We're in the book of Romans, chapter 8, verse 28. There is a purpose for your life, there is a plan over your life. All things work together for good. Do you realize? Yes, Lord, I do. Do you realize that all things in every situation, whatever it looks like, all things. The Bible
says all things. So as we are in this devotional time of prayer and this morning prayer, the evening prayer, let's trust in God's hand and God is going to lead us right now. It doesn't matter how hard it looks, it doesn't matter how bleak it may seem, there is a way forward because all things work together for good. Let's read this scripture, Romans 8.28, as we get into these quick-fired commuter prayers, wherever you are commuting on the school run, on the coffee run, whatever you are doing, whether you're just getting out of bed, going to bed, you've worked nights, you've worked days, you're whatever you are doing, whatever your life is reflecting. This scripture is for every one of us today, because the glory of God, His word is moving in your life. Don't you ever give up. Don't you ever give up. Don't worry about what your eyeballs see. You know, live by faith. Let's live by faith. And this is what the scripture says, and we know that in all things God works for good to those who love him, who have been accalled according to his purpose. Father, I thank you that the listeners have been called according to your purpose. Lord, I claim that scripture over their lives. I claim Romans 8.28 over every listener at this hour, that they will realize, Lord, that there is a purpose and they have
been accalled according to your plan. The plan of redemption, the plan of hope. Lord, I ask you, Father, that they will not fixate their gaze on what the world is saying. Lord, I pray that they will live supernaturally, that they will live in the power of God. And they, dear God, won't get caught and not be worried about the warfare that is out there. Lord, that they will walk in your supernatural grace. They will walk in your power, your love, your mercy. And Lord, whatever their eyes are locking on at this moment in time, Lord, that they won't worry about the email that's come through, the texts that are going backwards and forwards, Lord, the skirmishes in family, the issues at work, the problems in education, the problems in life itself, through relationships, Father, that they won't fix their eyes on the situation of the world, but they will fix their eyes on Jesus. According to Hebrews chapter 12, it says, fix your eyes on Jesus, the author, the perfecter of your faith. And right now we thank you, Father, that in all things God works. I thank you that all things
God works for good. I thank you that my God works, your God works for good. I thank you that it's not down to religion, it's not down to pastors, it's not down to me, it's not down to the leaders, it's not down to the family, it's not down to your best friends, it's down to God. So if God's gonna do it, let's get in the scripture today. Let's believe through the power of prayer as we pray together, we stand together right now, and we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him. God, we love you. Lord, we worship you, we walk with you, but Lord, sometimes our faith, Lord, gets a bit of a wobble. Sometimes, Lord, we feel a little bit doubtful. Sometimes I'm sorry, Lord, that I get a little bit sorrowful. Sometimes, Lord, I get myself in a bit of a pickle. But right now, in the name of holy Jesus, Lord, we come to you right now through the holy word of God. Lord, you are holy, holy, holy is the Lord, most worthy of all praise. Lord, we love you with all of our hearts. Lord, sometimes our lives don't reflect how much we love you. Sometimes, Lord, we live by the flesh. Sometimes we we pedal the bikes, bicycle of the flesh. Sometimes, Lord, we walk, Lord, by faith. Not as much as we should, as much as I should, but Lord, I'm trying, I'm learning. But Lord, help me, help us on the journey of life. And we got to tell ourselves today that all things work together for good for those who love Him, who have been called according to your purpose. We've been called, we've been chosen through this night prayer or the morning prayer, this devotional time together live here in London, England, we bring, Lord, as we face suffering, as we're searching purpose for millions of Christians, Lord, across this world in such hard times, Lord, we got to get in the word. And I pray that you will draw us in the word. I thank you that there is hope in trouble. Lord, I thank you, Lord, that there is no more pain. Lord, even in pain and loss and confusion, Lord, I want to thank you, Lord, that all things work together for good. I thank you, Lord, there is a purpose over the listeners' lives. I thank you, Lord, there is a purpose for each and every one of us. We're trusting in God's plan. Lord, through the suffering, through the pain, through the illness, through the tears, through the worries, through the scared feeling, there is a purpose for the trials that we are in. And in the storm that is breaking out over our lives, I thank you, Lord, that we're not looking to the storm. We're looking to the Creator of heaven and earth. And give us strength in hardship. Lord, help us right now in the name of Jesus. Lord, give us hope in suffering. Lord, help us to understand to get an understanding when the trouble is at the front door all day. But Lord, through the trials of life, we declare and we make this a life application today that all things work for my good. Tell yourself, sister and brother, all things work together for my good, because God's purpose is greater than my pain. I gotta tell you now, sister and brother, wherever you are through this moment of prayer, God's purpose is greater than our pain. So, Father, I thank you that your purpose is beautiful. You are sovereign, you are Jehovah Jireh, Jehovah Nissi. Now, Lord, I pray, Lord, as we come, Lord, to a pause in this prayer time, Lord, that you will move so powerfully over our lives that we will hear, hear,
and see that sickness has fallen. Lord, there's financial breakthrough, chains are gone, all things work together for good. Don't you ever give up. Don't give in. The power of God is with you. Don't live by what you see, live by what you believe. Get in the word of God. All things are possible to those who believe. May the Spirit of the Lord carry you today, wherever you are.
