Acknowledging Global Crisis And Urgency

The glory and the power and the love of Jesus Christ is over our lives. And wherever you are, we want to welcome you in at this season. We want to welcome you into this month of December, you know. And as we're pressing through, you know, it's a roundabout what it is actually. It's the 13th of December, and whatever your name is, and wherever you are across the world, may the Spirit, may the power, may the love of God be with you today. Whatever your life is reflecting, may the Holy Spirit just strengthen you. May the love of God just be with you. We are living in very unusual times. We have got the the news channels on in the studios. We're watching the news as we record this. There is so much crisis around the world. If there's ever a time, if there's ever a time that you and me, the studio team, you know, our colleagues around the world, you know what we do and everything that goes on in the church, you know what I mean, and all the drumbeat of life. If there's ever a time we've got to get into prayer, it is right now. Come on, let's not chom any more

Praying For December Anxiety And Burdens

time up. Father, in the name of Jesus. Lord, in this season, in this season, Father, in the name of Jesus Christ, we pray, Father, for breakthrough. Because Lord, this month of December, Lord, as we recall this, as we push this out live right now in the name of Jesus, Father, we are praying for each other. Lord, we don't know what our names are, Lord. We don't know where we live and what our lifestyles are like. But Lord, one thing's for sure is, Lord, that we know that this month is very heavy. And Lord, we're asking you right now, in the midnight hour, in the early doors of the day, Lord, in this moment, Lord, we are praying for breakthrough like we've never seen before in our lives. Holy Spirit, come. Holy Spirit, we need revival in this month. Lord, this is the month, Father, that feels very heavy. And Lord, we thank you, dear God, that we are born again, spirit-filled believers, and we're praying for healing from Christmas anxiety. We're praying for the season that we're walking in, whether we believe in Christmas or whatever we look and however we analyze and whatever lens we look at Christmas through, Father, we pray for the heaviness of December to be lifted. Lord, the overloading emotional drain that it has on our brain. Father, this emotional overload, Lord, the fear for the seasonal pressure that we're in. Lord, we come to you today from here, live London, England. Lord, we pray for New York. We pray for Sydney, Toronto, Cape Town, Singapore, right the way around the globe. Lord, at this hour, at early doors, Father, as we kick the duvet off. Father, as we snuggle down into bed tonight and say goodnight, world, God bless in the name of Jesus. Father, wherever we are, if we're on the school run, if we're on a commute run, Father, whatever we are doing, Father, we pray for breakthrough. Lord, we need breakthrough. Lord, we need miracles in this month. And we come to you as Bible-believing believers.

Scripture For Courage And Peace

And Father, we thank you for the beautiful book of Isaiah. And Lord, I just pray this over the listeners' hearts today. So do not fear, for I am with you. Do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I want to let you know that God is with you right the way through your life. He knew you before the foundation of the world and this anxiety we're going through. Father, give me calm for my breath. Steady my breathing. Help my mind in this month. Lord, I'm worried that I can't meet the bills in December. Lord, I'm worried that I can't meet the areas of life that I've got these criteria that are hitting the drum. Lord, I need help in this month. Lord, I need peace. I believe that John 14, 27 is for me and for you right now. And this is what the Bible says in John 14, 27, peace I leave with you. My peace I give to you. Father, I pray for every heart that is with me now. As we lock in, dear God, in Scripture, Father, as we lock down, peace I leave with you. My peace I give to you. Father, bless every listener wherever they are around

the world. Let the love of Jesus be over them right now. Touch their hearts, their minds, their bodies, their souls. Refresh them in the mighty name of Jesus. Brother and sister, do not give up. God is with you. We are in a heavy month, December, but God is with us. Remember the reason for the season. We'll see you tomorrow.
