notes below. Wherever you are, we are going to pray right now. Are you suffering today? Are you worried? Are you fearful? Are you doubtful? Are you scared about life? You know, I know those feelings far too well. But now we're going to pray for mental health. We're going to pray that God will bless those that are really coming under the hammer through mental health, through anxiety and thoughts, the thought pattern, the cognitive processing, the way the mind and the way the brain
works. We're going to pray for peace. And we're going to pray Psalm 34. We're going to pray Psalm 34, verse 17 and 18 over all of our lives. And we're going to lock shields of faith and we're going to get in that rugby scrum right now. And we're going to get down. We're going to put the best boots on that we can get. We're going to put the long studs in those rugby boots. We are going to get in that dirt and we are going to push these thoughts over the line. We're going to push the thoughts out. We're going to push them away. We're going to crush these thoughts of worry. We're going to crush these thoughts of despair. We're going to deal with the mental health. And the only way that we deal with that is just by pressing in to the word of God. Get yourself a Bible. If you need a Bible, hit us up in the studio. You can find us very simply. Email us at info at dailyprayer.uk and we will
get you a Bible. Father, in the name of Jesus. We put our rugby boots on in the name of Jesus. Lord, we put our boots on, we put long studs in, Lord, and we get down and we press, dear God, against the enemy. We press against the enemy of fear. We press against the enemy of doubt. We press against the enemy of anxiety. We press against the enemy, dear God, of selfless. Father, we put the boots on and we get down and we press against the enemy, dear God, of doubt, of uncertainty. We put these boots on, we put the long studs in. And Lord, we believe in the word of God. And we give a big press, Lord, over the touchline. And Lord, we're not going to allow mental health to push us back. We're going to lock shields together. We're going to lock arms together. We're going to get in that scrum of prayer. We're going to get in that scrum of prayer and we're going to push down right now. Lord, we have got our boots digging into the ground and wherever we are, dear God, from the treadmill of life to the treadmill of the gym, from the bus to the bus stop, from the bus stop, dear God, to the coffee machine. From the coffee machine to the breakfast run. Lord, to the school run. Wherever we are, from the battlefield to the boardroom, from the boardroom to every complicated area of life. Father, from those areas of being complicated and spinning too many plates, Father, we ask you that our mental health will be restored. Lord, we pray that you will calm our mind. We pray right now as we pray Psalm 34, verse 17 and 18.
The righteous cry out, and the Lord heals them. He heals their diseases. The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit. Father, I thank you that we are the righteous. Lord, I thank you that we don't need to go to church to be called the righteous because we believe in Jesus and you have saved us. You have stirred our hearts. And Lord, we cry out. And the Bible says the Lord heals us. He heals us and he hears us. He delivers us and he draws us. And right now, Lord, we pray right now against this mental health issue. Lord, we get down in the mud of life and we push and we do not leave anyone behind. We lock in the scrum of life. We lock in the scrum of life and we push over the touchline. We push over the triline and we push mental health back through the word of God. We quote the word over our lives. And wherever we are, from London to Stockholm, from Stockholm to Manila, from Manila to Vancouver, from Vancouver all the way around the America, Spirit of the Living God, we pray right now that panic will go. We pray, Lord, as we struggle with the areas of life. Lord, we pray for mental health, that big banner, that big drum that keeps beating. Father, we pray right now that this verse, we speak it in moments of loneliness, in moments of panic, in moments of exhaustion, in moments of emotional overwhelming feelings. Father, we come to you and we cry out. We cry out across the nations. We cry out for real hope and divine comfort. We cry out, dear God, Lord, our wounds are wide open. Our emotions are wide open and we're scared and we're worried. And we need Jesus. Father, we pray for emotional wounds to be healed. We're praying for renewed strength in the mind. We're praying for comfort in lonely days. We're praying, dear God, that the Lord will give us comfort during emotional pressures. Lord, emotional darkness. We need peace with internal battles. Lord, all these internal battles, Lord, we pray that they will not overwhelm us, but Lord, that we will break through. We pray, dear God, for practical help. We pray for spiritual help. We pray that God will give us rest. And Lord, I pray for the listeners right now that the Holy Spirit will bring comfort to their lives. They will find Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior, that they will walk in victory. So, Lord, I pray for a blessing
over the listeners from the crown of their head to the sole of their feet. Let the joy of the Lord be their strength. Let them rise in the joy of the Lord. Father, I thank you that they got new beginnings. There's a new day for them, and the greatness of God is before each and every one of them. Bless them in Jesus' name. My name's Reverend Ben Cooper. Until tomorrow. Stay blessed.
