Introduction and Ministry Support

Thank you for joining us today on a Daily Christian Prayer podcast with myself, Reverend Ben Cooper, recorded live here in London, England. Thank you for joining us as we lock Shields of Faith as we stand on the Word of God. Wherever we are gathered right now, I know that we are going to go to Psalm 121, verse 3 to 4. And the prayer is simple. God, will you protect us? Do you need protecting today? Do you need the protection of the Holy Spirit in your life? Do you need the fire of God in the bones that you walk in? Without further ado, we are going to get straight in. But if you can support this ministry, this ministry of rbchristianradio.net, this is a listener-supported ministry. We need your prayers, and also if you can click the hyperlink, buy me a coffee, just three pounds a month. Come on, let's get in straight into prayer. We're coming from the NIV, and this is what the Bible says from Psalms 121, verse 3 to 4. It says, You will not let your foot slip. He watches over you. You will not slumber. Indeed, he who watches over Israel will never slumber nor sleep. Let's go back and let's read this again. He will not let your foot slip. Thank you, Jesus. He watches over you. Hallelujah. You will not slumber, thank you, Jesus. Indeed, he who watches over Israel will never slumber or sleep. Father, I thank you that God never goes asleep. I thank you that God never goes asleep. That God, I thank you that you, dear God, are switched in and switched over. Lord, you do not need sleep. So right now, Lord, Father, we pray, Lord, for the prayer of protection over our lives. That God will watch over us and carry us in our lives. That we will feel your presence, your love, your mercy. And Lord, we thank you as we pray through Lord through this psalm, Lord, our foot will not slip in the name of Jesus. You are watching over each and every one of us. And Lord, we thank you that you will not slumber. Lord, you will not slumber and you will not sleep. You are Jehovah Jireh, Jehovah Nissi, Jehovah Shalom. You are our God. Father, we thank you, Lord, that you never get tired, you never get weary. You are the God that watches over Israel. And as we come to you right now, Father, we pray for such an outpouring of your spirit over each and every one of us that we will feel your presence, your love, your mercy, your saving grace. And as we stand at the foot of the cross right now, Father, we believe in the power of protection through the Word of God. Lord, we need our daily bread today. We need strengthening. So, Father, as we come to you, Father, we thank you that there is safety in the Word of God, that God is watching over each and every one of us. Lord, as we globally link together, the believers across the world, Father, we thank you that we got God's protection over our lives, over our workspace, over family, over friends. God, we pray today that the fire of God will rest over each and every one of us, that we will have safety at night. Lord, these Bible verses that we are bringing to the table, we thank you that they are alive. Lord, I pray, Lord, that we will keep constant watch, the assurance that God is with us. Lord, you never slumber nor you never sleep. Lord, you are our keeper. You are the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords. And Father, we thank you that God's protection is over each and every one of us. Father, we thank you that the safety of night is around us. Lord, our sleep will be sweet. So tonight, Lord, wherever we are, I pray, Lord, that our sleep will be sweet. And also, God, we thank you that you are watching over each and every one of us. You watch this and you watch that. You're with us in every area of life. And today's daily prayer is for protection when we are traveling. Lord, we pray that God will be our keeper, that the fire of God will be over us. Lord, that we walk in Psalms 121, that we will feel the presence of God. Your presence is near. Your glory is over us. Lord, we need divine, divine guidance today in our lives. We need protection from the enemy's work. Lord, we need, Lord, protection as the enemy fires the arrows, as the enemy throws the axes. Lord, as the enemy, Lord, tries to deal and tries to knock us off point. Lord, we we will hold on to that peace today. Lord, we will not slumber. We will not sleep. We're gonna keep rising in the name of Jesus. We're gonna move forward in the power of God. And today, Lord, give us today our daily bread. And Lord, we want to know that our God is our consistent protection. We need protecting 24 hours a day, seven days a week, because Lord, our bodies are tired, our minds are weary, Lord, and you tell us don't give the devil a foothold. But when you're tired and when you're weary, things look extremely different. So Lord, I pray, Lord, for protection over families, over life right now. Lord, I thank you that this word is alive, that your word is watching over us. Lord, we thank you that you are protecting children, parents, whoever we are. So, dear God, in the name of Jesus, we come to you with a whole open heart today, Lord, and we're praying for the power of God, the mercy of God, the favor of God, the anointing of God. But today, as we pray through Psalm 121, verses 3 and 4, we're looking for the protection and the power of the Holy Spirit. Lord, as we pray through this daily prayer, Lord, together, Lord, we thank you that our God watches over each and every one of us. And I ask you, God, that we will make this a life application today, that we will declare to the world that the Lord is our keeper. He never slumbers nor sleeps. Lord, I want to repeat that across the world today. I want to tell the world that the Lord is our keeper, he never slumbers nor sleeps. Spirit of the living God, I pray that the fire of God, the beauty and the majesty and the king that we serve will walk with every listener. Lord, every ear will hear, every tongue, dear God, will call on the greatest name. And at the name of Jesus, Lord, every knee shall bow on the earth, under the earth, through the earth, and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord. You are our keeper, you are our God. You never slumber nor you do not sleep. In the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Father, I pray that you will bless the listeners from the crown of their head to the sole of their feet in the most beautiful name, in the name of Jesus Christ. Come, Holy Spirit, may the Lord bless you wherever you are today. My name's Reverend Ben Cooper. May the Lord carry you and keep you until tomorrow.
