Speaker 1Now we're gathering for prayer and we're coming out of the book of joshua , chapter 5 , verse 12 the manna stopped . Oh , hang on , lord , the manna stopped . They ate the produce of canaan . Spirit of the living God , lord , we ask you right now , wherever and whatever nation we're in , lord , as we see a famine across the world Lord , the manna stopped and Lord , you fed them from the produce of the earth . So , lord , spirit of the living God , I pray , lord , for this spiritual dryness that is over the UK today , lord . I pray , lord , that you will feed us . Lord , you tell us man doesn't live by bread alone , but by every word that perceives out of the mouth of God . Lord , we need help today , lord . The provisions are dry . Everything , lord is drying up . Lord , we are spiritually dry here in the UK , we need provisions from heaven , we need the hand of God over this nation . So , lord , we pray for whatever nation we live in , whatever city we move in , whatever postcode we have , whatever zip code we have , wherever our home is . Today , lord , we need you to provide , lord , we need you to make a way because , lord , when we look across the platform of life , through church , out of church , lord , whatever way we live , father , we need , lord that you will , lord , supply all our needs according to thy riches in glory , lord , will you give us wisdom to manage finances ? Will you give us job opportunities ? Lord , for the unemployed , lord , will you help us Give us today our daily bread for families that are struggling ? Yes , lord , they're struggling today .
Speaker 1Jesus , oh God , we pray , lord , for provision . Today , we pray that you will provide , lord , that you will give us our daily bread . And today , lord , the cupboards will overbrim . Lord , the cupboards will overflow , lord . We pray , lord , that you will produce , dear God , miracles from heaven . Lord , we believe in miracles . You are the God of overflow , lord . We pray , lord , that you will produce , dear God , miracles from heaven . Lord , we believe in miracles . You are the God of overflow . Lord , you are a God of generosity and , lord , let that generosity , let that miracle , let that abundance flow , lord , where it is dry , lord , where things are happening across this world . Lord , we believe in overflow , we believe in the power of the Holy Spirit .
Speaker 1Give us today our daily bread . Father , let there be food in the cupboard , let there be food on the table . Feed the children , feed the parents , lord . I pray for those that are struggling , lord , to be able to turn the gas on to cook , to turn the electric on to cook . I pray for those that are crying right now that don't have any money to get children the food that they need . I pray for those that are crying right now that don't have any money to get children the food that they need . I pray for those that are worried about their children , lord , for their health , their strength . I pray that you are the God that fed them from manna , from heaven . But , lord , when the manna stopped , when the visualization stopped , when the manna stopped falling from heaven , lord , you continued to feed them .
Speaker 1So , lord , some of us are scared , some of us are frightened . Today , lord , some of us have got financial issues . Some of us are frightened . How are we going to feed the children . Lord , you tell us to live by faith , but God , come on , you've got to show up today . You've got to show up , god , because we've got no fuel in the car . We've got no diesel in the car , we've got no diesel in the van . We got no diesel in the car . We got no diesel in the van , in the truck , in the bus , lord , we got no petrol . Father , lord , the generator , lord . We cannot afford to put fuel in the generator , lord , we need electric , we need feeding .
Speaker 1Spirit of the living God , you tell us to live by faith and we need our God and Lord . I think what we need to do , in the name of Jesus , is come to the God of Israel and wrestle you , just like Jacob did . Lord , we're not letting you go until you bless us , spirit of the living heart . We're not going to let this book go , we're not going to let this word go , we're not going to let this go in the name of Jesus . Lord , the devil is under our feet and Lord , we got the word of God in our hands , in our heart , in our mind today , and you are the God of overflow , you are the God of generosity , you are the God , lord , that heals nations . You are the God , your timing is perfect . Your ways are just but spirit of the living God .
Speaker 1We need provision , lord . We need financial help . We need daily bread , trusting God as you provide . We are trusting you , god , because nothing else helps . Lord , our families have ditched us , work has let us go . We're tired , we're weary , we can't work , we're scared , we're worried .
Speaker 1But you tell us , lord , that you will feed us . Lord , when we are walking in the land of the enemy . So , lord , as we walk in the land , lord of the enemy , just as the Israelites did , spirit of the living God , we believe that you are providing . We believe , lord , that you are the God of Joshua , 5 , verse 12 . The manna stopped and they ate the produce all the way from Canaan . Spirit of the living God , Lord , as it stops , I ask you , god , that you will continue to feed us , because my God shall supply all my needs according to thy riches in glory , lord , show up today in everybody's life .
