Thank you for joining us today on our daily Christian prayer podcast with myself, Reverend Ben Cooper. As we gather across the world, we're recording this live here in London, England for our quick, fired, five-minute commuter prayer for encouragement, peace, and biblical truth. Life application, because that's what we need. We need life application. We need God to show up in the physical realm. Yes, we know He's in the spiritual realm. Yes, we understand that. The preachers preach all that, but Lord, I want my God to show up in my practical world. I need you performing right now in the name of Jesus. I've got to feed the kids, I've got to get the work. Lord, I've got to find strength. I need healing. I need miracles, God. It's all right for them on a Sunday morning, shouting it and screaming it from the pulpit. But Lord, they want to live my life. They got to be in my shoes. So Lord, I need strength in
the name of Jesus. Wherever you are, let's pray for strength today that God will give us strength, not just to get to church, not just for two hours happy clappy on a Sunday, but every second of our day. You know, Father, I pray today for the listeners, wherever they are, that they will feel the love of God in the name of Jesus. And God is going to give you strength.
We're going to read the scripture today as we always do, and it is front-loaded today. We are in Psalm 27, verse 1, prayers for protection, deliverance, and the light of God. And we will let that light shine and we will find strength today. God is going to strengthen you today. This is what the Bible says in Psalm 27, verse 1. The Lord is the light of my salvation, whom shall I fear? The Lord is the stronghold of my life, of whom shall I be afraid? Lord, there is no one on earth that any of us should be afraid of. No government, no kings of this world. There's only one king. There's only one king. As the Bible says, work out your salvation with fear and trembling. Right now, Lord, we are not going to be afraid of anyone
on earth. Lord, the devil is a liar and the devil is under our feet. Every satanic agent is under our feet. Every satanic word, every situation is broken at the name of Jesus because it is by his stripes I'm healed by the blood of Jesus. I am washed from all sin, all iniquity, all our transgressions were upon him, and he has given us peace. So right now, Lord, Father, we pray that the Lord is the light of my salvation. Lord, I thank you that we are saved. We thank you that we are Bible-believing believers, that we are the John 3 3, that we are born again, spirit-filled, blessed and highly favored, wonderfully and fearfully made. Lord, I thank you that you, dear God, created us, Lord, for your good work. Father, I thank you that we are born again, that we are men and women of the kingdom. Lord, that we don't belong to the world. We don't belong to the dark side. We belong to the God of Israel. We belong to the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords. And Lord, I ask you that we will let our light shine. Lord, that our light will shine at work, at school, at home, in relationships, at church, in religion, wherever we go. Lord, I pray that the radiance of God, the grace of God, the power of God, Lord, that we will let our light shine. Father, I thank you that the Lord is the light of my salvation. Whom shall I be a fear of on this earth? The Lord is the stronghold of my life. God has you. You are strong, not because of your strength and your capabilities, you are strong because of the power of the Holy Spirit is within you. And no matter how you feel in your spirit, how matter how you feel in your emotions, how you feel within yourself, you are strong because greater is he that is in me than he that
is in the world. And I'm telling you, sister and brother, don't be afraid of the giants. Don't be afraid of the bullies. Don't be afraid of the abusers. Stand up in the word of God. If you are in a relationship in the name of Jesus and you're being bullied, I pray that God, He has and He will make a way in the name of Jesus. Father, we pray for those abusers that come against us in the name of Jesus. We pray for the bullies. Lord, we are not going to be afraid of the abuser anymore. We're not going to allow the bully at school. We're not going to allow the social media to bully us, to control us. Lord, we are free. We are children of the most high. Lord, we thank you that we carry the word of God. And we're not going to be bullied through our young adulthood or through, dear God, our childhood. We're not going to be bullied anymore. We're not going to allow culture to control us. We're not going to allow pastor to dictate. We're not going to have spiritual abuse. We're not going to allow it because we're going to rise in the name of Jesus. Protect us from harm. Deliver us from fear. Give us spiritual courage right now in the name of Jesus. Protect the children and the families in danger. Lord, we pray for believers that are in persecution right now across the world. Those that are in disaster areas, war zones, Father, in the name of Jesus. Give us faith to stand firm. Father, give us discouragement, Lord God, against the evil. Father, let that be gone. Lord, Father, Lord Jesus, in the name of Jesus. Evil is gone. You know, do not allow the discouragement of evil to hold onto you. Let it go at the name of Jesus. Give it to God right now. The light of the world is in you. You have power to overcome, not because of your autonomy, not because of your skill set, not because of you, but because of him. Because greater is he that is in you than he that is in the world, and the fire of God is over your life. Tell yourself every morning, every morning I'm going to remind myself that the Lord is with me. Every morning I'm going to remind myself I'm well. Every morning I'm going to remind myself I'm healed in the name of Jesus. And Lord, I have the light of the world, and you are my salvation. And I take authority today over every Goliath, every abuser. Lord, I'm not going to be abused at work. I'm not going to be abused on the WhatsApp group. I'm not going to be abused on social media. I'm not going to be spiritually abused at church. I'm not going to be abused in my marriage. I'm not going to be abused, Lord, by the kids. I'm not going to be abused by any human being. Because, Lord, I'm walking out in the name of Jesus. You're making a way where there is no way, Lord. God, I thank you, Lord. I'm not going to be afraid of any human being. I'm not going to allow anyone to control because I'm free. And who the sun sets free is free indeed. And right now, Lord, we pray for those that are caught in abusive relationships that they will find freedom. Lord, we pray, Lord, that we will not be afraid of any human being. Because the Bible says in Psalm 27, verse 1, there is freedom. The Lord is the light of my salvation. Whom shall I fear? The Lord is the stronghold of our lives. Of whom shall I be afraid? No one. No devil, no human being. I'm blessed and highly favored. We're wonderfully, we're fearfully made. We're above and not beneath. We're the head and not the tower. We are chosen for great things. The blessing of God is over you, brother and sister. The glory is over you. Grace is over you. Do not allow the abusers to carry on. There is a way forward. His name is Jesus.
God is opening doors. God is making a way in your life. You're going to walk out. You're going to be free in the name of the Father, the Son, the Holy Spirit. God is protecting you. Do not be afraid of the Goliaths in your life. Do not be afraid of the abusers. Bring it to
