Welcome to Daily Prayer with myself, Reverend Ben Cooper, recorded live here in London, England, where the world gathers for five minutes of faith, hope,
and strength. Brother and sister, will you follow us on the social platforms? Hit us up on the social platforms dailyprayer.uk. Also on RB Christian Radio. Listen to us on RB Christian Radio in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, wherever you are across this beautiful world, Jesus Christ is with
you. Do you feel restless tonight? Can you hear the noise of Christmas still in your head? Have you got all that noise of the family, the screaming, the hollering? Lord Jesus, Lord, I pray right now that the noise in my head will go. Lord, we got to rest Jesus. Lord, we got to come to this place. And I pray for each and every one of you right now that you will find that you are sleeping well.
Let's pray that God will get us to sleep. Father, we got to sleep well because Lord, our sleeping pattern is atrocious. And right now, Lord, I pray that we will sleep well, that our sleep will be sweet. And tonight, Lord, at the midnight hour, Lord, for those that are trying, dear God, to sleep and rest, but their minds are racing.
We pray, dear God, that we won't watch social media into the early hours of the morning. We won't watch the TV. Lord, we won't allow that blue light to affect us, but Lord, that we will let the phone go. And Lord, that we will read the word of God. And we will meditate on the word of God. Just as you told Joshua in the beautiful book of Joshua, meditate on the word of God day and night. Do not let this book of the law depart from your mouth. Father, I thank you that this book is the anchor that we need to sleep, to walk right, to run through life.
Father, as we are getting ready at base camp right now, Lord, as we are getting ready, Lord, to cross over as we leave 25, Lord, we are packing up and we are getting ready to go. We're gonna walk into 26 victorious. Lord, we believe the shackles are gone. We believe the fear is gone. And Lord, we are walking to the cross of Calvary. And I pray, dear God, as we are at base camp, as we are getting ready to climb the rock face of 2026, we are gonna free climb. Lord, we're gonna climb freely because the spirit of the Lord is
over us. And right now, wherever we are, from London to Sydney, from Sydney, Toronto, Toronto, Johannesburg, all the way to Sao Paulo, all the way to Portugal, all the way to Dubai. Lord, we pray, dear God, for Brazil, Portugal, Spain, Tel Aviv. Lord, let your love be poured out over Israel at this hour. And as we gather, dear God, on these social platforms, as we listen to the word of God, we need peace. And Lord, I believe that the psalm is for each and every one of us today.
Psalms 4, verse 8, as we pray through this beautiful scripture, in peace, I will lie down and sleep. Father, I pray that we will lie down and we will sleep. Lord, you tell us that we are not alone. The Lord is with each and every one of us. Lord, as we lay, as we rest, as we climb into the Psalms, as we hold on to Psalm 4, verse 8, Lord, not only do we hold that beautiful book in our spirit, our heart and our mind, Lord, also we walk with the great book of Isaiah 26, verse 3.
You will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are steadfast because they trust in you. Lord, these scriptures over the last six to eight weeks have been evergreen. Lord, these scriptures have been coming up, dear God. They've been growing through the cracks of the concrete. Lord, these scriptures are keeping
us strong. And right now, Lord, I pray for those that can't sleep, that have got nighttime anxiety. We pray for calm for my thoughts, the surge, dear God, of fear, of worry. Lord, the feeling, dear God, of of uncertainty, the feeling of loneliness. Father, we pray for those that feel that they're being tortured. Those, dear God, that are carrying so much baggage, they feel that they can't move on. Let them know, dear God, that they are going to move on in the beautiful name of Jesus. Lord, as nighttime settles, as the sun rises, we pray that anxious thoughts will go. Lord, bring your love, bring your mercy, bring your
favor. You are the Lion of Judah, you are the great I am, you are El Shaddai, Jehovah Jirah, Jehovah Nissi. Heal us and carry us. You are the first and you are the last. And wherever we are around this beautiful world, I pray that God will carry you. And the Spirit of the living God, the Holy Spirit, will carry you to
peace. Let's get ourselves to the cross, whatever the time zone is in your life. Never give up. God is with you. Visit us dailyprayer.uk for more global devotional time with us. God bless you. Until tomorrow, never give up. God bless.
