter how much they pray for you . Now , that is a strong line to say . It doesn't matter how many prayers you got over you , because if you are not sealed with the Holy Spirit and the blood , you can pray all day long . It's when God chooses you , and this is getting serious . God chooses who goes to heaven and who goes to hell . That's fact , that is biblical fact . Yeah , but then we got the scriptures . I'm going to church and I'm going to go to church and I remember the day that I received my salvation . I remember you , remember the day I tell you what that day was . When your earth suit and your human , you realized that there was a holy God . You did not decide to follow Jesus . He decided to tell you at that hour , at that day , that I am real , I am real , I am real . There's no human being that has the power to say on a Sunday morning , I'm going to follow Jesus today . Lord , come in my life . He was already in your life because the Bible says in the Old Testament I knew you before the foundation of the world . He created every angel in the heavenly realms , foundation of the world . He created every angel in the heavenly realms . He even created that most beautiful angelic being , as we know , the fallen angel , and he knows all things . And he still decided to create every angel , knowing that some of them would fall and follow Lucifer . Jesus said . When Jesus said this line in the gospel of Luke , I see Satan fall like lightning . So where did that happen ? That happened before . When you look at all everything , when you look at everything , so it puts Jesus at the very beginning of time I saw . So when you look at creation , I'm telling you now you'll find Jesus . I'm telling you now you'll find the Holy Spirit . I'm telling you now you'll find Jesus . I'm telling you , now you'll find the Holy Spirit . I'm telling you , now you'll find the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords . But where does redemption start ? Jesus is the redeeming King . No pastor will get you saved , no prayer will get you saved . Prayer is critical . Now , I'm not taking anything away from prayer , please . You know we're a house of prayer and we have a prayer team that is fierce . We believe in the power of prayer , but let me tell you this no one can choose him . Now , that is a scary thing , you know , because when you said to yourself , or when someone prayed over you and suddenly God might have used that prayer and that instrument of that person at that time to line things up , if it's biblical . But you can be in the middle of a field doing what you're doing and God's going to save you . You don't need to be in church . You can be driving your car , sitting on a scaffold , hoovering the house , doing your washing up and you didn't know Jesus whatsoever . And then suddenly , out of nowhere guess what ? You're born again . Because the Bible says you must be born again . And what does it mean ? Born from above . So it takes all power out of the hands of the church . Because , let me tell you this , if pastors had the power of giving salvation , they'd be selling it left , right and centre . And they try to sell it left , right and centre . They try and sell you healing . Come and give us $50 . Come and give us 100 quid and in the name of Jesus , you're healed . In the name of Jesus , I'm skint because that was the last 100 quid I had and I had to get through the end of the week with it . But I prayed for a healing and I'm still not very well . Don't get caught in the fake Name it and claim it . Salvation belongs to the eternal God and God decides who he's going to save . Brutal , but he's God , it's his choice and if you are , it's your name in the Lamb's book of life , because there is no other way to the kingdom of God . And it says that Jesus answered I am the way , the truth and the life . No one comes to the Father except through me . So when the temple carton was torn in two , what was he doing ? He was giving access . Access to who ? To the eternal God . Because when you go back in the old testament , no one could
go by the holy of holies . You couldn't get in there unless you was called , you was chosen and we won't go into theological depths of all that stuff because of time . But we understand that the priests and they had to put a bit of rope around of each other because God's power and his holiness would stop your heart . And so many of them died behind the holy of holies that their heart stopped . They had to pull them out on a bit of rope because when you get in the presence of a holy God , let me tell you this you won't be giving him a cuddle , you'll be laid flat out on the floor because his power is so beyond human understanding , so powerful . He's a God of order , he's a God of authority , he's a jealous God and he ain't to be messed about with . If you want a miracle , you go to God . Don't come to me . If you want healing , go to God . If you want a miracle to God , don't come to me . If you want healing , go to God , you know . If you want a miracle , don't go to your pastors and your leaders . Go to Jesus Christ , because he says I am the way , the truth and the life . Don't come to Elim . If you need a miracle in your life , go to the word of God , because he says I am the way , the truth , the life . No one comes to the father except through me . There's no other way . You're not going to get it through Buddha . You're not going to get it through Allah . You're not going to get it through the Church of England . You're not going to get it through Helium . You're not going to get it through any denomination . You're only going to get it through the King of Glory , and his name is Jesus . He is the great I am . When Moses was sitting at that space in the Old and he went , I am that I am . And what did Jesus say in the New Testament ? I am . So what are we finding ? We're finding the fulfillment of this triune Godhead , father , son and Holy Spirit . Do you realize that there is power in your innermost being ? Do you realize that there's a greater life looking at you ? Do you realize that you are full of faith and all things are possible to those who believe ? But we have lost our identity . You know . Culture does it . Life does it . Color does it . Money does it . Where we live does it ? We lose our identity of who we really are in Jesus . Do we actually know who we are or have we lost ourselves in every area of the world ? God is calling people . God is calling people to rise out of the ashes . God is calling us to rise on wings as of eagles . He's calling us right now . He's telling us that the world is being prepared . The beginning of birth pains , everything that's going on when you look around the world . He is the coming King . He is the great I am . He is the Savior of the world . Back to the scripture , verse 1 of John 14 . Do not let your hearts be troubled . We've got to deal with our hearts . Today . Hearts are troubled , hearts are worried . We watch the news . We're worried about the money . We're worried about the money . We're worried about life . We're worried about relationships . We're worried about this , we're worried about that . We spend so much time worrying and allowing fear to control our lives . What does fear do ? Fear changes our vision of Jesus Christ . How do you know that ? Very , very simply because the Bible tells us when the disciples went out onto the lake and they were fishing and the storm came out and everything was going on , and it says Jesus came out at that particular point because , when they were , they was fearful of what was happening around them . They couldn't recognize Jesus . Because what happens ? Fear distorts our vision of Jesus . If fear is running my life , my body temperature rises , my head goes . Funny things happen in your body anxiety , fear , doubt . You know what it's like , the chemical imbalance , everything like that . Fear is extremely powerful , but fear is actually low when you think about the power of faith . So what I've got to do is I've got to start speaking to myself . I'm blessed and highly favored . I'm wonderfully , I'm fearfully made . This sickness is not going to take me out . This sickness is not going to end unto death . Lord , I'm going to have a Lazarus experience right now . I'm coming out of the grave . In the name of Jesus , I'm going to rise . These grave clothes are not going to hold me down . Father , in the name of Jesus , sickness bows , fear , bows , doubt , bows , doubt , bows . To the name of Jesus , lord , I'm not going to live my life by fear anymore . Why does the Bible speak about fear and all that worry 375 times ? Look at what the scripture says . Do not let your heart be troubled . Trust in God . Who is the God ? He's the God of Israel . He's the God that said let there be light . He's the God that sent his son to the cross at Calvary . He's the God that is spoken about around the world . You know we serve the greatest , the most beautiful , the most powerfulest God God the world has ever known .
But when you look at other world religions , when you take a moment , what they're serving ? They're serving Lucifer ,
because there is only one , god . World religions are serving Lucifer . They're dabbling in the occult world but they label it and they put makeup on it and they try and make it look different than really what it is . But every other area of worship outside of Father , son , holy Spirit , lucifer , is at the top of the tree . When you look across the social networks , when you look at the Illuminati , when you look at Freemasonry , when you look at the stuff across the world , you know witchcraft , you know . When you look at divination , when you look at what's going on even in the church of Satan and all that sort of stuff , everything that is going on . Lucifer is at the top of the Christmas tree , but Jesus Christ has crushed the Christmas tree . Jesus Christ has crushed the work of Lucifer . So when you realize who this God is , work of Lucifer . So when you realize who this God is , trust in him . Who are you ? You know , do not let your hearts be troubled . Trust in God and also trust in me , in Jesus . Who is this Jesus ? Is the church preaching about Jesus ? Is the church talking about Jesus Christ as the savior of the world ? Are they telling us that Jesus Christ is our savior , that he went to the cross ? He went to the cross and his life was given and he was in full power of death and life because he was on the cross and he said father , forgive them , for they know not what they're doing . And in the last few words the Bible says that he gave his last words and with that he bowed at his head and gave up his spirit . Jesus Christ is in charge of death . Death did not take Jesus . Death did not come in and take Jesus . Death , as we understand it , could not do anything until the scriptures were fulfilled . See , he even holds death in the palm of his hand and when Jesus Christ was on the cross , what a powerful scene that must have been . We can easily look back and go how powerful that was . But when you look at that and that's what took the disciples and they went we're going back fishing because all of a sudden , the savior of the world , this Christ that they walk with , this Jesus they spent time with , for these few , these handful of years , for these 30 , these three years or so , for the years that they watched his ministry and everything that went on , suddenly this Jesus that had been performing miracles , suddenly this Jesus is , is on a cross and it looks like the Romans and the and and the area of of control actually put him
on the cross . But what they don't realize is that actually put him on the cross . But what they don't realize is that he put himself on the cross because it's about redemption . And we find Christ in the garden of Gethsemane , and I also call it the 50-50 garden , because when Jesus was in there he says if it's possible , so Jesus is going . If there's another way and that reflects to me , lord is there another way ? Sometimes the way that we got to go is the hardest road you'll ever walk . The road of Jesus , let me tell you , is the hardest walk you will ever do . Because when you start telling your friends on social media and your WhatsApp groups , when you start telling your friends at school , when you start telling the people around you I'm a Jesus follower , I'm a Jesus follower , I believe in miracles suddenly you find it gets tough . When you start to tell the world that I'm a born again Christian , they go you're a born again one , you're born again . Yeah , I'm born again . I'm braggadocious , I'm radical . I believe that God is doing miracles and I believe God is saving atheists . At this moment in time , I love the fact that great , powerful biblical time when Jesus was on the cross and he had the one to the left and the right . When you think about this a moment , church wasn't inexistent at any particular point at this time . As we understand , jesus is on the center , the thief and the cutthroats to the left and the right , and the one that said to him Jesus , will you remember me ? And Jesus said yeah , I remember you . We were twinkling an eye . You beat me in paradise . Someone tell me what church that thief went to ? Someone tell me where that murderer went to church . Did he come to Ealing ? Ealing weren't around . Did he do an Alpha course ? Alpha course weren't around . Did he do an alpha course ? Alpha course weren't around . Did he get baptized ? He didn't even get baptized . Did he speak in tongues ? No , he had a filthy mouth . Did he kill anyone ? Yeah , what ministry was he under ? What church did he go to ? Who was preaching at him ? What tiktok minister was he listening to ? What Facebook account did he add ? He was at the 11th hour . Jesus , don't need a church to save you . So that erases . Where were the pastors ? There were no pastors at the cross . Where was the church ? Well , you can say the church was there because religion was there , in a roundabout way , as we understand it , because it was religion that wanted to take him to the cross . It wasn't the Roman soldiers , because the authorities , through Herod and Pilate . They said we can release you . And Jesus went you can't do nothing because what is happening ? I've only given you power to do . So I'm going to that cross , whether you give whatever you want to do , but that cross has got my name on it . That cross has got your name on it . That cross has got your name on it . That cross , I'm going to that cross and no one's going to stop me getting to the cross no devil in hell . The devils thought they took him to the cross . Religion thought they took him to the cross . But what they didn't realize is that the scriptures were being fulfilled , and what they didn't realize that the New Testament hadn't been written yet . And what they didn't realize that God sent his one and only son . So they didn't know that John 3 16 was in existence , because it wasn't in existence until after the cross of Calvary . So when you look at the cross of Calvary , there was no pastors , there was no TikTok church , there was no wi-fi , there was no pastors , there was no prayer team . At the cross of Calvary , let me tell you this You'll get your biggest victory when your enemies think they're in charge of you , because when the enemies thought they was in charge of Jesus , they was just fulfilling what the Bible had already told . So if you've got enemies around you and they think that they're herding you to a place , they don't realize that they're just doing what Jesus wants them to do at that particular point , because through your trials , through your testings , you're getting strengthened . The Bible says pick up your cross daily , hang on a minute , jesus . I'm a born again Christian . I should be dripping in cash right now . Lord , I'm a born again Christian . I should have the latest Mercedes on my drive . Lord , I'm a born again Christian . Lord , I should be as fit as a butcher's dog . What's going on in my life , jesus ? What did Jesus say to Ananias when Saul got knocked off of that horse ? Many of us need to be knocked off our horse when you look at Ananias . And God said to Ananias I want you to go and pray for Saul . He went , went . You're having a laugh , aren't you ? I am not praying . Do you know who that man is ? God went , just go and pray for him , because I'm going to tell you what's going to happen to that man Saul . Saul , who became Paul the greatest writer the world , I would say , has ever seen , was Paul . He had to be knocked off his horse . He was knocked off his horse . He was knocked off his horse . He was blinded scowls on his eye . Ananias went you want me to pray for him ? God said just go and do it . He went and prayed for him . And on the journey of prayer , god told Ananias listen , son , when you pray for him , I'm going to show him how much he's going to suffer for my name . Oh , hang on a minute Suffering for the name of Jesus . I'm told through social media , church , that everything is going to kick off at 12 o'clock today because I'm born again and I'm going to have everything that the world is offering . When you realize who you are , get ready for the biggest strip back of your life , because Jesus said to the disciples as they walked along the shoreline of Galilee drop your nets , come and follow me , drop everything you got . Seek ye first , the kingdom of God and his righteousness , and everything else shall be added . Seek Jesus and you'll watch your plastic friends disappear . Seek Jesus and also what will happen ? You'll have fake people come around you . When you tell the world I'm a Jesus follower , you'll have the dogs . You'll have the mutilators of the flesh , you'll have the foxes nipping at your ankles . When you start saying I'm a born again Christian , you know you suddenly start to find everything turns upside down and it feels like an hand grenade has gone off and everything's gone wrong . It ain't gone wrong . It's because Jesus is saying now we're about to do business . I've got to drop before he'll lift you . You've got to drop . So when you look at Jesus , it wasn't the devils that took him to the cross , it wasn't the authoritarians that took him to the cross . It was the vehicle that the scripture used to get us saved . So when you come back to the cross of calvary and you got the three three of them , jesus in the center , where was holy trinity brompton ? Where was hill songs ? Where was eliam ? Where was all the music ministries ? Where were the pastors of the world today that are telling you , me , every one of us , I can get you saved , I'll pray for you and you will get into heaven ? Someone tell me where the greatest preacher was . Where was Billy Graham ? Where was Ryan Arbunke ? Where was all these ministers ? They wasn't even in existence . The church wasn't there . And Jesus just said , within a twinkling of an eye you're beaming me . Where In paradise . And Jesus just said , within a twinkling of an eye you're beaming me . Where in paradise , because salvation sits in the hand of God . And the Bible says that they gave him the greatest name . They gave him the name Emmanuel . What does that mean ? God with us . So , when you look at the cross , who was at the cross ? Jesus . When you look at the cross , who was at the cross , jesus . When you look at the cross , who was ? When we look at Jesus , father , son , holy Spirit , so when you look at it , I know what the scripture says and there was that time of separation , but we don't actually understand what that really means in the human understanding and the understanding of language . That is not a separation where you , what we understand of a separation , that is saying completely and absolutely different , because the bible says that they can't be separated . I and the father are one and that's what jesus says and that's what got him in trouble . Because I am the father . Who do you say you are ? I am that I am . So the seven I am's in the new testament , in the gospel of john , are critical because what is christ doing ? He's fulfilling what seven I am's in the new testament , in the gospel of John , are critical because what is Christ doing ? He's fulfilling what was said earlier on in the old testament . So when you look at salvation and if you look at Psalm 91 , it tells you very , very clear about salvation . You read Psalm 91 all the way down . The whole word of God is about . What is the word of God about ? If you had to sum the word of God up to someone , what would you say it was ? What was the about ? What is the word of God about ? If you had to sum the word of God up to someone , what would you say it was ? What is the main word that you would think about ? A rhetorical question to me is about redemption . It's , from the very beginning , about being brought back . Because when you look at the fall , when you look at the garden experiences and we don't even think about the gardens you know humanity lost it in garden one . There are a few gardens that the bible talks about , garden one it was lost . Then you look at the next garden . What was the next garden that we read about ? We talk about the garden of Gethsemane . They're bringing back , but then you look at the third garden . It's interesting , the garden that we don't even think about , a borrowed garden , where the tomb was . Three gardens , three crosses , three nows , three days in . It's very , very important for me to understand as a Christian . Humanity lost it at kickoff day one in the garden , the greatest garden in the world . They lost it . Christ is bringing it back in the second garden . The fulfillment is fulfilled in the third garden . When you look at the scripture , you can't work this stuff out . It's impossible . So do not worry about getting to church . Do not worry about getting to church on a Sunday . That's religion . I understand what the Bible says . Do not forget they're coming together , but you can be anywhere . You can be anywhere . You can be anywhere . You ain't got to get a church to take communion , because communion don't belong to the church . If you want to understand what communion is , it's called the Passover , the Passover . When you want to know what the Passover is , turn to Exodus , chapter 12 . Read about the Passover . That is what we're going to do very , very soon the breaking and the bread and the taking of the cup . It don't belong to the church . It is not a church activity . It was birthed in Exodus , chapter 12 , when God said get a lamb , and we see the execution of the lamb at the cross of Calvary . Exodus , chapter 12 , read about the Passover . What is it about ? Why is it called the Passover ? Because it's the passing over of the angel of death . Oh , that must be Lucifer . No , it ain't . It's God , the God that we spoke about in the Gospel of John , chapter 14 , verse 1 . Do not let your hearts be troubled . Trust in God . You want me to trust in this God that went out in the book of Exodus and anyone that wasn't marked by the blood . Isn't it interesting ? Our brother mentioned
the blood earlier on this morning . The blood is critical , the blood is critical . So Exodus , chapter 12 , verse 1 , all the way through and to 13, . It tells us about the Passover , the passing over . And God said when you get yourself a lamb , sacrifice the lamb . Do A , b , c and D . Once you've done that , get the blood of the lamb , put it in the basin at the bottom of your door , get a hyssop or whatever it was . Put that in there , put it over the doorpost of your house , put it over the lintel of your house . See , god doesn't talk about church . Church talks about church . God talks about blood . God talks about the word . He doesn't tell us to get to Elim , he doesn't tell us to get to these big ministries . He just says make sure , make sure when it is time . You know what the blood means . And the Bible says that they shed blood and they've done what they've done . And they put it over the doorpost and they put it over the lintel there . And what did God say ? What does blood do ? What has the blood done . It has redeemed us . And what was the blood ? God says the blood will be a sign . He's very interested that they couldn't be covered in the blood because that wasn't ready yet for a good number of years . So , where the Old Testament was being fulfilled every second , every moment , you know God was preparing the world for Jesus , the prophecies were preparing everything for the cross of Calvary . So you've got all these authoritarians , you've got the church , you've got religion as we understand , you've got the pilot , you've got Herod , you've got all those shouting out give us Barabbas , give us Barabbas , give us Barabbas . And that's what the world is shouting out now . We don't want Jesus , we don't want the savior of the world , we want Barabbas , we want an insurrection . Now . We want someone that's a murderer , we want someone . Give us a leader that will lead us to hell . What have we got ? Leaders ? Who's in number 10 ? Where's he taking you ? Taking you to hell ? Where are they taking the children to school ? What are they doing for education ? You can be who you like , do whatever you want to do . What is the world telling the children ? What is the world telling humanity ? You can be who you want , when you want , however you want to be , but they're not telling you there's a consequence when you do things like that . If you ain't marked with the blood , do I have the power to mark myself ? No . Do I have the power to save myself ? No , no , the pastors have the power . See , the scripture already shows us that the salvation that we understand does not hand itself and go hand in hand with pastors and leaders and denominations . Yes , it's great when there's an altar call , but is an altar called biblical ? No , it's not , because when you look at the persecuted church 365 increasing million displaced christians work this one out then this is fact and we're reading it all the time . This is fact and there are stories out there . Let's take muslims , because this is where it's happening , very , very powerful at this moment . When you look at Iran , iran won't tell you that the mosques are being emptied and the mosques are getting fewer and fewer with worshippers and who's overtaking the mosque and who's worshipping Christians . That was . Muslims are now worshipping in mosques that are now places to worship Jesus , but Iran won't tell you that . The news won't tell you that one , but you can find it clear as fact if you look for it . So what we are finding is that salvation doesn't sit in the hands of pastors , leaders , denominations , altar calls . It doesn't sit there . Salvation sits in the hands of the eternal God . Prove it . Well , I've just said about the cross of Calvary . There was no pastors , there was no course , there was no baptisms , there was no this , there was no that . There was nothing . There was no prayer of salvation . There was no prayer team gathered around that man that went to glory . It was Jesus , and Jesus only known as the eternal God . There was no one at that cross that prayed for that man . There was no pastor at that cross that prayed for that man . There was no baptismal team giving him a t-shirt . Put the t-shirt on . Today , let's put it on social media . We baptize 50 people today . Hallelujah in the name of Jesus . Rubbish , rubbish , sister . When you look at the scripture , the youngest one in the house , the only one that agrees with me in the name of Jesus , love them , god . When you think about that seriously , think about the cross . No pastor , no leader , no brother , no brother , no sister . Everyone wanting to see death , everyone wanting to see everything happen to Jesus . But there was one that said remember me . Remember me when you come into your church when . Remember me when you go wheel him , jesus , remember me when you do it . Remember me when you , when you're coming into your kingdom , remember me when you do this . Remember me when you , when you're coming into your kingdom , remember me . And he said within a twinkling of an eye but hang on , jesus , I ain't done an alpha call , so let me go . I ain't done a , I haven't done a call . Give me 10 minutes and I'll go and quickly read some literature . Let me get off this cross , let me go to church , let me go and light a candle , let me take communion . When you think about that , he didn't even break bread . And what did a priest do in Catholicism ? Oh , catholic faith of the devil . Because let me tell you this , if anyone is being refused the table , what happened at the Passover table ? Coming back to the Passover , what happened at the Passover table Coming back to the Passover . Coming back to the Passover , who was sitting around the Passover with Jesus ? We understand the 12 were sitting around there . Where was the Church of England ? Where was Elim ? Where was Catholicism ? Where was world religions ? They wasn't sitting around the table . He had 12 men that were probably bored out of their box , 12 men . That was just , oh , what's he talking about ? What's he saying to Judas down the end of the table ? I just want to get St Louis , I'm hungry , I want to go back and watch the telly . What's he going on about ? They didn't know what the conversation was and Jesus said what did Jesus say to that one , that one that fouled him ? What did he say to Judas Iscariot ? What you're about to do , do quickly . Jesus knew everything , what he was going to do . He knew everything was happening and what I find absolutely fascinating that we talk about and I speak about so much , when he was at the table . You've got to look . Yes , we understand Judas , judas the human being . But the Bible says , as soon as Christ took the cup , what was the cup that he had ? The cup was the third cup , the cup , the third cup , the cup of redemption , the cup that he's talking about in the garden of Gethsemane . If it's possible , take this cup from me , but not my will . So Jesus sits now at the Passover table , sits there with the cup , the third cup , in his hand . He's got the bread . He's got the bread , the 11th bread . And you find this right back in what I said Exodus , chapter 12 . Exodus chapter 12 tells you about what Jesus was about to do . And he said I have eagerly awaited what's he going on about because Jesus was about to do . And he said I have eagerly awaited what's he going on about Because he was the one that put this in place . He was the one that watched this happen over the thousands of years , coming up to this point . And he said I've eagerly awaited . He's been waiting before time began . He was waiting before humanity began because he knew , before the world was created , that they would fall in the garden . So when you look at salvation and when you look at the cross and when you look at the breaking of bread and the Passover , when you really look at that Jesus didn't refuse the devil what do you mean ? The devil weren't there . What are you going on about ? Lucifer at the table . If you look at the Passover , you've got the 12 sitting around , sitting around , the followers of Jesus sitting around the table . They was familiar with this because this was their tradition , so they was probably oh , jesus is going to break bread in a minute . Hang on a minute . What ? They didn't realize that this was the last time that Jesus was going to partake , because he had done this before . They'd done all this before . But this time was the last time . That's why he said I've eagerly awaited to do this with you . This was the last time . And then , suddenly , we know that salvation would fall after this . As we understand it . So as he broke bread and he put the bread in the cup , the redemption cup , and he handed it over to Judas , the Bible says that Satan entered into the body of . So who was Jesus ? Eyeball to eyeball with the physical realm , the tangible presence of Judas . But when he looked into the eyes of Judas Iscariot , lucifer was in the earth . So you could look at it like this darkness has taken the blood , darkness has smelt the bread of the . It got that close . It got that close to the blood and the bread , because the bible says that that at that moment , at that moment , lucifer entered into the body of Judas Iscariot . So no one can be refused . So if you've been refused , lucifer didn't get refused . So if you're in a church or some organization where they're saying you can't take this because you ain't been confirmed and you ain't worn this and you ain't danced to my tune and you ain't give me 50 quid on Saturday morning to help me out with me , one-armed bandit . If you have ever been refused communion , breaking of the bread , get out of the church because you can do this on your own in the field . You can sit in the back of your transit van , you can sit on your sofa , you can be sitting on the edge of your bed . You don't need to be in the church because , when you look at all this stuff , all this was done outside of the church , outside of what we understand the church . So , coming back very , very quickly , we've got 10 minutes and we're going to click out . We'll be off air and we're going to break bread in just a few moments . It'll be served in a moment . So let's just recap . Jesus says I am the way , the truth , the life . No one comes to the Father except through me . Jesus is the way . He says do not let your hearts be troubled . Trust in God and also trust in me . And at the cross of Calvary there was no baptism , there was no pastors , there was no prayer team , there was no Christians , there was no . Yes , there was followers of the way , but not as we understand it today . So when you look at the cross , the cross gives freedom , so as we break bread and take it a cup . Today , we're not doing it because the church has put it in place . We're doing it because of Jesus , through God , through the Holy Spirit , through Scripture . It is all through Scripture . So let me just come back to this quickly . I kept talking about Muslims earlier and multi-faiths , and whatever way you want to look at that . Think about this for one minute before we come to the table . Many uncountable stories . This is what's happening across the world outside of the church as we know it . Uncountable people are going to bed at night as Muslims in a Muslim house , in a Muslim family , going to bed in a house that serves Buddha , foreign gods going to bed serving foreign gods , and in the middle of the night they're having visions of who , jesus . And they wake up in the morning and guess where they ain't been To church , guess where they didn't know what existed Church , guess who they didn't really talk about in that house because it was not allowed . They didn't talk about Jesus , there was no Bibles . But they wake up in the morning and they go . I've had a visitation . Jesus Christ has changed my life . And they wake up not as a Muslim , not serving Buddha , not serving the devil . They wake up without going to church , without a baptism , without a Bible , without a preacher or a teacher , and guess what ? They're born again , because being born again comes from above . We ain't got to run to the church . You ain't got to run to the latest revival that's going on . You ain't got to buy a ticket . If you've got to pay for a ticket to get in to see Jesus , jesus ain't in there . Let me tell you that , in the name of Jesus , jesus is free because he says I am the way , the truth , the life . No one comes to the Father except through me . You will know the truth and the truth will set you free . If you're being charged to go to church for , let's say , a concert or whatever it is , if you're being charged , I don't think . Jesus is there . Jesus has left the building . When you think about it , jesus never charged for a sermon , he never charged for a prayer Free . Well , it wasn't free because the price had been paid All under the blood . Let's come to the table , father , in the name of Jesus , we break bread together right now and we take it a cup , and we're doing it because the Bible tells us . We're doing it because the Bible has told us . So , right now , lord , father , we take the bread . We break the bread , lord , in two , we take it , we dip it in the cup , father , just as the scripture says , and we say , lord , I pray right now that I will recognize , right now , that this symbolizes the body of Christ and the blood of Jesus . And as I take this , lord , I thank you , right now that my name is stamped in the Lamb's book of life . So , lord , will you cleanse me from the crown of my head to the sole of my feet . Lord , will you hold me tight at the cross ,
bless this bread in Jesus' name , Amen . According to scripture , he took the cup , he prayed over it , he'd done what he'd done and he said this cup represents , this is redemption . So , lord , I ask you right now , as I take this cup , you will cover me in the blood of Jesus again and again and again . So , father , I thank you that blood was shed at the cross and I thank you , father , that my life belongs to you . And , father , no weapon forged against me shall prosper . So , lord , I thank you , lord , that we are covered in the blood from the crown of our head to the sole of our feet . Amen , in Jesus name . You know there's nothing more powerful than breaking bread at home , taking a cup at home . Take it to work with you , take it to school with you . You haven't got to be in the church , because when God gave the instruction in Exodus there was no church when Jesus done that for his last physical time . But he said as often as you gather together , do this in my name . And in the Old Testament , in the book of Exodus , it tells us that God said this will continue for generation and generation and generation and generation and generation , because it's not a religious exercise . It's remembering about the Passover lamb . It's remembering about Jesus Christ . Is that lamb what was spoken about in Exodus ? The lamb that was slain . What did John say when Jesus came around the corner ? What did he say ? Oh , here comes Jesus . No , he didn't say that he knew who he was , but he went the Lamb , the Lamb of God . So he was telling us that the scriptures were being fulfilled . It's the Lamb of God and he baptized him in that beautiful river . So when you think about what we're doing , you can do it at work , you can do it sitting in the field , you can do it sitting at home , but all we've got to do is just shut down for a moment and say , jesus , I'm going to break this bread right now and I'm going to take this cup . Yeah , I might be on my own , it doesn't matter , it doesn't matter . But when you do that , it is so powerful . It is so powerful . So it's not just held in for Sundays , it's for every day . And if you're at a church where they don't do it at every service , is it a real church ? Every service , there's no reason why it can't be done . There's no reason why we can't break bread when it's just me and someone in here . As often as you gather , as often as you gather , what are we doing today ? We're gathering . What does church do ? It gathers the saints . It gathers the brothers and sisters . So , every church , every service , we need to break bread and to take it a cut . Let's just come before the Lord . We've just got two minutes , just over two minutes , father , in the name of Jesus . We recognize that there was no preachers at the cross . Well , actually , there was the greatest preacher the world had ever known , because he gave the greatest message and it was delivered in three minutes Less than three minutes actually , because he said to Nicodemus you must be born again . That is the greatest sermon that's ever been preached . No one will deliver a sermon like that . You must be born again , jesus and one man . But that sermon has ricocheted around the world . That is the greatest sermon the world has ever preached is this you must be born again . That's all you need to say . You must be born again . That's all you need to say . You must be born again . Because that's fact , and Jesus said that , the Nicodemus . So , lord , in this close of this online service , this service today , father , we recognise that our heart should not be in trouble , according to the word , that we've got to trust in our God and we've also got to trust in me , jesus . So we've got to trust in God and we've got to trust in our God and we've also got to trust in me , jesus . So we've got to trust in God and we've got to trust in Jesus . And Lord , we ask you because there are many like Thomas . In verse five , thomas said to him well , lord , we don't know the way to where you're going . How can we get to this place ? Jesus said I am . I am the way , the truth and the life . No one comes to the Father except through me . So if you're calling out for Jesus , he's actually already got you . What is happening to you right now is that your body is just recognizing that Jesus is real . Your earth suit is just catching up with Scripture . It has been fulfilled and has been spoken over your life . Fathers , we leave the house right now . Fathers , we click out online . Father bless those are online with us across the world .
