Introduction to Daily Christian Prayer

SPEAKER_00

Thank you for joining us today on our daily Christian prayer podcast with myself, Reverend Ben Cooper, recorded live here in London, England, as we gather around the Word of God for worship for prayer, as we look for peace through the Word of God. The only place that we'll ever find peace is through the Word of God. It's not through humanity, it's not through business, it's not through life, it's not through the church, it's not through ministry, it is through the power of the word of God. And if you're in true if you are in trouble at this moment in time, if you feel lost in your life, and I tell you this now, get a Bible. Turn to Psalm 23 and read it from 1 to 6 there. But we are in Psalm 23, verse 3, and this is where we sit today. You know, we're spending some time in Psalm 23, as you can gather. There is a theme rolling around right now, the prayers and the psalms of David. We need this psalm because this psalm is evergreen. This psalm will give you life, this psalm will close doors of the past. This psalm will tell you who the eternal God is. But without further ado, if you can read the show notes, that will be absolutely amazing. Please read the show notes, send us a review. Please click all the links that are applying to the review and whatever platform you're listening to, whether that's Spotify, whether it's Apple or Google, whatever podcast platform you're listening to, please take that time and send us a review. Also, we want to say thank you for those that are clicking the hyperlink and uh just putting and sowing a seed into this ministry. Buy us a coffee, you know. Thank you so much for those that pray with us. But come on, I'm I'm rambling, we got to get in. Time it, the clock is moving. Psalm 23, verse 3.

And this is what the scripture says He restores my soul, he restores my soul, he restores my soul, he guides me in paths of righteousness for his namesake. Oh, come on, God, you are the God, you are the Father of Isaac, Jacob, and Abraham. You are the King of kings and the Lord of lords. And right now, Lord, through Psalm 23, verse 3, he restores my soul.

Prayer for Soul Restoration

The prayer of David, he's gonna renew your strength, he's gonna carry you through the valley of the shadow of death. The glory of God is over you. Never give up, never give in. The power of the Holy Spirit is in your life, sister. The power of the Holy Spirit is in your life, brother. Whatever your life looks like, it's not gonna be like that for much longer because the power of God is moving and he's moving where you can't see. The Spirit of the living God is carrying you through the valley of the shadow of death. The Spirit of the Lord is over you. There are new beginnings, he's restoring your soul, he has a plan over your life. The power of God is working in you and through you. You have not dropped onto this podcast by chance. God has led you. God is leading you to prayer, God is drawing you to prayer, God is drawing us to prayer. And this is what the scripture says. And it says He refreshes my soul, he guides me along the righteous path for his namesake. Father, I thank you for your namesake. I thank you that there is power in the greatest name in heaven and earth. Lord, I thank you that the world bows to the name of Jesus. I thank you, Lord, that spiritual darkness bows to the name of Jesus. I thank you, Lord, that everyone bows to the name of Jesus. And Father, I thank you that we carry the greatest name in heaven and earth. And right now, Lord, as we carry this name, Lord, I thank you that you are refreshing our souls. I thank you that you are guiding us in the righteous pathways. I thank you that it's for your namesake. I thank you that we are bloodwashed, sanctified, children of the living God, that we are Bible-believing believers. Lord, that we are bloodwashed. And right now, I thank you for Psalm 23, Lord, that we're finding our strength in the Lord Jesus Christ. And pray, praise God right now, as you lead us, as you restore our soul. And right now, Lord God, I believe in miracles. We believe that the power of the Holy Spirit is over each and every listener today, as they're at work, as they're in home, wherever they are commuting across the world, and we pray for the love of God. And Father, we thank you as millions join us across the world, as we pray for restoration, as we pray for hope, as we pray for new beginnings. We believe in the psalmist. We believe that the psalmist was inspired by the Holy Spirit. We believe that

Psalm 23, verse 3 is our strength now. We believe that we are getting stronger in the Word of God. We're getting stronger in our faith. We thank you that our soul is restored. There is renewal when we are weak and tired. And Lord, as we record this live here in London, England, you are guiding us and the listeners right now. And as we pray right now, as the global church prays, Lord, as we shake the gates of heaven, as we lift up and shout a hallelujah to the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords. Father, we thank you that no darkness has no power over our life. Lord, we thank you that we are not fearful anymore. Lord, there's no anxiety in our lives because we have the leading of God. We have the direction of the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords. I pray, Lord, that you will strengthen our prayer life right now in the name of Jesus. I pray right now, Lord, that we declare that we make this a life application. We tell the world these words, God restores our soul and he guides us in righteous paths. Lord, I thank you that God restores our soul in the name of Jesus and He guides us on righteous paths. Father, I pray that the listeners, Lord, they will be guided by the Spirit of the living God. I pray that the listeners will realize that the power of God is restoring their inner soul right now. Lord, and they are blessed and highly favored. They are wonderfully and fearfully made. And Lord, I declare that the glory of God is over their lives, that the word of God is in their spirit, that they're healed, that they're restored. Lord, that they have complete peace. I thank you that you are refreshing them right now in the glorious name of Jesus. So, Father, we thank you for the prayers of David. We thank you for the psalms of David. We thank you, Father God, for your word, because your word is sharper than a double-edged sword. Right now, God, I thank you, Lord, that you are setting the captives free and there is freedom in the Word of God because who the Son sets free is free indeed. Spirit of the living God, let your anointing be over each and every one of us today. Let us find peace for the first time ever in our lives. Lord, we need peace. We are calling peace over our lives, and we're going to walk in holiness, purity, love, and we're going to walk in the favor of God. May the Spirit of God carry you wherever you are. Thank you for joining me today. My name's Reverend Ben Cooper. May the Lord bless you and keep you until tomorrow.
