Welcome to Daily Prayer with myself Reverend Ben Cooper recorded live here in London, England, where the world gathers for five minutes of faith, hope, love, and strength. Brother and sister, we are approaching. We are already in Wednesday, December the 31st, 25, and we are about to accelerate. God is going to catapult us into our destiny. But come on, we got to leave the past pressures, we've got to leave the past expectations, we've got to leave the noise of New Year's Eve. We've got to leave this noisy day that we're in at this moment in time. You know, it's always noisy at this time of year. You know, I pray that you will find peace and you will find love in the beautiful name of
Jesus. We're going to turn to the beautiful gospel of John 14, 27. And I thank God that I'm able to pray for you. Wherever you are, please send your prayer request in. It is Wednesday, the 31st of December, and we are praying here live in London, England, from this studio. You know, whatever your time zone is around the world, whatever the sun is setting, or whether the sun is decreasing in your life, I pray that the love of Jesus Christ will carry you and you will feel the power of God. Sisters and brothers, there is power in the name of Jesus Christ. Father, we thank you for your love, your mercy, your goodness, your saving grace. But right now,
Lord, as we are on, as we are in, as we are treading on Wednesday, the 31st of December, Lord, we need peace. Father, peace over pressure, peace over expectations. Lord, the noise of New Year's Eve is too much. Lord, the expectations is too much. Lord, when they let the fireworks off and all the razor matas and everything goes off, Lord, I still feel the same. Lord, at 10 minutes past 12, I still feel the same. At 20 past 12, I still feel the same. At half past 12, at 1 o'clock, dear God, on New Year's Day, I still feel the same. Lord, why is that? Lord, I feel that you're leading me to this. Because, Ben, you've got to leave the junk at the cross of Calvary. No
firework, no big Ben is gonna take away the frustration and the fear that we've been having in our heart. But what we've got to do is we've got to trust God and we've got to come to the cross of Calvary, and we've got to call on the greatest name in heaven and earth. And right now, we are on Wednesday, the 31st of December, and the Spirit of God is over your life. There is power in the name of Jesus, Father. We come to you now. And Lord, I pray for the listeners, and I thank you, God, for their lives. I thank you, God, for everything about them. And wherever they are gathering around the world, from London to Kuala Lumpur, from Kuala Lumpur all the way to Beijing, Singapore, the Americas, all the way through Asia. We pray, dear God, for Israel. We pray, dear God, for Tel Aviv. We pray for breakthrough in so many nations now. And Lord, as we are standing on Wednesday, the 31st of December, Lord, let the love of God and the Holy Spirit release us right now. You are the Lion of Judah. And Lord, I thank you for the gospel of John 14, 27. Peace I leave with you. My peace I give to you. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.
Lord, there are many of us that are fearful of what we are leaving behind. Loved ones and friends, Lord, loved ones that have passed and have gone, situations that have gone. And Lord, as we leap into 26, it feels like, Lord, they are so far removed from our lives. Father, I pray for those that are grief stricken right now. I pray for those, dear God, that are going through grief at this very moment. Lord, the battle and the noise of grief. Lord, will you remove the pressure and the worry and the fear? Come, Holy Spirit. We need your love. We need your mercy. We need your saving grace. Lord, you are all God. You are all King. And Lord, tonight I surrender myself personally. Lord, in the public area of life right now, across the world, Lord, on New Year's Eve, the 31st, dear God of December, Lord, I surrender my life to you. And Lord, I want you to take me, Lord. Lord, I want you to take me, dear God, and use me for whatever that may be. Lord, use us for an instrument, whatever it means, Lord. We pray, dear God, and we thank you that the love of God is in our lives. But right now we're asking you, God, that you will move in our lives on this New Year's Eve. Lord, we're not waiting for a firework.
We're not waiting for Big Ben. We're not going to sing old Lang Zion. Lord, we're going to sing the word of God. And Father, we believe in the power of the Word. Lord, we need breakthrough. Lord, we cannot go into 26 feeling like we're feeling. Lord, we've got to leave the mental health issues. We've got to leave the doubts. We've got to leave the fears. We've got to leave everything. And Lord, we want a steadfast mind. Lord, remove the inner pressure, the inner fears, that the inner battles that we all may be carrying. Spirit of the living God, bring love, bring peace to every listener right now. Let their heart feel the love of Jesus Christ. May the Spirit of the Lord bless you wherever you are across this world. I've got to tell you that God is with you and you're not alone. Thank you for praying. Thank you for standing with us. Join us for our next time as we gather around the Word of God. God is healing, God is drawing, and God has a plan for you in 2026. Don't you ever give up. We are not going nowhere. We're going to press in like we've never pushed before. The battlefield belongs to the Lord. All we've got to do is hold tight. God bless you. We'll see you soon.
