Without further ado, we are in December, and there is a lot of tension and there is a lot of fear and there's a lot of worry about Christmas for the season that we're in. So we're going to gently pray this through wherever you are. We're going to lock in to that beautiful book of Philippians. We're going to lock in to Philippians 4, and we're going to pray that the Spirit of the Lord will carry us through. Have you got uh Christmas anxiety, emotional pressure? Have you fearful of the week that lies ahead? Is there rising stress as we're on this evening or this hour, this morning? Whenever you listen back to this prayer uh time, come on, let's lock in. Let's lock in in the in the field of life together. Let's lock in on the scrum down and let's really pray.
Father, in the name of Jesus, at the midnight hour, at the early doors of the day. Father, we pray, dear God, for Christmas anxiety. We pray, Father, as December starts to press on into our lives. We ask you, Lord, that we will live by faith and we won't allow the system of the world. We won't allow situations around us to control us, dear God, or manipulate us. So, Lord, we pray for this anxiety that rises during this season. But Lord, wherever we are, from London to New York, from New York to Sydney, from Sydney to Toronto, from Toronto all the way to Australia. Father, in the name of Jesus, as we record this live here in London, England, we believe as we lock shields of faith together, as we lock into prayer, this daily prayer, 24-hour day cycle, we lock down into Philippians 4, verse 6 and 7. The Bible says, do not be anxious about anything, but the peace of God will guide your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. Father, we pray today that the love of God will bring peace to our lives. And
Lord, as we go through this week, Lord, as we're getting closer to the 25th of December, Lord, our fears are rising, our worry is rising, our feeling of uncertainty, people that we're going to meet, Lord, the end of year stuff that goes along with life. Father, we pray for breakthrough. We need spiritual, dear God, dimension. Lord God, we need you to break into our lives today. And Father, wherever we are across this world, Lord, I believe that there is breakthrough. I believe that the pressure of December is being moved by the blood of Jesus. But right now, we pray that we will feel the healing and the power and the love of Jesus Christ. And we are expecting, dear God, such a move of God. We're expecting such a move of the Holy Spirit in our lives. Lord, we want to get right with you. Lord, we're praying for peace. We're praying for calm. We're praying for healing. We're praying for strength. We're praying for clarity. We're praying for protection. We're praying for renewal trust right now. Lord, this month is a heavy month, Lord. And Father, we feel stretched and we come to the cross of Calvary. And Lord, as this week begins, as this hour unfolds, Lord, I pray, dear God, as we get out of bed, as we kick the duvet off, Lord, that we will not feel the pressure of December. Lord God, this never-ending cycle, dear God, of presence, of life. Father, we come to you right now and we need the fire and the power and the love of Jesus Christ. Lord, we've got to trust in you more. We've got to walk closely with our Lord Jesus Christ. And Father,
I pray that you will surround every household with the love of Jesus. And as Lord, we step into the Word of God, we believe that the Bible is so true, is so on time, is so on point. Right now, we believe that Philippians 4, 6 is for each and every one of us. Do not be anxious about anything, but the peace of God will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. Lord, not only do we rest in Philippians, Lord, we also anchor into, dear God, Isaiah 41, verse 10. So do not fear, for I am with you. Father, I thank you that you are with us, that the love of Jesus is over our lives. And as we lock in now, Lord, give us calm and peace through this month. Lord, this is a critical time for us. We are weary and tired, but Lord, we love you. May the joy of the Lord be your strength. Until tomorrow.
