I want to tell you that we are forgiven, that this is the day from Matthew chapter 6, verse 12 that we are forgiven. He has given us freedom, he has given us freedom because of the blood of Jesus. And this is what the gospel of Matthew chapter 6, verse 12 says. And forgive us our debts as we also forgiven our debtors. Father, today, I pray, Lord, for this word forgiveness. This is a big word, Lord. It's such a big area, Lord, of us in our lives. Father, as a human being, Lord, forgiveness is heaven's language for freedom. When Jesus said, forgive us our debts, he revealed the only way to get away from guilt and shame and resentment is to come to the cross of Calvary. Lord, we pray that every heart longs to be released. So Lord, we're looking for forgiveness and we're looking to forgive too. Two areas of our lives right now. Lord, we want to start
again. And right now, Lord, this area of life, Lord, the weight of bitterness, division, unforgiveness, Lord, is a doorway, dear God, to trouble. But Lord, we want to walk in peace. We want to walk in divine uh holiness. We want to walk in freedom. And Lord, if there's anything in our lives, if there's anything, Lord, that is making us feel guilty and shameful, if there's anything in our lives that we are not forgiving anybody for, or we are not forgiving them, Lord, this area of forgiveness, Lord, this is a scary one to pray today. Lord, I ask you, Father, that we will forgive. Lord, that we will forgive as Jesus cried out on the cross of Calvary. Father, forgive them, for they know no what they do. But Lord, I ask you now that you will bless every listener, Lord, every one of us today, wherever we are across the world, Lord, as we look at the cross, Lord, we thank you that the cross was triumphant over sickness, over disease. But Lord, them areas of unforgiveness. Lord, help me to be more forgiving. Help me, Lord, to reflect. Lord, help me to meditate on the word of God. Help me to reflect on that word forgiveness, to forgive as Jesus forgave me, Lord, and help me to lay it down. Help me to leave it at the cross of Calvary. Father, we understand that forgiveness is not weakness, it's a strength, it's an action. It's when grace overflows and healing follows. So, Father, I ask you that you will help me, Lord, not to realize that forgiveness is not weakness, but it is a strength in action where grace flows and healing just comes and abounds. So, Lord, we ask you today, wherever we are situated across the world, as the shepherd, Lord, is shepherding us, that we will forgive as we have been forgiven. And Lord, I ask you for the listeners today that have gone through serious stuff in their lives. Lord, those that have been manipulated, those that have been abused, those that have been mistreated, those, dear God, that have had everything thrown at them, I pray that every one of us
that lived a life like that, I pray in the name of Jesus Christ that we will live in forgiveness, that we will live in truth, that you you know the truth and the truth will set you free. So, Lord, we ask you today, wherever we are, that the Father's mercy will extend to us right now. And freedom begins where we forgive, and freedom is spoken. So, right now, Lord, Father, we thank you that forgiveness is in our lives. And Lord, I pray for the broken and the angry and those that are prideful. I pray, dear God, for those that are carrying burdens of guilt and shame, those believers, dear God, that are struggling with the forgiveness that we gotta forgive as we have been forgiven. So, Lord, this big area of prayer at this moment in time, help us, Lord, not to allow unforgiveness to rule us. Help us to walk in complete freedom. We thank you that it is by your wounds that we are healed. Lord, we are not weary anymore, we are not tired, but we are forgiven and we have freedom. Lord, help us to realize that through forgiveness, through the power of forgiveness, that we walk in freedom. And Lord, we thank you that it is this decision today that we walk in forgiveness, and that today is the day where we walk, dear God, and healing is unlocked today. The decision that unlocks healing. Father, we thank you that freedom unlocks the padlocks, freedom cuts the chain. Lord, we thank you that the decision to give and to forgive in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. I want to tell the world today, and I believe that the listeners will shout this with me as we make a public declaration. I am forgiven through Christ, and I will forgive others as he has forgiven me. Let's repeat that as we come to the close of this prayer. I am forgiven through Christ, and I forgive others as he's forgiven me. Lord, I thank you for the power of prayer. But Lord, I pray that we will unlock, we will unlock this prayer today, and we will unlock it and we will walk in freedom, and we will walk, Father God, in the love and the mercy of the Father. Come, Holy Spirit, thank you for joining us wherever you are across the world. May the Spirit of the living God carry you in the mighty name of Jesus Christ.
