Thank you for joining us today on our daily Christian prayer podcast with myself, Reverend Ben Cooper, recorded live here in London, England. Wherever you are, the word of God is with you. You are a born-again Christian. You are not here by chance, not by coincidence, because chance and coincidence doesn't exist in the kingdom of God. That's the devil's word. You are here because you are blessed. You are praying with me, and I'm praying with you because we need each other in this prayer throne room. And wherever you are, get in your prayer closet, whatever that looks like, whether it's the staff room, the van, you know, the front room, wherever you are, get in that posture of prayer. Whether you're running to the coffee machine, you're running the children to school, you're running backwards and forwards here, there, and everywhere. Get into prayer. Come on, put this on your car, put it on your uh your your Alexa, put it on whatever you smart TV, get it through your ears. Let's pro together. Come on, world, wherever you are. The devil is a liar, you are blessed and highly
favored. We're jumping into Psalm 51. This is a bit of a toughie in the name of Jesus. Psalm 51, verse 10. Oh God, here we go. Create in me a pure heart. Father, create in us a pure heart, oh God, and renew a steadfast spirit within me. Lord, I need a steadfast spirit within me. Lord, come Holy Spirit right now, wherever we are. Create in us a pure heart. Lord, our hearts, Lord, my heart might be corrupt. I don't know, Lord. My thinking's sometimes a little bit weird. And Lord, I need your Father God to cleanse me, wash me. And Father, I pray for the sisters and brothers that we're bold enough to tell the world, I want a pure heart in the name of Jesus. Lord, I want a pure heart, I want clean hands. And Lord, I want to have a renewed spirit, a steadfast spirit within me, according to the psalmist, the prayer of David, Psalm 51, verse 10. Father, we declare the word of God over our lives today. Lord, we declare freedom is a path, dear God, to go forward. Lord, forgiveness is the way. So Lord, I ask you that we will forgive as you forgave us. So Lord, let us remind ourselves that forgiveness is a path to freedom.
Lord, I thank you right now, Lord, that David's cry after failure. Lord, as David cried out after failure, Lord, will you forgive me? Lord, will you forgive me? Lord, I've done wrong. I've made a mistake. I've dabbled in the area I shouldn't have dabbled in. Lord, I've made a wrong decision. Lord, my flesh was craving and I listened to the itch of the flesh. Spirit of the living God, I need you in my life. Father, will you hold me steadfast today? Lord, as David cried out, as the psalm of David, the prayer of David, Father, he cried out after failure. And Lord, after I failed, I cry out to you right now. Give me a clean heart. Give me a clean heart. Lord, we're longing for a cleansing. We're longing for a renewal. Lord, Holy Spirit, come, Lord. We pray where lives are shattered that you will rebuild them. We pray for those that are going through guilt, that you will restore them right now in the name of Jesus. We pray, Father, for this scripture, Lord, that the Spirit of the living God will wash away any shame. If any one of us is still walking in shame, Lord, we pray that that will break now at the name of Jesus, that shame will go, guilt will go. We will be healed from the past. Right from the past, every second, every moment. We need healing, Lord. We cannot live the way we're living. Lord, we need a clean heart. We need forgiveness of sins. Lord, we need a renewing of our faith. All of us, all of those, whoever they are, that are carrying guilt and shame. Lord, will you deal with us today in the name of Jesus? Father, will you bring grace over our lives? Father, will you bring purity through the actions of the word? We need the Holy Spirit. Lord, and there are many of us that need joy to return. Lord, we forget what it feels like to be joyous because Lord, sometimes we're always walking in shame and in guilt. We're always walking in the ifs and the buts, the buts and the possibilities and the maybes. And Lord, we don't want to walk in the ifs, the buts, the possibilies, the maybes. We want to walk in grace. We want to walk in freedom. So right now, Lord, Father, we thank you that the blood of Jesus is over us. And because of the blood, Lord, we come to you with a repenting heart and forgive me of my sins. Forgive me, Lord, when I fail you. Forgive me when I make mistakes, when I say the wrong thing, when I do the wrong thing. Lord, when the when the flesh overtakes, I'm sorry, God, but help us in the name of Jesus. Father, make a way where there seems to be no way. Give us mercy, Lord. I need more mercy. Lord, I need lashings. I need rivers of mercy. I need rivers of grace. Lord, I need you to wash away the guilt, the shame, the fear,
the doubt, the uncertainty. I need favor over our lives today. And we declare the word of the Lord. And we believe as we make this a life application, that each day, Lord, we ask for a renewal, a clean heart. Lord, a clean heart today, a clean heart. Lord, we need your mercy. We need your saving grace. We need a miracle over our lives. So Lord, will you help us? Will you carry us right now, Lord? Oh Jesus, in the name of Jesus. Father, we pray for forgiveness. Lord, I ask you that you will help everyone, every brother, every sister. Lord, as we record this live here in London, England, as the psalmist writes, after complete failure in his life, when everything went wrong, when it hit the fan, this is what he says: create in me a pure heart, oh God, and renew a steadfast spirit within me. Father, I thank you that it is yes and amen. Lord, I thank you that we are cleansed by the blood of Jesus. I thank you that our sins are at the cross. And Lord, I repent and I come to you today and say, Father, forgive me of my sins from the bottom of my heart. Lord, this is not lip service, this is a cry from within. This is a cry from the gut. This is a cry from the heart. This is a cry deep within myself. Forgive me and wash me in the crimson tide of the blood of Jesus. Lord, the prayer is the same for each and every one of us. Bless the listeners today, wherever they are. Father, I pray that they will not allow guilt and shame to shadow their blessing. Father, remove the shadow of guilt and shame in Jesus' name and thank you, Lord. We are walking in grace. You are walking in grace. You
are blessed and highly favored. God is with you. God has taken everything from us. It is at the cross. So let's ask God to deal with our mind because that's where it sits. Deal with my mind in Jesus' name. Amen. Until tomorrow.
