We've just been looking at the news. We've been doing a bit of research, and we got these evergreen nations that keep rising. They're on the news channels at this moment, all the way around. We're going to pray right now for DR Congo. We're going to pray for the Congo right now. We're going to pray for Myanmar, Yemen, and South Sudan. Father, in the name of Jesus, I invite the listeners, sisters and brothers, come with me today. Walk with me today as we lift up these four nations.
Father, we lift up these four nations. Lord, we get down on the muddy field, dear God, a prayer, and we push these prayers across the touchline. And Lord, we lock in together. Each one of us, we lock in around the world. And Lord, we are not orphans, we're grafted into the vine. Lord, I thank you for my brothers and sisters. Lord, whatever they look like, wherever they are, whatever tongue they speak. Lord, I thank you that we are joined together. We are locked in together wherever they are. Lord, I pray that you will bless them from the crown of their head to the sole of their feet. But right now we pray, dear God, for the Conga, dog God, right now, that you will bless it. Right now, Lord, bless that land. Lord Jesus, Lord, come down, Lord, and restore the Congo right now in the name of Jesus. Lord, the escalating violence. Lord, the mass displacement that is happening right now in DR Congo. Lord, let the glory, let the love, let the power, Lord, we come against this violence that is escalating. We come against this mass uh displacement across the land. We pray for the borders, that the glory of God will be with them right now.
Lord, Myanmar, Lord, this nation keeps rising on the news channels. Father, it keeps coming to our eyes. And we pray for the conflict. We pray for the civil unrest, the civil suffering that's going on there, the instability. We pray for this instability right now for Myanmar. Lord, we pray that it will be saved. We pray that Myanmar will know Jesus Christ as its Lord and Savior. We pray, dear God, for the Congo, dear God, that they will know the Lord Jesus Christ as the savior of the world, Yemen. Lord, if there's ever a nation right now, Lord, severe famine, Lord, medical crisis, ongoing conflict.
Father, bless the Yemen. Lord, we pray that the love of Jesus Christ will sweep right through Yemen. Lord, give food, bring the humanitarian aid into the Yemen right now. Medicine, this medical crisis that we are experiencing right now in Yemen. Father, save lives, set the captives free. Lord, we pray for this ongoing conflict that is brutal. Holy Spirit, bless these four nations to the left, to the right, to the south, to the east, to the west. Lord,
we pray for South Sudan. Lord, the flooding that's happening now. Lord, the conflict, the hunger, the displacement, Spirit of the living God. We bring these nations before you, Lord, and let your light shine. Father, we believe that Isaiah 58, verse 8 is over these four nations. Let your light break forth like dawn and heal with quickness. Lord, I pray that your light will break over these four nations and the spirit of the Lord will be over them right now. Lord,
we also anchor in right now to the prayers of David, Psalm 46, verse 1. God is your refuge and strength. Wherever you are living in any of those nations, he is a very ever-present help in trouble. Jesus Christ is with you. Call out. If you're in famine, call to Jesus. He will feed you, sustain you, and keep you. God is with you. Never give up. My name's Reverend Ben Cooper.
