Come on, we're gonna jump straight in. And as we do, we are believing that God is moving really, really powerfully, and we are gonna pray. Today's prayer is for fear and anxiety. Yes, I know it keeps arising. Yes, we keep doing it, but because it is so real and it is so on the edge of everything at this moment in time. So welcome wherever you are across the world. May the spirit, may the glory, may the power of God be over you. Wherever you are today, from London to New York, from Johannesburg to Singapore, from Toronto to Sydney, from Dublin to Dubai. This global prayer crosses nations and time zones as part of our dailyprayer.uk 24 hours a day, seven days a week, touching hearts for Jesus Christ. Come on, let's get down and pray as we
always do. We're going to go to the book of Philippians 4, verses 6 and 7. And the Bible says, do not be anxious about anything. But in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your request to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. Father,
in the name of Jesus, we pray right now against anxiety, fear, and worry. And right now, Lord, we believe, dear God, that anxiety is not overtaking us. Lord, we believe for inner turmoil is going right now. And God's peace is over our lives. We pray, Lord, as we focus, dear God, on this daily devotional time, as we pray together, as we stand together, as we stand on the word of God. Right now, we ask you, Father, as we lock shields of faith, Lord, that our hearts are not overwhelmed. Father, that our minds are not becoming restless and restricted. Father, across the world today, we pray for the listeners as we seek the Father's heart. Father, we ask you that you will give us relief from panic, dread, emotional heaviness. And Lord, that we will find freedom today through the word of God. You tell us very clearly through the book of Philippians 4, do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by the power of the word of God. We pray, dear God, for breakthrough. We pray for the love of God. We pray that you will lead us right now into areas of wholeness. Father, we are not gonna have an internal panic. We are not gonna worry. We are not gonna doubt. We are not gonna, dear God, run away, dear God. We're gonna stand at the cross of Calvary and we're gonna come to you wherever we are across this world. Father, we bring every listener, every burden, every anxiety anxiety thought right before you. And we pray for calm thoughts right now. Lord, Spirit of the Living God, we pray that you will settle us, that you will be with us. And Lord, we believe that this prayer is lifting fear out of the way. We believe as we pray for anxiety to go. Anxiety, dear God, is gone at the name of Jesus. Give us relief from anxiety. We're praying for emotional calm. We're praying for courage to rise in the name of Jesus. We're praying for clarity in confusion. We are believing right now as we pray for inner strength. Lord, give us inner strength as these storms are rising. We believe that anxiety and fear is going at the name of Jesus. And we pray for peace, over racing thoughts right now. We're praying for God's guiding presence in our lives. We believe right now that there is fire on our lives. We believe that there is anointing on our lives. When fear or anxiety rises today, Lord, we repeat Philippians 4, verses 6 and 7. And we believe that there is an outbreak of the Holy Spirit. We stand on the word of God. And right now, for every heart, every mind, every body, every soul, we pray, Lord God, as we lock down, dear God, from the battlefield to the boardroom, from the boardroom to the bus stop, from the bus stop to the treadmill of life. Father, we believe in the power of the word of God. We believe Christ has set us free. But right now, wherever we are across this beautiful earth, we pray that the presence of God will just destroy and knock back anxiety and fear at the name of Jesus
Christ. But today, this is the day that the Lord has made. We shall rejoice and be glad. May the Spirit of the Lord be with you wherever you are today. May the joy of the Lord be your strength. Wherever you are, hold on to the book of Philippians 4, verses 6 and 7. My name's Reverend Ben Cooper. Until tomorrow, never give up.
