Welcome to Daily Prayer with myself Reverend Ben Cooper recorded live here in London, England, where the world gathers for five minutes of faith, hope, and strength in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. It is the 26th of December. We might be feeling that emotional crash wherever you are in the
world. We're gonna pray today that God will restore all the years that the locust has taken. And right now we might be feeling a little bit pushed out, we might be a bit stressed, you know, the heaviness and all that stuff, the quiet sadness that goes along with yesterday, you know, Christmas Day. We've been celebrating Jesus' birth. That's the most important thing that Jesus Christ is the savior of the world. But our emotions go up and down, and we are living in a very heavy few days. But the Spirit of the Lord is over each and every one of us. Let's pray, Father. Lord, I invite the brothers and sisters around the world right now on the 26th of December. Lord, I pray, dear God, for the emotional crash that follows Christmas Day, the exhaustion, the heaviness, the quiet sadness. Father, in this season of this global weariness, Lord, we want strength. Father,
we want the agility back. Lord, we want to be anointed afresh. Lord, we want to be restored. This inner stability, Lord, this funny feeling that we are feeling. Lord, we want it to go. But Father, in the name of Jesus, meet every weary heart tonight. Lord, as we come before you, those that feel drained from yesterday's pace, all the emotion that went on with Christmas Day, Lord, the feelings of the unexpected emptiness right now, Lord, that sudden feeling of emptiness inside our hearts. Lord, the struggles, the emotional collapse, Father, the spiritual strength that it took to get through the battles that went through the mind, the tired minds, restore the bodies, carry this stress from us. Lord, lift us today. But Lord, we love you and we worship the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords. And Father, as we rest in the Word of God. We thank you that Jesus Christ is the redeeming King. We thank you that Jesus Christ is the King of the Jews. But right now, Lord, on December the 26th, we worship you. But right now, Lord, Father, will you give us a supernatural strength to get us through today? Lord, and will you build us back? Lord, will you build us back up? Father, God, as the celebrations fade, Lord, as all that stuff disappears into the backdrop of history, Lord, we want to stand on the gospel
of hope. We want to stand in the beautiful book of Isaiah 40, verse 29. He gives strength to the weary and increases the power to the weak. Father, we thank you that today is the day where we are finding strength. Today is the day where we're finding the anointing and the power of God. Father, that fatigue, that worry, that doubt, Lord, all that stuff that has gone on. Lord, we believe that today is a day of new beginnings. Today, Jesus, Lord, I thank you for Psalm 73, verse 26. My flesh and my heart may fail, but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever. Father, we thank you, dear God, that you're our strength forever, that you are our portion forever, and the King of glory is in our lives. And today I pray for all the listeners. I pray, dear God, for the emotions, the worries, the fears, the doubts, the uncertainties. Lord, let the Spirit of the living God carry every listener's heart today. And Lord, as we gather around the cross of Calvary, Father, as we lift up the greatest name in heaven and earth, we're praying for renewed
strength. We're praying for emotional stability. We're praying, dear God, for that post-Christmas exhaustion to go. The prayer for calm, the prayer for peace, the prayer for inner healing. And Lord, the prayer for revival. Revive each and every one of us. Bring us back, Lord. You are a good God. You are the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords. And today we stand on the word of God. And Father, I thank you for all the listeners wherever they are gathered around the world on this beautiful day. Because this is the day that the Lord has made. I shall rejoice and be glad. But Lord, I pray for such an outpoint of your love. I pray for such an outpoint of your spirit over the world today. Bless every listener, carry them today. Let the love of God and the power of the Holy Spirit just be with each and every one of them. Lord, remove fear, remove doubt, and replace it with joy. Let the joy of the Lord be your strength wherever you are today. Never ever give up. God is with you. And before we back out of this, I want to tell you something right now. The love of the Father, the Son, the Holy Spirit is in your life. Never give up. Until tomorrow. May God bless you and carry you. God bless.
