Thank you for joining us today on a Day Christian Prayer Podcast with myself, Reverend Ben Cooper, recorded live here in London, England, for a quick fired, five-minute time of prayer. As we gather around the word of God, as we just encourage one another, pray for one another, stand on the gospel of hope. Now, without further ado, let's just jump straight in. We're going to go to the great book of Psalms, you know, 23, verse 1, and we're going to just pray. We're going to believe that the Lord is just going to make all things renewed today, wherever you are. I just want to tell you that you lack nothing, that you lack no good thing, that the Spirit of the living God is over your life. He is your shepherd. And this is coming up a lot. Psalm 23, as we're praying, as we're looking, you know, this is coming up a terrific amount. It's one of those evergreen times, you know, where certain scriptures just keep blossoming in front of your eyes. And God is speaking through the book of Psalms. He's actually speaking from Genesis to Revelation. But without further ado, let's just jump straight

But without further ado, please continue to pray. We need your prayers. Now we're going to jump straight into the book of Psalm 23, the prayers of David. Here we
go. And this is what the Bible says the Lord is my shepherd, I lack nothing. Father, in the name of Jesus, we thank you that we lack no good thing. And by the power of the Holy Spirit, we pray that you will speak to us, that you will lead us, that you will draw us. Lord, we thank you for your good word, your good presence, your mercy, your saving grace. And right now, Lord, Father, we pray that the love of God, the power of the Holy Spirit, Lord, we ask you right now that we will recognize that you are our shepherd and we lack nothing. And right now, Lord, Father, will you pour out your spirit over us? Will you carry us in the greatest name in heaven and earth? Lord, will you will you just strengthen us today? Lord, you are our shepherd and we lack nothing. Lord, we want you, dear God, to move in our hearts, our minds, our bodies, our souls. And as we come to the cross of Calvary, Father, we thank you that you lead, that you feed, that you provide in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. So, Lord, we pray for those areas of our lives that you will lead us, Lord, into good pastures, that you will feed us, Lord, from manner from heaven, that man doesn't live by bread alone,
but he perceives everything that comes out of the mouth of God. So right now, Lord, Father, we pray that the promises of God will come right now. Let your glory, let your presence, let your mercy, Lord, just strengthen us in every area of life. But Lord, as we come to the cross of Calvary, Lord, we need a shepherd. Lord, there are no shepherds, Father. We need guidance. We need your love, your mercy. Father, there is fear all around us. We need to trust for God's provision. Lord, we need to find this contentment, this place where we sit, where we find freedom and peace in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. This scripture, Father, we thank you that you are leading us, you are feeding us, you are providing, Lord, for your children in everyday life situation. But as we go through the trials, the tests, the tribulations of life, Lord, we need your guidance into peace. We need to go, Lord God, into the valley, Lord, of joy. We need, dear God, to stretch out. But right now, wherever we are across this world, we pray that the fire of God, the love of God, the power of the Holy Spirit will carry us.
And today we trust in God's provision. Lord, we thank you that there is peace all around us, Lord, that there is financial blessing. Lord, that we are not governed by the financial stretch that we see with our eyes. Give us good wisdom, Lord. Give us good stewardship. Father, I pray, Lord, that you will bless those, all that are looking for work, all those that are employed. Lord, the resources that are to our hand. Father, I pray for the family economy situation. Lord, for those that are stressed, those that are fearful. Oh, Holy Spirit, we need you today, Lord. Let us shout aloud that the Lord is my shepherd. Lord, you're our shepherd. Lord, and we are worried, Lord, that we're going to lack, Father God. We're worried that we might lack because this is where the flesh overtakes. This is where we get worried. This is a place where we get fearful. So, Lord, we call on the greatest name in heaven and earth and at the name of Jesus. Every knee shall bow, under the earth, through the earth, every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord. And we thank you that you are our shepherd, and we lack nothing. We've got to speak to our lives today. We've got to tell
the world that we lack nothing. Your power, your word, your mighty. You are mighty to behold. And right now, Father, we pray that the word of God will encourage us, carry us, Lord, by the Holy Spirit. Lord, we've got to speak this word over our lives. We've got to tell the world around us that the Lord is my shepherd, that I lack nothing, Lord, that my confession of faith, Lord, comes across the airways today. Bless the sisters, bless the brothers, wherever they are. Let the fire, let the power, let the anointing of God just rest over them. Father, we thank you for your mercy. Your mercy abounds. Your goodness falls on us right now. But we recognize today that the Lord is our shepherd. We lack nothing. That Lord God, you are our shepherd, and all things are possible to those who believe. And today we pray that we will carry Psalm 23, verse 1, that the Lord is, Lord, that is an absolute, that the Lord is my shepherd. I, us, we, we lack nothing, and God is providing. The Spirit of God is over you. Wherever you are today, we pray that the fire of God, the love of God, the power of the Holy Spirit will carry you through the valley of the shadow of death.
Never give up. The Spirit of God is over you. We serve the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords. And I want to tell you one more time before I duck out of this prayer time. You know, as we've gathered around the word, the Lord is your shepherd, you lack nothing. Trust in God. Let's not live by what our eyes see, but let's walk by faith. Let's trust in God. Let's bring everything to the cross of Calvary. Spirit of the living God, bless the listeners today from the crown of their head to the sole of their feet in the greatest name in heaven and earth.
