We are living in end days . We are watching the book of daniel , the revelations of daniel , unfolding before our very eyes . Without further ado , let's pray . May the Holy Spirit strengthen you . You know , before we pray , I just want to lay this on the table . We are living in very powerful days and as we pray for these books at this moment in time , these six prayer themes that we have from the book of Revelations , they're difficult to pray through . They are very , very difficult to pray through . Because when you look at the book of Revelations , it's that prophetic , it's that powerful book of the ancients of days , and you know what . We are there and so often we try or I try not to think that it's here .
Speaker 0But without further ado , let's get straight . In the book of revelations , 14 , verse 13 , lord , we pray for encouragement in being faithful . But this is what the word of the lord says . Then I heard a voice from heaven saying write this blessed are the dead who died in the lord . From now on , yes , say yes to the spirit . They will rest in their labor , for their deeds will follow them . Oh god , in the name of jesus , this book of revelation , this apocalyptic book , lord , this book , father , this book that is just so full of incoming , lord , we just pray , father , that you will give us the knowledge and the strength to understand this book .
Speaker 0Lord , father , we pray right now for protection , encouragement , lord , in these end days , father , lord , it's tough down on this earth and we need encouragement . Lord , help us to persevere in trials . Help us , lord , as you tell us through the book of Revelations , 14 and 13 , to be faithful . Blessed are the faithful , father . We thank you that we are faithful and we are blessed and highly favored , praying for strength to remain faithful to christ in these last days , praying for peace in the face of adversity , praying for endurance in serving god , praying for rest in god's eternal promises , praying for hope in times of persecution , praying for joy in serving Christ faithfully , praying for the insurance of the eternal reward , father , lord , the eternal reward , oh , spirit of the living God , we thank you that our name is stamped in the Lamb's book of life and wherever we are across the world , father , we need to fire a guard because these scriptures are strong . These scriptures , father God , are speaking about the Father . We need to fire a guard because these scriptures are strong .
Speaker 0These scriptures , father God , are speaking about the end days , helping us to be faithful . You tell us that blessed are the faithful and Lord , help us to be faithful in deed and action and in word , lord , in our belief . Today , lord , as we look across the life , as we look across the platform , as we look across the plateau of life , spirit of the living God , if there's a day we need you , it is today . If there is a day , lord , we need encouragement in being faithful , it is today . If there is a day , lord , where we need encouraging for being perseverance , lord , and bringing perseverance to our heart . Help us to persevere , help us to press on , help us to keep this walk , help us to walk the walk , talk the talk . Help us to preach the gospel . Help us , lord , to pray for those that need prayer . Lord , to clothe those that bring us harm . Help us to water those that are thirsty . In the name of Jesus .
Speaker 0But , lord , we need help today , as we live in the end days , father , as we're waiting for the coming of Jesus , lord , the book of Revelation is strong , it's powerful and , lord , when we're tired and we're weary , lord , it's overwhelming . Jesus , lord , will you help this book to be revealed in our hearts ? Lord , will you reveal the book Because , lord , it's too much for knowledge , it's too much for self , lord , it's too much for me . Lord , trying to work it out , I can't work it out . Lord , help us with our attention span , help us with our thinking . Lord , remove anxiety today , remove fear today .
Speaker 0Spirit of the living God , we claim it , we call the things that are not as though they are . And as we live in the book of Revelation , as we see the word of God unfolding , as we are waiting for the second coming of Jesus . Lord , stir us today . We are waiting for the second coming of Jesus . Lord , stir us today . Fire this heart up of mine . Fire me up , lord , to be a Jesus follower , because you are coming back , Jesus . You're coming back through the clouds . You're coming back , lord , as you ascended , you are going to descend . Lord , pour out your spirit because we're tired , we are exhausted , but also we're fired up because we're ready for the second coming of Jesus .
