Thank you for joining us today on our daily Christian prayer podcast, recorded live here in London, England, with myself, Reverend Ben Cooper. May the Spirit of God be over you and whatever your life looks like, whatever lens you are measuring this life. I want to tell you that the Holy Spirit is with you. The God that we serve, the God that said, Let there be light, that God created you, and

God is with you. And we're going to jump straight into Matthew chapter 6, verse 9. We're in this beautiful prayer, the Lord's Prayer, the model prayer, the prayer for the morning, the prayer for the evening, this teaching prayer, God is teaching us to pray. I really believe God is bringing us back to the fundamental truths of the word of God. I believe God is bringing us right back to the real worship, and worship is prayer. Prayer is worship because when we realize what we are in, especially in verse 9, the scripture talks about hallowed be thy name. You know that word, hallowed be your name. That is true worship. That is so powerful.

But wherever you are, we thank you for joining us for these quick fired five-minute times of prayer, these commuter prayers as we gather around the word, as we look for peace, as we hold on to the anchor, the word of God. May the Spirit of God be over you. If you can read those show notes, that'd be absolutely amazing. May God bless you richly right now. But without further ado, we are in the Gospel of Matthew, chapter 6, verse 9, and this is what the Bible says: hallowed be thy name. Father, we come to you and we approach our God as our

Father in true worship. Hallowed be your name. Lord, we thank you that this, Lord, this is honoring God. Lord, your holiness. Lord, as we gather, millions of us gather for prayer daily as we as we pray of worship, the prayer of worship, hallowed be thy name. Lord, we thank you that the name, the name, hallowed be your name, is holy, is powerful. And Lord, as we call on the greatest name in heaven and earth, Father, we thank you that we go right through the curtain. We go right through the fabric. We go right the way through. We thank you that the temple curtain was torn into from top to bottom. And Father, we thank you that we got access to the Father through Jesus Christ. We thank you that Jesus says, I am the way, the truth, the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. We thank you that this Lord's prayer shapes us for worship in God. That this prayer shapes us for prayer and true worship. We thank you that the two blend together. We thank you that they

roll together. So right now we pray for the sisters and the brothers across the world. We pray that they will fill your holiness. We pray that they will call on the holiness of God. And Lord, as we stand together, we thank you that your name means holy. We thank you that you are worshipable. We thank you that through this daily devotional worship time, as we come to you, as we come through the gospel of Matthew chapter six, we say holy, holy, holy is the Lord, most worthy of all praise. And we believe that today, this time together, as we gather across the world, we say, holy, hallowed be thy name. We thank you, Lord, that as we are praying, we are being taken into a position of worship. We are going into the posture of true worship as we lift the name of God. Father, we thank you that this prayer, that this prayer that Jesus Christ has given us, teaches us and shapes us for prayer through reverence. Father, we thank you that through reverency and holiness, Lord, we get closer to the eternal God. Hallow be thy name.

Faith, Adoration, and Freedom in Truth

SPEAKER_00

Lord, we pray today that your holiness, your grace, your worthiness, Lord, your goodness, Lord, as we pray, as we pray this prayer of worship, as we pray this prayer of hope, Lord, as we say, Thy kingdom come, Lord, as we say, holy, holy is the Lord. We step out in faith right now. We believe in the word of God. We believe that there is healing in Matthew chapter 6, verse 9. We believe that holy is the name. We thank you for this worship daily devotional time together. As we pray, as we lift up God, as we honor God's holiness, Lord, we pray that you will draw us into pure adoration for our God, true worship, right down to the core, right down to the bone, that we worship God, that we adore you. Lord, that we lift up adoration to our God and our King. And today, Lord, through the Lord's Prayer, through this worship time, through reverency in prayer, Father, we believe in miracles. We believe in the power of God. We believe in holiness. We believe in true worship. You tell us that you'll know the truth and the truth will set you free. You tell us that we are worshippers, and the worshipers will worship in spirit and in truth. And I thank you that the listeners are worshiping in spirit and in truth. By the Spirit of the living God, I pray that God will draw you. By the power of his holy name, God will draw you. By the word of God, God will draw you. Wherever you are, God is holy and he will not share his glory with no one. So right now, Father, we make this a life application. We declare it across the world that we want to hear the Father's heart. We want to hear the rhythm of heaven. We want to hear the whisper

of God's word right in our innermost being. But we declare across the airways today that I lift God's name in holiness and true worship before anything else. That I lift up the name, I lift up God's name in holiness and worship before anything else. Father, I pray that you will bless the listeners today. Lord, that you will give them comfort and peace as they pray through this beautiful prayer in the most holiest name, in the name of Jesus. May God bless you and never give up until tomorrow.
