Speaker 0Now let's begin our daily prayer together . Where are you today ? What's your life looking like ? Do you need encouragement ? Do you need spiritual encouragement and uplift ? Let's get straight in . We're going to pray through Isaiah 40 , verse 31, .
Speaker 0But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength . Spirit of the living God . I've got a hope in you , lord , because the world outside , these walls , are no good to me , jesus , lord . These walls , lord , are keeping me hemmed in in this studio , lord . But when I step out in this studio , lord , but when I step out of the front door , when I step out of the studio , when I step out into school , life , work , culture , every area of life , lord , it's no good . It doesn't encourage me , jesus . I need encouragement , god , and the only place I'm going to get that encouragement is from your word . So pray , father , for my faith today . Lord , you tell me that faith cometh , lord , that our faith will accelerate . Father , we thank you that faith cometh from hearing the message , and the message is heard through the word of God . Faith cometh , and faith arises through the message , and the message is heard through the word of God . Encourage my sisters today . Encourage my brothers across the world today , lord . If they're feeling down , lord , lift them up in the Spirit . Lord , let the Holy Spirit in their heart , lord , be in their chest . Let the glory and the fire of God be over them . Let them realize , even though they walk through the valley of the shadow of death , there is favor on them , there is glory on them , there is power on them and there is the word of God in their spirit . Lord , I thank you for Isaiah 40 , verse 31 . But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength . Yes , lord , we're renewing our strength . In the name of Jesus , we're rising on wings as of eagles . Today , lord , we're standing on your word , father , we're standing on the hill of hope . We're standing , lord , on the rock of ages . We're standing on the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords . We're standing on that rock .
Speaker 0We come to you today and we need encouragement . Spirit of the living God , throw open the floodgates of heaven , pour out a blessing , lord , that you will saturate us with your presence . Lord , we need encouragement at work . We need encouragement and strength , lord , in decision making . Lord , help us to be strengthened when people around us discourage us . Help , lord , in encouragement for students . Encouragement in lonely days and lonely times . Encouragement in faith .
Speaker 0Today , lord , encourage us to keep going . Lord , encourage me to keep walking Because , lord , as I always say , it feels like sometimes , lord , you've zipped up heaven on me and , lord , it's trying to punch through , dear God , a concrete ceiling . But , lord , I know it's by faith , I know you're listening . I know , lord , before we've called , you've answered . I know , lord , it's already there and you're just requiring me to keep walking , to keep walking . It's already there and you're just requiring me to keep walking , to keep walking . But , lord , uplift me today , uplift us today , uplift everyone who hears this prayer time .
Speaker 0As we gather for scripture , as we gather for word , as we gather around the gospel of hope . Father , we thank you today for the great book in the world . We thank you for the holy word of god , we thank you for the 66 books , we thank you for the 40 authors , we thank you from Genesis through to Revelation , because it's a book of hope , it's a book of redemption , it's a book of power . It's a book , dear God , of hope and God is hope and we need our God . So , father , wherever we are today , give us encouragement today .
Speaker 0Help us , dear God , to be hopeful when feeling down and distressed . Father , you are a God that healeth thee . Lord , you are the God of encouragement in trials . So , lord , will you help us as we walk through the valley of the shadow of death , because we will fear no evil , because you are with us , your rod and your staff . They comfort us .
Speaker 0Lord , strengthen us today we pray . Strengthen us in days of discouragement , of fear , of doubt , of uncertainty . Lord , when we're walking on the quicksand of life , lord , will you encourage us today ? Lord , let your fire fall , let your glory fall , let your anointing Father fill us to the full measure . Our cup runneth over .
Speaker 0Lord , we encourage one another . Just like David , david encouraged and strengthened himself in the Lord , spirit of the Living God . We're strengthening ourselves in the Word . Today , we're encouraging one another in the Word . Today , we're uplifting each and every one of us across the world . Today , because the Spirit of the Lord is upon us . The Spirit of the Lord is on you today . The spirit of the Lord is on you today , wherever you are , however you feel in your human emotion , god is with you . Do not rely on your emotion , just pray . God lift me . He's the God of encouragement , he's the God of hope , he's the God of the impossible being possible . Thank you for joining us today .
