Let's get straight in. God is providing, He is your shepherd today, and never forget. And this is what the Bible says in Psalm 23, verse 1 the Lord is my shepherd, I lack nothing. Father, I thank you that the listeners are lacking nothing. I thank you that the listeners, Lord, each and every one of us, we are learning every day, every second to walk by faith. Lord, this journey of a human being, Lord, I don't know if you know Jesus, but it's extremely difficult sometimes, Lord. Lord, being a human being, Lord, Father, oh my Lord, help us, Jesus. Father, we need help today because Lord, we look at this world and we're scared some days. Lord, I've got to tell you, Lord, some days I get worried. Some days, Lord, I don't want to get out of bed. Some
days I wake up sweating in fear. I've got anxious thoughts. Lord, my mind is racing. And Lord, we need calmness. Lord, help us. You tell us through the book, Lord God, of David. You tell us through the psalmist. You tell us very clearly, Lord, through Psalm 23, verse 1, that you are our shepherd and we lack nothing. But Lord, I believe right now, maybe the biggest area of lack may be in the area of peace. Lord, will you bring peace to our hearts? Will you bring peace to lives today? Lord, I crave for peace. Lord, I want to walk in peace. I want to walk in calmness. I want to walk in the glory, the power, the anointing of God. Lord, we want to walk in grace. We want to walk in the freedom of the Holy Spirit. So today, Lord, Father, we thank you that we lack no good thing. And today's prayer, Lord, is Father, just come. Be that shepherd, Lord, that we need. Be that guiding hand. Lord, help us. You provide for us. We need provision, peace, and security. As millions of believers are in prayer across the world right now. As we're praying through Psalm 23, Lord, we need provision. Lord, we really need a help. Lord, we're at food banks. Lord, we're at crisis. Finances, Lord, are gone. Lord, we there seems to be no hope across the
world. Father, all we got across the news channels is political, political, political. Father, we want to hear the voice of God. Lord, we want the church to rise in every nation, every town, every street. Lord, we don't want religion to take up. Lord, we want the cross. Lord, we want the cross lifted up. Lord, we want Jesus Christ exalted. Lord, we want to worship the King. We want to worship our shepherd, the great I am. Lord, you are Jehovah Jirah, Jehovah Nissi, Jehovah Shalom. And so today, Lord, Lord, we want to feel the shepherd's hand. We want to feel the provision of the shepherd. We want to feel the protection of the shepherd. Lord, we want to rest in pastures new. Lord, where we're grazing, it is barren. Lord, where the church is, it is barren. It feels spiritually dry. We're empty. We're tired. We're thirsty. You tell us, Lord God, that you can give us living water. Lord, the lady that went to Jacob's well, Lord, you said, Lord, come to me. Lord, you said the water that you're drawing from is no good. But Lord, she said, this is all we do. We've come here. This is Jacob's well. And you said, I can give you living water. Oh God,
we're thirsty. Lord, we need living water. Lord, our tongue is stuck to the palate of our mouth. Lord, we need feeding. We need watering. We need the word of God. We need a shepherd. Lord, this nation, Lord, this nation, the UK, London, England, Lord, we need shepherds. We need shepherds in pulpits. We need shepherds across every area of life. Father, the world, we are longing for shepherds. We are longing for guidance. Spirit of the living God, through this prayer time, we come to you today. Lord, provide, make a way, protection and peace today. Lord, we thank you for Psalm 23. We thank you that God's care is security as we record this live here in London, England. Lord, we thank you that there is provision in hard times. That our God is the shepherd of good gods. Oh, Spirit of the living God, come down right now. You are the God above all gods. You are the great I am. You are worthy of all praise. And Lord, let us make this a life application today. That the Lord is our shepherd. We lack nothing. He cares and provides for us daily. Lord, give us today our daily bread. Lord, we need daily bread. Father, we need the bread. We need the living water. Lord, we need the word. We need the power. We need the glory. We need the love. We need the hand of God over our lives. Lord, make a way where there seems to be no way. Lord, it's difficult. So Lord, we need a shepherd. So Lord, I pray for every listener today that they will know that God is their shepherd, that Jesus Christ is the door. That Jesus Christ is the way, the truth, the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. But Lord, we need a shepherd. Oh, please, God. Lord, our hearts cries. Lord, we need a shepherd. We need guidance, Lord, through the barren land. We need guidance, Lord, through this world. We worship you. We adore you. But right now, bless the listeners, Lord. Let the shepherd reveal himself to every listener today. Guide them through their lives and let the peace of God, Lord, which transcends all understanding, guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. Bless everyone today through the power of the Holy Spirit. May the Lord carry you and keep you, and may the blessings of the word fall at your feet. Until tomorrow.
