May the glory, may the power, may the love of Jesus Christ be over your life. There is a nation that is hitting the news today, and we're going to pray for France. Wherever you are, we're going to lift up France and it's time for this nation of prayer right now. We're going to pray for this nation and it is France. Wherever you are across the world, will you lock shields of faith with me today? Will you get down on the rugby field of life and lock in? And we're going to pray, we're going to scrum down and we're going to carry, we're going to carry France across the line of hope today.
Father, in the name of Jesus Christ, I come to you. Lord, just in ourselves. And we come to you, Lord, in power and authority. Because we're in the Spirit today, and we're never going to come out of the Holy Spirit. So, Lord, we thank you right now for France. We thank you that revival is in France. And we believe Psalm 33, verse 12. Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord, the people he chose for his inheritance. Father, we thank you that France is receiving the power of the Holy Spirit. And we speak and we pray the word of God over their lives. Blessed is the nation who God is the Lord. So, Father, we pray that France will recognize Jehovah Jireh, Jehovah Nissi, Jehovah Shalom. We pray for France will become a nation that is so godly, that is so upright. Give France a pure heart, clean hands. Give France, dear God, the cross of Calvary. Give France Bibles. Holy Spirit, we pray that France will move.
As it stands on a crossroads, as it awaits serious change, as it borders certain nations, we pray for the churches, the families, the communities. Father, we pray for past wounds to be healed. We pray, dear God, for protection from violence. We pray for revival to sweep through the cities, the towns, the villages. May France discover its spiritual heritage and encounter the living Christ afresh. We pray, Father God, for healing. We pray, dear God, for the political and the civil leaders. We pray that they will follow Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. But right now we lift this nation before you, God, and we pray for peace, unity, and spiritual renewal. We ask that the presence of Christ will move across every area, every region, from London to Paris, from Paris to Lyon, from Lyon, dear God, to Nice, right away around the borders. Father, as it faces cultural tension, as it faces economical pressure, Lord, social divide. We've come against that and we push the word over everyone that is living, moving, and working and just moving around in France right now. Lord, let your anointing be in the churches. Lord, let the churches grow in France. Let them move in the spirit of the living God. Father, we thank you that justice and compassion is rising. The prayer for the Christian to let their light shine in every region. Lord, we pray that the love of God will break through in France today. Let France be blessed from the crown of its head to the sole of its feet. Let it walk in peace and unity and love. And Lord, we pray for the leaders that they will declare that Jesus Christ is their Lord and Savior and they will walk in power and authority in the beautiful name of Jesus
