Welcome to Daily Prayer with myself Reverend Ben Cooper, recorded live here in London, England, where faith meets the world in daily devotion and global hope. This is your five-minute commuter prayer, quick fired moments of faith to carry us through the rest of the day.
If these prayers are blessing you, please tap the following button on Apple Spotify Buzzsprout and just leave us just a quick short review. You can also support this listener-funded ministry just by £3 a month at Buy Me a Coffee. Hit the link in the show notes below. And
if you need your prayers prayed for, please send them in and please send them to info at dailyprayer.uk. We'll pray for them. We'll either keep them uh just in the prayer team, or if you want anything prayed for, we will pray on a wider scale. But also, whatever nation you're in, please let us know where you live, and we will pray for your nation, the world in which you walk in. But may the spirit of the living God be over
you. We are in the beautiful book of Romans 8. Romans 8.28. I gotta tell you that all things work together for good. Everything is working together for good in your life. These are Holy Spirit days, these are Jesus Christ-centered hours. The Spirit of the Lord is over each and every one of us. Come on, we're straight into Romans 8.28. Reading from the NIV. And we know, and we know that in all things God works
for the good of those who love Him, who have been accorded according to His purpose. Father, we want to thank you that every situation today is working out for our good. Lord, even though it looks really wobbly and it looks really scary, Lord, we believe all things are working together for the good. We believe, Father, that there is such an outpouring of your spirit over our lives. We believe, Lord, in the fire of God. We believe, Lord God, that you are moving in such a way in our lives. Lord, we believe in the power of prayer. We believe in the love of God. We thank God for every situation that we're in because all things work together for good. And right now we pray for such an outpouring of your spirit over our lives, that we will fill your mercy, your grace. Lord, we ask you that you will touch hearts and minds today wherever we are. And Lord, remind us that all things work together for good. Lord, the trouble at work, all things work together. Lord, the situation at school, all things work together. Lord, relationships, all things work together. Spirit of the living God, on the field of life, just in life itself, all things work together for the good of those who love Jesus Christ. And Lord, I thank you that we love you. And wherever we are, from America to South Africa to Germany to Kenya, Lord, bless the nations around the
world today. Whatever nation we're living in, Lord, we need to be Christ focused. Lord, we can't waste any more seasons or any more days. Lord, we want to be drawn to the cross of Calvary. Lord, we pray, Lord God, that our history, Lord, will be taken to the cross. Lord, it will be bloodwashed, it is gone in the name of Jesus Christ, one sacrifice once and for all. And as we stand, dear God, in the beginning of a new day, Lord, we believe in miracles. Lord, in this beautiful scripture from Romans 8.28, and we know that in all things, in every area of life, everything works together for good. And Lord, we ask you, Father, that as we trust in you, Lord, we trust in our living, our living God, that we will just relax in your
presence. Lord, wherever we are across the world, Father, we thank you that prayer is changing things. Prayer, Lord, is changing situations. Father, we believe that you are the same yesterday, today, and forevermore. And we ask you, Lord, as we come to Jesus Christ, as we focus on the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords. Father, as we look at life and as we see certain things happening before us, we believe that Jesus works in every situation of our lives. We believe the Holy Spirit is in every situation of our lives. We believe that the eternal God, the Father of Isaac, Jacob, and Abraham is working everything out for good. We believe we're walking in the divine. We're asking Jesus, dear God, to turn this fear into faith. Lord, what we see with our natural eyes, Lord, will you swing it over? Lord, will you turn it around? Because you tell us all things work together for good of those that love you. And we love you, Lord, with all of our heart. And we come to you today, Lord. At this beginning of this day, at the end of the day, in the middle of the night, wherever we are, Father, Lord, we ask you that our lives will be Christ-centered.
Give us today our daily bread. Father, we thank you for the listeners wherever they are across the world. May the love of God be over you. May you feel the power of the Holy Spirit. Never give up. Jesus Christ is with you. My name's Reverend Ben Cooper. Until tomorrow, stay blessed.
