Welcome And Purpose

SPEAKER_00

Welcome to Daily Prayer with myself, Reverend Ben Cooper, recorded live here in London, England, where faith meets the world in daily devotion and global hope. This is your five-minute commuted prayer, quick-fired moments of faith to carry us through the rest of the day.

Receiving Courage From God

SPEAKER_00

I've got to tell you, brother and sister, there is courage on you. God is dropping courage into your spirit. We might be worried, we might be scared, we might be doubtful, we might be uncertain about what is happening in our lives. We might be completely riddled with anxiety, but God, God, but God is with you. Lord, I pray, Lord, for my sisters and brothers on the other side of my voice. I ask you, Jesus, from the cry of my heart, that they will have courage to continue. Even though it looks daunting, even though it looks scary, even though there is serious change from what they're about to say and do, even though they are looking at days of uncertainty, give them courage to walk by faith.

Locking Into The Prayer Scrum

SPEAKER_00

And Lord, as I pray, as we pray, we lock down in the prayer scrum. We lock down in the prayer scrum and we put brand new boots on today. And we change those studs and we make sure that these studs are long and anchored into the word of God. And Lord, we anchor ourselves in the word and we press against the enemy. Lord, we lock in in the rugby scrum. Lord, we do our boots up, we change the studs and we lock down in a rugby scrum. And Lord, we push the worry, the doubt, the fear. Together we push just like a rugby team, just like a scrum. They work together. We thank you that all things work together for good for those that love God. Father, we thank you that nothing can separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus.

Joshua 1:9 Declared

SPEAKER_00

But right now, Lord, as we pray, Joshua 1 verse 9, have I not commanded you, be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid. Do not be dismayed. For the Lord thy God will be with you wherever you go. Father, I need this scripture in my life today. Lord, I really need it, Lord, because I feel like I got no studs on my rugby boots. I feel like I'm being pushed back across the mud of life. And Lord, I need help. Lord, I need my brothers and sisters to lock in to this scrum I'm in. Lord, I feel like my component, the enemy, is bashing me backwards. But Lord, we will not allow that and we will not go there in our thoughts. Lord, we rise on wings as of eagles. And today we're going to be strong and courageous. You're telling us not to be afraid, not to be dismayed, for the Lord thy God is with you wherever you go. So, Father, you're telling us that you command us in the good book of Joshua, chapter 1, verse 9. And Lord, we knuckle down and we get down and we push in prayer. Lord, we push in prayer like we've never pushed before. We believe in prayer like we've never believed before. We stand in prayer like we've never believed before. And courage is on us right now. You've given us spiritual courage, you've given us courage to stand, you've given us courage to walk, you've given us courage in every which way and shape and form.

Global Intercession And Burden Lifting

SPEAKER_00

And right now we pray that the fire of God, the love of God, the Spirit of God will carry us wherever we are, whatever nation we're in, whatever our thoughts is doing, Lord, we believe that the Spirit of God, the Holy Spirit, we believe in the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. And wherever we are placed across the world, in Jesus' name, we believe there is an outpouring. And right now, from London to Bronaceres, from Broness Aires, dear God, to Jamaica, from Jamaica to Mumbai, from Mumbai all the way to Vancouver, Father, we pray. As millions seek the Father's heart. We want to hear the heartbeat of heaven. Lord, we are in emotional strain right now. Lord, we are stretched and pressed. Lord, we are drained and we are scared. And Lord, we got to switch this around. And Lord, we've got to turn this around. And we can't do it by our strength. We can't do it by ourselves. We need the God. We need the Father. We need the Son, the Holy Spirit. I pray for those that feel hesitant, those that feel discouraged, those that feel worn down by the weight of responsibilities. I pray that God's command of courage will lift the burden, dear God, that you will lift the burden of life and the emotional stress. Lord,

Standing United And Pressing Forward

SPEAKER_00

I bridge the gap for my brothers and sisters around the world. I stand in front, Lord, and I say, Father, bless those that are under my voice right now. Lord, touch their hearts in the name of Jesus. Lord, I believe, Lord, as they face uncertain days, as I face challenges and uncertain days, as we face many areas of uncertainty, we are not going to be discouraged, but we are going to walk in courage. We're going to walk in freedom and we're not going to walk in fear. So Lord, I declare that every one of us, dear God, is going to be strong. And as we draw breath again, as we do the boots up and we change those mediocre uh studs for long studs, we get into the word of God and we dig in and we push down together. We push together, we stand together, we pray together, we're united together, we are part of the body of Christ, and we get in that scrum and we push fear back, we push uncertainty back, we push doubt back. Wherever we are, from the treadmill in the gym to the treadmill of life, from the treadmill of life, dear God, from the battlefields, from the battlefields to the boardrooms, dear God, from the boardrooms to the skating rings of life, from the skating ring of life, dear God, as we walk over that pond, dear God, on that thin ice, as we walk and skate on thin ice, we believe that God is strengthening the ice underneath our skates. Lord, as we move across the ice of life, as the Spirit of God carries us, we believe that we are skating in the right direction. We believe that we are scrummed down and pressing in the right direction. We believe that the God of the Father of Isaac, Jacob, and Abraham

Final Blessing And Never Give Up

SPEAKER_00

is with us. May the Spirit of the living God, may the glory, may the power, may the anointing be over you. The Spirit of the Lord is with you. Never give up. And I pray today that you will find courage in Joshua chapter 1, verse 9. Never give up. He's with you. God bless you.
