Welcome to Daily Prayer with myself Reverend Van Cooper, recorded live here in London, England, where the world gathers for five minutes of faith, prayer, hope, and strength. We are here. It is this hour, that is this moment, wherever you are. Are you off to work? Are you at work? Are you at home? Are you sleeping? You know, whatever time it is in your time zone when you listen back to these prayers. I pray at maybe at the midnight hour in the early afternoon, at the early morning, as you're trying to kick the duvet off of uh the night tremors and get up and get ready for work. I pray maybe you're trying to sleep at this moment in time. I just pray, and as I ask God, that you will just draw close to God and God will draw close to you. Never give up. The Spirit of the Lord is over your life.
But we're going to pray for those that need a reset. Do you need a reset for overthinking and emotional overload? Yes, I need a reset with everything that's going on in life, everything going on around the world, everything that's happened through Christmas, through work, through life, through ministry, church, every area of life. Let's pray that God will reset us. Let's ask God will just reset our hearts and our mind and get us ready for what is about to land from January onwards. But we got to be strong and we got to understand that we got to live by faith. And God is calling you. Don't ever, ever give up. But let's pray for a reset wherever you are right
now. Father, we thank you for the beautiful book of Isaiah 26, verse 3. Because we believe you will keep in perfect peace those minds who are steadfast because they trust in you. Lord, we're not going to trust in the system of the world. Lord, we're not going to trust in what the world is doing. Lord, we're not going to listen to the news channels. We're not going to be fixated on social media. We're not going to let our lives be governed by what the world is saying, by what work is saying, by what family is saying, by what culture is saying, by what life is saying. Lord, we're going to live our lives in freedom through the word of God. And I pray right now that you'll give us freedom from mental fatigue, emotional overload, that we will feel the love and the presence and the glory of Jesus Christ. And you will strengthen us. Father, as we are looking down the barrel, dear God, as we are looking down that barrel of January as it starts to approach. Father, we thank you that we're going to hit the 1st of January, Lord, fully loaded, fully charged, fully blessed, and highly favored in the name of Jesus
Christ. So Lord, wherever we are gathering, from London to Mumbai, from Seoul, Saint Paolo, Vancouver, Abu Dhabi, Father, in the name of Jesus, right round the Vatican, right round Rome, Italy, Father, Kabul, New York, Spirit of the Living God, we pray for France. Lord, let the love of God and the power of the Holy Spirit stir us right now. Lord, we believe in miracles. Lord, but as we are leaving Christmas behind, Lord, and as January surges towards us, Lord, we stand on the word and we press forward in the glorious name of Jesus Christ. But Lord, we hold on to Isaiah 26, verse 3. You will keep in perfect peace those. Father, we are those, those. Lord, that is us, that is me, that is my brothers and sisters under the sound of my voice. You tell us you're gonna keep us in a steadfast tread. You are telling us that we are gonna walk and our heartbeat is gonna be good and all is well because they trust in you, Lord. It's been difficult to trust in you in life, but Lord, we really
do. But right now, Lord, at the midnight hour, at the early doors of the day, at the beginning of a new day, a new drumbeat, a new dear God, rhythm of life, Lord, I pray, dear God, for any overwhelming thinking to go. I pray for emotional overload to decrease. I pray for mental feet, fatigue, sorry, to go. And Lord, I believe as we are looking at January approaching, I believe that the Spirit of the Lord is in abundance over our lives. And Lord, we shake, dear God, the worries off, we shake the fears off, we shake all the doubt off, and we come to you, Lord, in the greatest name in heaven and earth. And right now, wherever we are gathering, we thank you, dear God, that we got relief from overthinking, and we are gonna live by faith, and we are gonna rise in calmness and stillness and the presence of God.
Holy Spirit, you are the Lion of Judah, you are the great I Am. You are the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords. Father, I pray for every heart right now that you will restore them and bless them.
