Welcome to Daily Prayer with myself, Reverend Ben Cooper, recorded live here in London, England, where faith meets the world in daily devotion and global hope. Brother and sister, we're jumping straight in. We've got to get to Joshua 1, verse 9. We've got to get into the book of Joshua 1 verse 9.
I want to pray for courage. I want to pray for confidence today. The prayer for those that are facing decisions and challenges, those moments when we feel just down. I pray that God will give us boldness when we need it. We're asking God for strength. Lord, will you strengthen us and each and every one of us? Will you strengthen our spirit today? Will you strengthen our order our steps? Father, we pray through the book of Joshua, chapter 1, verse 9. Lord, have I not commanded you, be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid. Do not be discouraged, for the Lord thy God is with you wherever you go. Father, I thank you that the word of God is sharper than a double-edged sword. And Lord, as we face a new hour, a new moment, Father, I believe in the power of the Holy Spirit. I believe God is with the listeners. I believe that Jesus is with the listeners. I believe the Holy Spirit is with the listeners. I believe, Lord God, that they are running. I believe that they are walking. I believe that they are well in the most powerful name in heaven and earth. And whatever season they're in, Lord, I pray
that you will give them courage right now. Courage, dear God, to overcome. In the season of transition, in the season of uncertainty, in the season of challenges, Lord, from London to Buenos Aires, from Buenos Aires to Jamaica, from Jamaica, dear God, to Toronto, to Vancouver, Spirit of the Living God, Ireland, Scotland, dear God, let your glory move. Holland, Father God, the West Indies, Lord, pour out your spirit. Lord, we declare today, Lord, that we are blessed and highly favored. And we feel the anointing, Lord, even though our emotions can't feel it, our being feels it because Lord, we thank you that we do not live by emotions, we live by faith. And today, Lord, I pray that we will live with no limits. Lord, we believe that there are no limits. Lord, take the restrictor off. Lord, take all those chains off. Lord, break the chains right now. Dear God, in the name of Jesus. Lord, we want you to undo the shackles. Lord, take the shackles down in the name of Jesus Christ. Lord, we want to walk in freedom. We want to walk in confidence. We want to walk brave and confident today.
Lord, we're not worried about the size of Goliath. We're not worried about the size of Jericho because we know who our God is. And Lord, you command us to be strong. And dear God, you command us to be courageous. And Lord, we come to you right now like warriors. We come as lions. Father, Lord, we might be on a sick bed, but I'm not worried about my body. Lord, I might need healing, but I'm not worried because it's in me. It's the inner me, Lord, that is as bold as a lion. Lord, it is the me. Lord, I might be on the bed. I might be in prison. I might be in lockdown. I might be in a mess, Lord, on the outside and through my physicality. But Lord, greater is he that is in me than he that is in the world. And Lord, there's a lion in me. There's a lion of Judah about to roar. Spirit of the living God, give us the courage. Give us the strength. Lord, you tell us to be strong and courageous. Lord, we're going to get off the bed. We're going to kick the duvet off of life. Lord, we're going to rise today. We're going to get out of the house today. We're going to get out of this dwelling today. Lord, we believe that doors are being opened. Opportunities are coming our way. Because, Lord, we're being bold. Lord, we declare that we're strong and courageous. Lord, not because we're arrogant, not because we're physically strong, but
because greater is he that is in me than he that is in the world. And the Spirit of the living God is over you. The Lord God is calling you to greatness. The Lord God is calling you to healing. You are covered in the blood of Jesus. Brother and sister, join me today in prayer. Join me as we lock shields of faith. It doesn't matter if you're in the field of life. It doesn't matter if you're up to your neck in mud. It doesn't matter if it's hitting the fan, left, right, and center. It doesn't matter what's going on. You got to look in the mirror and tell yourself, God is with me. The Spirit of the Lord is with me. You got to look in the mirror and tell you that the Holy Spirit is leading me. You got to look in the mirror and tell yourself, I can do all things through Christ. That gives me strength. Because my God tells me through the book of Joshua, chapter 1, verse 9, I have commanded you. God has commanded you, whatever your name is, He's told you to be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid. Do
not be discouraged. For the Lord thy God goes with you wherever you go. The Spirit of the Lord is over you. You are bloodwashed and sanctified. Nothing is impossible for those who believe. Get ourselves into that posture of believing.
Lord, I pray for the listeners that you will cover them, drench them in the blood of Jesus. Let them know, dear God, that they're strong and courageous. Call them, dear God, into great things. Bless their lives in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Until tomorrow.
