Thank you for joining us today on our daily Christian prayer podcast recorded live here in London, England. My name's Reverend Ben Cooper. As we record this in this studio, this is where faith meets the world in daily prayer and global hope. Never give up in prayer. The glory of God is with you. I need to tell you something right now. He created you. He created you and He is drawing you out. There is something special about your life. Yes, I might be talking to uncountable people, but it's directed as and directed to you. It is directed to you right
now. At this moment in time, God is speaking directly to you through Psalm 139, verse 13. The prayer for identity and belonging. You've lost your identity, you don't know where you belong. You're waking up in the morning, you're tired, and you're weary. You don't know who you are anymore. The world is telling you you're someone different. The world is telling you something completely different to the word of God. But I want to tell you, saying, through the psalmist today, Psalm 139, verse 13. For you were created in the innermost being. You knitted me together in my mother's womb. I want to tell you that he created you before the foundation of the world. According to the prayers and the Psalms of David 139, verse 13. For you created. We are here
because the Father in heaven decided to bring you to earth. You are here because of the love of God. Your identity doesn't lie in your social media. Your identity doesn't lie in your family. Your identification doesn't lie in ministry and in church. You do not identify with the workplace. You identify to the kingdom of God. And as I pray and as I speak this through right now, I believe that your identity is being reshaped. I believe right now, as the power of God is speaking to your heart through this daily devotional prayer time as we gather for prayer, as we speak and pray, I believe God is calling you back to the first love. He loves you and the Spirit of the Lord is over you. I pray for the power of Jesus Christ in your life like never before. That you will find your identity through the scripture, that we will find our identity through the word of God.
That we are not shaped by the abusers, we are not shaped by the historical events, we are not shaped by the narcissistic controllers, we are not shaped by pastor, we are not shaped by the way of church and religion, we're not shaped by husband and wife, we are not shaped by the people and culture in our lives, we are shaped by the master's hands, and you are on the potter's wheel right now, and the master is shaping the clay, and you are unique, you are loved, and you belong to the master. The master is shaping you. All these years, the master's hands have been on your life. Even when we've been on the run, when we've been running from the father's house, even when we've been doing the prodigal son uh explository work in the in the way of the world, God has been shaping you. You are not abandoned, you are loved. You are not lost, you are found. There is power in the word of God, and I want to tell you through the prayer of David, through the Psalms of David 139, verse 13. For he created my innermost being, united me together in my mother's womb. God has put you together. He tells us through the word of
God. As we pray this through, as we believe this through, we we believe that the power of the Holy Spirit is in our lives like never before. And I believe in God's word. God's word is over your life. You are healed, sister and brother. You are blessed, sister and brother. Wherever you are, I pray that the mercy and favor descends on your life like never before. You have found your identity in God. Your identity is in the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords. You belong to the kingdom. Don't rely on social networks. Don't rely on people around you. Don't rely on the job. Don't rely on every situation that you're in. You've got to trust Jesus like never before. I want to tell you you are amazing. I want to tell you you are powerful. I want to tell you that you can. I want to tell you just as that Nike advert did all those years ago when they said that word, just do it. Just do it because you're capable. You're amazing because he's made you amazing. And I'm not referring to as the world says, I'm telling you, you are amazing because you are wonderfully and fearfully made. You are blessed and highly favored. You are not lost. You are not abandoned. You are found. You are a child of the living God. And I want to tell you now, wherever you are, you are not here because of an accident. You are not here because of coincidence. You are not here because of your father or your mother's will. You are here because of Jesus Christ loves you. You are here because God has a plan over your life. Just because it looks like right up to now nothing has worked out. Just because it looks like nothing has come into being. Just because it looks like it's always impossible. You don't give up in your prayers. Don't you give up? You keep crying, you keep running, you keep crawling to the cross of Calvary. You keep calling on the greatest name in heaven and earth because the sun is about to rise in your life. You're walking through the valley of the shadow of death, but there is fire over your life. There is freedom in your life. There is glory over your life.
God is with you wherever you are right now. The spirit of the Lord is resting on you. The spirit of the Lord is sitting on you, sister. God loves you. God loves you, brother. I've got to tell you right now, before we back out of this prayer, and as we pray through Psalm 139, verse 13, for he created your innermost being. Sister and brother, rise in faith. Rise on the word of God. Rise on wings as of eagles. Rise up today. Come on in the name of Jesus. It's taking everything you got, and you've got to rise up. It's taking every amount of energy you got, but you've got to rise up. Your emotions are gone. They're on the floor. They've been splattered across the world. But you've got to rise up. You've got to rise in the word of God. You've got to realize who you are in Christ Jesus. You've got to tell yourself I'm a warrior. I'm blessed and highly favored. I'm not who my family tells me. I'm not who the boss says I am. I'm not going to put up with those bullies anymore. I'm not who they say I am. I am a child of the living God. I belong to the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords. And my God has called me into destiny right now. I'm not going to live by the social network. I'm not going to live by the plastic people. I'm going to live by the king. I'm going to live by the word. I'm going to live in the spirit. The joy of the Lord is my strength. I don't need any human being in my life. I got my God. I don't need any rats in my life. I got the
king. I don't need no plastic people. I don't need social media. I'm closing my social media down, that account. I don't need that. I got my God. I got the word of God. I'm walking in the spirit. I'm not worried about what the world is doing. I want to know what Jesus is calling me to. Sister and brother, wherever you are, I pray that the fire will burn in your belly today. I pray that the anointing will rise you up today. I know that you are going to rise on wings of eagles. I know that you are going to stand strong because my God will not fail us. My God will not let us down. It looks like the chariots, the horses, it looks like Pharaoh is about to land. But God is about to do his greatest work in your life. The Red Sea is going to open, you're going to walk through, and the devil is going to drown in your blessing. May the Spirit of the Lord be over you today. My name's Reverend Ben Cooper.
