Welcome to Daily Prayer with myself Reverend Ben Cooper, recorded live here in London, England, where faith meets the world in daily devotion and global hope. This is your five-minute commuter prayer, quick fired moments to get us through the rest of the day. If you find
these prayers a blessing, you please follow us on Apple, Spotify, Buzzsprout, and leave us a short review. We're
jumping straight into the gospel, the great gospel of John. I want to tell you right now that Jesus Christ is your Lord and Savior. It might look very confusing, it might look very scary life itself, but I want to tell you that Jesus Christ is your Lord and Savior. He is the coming king, and we're in the gospel, as I said, the great gospel of John 14, verse 6. Do you realize that God, through Christ Jesus and the Holy Spirit, is providing for you?
Give us today our daily bread. Father, we thank you for John 14, verse 6. And Jesus answered, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. Lord, I want to thank you that there is only one way to God, and that is through Jesus Christ, and that is through the cross of Calvary. And I pray, Lord God, for the listeners and the brothers and the sisters, from the oldest to the youngest, every tribe, every tongue. I pray that the Holy Spirit will touch lives today. We believe in the power of the Holy Spirit. We believe, dear God, in the direction of the Scripture. We believe in the morning right now, the afternoon, the early evening. Father, we pray for the weary minds, the tired bodies. We pray for those that are carrying cancer, sickness, disease. We pray for those that have got motor neuron disease. We pray for those that have got heart conditions. Lord, we believe that lungs are being restored, lives are being turned around. We believe that Jesus Christ is raising the dead right now. And we believe in the fire of God. And I pray right now, Lord, that that fire will lead us, Lord, in this dark world. That we will see the Holy Spirit glowing before us, Lord, that we will be called into great things.
So, Father, we ask you, Lord, that you'll give us clarity in confusing times. As we watch and listen to the news, Father God, it's scary being a human being, Jesus. I don't know if you know that, but Lord, it's sometimes it gets really scary, Lord, and we need you in our lives like never before. And we pray, dear God, straight out of the barrel of truth. Father, at the bus stop, we're just crying out. Lord God, at the school gates, we're crying out. Lord, at home, sitting on the edge of the bed, on the sofa, just crying out. Lord, the children are gone to school, the husband, the wife have gone to work, the friends have disappeared around us, Lord. The social networks are boring. And dear God, we need Jesus. Father, do we need Jesus or what? Lord, we need a purpose for our lives. We need direction. We need Holy Spirit in our lives like never before. And we come to you, dear God. We might be coming to you broken, lost, scared, betrayed, and just washed up on the shoreline of life. But Lord, we believe that Jesus Christ is the way, the truth, the life. No one comes to the Father except through him. Father, I've got to get to you today. Lord, I don't want to be washed up on the shoreline, dear God, with all the crabs, dear God. I don't want to be washed up on the shoreline, dear God, with with all the debris of life. Lord, I don't want to be washed up on the shoreline with all those engaged in social media. Lord, I
want to be set freed from the shoreline of life. Lord, I want to walk in the kingdom's footpath. Lord, I want to walk in kingship. I want to walk in anointing. I want to walk holy, dear God. I want to follow Jesus. Lord, I don't want to be on the shore, dear God, with everything else and everyone else. Lord, I want to I want to follow Jesus because Lord, you are the way, the truth, the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. Lord, I'm not going to find you in religion. I'm not going to find you in many churches. I'm not going to find you in many ministries. Lord, I need to get to the cross at Calvary. Lord, I carry the brothers and sisters that are really tired right now. They're confused and drained. Their inner peace has just disappeared. I pray, dear God, I intercede for those that are trying to sleep. Lord, I pray the foot across the world today. Lord, the prayer for direction, how to hear God. Lord, help us to how to hear God. Lord, Jesus, will you show me the way? I need answers, Lord. I need this formula. And I can hear God calling right now. You've got the way, because I am the way, the truth, the life.
So, Father, I pray for the listeners today, all the way from Singapore to Los Angeles, from Los Angeles to London, from London, dear God, to Poland, to Ireland. Father, we pray for Frankfurt. We pray for such an outpouring of your spirit around the world. We need Jesus because you tell us you are the way, the truth, the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. So this morning, at this hour, at this very moment, Lord, I want to walk in divine clarity. I want, dear God, my life to be renewed, to be restored. Lord, I want courage like a lion to walk into work today. I want to have courage to get into school and life. I want to face those areas, dear God, that are keeping me up at night. Lord, I want to be strong in Jesus Christ. So Lord, we pray for strength today. Cover us with the blood of Jesus. Father, we thank you that you are carrying us, Lord, because
you are the God above all gods. Lord, we need direction on this crazy life that we're walking. Cover us in the blood of Jesus. And Father, we thank you that Jesus Christ is my way. He is my truth. He is my life. And he leads me in peace and keeps me from confusion. Spirit of the living God, give us direction today in the greatest name in heaven and earth. Stay blessed, never give up. Jesus Christ is with you. And just remind yourself I'm anointed, I'm born again, I'm spirit filled, and I'm on my way to glory. God bless you. Until tomorrow.
