Speaker 1Right now , are you alone and do you feel isolated ? I know what that feels like . I know what it feels like to be in a crowd , to be in an enormous church , to be leading and to do this , but feel lonely and also to feel isolated . Let's pray , without further ado , psalm 27 , verse 10 . And it says Though the father and my mother forsake me , the Lord will receive me . Father , I thank you . When we get rejected by family , when we get rejected by friends , when we get rejected on social media , when we get rejected on social media , when we get rejected by the world , when we get rejected by color of what skin we have , when we get rejected by our education , when we get rejected by what we don't have , lord , I thank you that you never forsake us , because the Lord will receive us . So , lord , I pray for every one of us that feels lonely and feels rejected and feels isolated . Lord , this prayer today . So , lord , I pray for every one of us that feels lonely and feels rejected and feels isolated . Lord , this prayer today .
Speaker 1Lord , we want to take it a different drumbeat , lord . We want to pray today , lord , for God's presence in loneliness . We want to pray , lord , for healing in isolation . We want to pray for strength in God's love , comfort in solitude , lord , and the assurance of God's care in our lives . Lord , we pray for every one of us that walks in a crowd , walks in a busy place , but we're lonely . We work in a busy place , but we feel isolated . We've got a large family and we feel alone . We feel that we don't have a voice . Lord , help us , lord .
Speaker 1There's nothing worse than feeling alone and feeling isolated and feeling that no one cares and we feel unloved . So today , lord , we rebuke the work of lucifer because , lord , we are grafted into the
vine and the spirit of the living god is calling us into the kingdom of god . So , lord , we pray that you will put people around our lives , lord , that will carry us in prayer when we're tired and weary and lonely . I pray that you'll put people in our lives , lord , that will help us through every footstep of life . That today , lord , through the loneliness of life , through the fear of life , lord , that we will connect with God and that , lonely , and that vacuum within , inside of us , lord , will be filled with the love of God . We pray , lord , that that lonely void will be filled with the power of the word of God .
Speaker 1So today , lord , wherever the sisters are , for those that feel isolated , for those that feel scared for being alone , for those that are in a large corporation , a large area of work , a school setting , the family , a cultural thing , we just pray , lord , right now , that we will not feel alone in the crowd that we walk with , but , lord , that we will step out of the crowd and we will feel the love of the Father . Because , lord , if the crowd doesn't walk with us , if the crowd is not for us , dear God , get us out of the crowd , get us out of the family environment , get us out of the workspace , get us out of the family environment , get us out of the workspace , get us out of the church , get us out of the ministry , get us out of school , get us out of those settings . Lord , we don't want to walk in a crowd and feel lonely . We don't want to be surrounded by the do-gooders , lord , that don't care . We want to be surrounded by the fire of God and the presence of the Holy Spirit .
Speaker 1So today , lord , as we search Psalm 27 , verse 10 . We come to you right now and we pray , lord , for those that feel forgotten . We pray for those that feel forgotten in society and in life . We pray right now for those that are longing for God's presence in loneliness . We're praying for those that need healing in isolation , those that need comfort when they're feeling abandoned , those that need assurance in God's love , those that need strength in solitude , joy in God's presence . Lord , help us to connect with the body of Christ , not with church , not with culture , not with the way of the world , not with socializing , certainly not with social media . But help us , lord , to connect with the body of Christ . Lord , put people around us that will love us and care for us when we're tired and weary . Lord , to connect with the body of Christ . Lord , put people around us that will love us and care for us when we're tired and weary . Lord , put people around us that will give us courage
in the season of loneliness .
Speaker 1Lord , for those that are in the season of loneliness , lord , strengthen them today , whatever the time zone is in their life . We pray , lord , that they will feel the hope and the power and the strength of the eternal God and they will feel the peace of the eternal God , the God of Israel , and the strength of the eternal God , and they will fulfill . The peace of the eternal God , the God of Israel , and the love and the care of Jesus Christ . Help us today to make this a serious life declaration . Lord , we receive your mercy and your grace .
Speaker 1Lord , even when the world forsakes me , lord , we are not alone because we got the deity , the father , the son , the holy spirit , lord . We thank you , lord , for everyone around us , but , lord , we just need jesus . So today , lord , I pray that the spirit of the living God will remove loneliness . Lord , that the spirit of the living God will remove the fear of being alone . Lord . I pray , lord , for those that feel rejected from the world . I pray , lord , for those that feel abandoned , left on the curb of life , dropped out by family , pushed aside by husband and wife , isolated and pushed into a corner . Spirit of the living God , we pray , lord , for freedom today and we need , lord , the loneliness to go . Holy Spirit , we stretch out to you .
Speaker 1Today Our hearts are , lord , with those listeners and any one of us in the studio that feel isolated and feel alone . So come , lord , touch the heart of those that have been abandoned by the world . Draw them to the cross of Calvary , cover us in the blood and fill us with the greatness of God .
