. We've got to wait in the quietness , and today's prayer is simply this it is good to wait quietly For the salvation of the Lord .
Speaker 1Lamentations 3 , verse 26 Lord , help me To be able To be still and to wait , because , lord , life is fast and furious . Help me , lord , to have patience . Help me to pray calmly . Help me to walk calmly . Help me , lord , not to act in frustration and anger . Help me , lord , to wait quietly for the salvation of the Lord . I thank you . It is good to wait quietly for the salvation of the Lord . And as we wait , lord , as we rest , we thank you for redemption today . We thank you , lord , as we wait patiently , in peace , lord , help us to take our time . Help us , lord , not to rush . Help us , lord , to focus on the task that is ahead of us . Help us , lord , not to keep spinning so many plates . Father , we thank you that we are not going to struggle anymore in stillness . We are not going to struggle waiting for our God . Your timings are just , your ways are perfect .
Speaker 1Spirit of the living God , as we walk together as brothers and sisters across the world , as the book of Lamentations 3.26 declares that the Lord is good . It is good to wait quietly for God's salvation . Spirit of the living God , as we learn to wait quietly , as we learn to be still in the quietness is not weakness , it is faith in action . So , lord , I thank you that quietness is not weakness . Stillness is not weakness , it is faith in action . And today , god , I thank you that salvation belongs to the Lord and those who wait upon him will not be disappointed . I thank you that salvation belongs to the Lord and those who wait upon him will not be disappointed . I thank you that we are saved . I thank you that salvation comes from above .
Speaker 1But right now , lord , give me patience in waiting , give me peace in uncertainty . Lord , help me to trust in God's timings . Lord , as we endure in the trials of life , lord , we pray for strength . In silence , we pray for faith while hoping , lord . We hope in God's promises that they're yes and amen . Lord , in the stillness , we got confidence today . In the quietness , we got confidence . Lord , we have courage .
Lord , we have courage today and we are not worried , lord , that our timings are completely different to your timings , because your ways are just . We have confidence in the salvation of the Lord .
Speaker 1We pray today for renewal while waiting . We pray as we wait , as we be still , as we reflect on life . As we see the weather changing , lord , as we see the seasons of life moving around , we wait patiently for God's timing . We trust in the timing of God today . And , lord , give us endurance in trials , help us in every area of our life .
Speaker 1Father , I pray today that you will give us patience and peace . Lord , help us to speak calmly and slowly . Help us , lord , to wait and to be still . You are the God above all gods , you are the King above all kings and it is good to wait quietly for the salvation of the Lord . But , lord , we thank you , lord , as we endure in the quietness , as we walk forward in the quietness , as we go through the valley of the shadow of death .
Speaker 1It is quiet , it is still , but it is good to wait because it is faith in action . The stillness and the quietness is faith waiting for God to move . So , lord , we thank you . That stillness is faith in action , waiting for our God to reveal himself , waiting for our King to reveal himself , waiting for our God . Lord , oh Jesus , we come to you today because this is a good day . We thank you for the book of Lamentations , chapter 3 , verse 26 .
