Father, we come to you right now. And Lord, we want more faith and we want more trust. Lord, these two areas of our lives, we want more faith and we want more trust. Lord, this prayer is for every one of us that is needing a deeper reliance on God's strength, the character and the power of God, and the promises of God. When life feels uncertain and overwhelming, Lord, I want more faith. I want more trust in you. Lord, I want to trust you more. Lord, I want to trust you with every fiber, with every blood cell, with every being of my life. Lord, I want to trust you, dear God, with complete everything I've got. But Lord, sometimes I get scared. Lord, I need more faith. Lord, I want to be more faithful to you. Lord, I want to walk, dear God, in integrity and strength. Lord, I want to walk in the light of my salvation. And Lord, as I unlock shields with my brothers and sisters across the world, I invite them in right now, God, to lock together. Father, I pray as we pray Psalm 27, 1, over all of our lives. Lord, we believe that this scripture is for us today. We believe that this Bible verse is for every heart today.
The Lord is the light of my salvation. Of whom shall I fear? The Lord is the stronghold of my life. Of whom shall I be afraid? Lord, I love you. But Lord, I want more faith. Lord, I love you, but I want to be more trusting of you. Lord, the world is loud, the world is noisily, and I see everything before my eyes. But you tell me that the just shall live by faith. And that's difficult for me, God, because I'm in a fast world. I'm in a world, God, that is so fast and so powerful. It's overwhelming.
My mind is spinning. Lord, I'm I'm walking across the tightrope of life. Lord, I I've left, Lord, the rock face, and now, Lord, I'm halfway over the valley of this chasm. And Lord, I need faith to keep being on this tightrope. Lord, I'm scared to look down. I'm losing my balance. Lord, I'm trying to keep it cool in the middle of the valley of the trouble of death. I'm trying to hold my place, dear God, on the rock face of life. Lord, as I walk across this ravine on this tiny tight rope of faith, I'm scared, Lord. And I'm starting to sway to the left and the right. Lord, I need your your strength. Lord, we need your power. And wherever we are, Father, from America to London, from London, dear God, to China. Dear God, to Singapore, to Afghanistan. Dear God, we pray. Whether we're in Iran, dear God, or London, England, Lord, the tight rope is starting to move. And we're scared. Lord, we gotta live by faith. So Lord, I want this now. Lord, I claim this for all of us. Lord, I want more faith and I want more trust. I need to walk, dear God, across the tight rope with full faith. Because Lord, when I start to get anxious and fearful, I begin to wobble. And when I wobble, dear God, that rope underneath my feet starts to move quick to the left and the right. And Lord, when I'm in the field of life, Lord, when I'm in them lonely places, Lord, I need more faith and more trust.
So today, wherever we are situated across the world, I'm praying, dear God, that faith to rise. I'm praying for trust in God's timing. I'm praying for courage when I'm afraid. I'm praying for emotional stability in the greatest name in heaven and earth. I'm praying for strength to face challenges and changes in my life. I need, dear God, clarity. I need your hand. I need God's light. I know that there is salvation over our lives. But my heart, dear God, is wobbling. My faith, dear God, is waving. And I need Jesus in my life like never before. Lord, we need you. Father, we need spiritual stability. And Lord, you are the light of our salvation. Whom shall I fear? The Lord is the stronghold of my life. Of whom shall I be afraid? But Lord, I need to throw my anchor out. And Lord, it's got to land in the word. Because this boat that I'm sailing in, Lord, is hitting some serious storms. And I'm being swept along by the seasons of life. I'm being swept along by the tidal wave of materialism, the tidal wave of social media, the tidal wave of life. And Lord, it's moving me back and forth. I need to throw my anchor out. I need to hook him up. Be my anchor today. Be our stability today. Be our confidence today. May God bless you wherever you are. Salvation is over you. Never give up until tomorrow. Throw that anchor out in Jesus' name.
