Welcome to Daily Prayer with myself for every Ben Cooper, recorded live here in London, England, where faith gathers together for five minutes of hope, strength, and peace. Wherever you are at this moment, we're praying that the love of God and the Spirit of the living God will carry you. It is late, it is 11 p.m. here in the UK, and we're pushing this special prayer out at this moment in time.
We're going to dive straight into the book of Psalms 46, verse 1. I pray that God will give you peace at this hour. It is 11 p.m. UK time. We're pushing this prayer out right now, and I believe God is your refuge and your strength when anxiety surges at night. Father, we pray for this night surge. Lord, we pray at this hour at 11 o'clock here in the UK. We ask you, dear God, that the power and the love of God, Lord, that fear will drive away. Lord, we pray for those that are living in panic mode now. Those, dear God, that feel hypertension in their life. Those, dear God, that are emotionally overloaded. And that emotion is peaking at this moment in time. Father, bring quiet. Bring stillness. Lord, you are our refuge and you are our strength. And we need supernatural calm. But right now, Holy Spirit, touch the listeners' hearts now. Lord, I pray that you will give calm to their mind. And Lord, through this beautiful book of Psalms 46, verse 1, you tell us that God is our strength, our refuge, a very present help in trouble.
And at this hour, just pressing past 11 o'clock here in the UK, as anxiety spikes, as we're tired after the day, as we're weary, as we're wrestling with thoughts, situations that have happened, Father, I ask you that we come to the cross now and we have a hopeful heart. And we need your presence and your love. Will you calm the storm? Will you calm the storm that is within? Father, fear rises at this moment. We need your strength to rise higher. Lord, our chest is tightening. We feel restless, our minds are racing. Lord, speak stillness into the battle of our life. Speak love, dear God, into the volcano of our life. Father, speak silence. Lord, silent the storm just as
you did. Father, I pray, dear God, as you did, dear God, right now through the word of God, over the shoreline of Galilee. Lord, when you was out on that boat, you spoke to the elements, dear God, of life. Speak to the elements of our heart. Father, we have a storm raging. Lord, we are sweaty, we got hypertension, we can't sleep, we're tired, we're weary, our eyes are aching, we have a thumping headache, our brains, dear God, are just absorbed with so much pressure and fear and doubt. But we need you, Jesus. So Father, will you pour out your love, Lord, right now? For those that are struggling to sleep.
Father, you tell us in the book of Philippians 4, do not be anxious about anything. I pray, Lord, that we won't be anxious about anything, but we will sleep now. So Father, bless the listeners from the crown of their head to the sole of their feet. May the Spirit of the living God be over you. God is with you. Never give up until tomorrow. God bless.
