Speaker 0And now , in the mighty name of Jesus Christ , without further ado , let's begin to pray today . Now . This is what I need today . This is what I need today . I'm praying for peace . Do you need peace ?
Speaker 0John , chapter 14 , verse 27 , says Peace I leave you . My peace I give you . I do not give to you as the world gives , so do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid . Father , in the name of Jesus , I am afraid , I'm scared , lord , and I'm not , lord , worried about omitting it online on prayer . Lord . I'm scared , lord and I'm not , lord , worried about omitting it online on prayer . Lord . Sometimes I get scared , lord , sometimes I get fearful . Yes , father , even though Lord , you've called me , even though , lord , I walk with you , even though we're praying , even though we're walking by faith , and my God shall supply all my needs according to thy riches in glory , lord , I still get scared and , lord , that scared feeling takes away that peace and I need peace today for my heart and , brother and sister , I pray for peace to you today . That back end of that scripture that we're in I'm going to read it one more time because this is really relevant for me and for you , wherever you are through this daily prayer time together John 14 , 27, . At the back end it says Do not let your hearts be troubled . Trust in God , do not be afraid . Hallelujah , father , I pray today that we will not be afraid , that we will stand on the rock of all ages .
Speaker 0Lord , we need peace for our lives , lord , we need peace for the mind , the heart , the body , the soul , lord , the families , lord , that need help in such turmoil and traumatic situations . Bring peace , lord . Father , will you give peace in anxious days ? Will you give peace in stressful times ? Lord ? We need peace across the world through justice , through the Middle East , through Jerusalem , through Israel . Lord , through the workplace , lord , just Lord , through trouble , through life .
Speaker 0Today , jesus , lord , I feel a bit troubled today and I need you like never before . And , lord , I'm not frightened of meeting it across the airways . Lord , to these uncountable people that are listening , lord , I feel a bit troubled , my mind is a bit wayward , but , lord , through this time of prayer with my brothers and sisters , lord , I thank you for peace . So I claim that peace today . I walk in that peace today . I walk in Philippians 4 , verse 7 . And I thank you . The peace of God will guard your hearts and minds .
Speaker 0Father , I thank you for peace . I will not partner with fear . I will not partner with anxious thoughts . I will not partner with stressful times . I will not partner with stressful times . I will not partner with what the world is doing .
Speaker 0Lord , I walk in faith , I stand strong today . So , lord , I thank you that I have peace in stressful times . I thank you , lord , that I have peace when I am afraid . I thank you , lord , that when my mind and my heart starts to race , I have peace . So , lord , I thank you that my God , my God , the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords , shall bring peace to all of our hearts today and as we pray , as we rest , as we focus , through this devotional prayer time across the world . Lord , I thank you that we lock shields of faith . Lord , we walk in hope together . Lord , we thank you , lord , for the authenticity of each and every one of us .
Speaker 0Lord , we're tired , lord , of the church , lord , ramping everything up . Lord , we're tired of the razzmatazz in church . We're tired , lord , of all the weak , woke messages and spirit of the living God . We want a sermon in church , lord , that's going to keep us strong . Lord , we're looking for peace when we go to church , when we come out of church , in ministry , out of ministry when we're at school , when we're at work , lord , we want to hear messages that will encourage us to live by faith . So today , lord , I thank you that peace abounds in our heart . Today , let us hear a message and a scripture , lord , that will increase our peace in you .
Speaker 0Today , father , we love you , spirit of the living God . We need you , jesus Christ , the living word . We thank you that the peace of God will guard our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus . And this is the day . This is the day , lord , where fear goes . This is the day where peace rises . This is the day that the Holy Spirit draws us closer to the cross of Calvary . And , father , we thank you for the cross , because at the cross there is peace . At the cross there is hope . At the cross , there is power . At the cross , there is salvation . At the cross , there is justification . At the cross there is redemption . Father , I thank you that we are redeemed .
Speaker 0So , lord , speak to my brothers and sisters , the listeners across the world today that partner with us , that are just listening , because we all partner with the gospel of jesus christ . So the scripture that we've been praying through is coming from the book of philippians , 4 , verse 7 , and the peace of God will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus . And the other reference is this John 14 , 27 peace I leave with you , my peace I give with you . Do not give as the world gives . Do not let your hearts be troubled . Trust also in me and do not be afraid . Spirit of the living God . We thank you for peace today and , lord , I thank you for my brothers and sisters , wherever they are across the world . Let the Holy Spirit be with them . Thank you for joining me today . My name's Reverend , ben Cooper . Until tomorrow .
