Welcome to Daily Prayer with myself, Reverend Cooper, recorded live here in London, England, where the world gathers for five minutes of faith, hope, and strength. Do you know what? However, you are in this world at this moment in time, we are getting ready. God is preparing us for this crossover. We are in this unusual space. We're in this place from Christmas to New Year, this no man's land. Everything feels off-kilter, everything feels off point, but it is a sacred place.
It's a place where we say, Lord, we need you in our lives right now. What we need, dear God, is for you to lead us and to carry us in the name of Jesus because we're going to cross over. Just as we are crossing from 25 to 26, the Israelites had to consecrate themselves. Father, in the name of Jesus, before we go any further, I pray, dear God, that we will have clean hands and a pure heart. Lord, I ask each and every one of us, Lord, as we come to the cross today. Lord, I thank you for the listeners. I thank you, dear God, that they're with us, that they're standing with us. But Lord, I pray that you will bless their lives from the crown of their head to the sole of their feet.
And right now, dear God, we are praying, dear God, for this global nations. We are praying for these nations where there's instability, Lord, where there's crisis breaking out all over the place. And Lord, wherever we are, right here from this studio in London to Mumbai, from Mumbai, all the way to Rio de Janeiro. Lord, all the way, dear God, to Ottawa, Cape Town. Lord, we pray right now for Cape Town, Italy, Luxembourg, Portugal. Lord, let your love be poured out over Brazil. Spirit of the living God, as we gather for prayer, we are praying right now for four nations that need the love of God and the power of the Holy Spirit. Lord, as I lock shields with my brothers and sisters around the world, Father, we hold on to brothers and sisters
right now. We lock in and we believe Psalm 46, verse 10 is for each and every one of us. Be still and know that I'm God. I will exalt you among the nations. And Father, we pray for these four nations. We pray for Sudan. We pray for Haiti. We pray for Ameria and we pray for Myanmar. Lord, we pray for such an outpouring of your spirit over those four nations. Lord, we believe and we know right now that there is civil conflict, there is humanitarian breakdown, there is displacement, and there is an urgent global crisis right now over their lives. Lord, we pray right now, wherever they are gathering, whatever their lives are, we are asking God for breakthrough over those four nations. Ameria, Myanmar, Haiti, Sudan. Let your love,
we are praying, dear God, for world global peace. We're praying for the world. We're praying, dear God, for news, dear God, of wars to be uh gone like wax at the name of Jesus. Lord, Sudan, Lord, every area of life. Lord, we need breakthrough. Father, we need the Spirit of the living God. We're praying for these nations. We're asking you, dear God, Father, we lift before you Sudan, Haiti, Ameria, and Myanmar into your hands. Lord, we are seeking that place right now. Lord, we are locking in from the boardroom to the battlefield. Wherever we are gathering, we're praying, Lord, as people seek, dear God, peace amongst violence, wisdom amongst leadership. Father, protection over the civilians. Lord, we're asking right now that you will break the displacement, the hunger, the conflict, the bullets, the war. Lord, strengthen the workers, shield the families caught in the crossfire. Lord, bring justice, restore these nations now. Lord, remove the corruption from the regions. Lord, we believe that you are going to put back love. Lord, dear God, we pray that you will put peacemakers into these hostile places. We pray for the hostility that is there. We pray for the surrounding areas. We pray for the villages, the borders. We pray, dear God, for the hospitals. Lord, Holy Spirit, we need peace right now in these nations. Holy Ghost, we pray for stability, the leaders, healing for these nations. We believe that our God is in these nations. And right now, as we gather for prayer, Lord, we believe that the love of God is over. Show your mercy, show your compassion, show your beauty. Dear God, now in the name of Jesus, wherever we are praying, we believe that we have locked shields together.
