Welcome to Daily Prayer with myself Reverend Ben Cooper recorded live here in London, England, where the world gathers for five minutes of faith, hope, love, and strength. We're getting close. We're getting extremely close here in London as we are getting ready to hear the sound of Big Ben and the fireworks cracking out. But brother and sister, obviously, is Wednesday the 31st of December. It is New Year's Eve, this special time as we're gathering for prayer.
I've got to tell you, I'm not interested in the sound of Big Ben at the stroke of midnight. I'm not worried about how many fireworks go off because I want my God right now. I'm not gonna make a New Year's resolution and by one o'clock in the morning, one hour later, it's gone out the door. I want to surrender my life to Jesus Christ. I'm not worried about singing old Lang Zion. I want to sing worthy, worthy, worthy is the Lamb, the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords. Wherever you are right now, I feel really excited about what God is gonna do for each and every one of us about this new year. We're gonna pray for peace. We're gonna cross over extremely soon. We're praying for night peace. We're praying for God's presence. We're praying for rest at this end of this new
year. Father, I pray as we are about to hear the sound, dear God, as we are about to hear the sound of Big Ben, just in a few hours' time, we pray, Lord, that we won't wait for the strike of midnight, but we will say yes, Lord. Yes, Lord. I thank you, dear God, that I'm not living according to the way of the world, I'm living according to the way of the word of God. And Lord, I want to lay everything down. Lord, I'm not carrying nothing over the river Jordan into 26. Father, as I walk through, I'm going through in dry land. I'm going through, dear God, in the name of Jesus Christ. I thank you that the power of God and the anointing of the Holy Spirit is with each and every one of us. And I pray for you, sister, and I pray for you, brother, whatever your name is, whatever the color of your skin, whatever your tribe, your tongue, you know what I mean. The Spirit of the living God is with you wherever you are. Father, we believe that Psalm 4, verse 8 is for each and every one of us. Lord, in peace I will lie down and sleep. Father, I thank you for the love of God and the power of the Holy Spirit. And Lord, I pray right now for your mercy, your saving grace, your goodness in the name of
Jesus Christ. Father, as we are waiting, Lord, for the midnight hour to strike, Lord, I thank you that we are not waiting for the sound of London to uproar. We are waiting for the Lion of Judah to roar over our lives. Lord, no f no firework, Lord, is gonna make us excited. No sound, dear God, of old Lang Zion, no amount of alcohol, no amount, dear God, of anything of the world can offer is gonna get us to where we gotta go. And Lord, we're not listening for the roar, dear God, of London. We're waiting for the roar of the Lion of Judah. We want the power, we want the glory of the Lion of Judah. Right now, King of Kings and Lord of Lords, we pray for such an anointing.
Lord, as we leave 25, as we leap into 26, Father, as we have consecrated ourselves, dear God, on the shoreline of the River Jordan, Father, we are getting ready to cross over. And Lord, we're not carrying baggage, we're not carrying weight, we're not carrying issues anymore. Lord, we're gonna walk free in the name of Jesus. The Spirit of the Lord is over you. Sister and brother, wherever you are right now, from London to Lagos, from Lagos to Nigeria, from Nigeria to Israel, may the Spirit of the living God be over you. From the battlefield of life to the boardroom of life, from the boardroom to whatever situation you are facing right now. I pray that the glory, the love, the anointing, the presence of God just will fill you with mercy and favor and goodness. Jesus Christ is with you. Never give up. Come on, Father, in the name of Jesus. We're pushing over this touchline of 12 o'clock, Lord. We're pushing over the touchline. And Lord, we believe that dear God is going to do an anointing on our lives. We believe as we cross over, Lord, we believe right now for night calm. We believe for high destiny right now. Lord, we are destined for great things. We are destined for the glory. We are destined for new anointing.
We are destined for great days. We are destined for new beginnings. We are destined for healing. Lord, we believe, Lord God, that we're gonna leave our sickness, we're gonna leave our fear, we're gonna leave our doubt, we're gonna leave the worries and the complexity of life. We're gonna leave everything, dear God, in 25. And we're gonna walk free. Lord, and as we get ready, Lord Jesus, as we get ready to lock shields of faith, Lord, we are gonna cross over to 25. Lord, we are about to touch toes, Lord, we're about to get in the river of the river Jordan. Lord God, we're waiting for our God to part the way. Lord, we believe that when we cross over, we're gonna walk over, dear God anointed. When we walk over in the 26, we're gonna walk over in the fire of God. When we walk over, we're gonna walk in the power, the love, the mercy, his saving grace. When we walk over, the king is gone before us. Let me tell you that the king is already in 26. He's already in your destiny, he's already in your beginnings, he's already in your history, he's already clearing my history up, he's already sweeping the room out what I've left back there. God is cleaning up all the disasters that I've left in 2025, and God is also in 2026 preparing new beginnings. May the Spirit of the living God carry you. It is New Year's Eve, and the glory of God is over the UK and around the world. Let me tell you that England, London, whatever skin is over this town at this moment in time, whatever name, Great Britain, whoever we are, the God that I serve, the God of Israel, owns the rights to this land. It don't belong to the government, it don't belong to anybody. This nation, this world belongs to Jesus Christ. Because at the beginning he said, Let there be light, and there was. God created all things. Your nation belongs to God. See you soon.
