Thank you for joining us today on a daily Christian prayer podcast with myself, Reverend Ben Cooper, recorded live here in London, England. Wherever you are today, whatever your emotions are, however you are looking and reflecting and pondering over your life, I gotta tell you that there is forgiveness over our lives. I gotta tell you that the cross has been fulfilled, the scriptures are alive and well. And we're in the Gospel of Matthew chapter 6 verse 12.

You know, you might be running to the coffee machine, you might be running uh on the school run, you might be just getting out of the sack in the morning, you might be getting dressed, having a shave, you might be having this played on your Alexo, you might be in the car or the van, wherever you
are. This is reality. You know, we record this live straight out of the barrel of truth. You hear me cough, you hear me sneeze, you hear me get me lips all tangled up, you know, like a dodgy set of laces. But we keep going, we keep going, you know.
May God bless you in the name of Jesus. There is fire over your life, and I want to tell you today we are forgiven. There is no guilt. Don't allow guilt to resonate in your spirit. But
without further ado, let's get into the prayer. Let's carry this through in the name of Jesus. This is a great prayer, by the way. Teach yourself to pray through the gospel of Matthew chapter 6, verse 9 through to 13.
Father, we thank you for this scripture and forgive us our debts as we also forgive our debtors. Father, I pray right now for forgiveness. Lord, I'm not very good at this one. Lord, this is where I come last, Lord. Oh Jesus, this is where I come last. Help me to forgive, help me to understand, Lord, the power of forgiveness. Help me to recognize, Lord, and to come to you. And Lord, I ask you, Lord, that I, oh dear God, will have forgiveness over my life, that I will understand what it means to forgive, to lay it down at the cross, not to harbor anything, not to carry anything, Lord, because it eats me away. Lord, it eats me from the inside out. So, Lord, help me to forgive. Help me to come to the cross of Calvary. Lord, you have forgiven us. Lord, you have washed us by the blood of Jesus. So, Lord, I pray right now that you will help me. You will help me be a forgiving Christian. That, Lord, when things come my way, when history rises its face, when certain characters come to my life, I pray, Lord, that I won't get anxious. Lord, that I won't remember things, but Lord, I will realize that I've laid them at the cross of Calvary. And Lord, help me to have forgiveness in my heart. Lord, help me to carry forgiveness right now in the name of Jesus. Help me to forgive. Lord, you have forgiven us our debts. So, Father, the global church together, we stand on the word of God. The prayer for forgiveness, the confession prayer is today. Lord, forgive me because Lord, I do not forgive easy myself. So, will you help me today? So, Lord, I got a confession of prayer. Lord, I'm not dear God very good at this one. Lord, I struggle with this one. Lord, when someone brings something to my door, Lord, oh Jesus, I don't know what to say across the mics, but you know what I'm saying, sister and brother. You know what I mean wherever you are across the world. Lord, I don't want to rise
in the flesh. Lord, I don't want to backbite. I don't want to jump on the social media and send a nice little message in the name of Jesus. Lord, I don't want to get on the on the on the table tennis, Lord, backwards and forwards between this person and that person. He said, she said, they said. Father, I don't want to get in the grapevine of church. I want to walk in purity and humbleness. I want to walk in the Spirit of God. And I confess today, Lord, that forgiveness is my weakest part of my life. And will you help me to walk in that? Will you help me to run in that? Will you help me to be still in that? So, Lord, I thank you that you have forgiven us. So, Lord, you tell us to freely give as Christ gave. Forgiveness, give it freely in the name of Jesus. Lord, we call on the greatest name in heaven and earth. And Lord, I thank you for the sisters and brothers that we will walk humbly, that we will walk in humility, mercy, and freedom.
That today, Lord, through the gospel writer of Matthew 6, verse 12, the forgiveness prayer, the confession prayer, the prayer of restoration. The prayer today is forgiveness. Forgiving others, Lord, we pray for your mercy and your saving grace. Lord, we thank you, Lord, that there is healing in mercy. There is healing in forgiveness. And we walk in forgiveness right now. And Lord, we ask for reconciliation in the name of Jesus Christ. We pray that we will make this a life application. Help us to make this scripture, Matthew chapter 6, verse 12, a life application. I declare to the world today, Lord, I am forgiven in Christ and I forgive others in his name. Lord, I want to shout that again right now in the name of Jesus. I want to tell all the backbiters, I want to tell all those, Lord, that I forgive them in the name of Jesus. Lord, all the arrows that come by day, Lord, all the pestilence that stalks about, Lord, all the texts, all the emails, all that Razmatazz that comes down our tubes. Father, we want to declare to the world today that I am forgiven in Christ and I forgive others in his name. Lord, I thank you for your name and bless the listeners today. Lord, let your love and your mercy carry them through this life. Bless them from the crown of their head to the sole of their feet. Let the love of God, the power of the Holy Spirit be over them today. Never give up, never give in. My name's Reverend Ben Cooper.
