We're up, we're down, we're in, we're out, we're all over the place. But I've got to tell you, saying Jesus loves every one of us, whether we're searching, whether we're churched, done church, whatever our life looks like. I really believe that God is with you right now in the name of Jesus
Christ. But let's knuckle down, let's just jump straight into uh Isaiah, sorry, Isaiah 41, verse 10. And we're gonna just pray, we're gonna believe and just continue on
as we always do. We're gonna pray because we are entering into a bit of a crazy time here in the UK. You know, Christmas within the UK is very, very, very commercialized, you know, and when you look across the world, I gather it's the same. But we're praying right now for healing over the Christmas anxiety, the emotional pressure, the fear, the overwhelming feeling of the weight of the season, gathering with people that we don't mix with most of the year. Just the general pressure of Christmas. Come on, let's just jump in, Father, in the name of Jesus.
We thank you for this time of year because Lord, it's a time when we reflect on the first coming of Jesus. So, Lord, we thank you that you came to the earth and the word became flesh and made his dwelling among us. But right now, Lord, I invite my brothers and sisters in from around the world, and as we gather around the word for prayer, Father, we believe in the power of the living God, and we know that Jesus Christ is our Lord and Savior. But right now we pray for healing from Christmas anxiety, the fear, dear God, of what might happen, of what won't happen, dear God, and the fear of funds. Father, in the name of the Father, the Son, the Holy Spirit, will you touch our lives right now? Lord, we believe in Isaiah 41, verse 10. We believe that this scripture is for each and every one of us. And the Bible says, so do not fear, for I am with you. Do not be dismayed, for I am your God. Father, we need you today in our lives. Father, whether we're protecting, dear God, ourselves from certain areas of life, or Father God, whether we're getting ourselves prepared for Christmas. Father, we just ask you for protection. And if we're getting prepared for the coming season, Lord, will you protect us and keep us strong in the name of Jesus Christ? You tell us through the living word of God, do not fear. Lord, help us not to fear. Lord, Christmas anxiety, the worry of the year, the worry of New Year's Eve, the worry, dear God, of not having enough stuff for the children, the worry of what's going to happen. This is my first Christmas alone. This is my first Christmas being divorced. This is my first Christmas, A, B, C, D, and E, all the stuff that goes on. Spirit of the living God, we pray today, Lord, as we search the Father's heart. Father, we thank you that you are giving us relief from Christmas anxiety, emotional pressure, and overwhelming expectations. Father, come in your full glory, your love, your
mercy. And also, Lord, we anchor down, Father God, in Philippians 4, verse 7. We're praying for peace. Dear God, we thank you for Philippians 4, verse 7. And the peace of God will guard your hearts and your minds. Lord, we need peace today. Because, Lord, this month in which we're in, it's very pressurized. It can be scary, it can be dark, it can be wet, it can be gloomy. Lord, I pray right now that you will switch fear for courage. I pray that you will change anxiety with calm. And the pressure, dear God, will be so taken off of our shoulders today, tonight, wherever we are. Father, from the boardroom, dear God, to the battlefield, from the battlefield to the field of life. We're just asking you, dear God, that you will move from London to New York, from New York all the way to Cape Town, from Cape Town all the way to France, Sydney, dear God, Toronto, Lord, sweep this globe right now in the name
of Jesus. We love you and we bless you, Lord, but we anchor down in this word right now and we pray for miracles. We're praying for healing from anxiety at this Christmas time. We're praying for peace over this Christmas time. We're praying for calm at this season. We're praying for courage, praying for emotional strength, Lord, to face people that we haven't seen for months and hours, that we haven't even communicated with. Father, we're praying for emotional strength to get through Christmas and the new year. Rest and peace. May the Spirit of the Lord bless you today wherever you
are. Do not be anxious about anything, but give everything to Jesus Christ. May God bless you and carry you. My name's Reverend Ben Cooper. Until tomorrow. Stay blessed.
